차세대 퍼스널 로봇 소프트웨어 프러임워크에 관한 연구 (Toward the Personal Robot Software Framework)

  • In this paper, a software framework is proposed for the personal robot located on home network. The proposed software framework is divided into four layers-a transparency layer, a behavior layer, a distributed task layer, and a mission scenario layer. The transparency layer consists of a virtual machine for platform transparency, and a communication broker for communication transparency among behavior modules. The communication architecture includes both server/client communication and publisher/subscriber communication. A mission scenario is assumed to be a composition of sequentially planned distributed tasks. In addition to the software framework, a new concept, personal robot design center platform as proposed in this paper with its implementation mechanisms. The personal robot design center is defined as a developing and a managing environment for high-level behavior modules, distributed tasks, and mission scenarios.

한국형 달탐사 임무 예비 설계 소프트웨어의 개발 (Development of Korean Preliminary Lunar Mission Design Software)

  • 향후 우리나라의 달탐사 임무에 대비하여 순간 추력을 이용한 한국형 달탐사 예비 임무 설계 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 달 탐사 임무 수행을 위한 지구 출발 단계, 달 천이 단계, 달 도착 및 임무 수행 궤도 단계를 포함한 임무 설계가 이루어 졌다. 이 소프트웨어를 이용하면 순간 추력을 사용한 최적의 달탐사 비행궤적을 설계할 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 우리나라의 우주 발사체인 KSLV-II를 사용할 때의 발사 가능한 달 탐사선의 최대 질량을 산출하여 보았다. 아울러 심우주 추적망을 이용하여 탐사선의 추적 가능 여부에 대한 해석이 이루어 졌으며 탐사선과의 통신, 태양 전지판의 지향점 해석 그리고 식기간의 분석을 위한 지구-달-탐사선-태양 간의 기하학적 위치에 대한 해석도 함께 이루어졌다.

  • 지금까지 해외 수출용 KT-1 군용 고정익 항공기에 통합된 임무 소프트웨어는 해외업체와 국제 공동개발을 통하여 개발이 되었으며, 감항인증을 위해 DO-178B를 기반으로 하는 해외업체의 개발 환경과 절차를 준수함으로써 소프트웨어의 신뢰성을 인정받을 수 있었다. 하지만, 최근에는 해외 수출 시 DO-178C 인증을 요구하고 있으며, 국내 소요군에 납품 시 방사청 무기체계 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리 매뉴얼 준수를 위해 신뢰성 시험을 필수적으로 요구하고 있다. 본 논문은 기 개발된 KT-1 수출형 항공기 체계통합 사업의 국제 공동개발에 있어 국내 감항인증을 받기 위한 문제점을 기술하고 DO-178C와 무기체계 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리 매뉴얼을 모두 준수하기 위한 해결방안을 찾아서 최적의 소프트웨어 신뢰성 시험 방안을 제시한다.

  • 오늘날 개발되는 항공전자 시스템에서는 연합 구조(Federated Architecture)를 기반으로 전자장치들이 각각 하나의 소프트웨어 모듈이나 응용 프로그램을 수행하고 있으며 이들은 네트워크를 통해 연결된다. 이러한 연합 구조는 전체 시스템을 매우 복잡하게 하며 SWaP(Size, Weight and Power) 문제를 일으킬 수 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제가 특히 심각한 소형 무인 항공기에서 ARINC 653이 정의하고 있는 파티셔닝 기술을 활용하여 여러 임무 소프트웨어를 통합 운영하고 SWaP 문제를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있음을 보인다. 본 논문은 특히 실제 헥사콥터와 쿼드콥터에 통합 임무 시스템을 탑재하여 시험 비행을 성공적으로 수행했음을 보인다. 본 연구를 통해서 제시되는 통합 임무 소프트웨어를 운영하기 위해서 필요한 소프트웨어 기술과 통합 방법론은 SWaP이 중요한 다양한 실시간 시스템에 응용될 수 있다.

STATION-KEEPING MANEUVER SIMULATION FOR THE KOREASAT SPACECRAFT USING MISSION ANALYSIS SOFTWARE

  • A series of east/west and north/south station-keeping maneuvers were simulated for the KOREAST spacecraft which has to be maintained within $\pm$0.05 at the nominal longitude of $116^{\circ}$E. Weekly an biweekly based station-deeping maneuver plannings were used, and weekend maneuvers were avoided. All of the station-keeping maneuver plannings and executions were performed using KOREASTA Mission Analysis Software on VAX/VMS operating system. Fourteen weeks station-keeping maneuvers were performed and various station-keeping orbital parameters were obtained.

  • Recently, KARI developed in-house meteorological sensor processing system named MESIS for GOES GVAR 5-CH Imager for better KOMPSAT EOC mission operation. MESIS consists of antenna system, receiver, serial telemetry card, processing and mapping software, and 2 NT PC systems. This paper shows system requirement, system design, characteristic and test results of processing system. System operation concept and sample image are also provided. Implemented system was proven to be fully operational through lots of operations covering from RF signal reception to web publishing.

Performance Verification Process for Introduction of Open Source Software -centered on introduction of Linux into the NEIS-

  • Recently, introduction of Open Source Software into informatization of the government and public sector has been actively examined, however, Open Source Software is being rarely adopted due to the lack of verified and reliable data with regard to the criteria, process, performance and stability for introduction of Open Source Software. In this paper, the process, method and plan for performance verification for introduction of Open Source Software into mission critical systems of the government and public sector are suggested in order to solve the aforesaid problem Specially, a test system to judge whether or not to adopt Open Source Software in school affairs system of the NEIS(National Education Information System) of the Korean government was set up, and the method and process of performance verification by stage in addition to feasibility study were applied to the test system for verification. Based on the result of performance evaluation in the test system, the application of Linux to school affairs system of the NEIS is being successfully practiced. It is expected that this study will be a guideline to technical review process and performance verification method as necessary to introduce Open Source Software into the mission critical systems of government and public agencies.

다중게임요소와 단일게임요소에 의한 게임콘텐츠 원가산정 방법에 관한 비교연구 (The Comparative study on Game Contents Costing by Single Game Element and Multi Game Elements)

  • Last decade, IT industry in Korea has been developed greatly. The game industry as an international leader has given good value added to its country. Game industry is one of the speedy improved one and it showed over 20% of growth rate from 2002. Most distressings in Game industry, there are no established costing system in spite that there should be in emerging market. In 2004, Game Contents Costing Model using Mission and Event was developed and also the study of Game Elements weight was done in 2005. The cost of Game Contents can be calculated by GEP and its unit price. The study of Game Contents Sizing Model was done in 2005. The costing of Game Contents by single Game Element which represents software which is one of 3 Game Elements-plan, graphic and software-and it is counted by mission and event. If the software element only can not well represent Game Contents volume, we can include plan and graphic elements for Game Contents costing. And we can say above two methods as a costing model of Game Contents. In this paper, these models were tested empirically and proved as usable.

임무수행 경과에 따른 항공기 생존성 평가기법 연구 (A Study of the Evaluating Method for the Survivability of Aircraft during Mission Completion)

  • Aircraft survivability is determined by the susceptibility and the vulnerability. The aircraft susceptibility and vulnerability depend upon the hardware and software factors. Each of the hardware and software factors consisted of the qualitative and quantitative attributes varies according to the time of the mission. In order to establish the mathermatical model to analyze and evaluate the aircraft survivability, qualitative factors have to be transformed into quantitative factors. Even if many researches in the area of dynamic concept analysis and conversion of qualitative factors into the quantitative factors has been insufficient. This research enhances these insufficient area by developing a reliable aircarft survivability analysis method. The major areas of this research are as follows. First, a method for the conversion of the qualitative factors into the quantitative factors is developed by combining the Fuzzy Set Theory concept and the Delphi Technique. Second, by using the stochastic network diagram for the dynamic survivability analysis, the aircraft survivability and the probability of kill are calculated from the state probability for the situation during mission. The advantage of the analysis technique developed in this research includes ease of use and flexibility. In other words, in any given aircraft's mission execution under any variable probability density function, the developed computer program is able to analyze and evaluate the aircraft survivability.
