기존의 넓은 면적 지역에 대한 정사영상은 항공사진측량을 이용하였으나 이 방법은 작은 면적 지역에 대한 정사영상 및 짧은 주기의 지속적인 변화 관측 측면에서는 비경제적이다. 드론은 군사목적으로 개발되어 활용되었으나 최근 농작물 관리 및 분석, 방송 중계, 기상 관측 그리고 재난 조사등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 이러한 드론은 가격이 비싼 상업용 드론을 이용한 사례가 많았다. 본 연구에서는 Orthomosaic과 DSM을 제작하기 위하여 소규모 지역에서 활용이 유용한 저가형 조립식 드론, 일반 디지털카메라와 오픈 소스 프로그램인 Mission planner를 이용하여 영상을 취득하고 후처리 작업은 Pix4d 소프트웨어를 사용하였으며 제작된 정사영상의 GCP는 각각 평균 오차 X 좌표는 3.4cm, Y 좌표는 2.4cm, Z 좌표는 4.2cm로 나타났다. 조립식 소형 드론은 소규모 지역에서의 조립식 드론은 빠르게 영상을 취득하고 다양하게 활용 할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

본 연구의 목적은 사회적기업의 지속가능한 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 구조적 관계를 실증적으로 규명함으로써, 사회적경제 생태계와 사회적기업 이해관계자들에게 필요한 성공전략을 제시하는 데 있다. 선행연구를 통해 사회적기업의 성과요인에 대한 가설과 연구모형을 수립하였고, 설문조사에서 수집된 92개의 표본자료를 PLS-구조방정식모델링으로 가설의 유의성을 검토하였다. 분석결과, 성과요인으로 설정된 사회적미션, 고객지향성, 사회적네트워크는 모두 사회적성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고, 사회적성과는 사회적미션을 제외한 고객지향성과 사회적네트워크를 매개하여 경제적 성과에 유의한 (+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 이 관계를 비즈니스모델이 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 사회적기업 성과요인들의 구조적 영향관계를 입증했다는 이론적인 의의와 함께, 사회적기업가들에게 성장과 성과 창출을 위해 집중해야 할 요인들을 제시했다는데 실무적인 시사점을 찾을 수 있다.

미션 크리티컬 영역의 실시간 소프트웨어의 프로세스들은 시스템 요구사항에 맞게 제한된 시간안에 수행되도록 프로세스를 설계되고 구현되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 원자력발전소의 감시와 제어를 담당하는 MMIUNIX 소프트웨어 실시간 프로세스들을 관리 통제하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법이 원자력 발전소의 특수한 환경에 적합하게 사용할 수 있는지 알아보기 위해서 시간제약 조건 관점에서 성능평가를 수행한다.

Electronic service delivery is an integral mission that is shouldered upon e-government to carry out. And it also has become an important way of making client-centered administration work more effectively. It is quite convenient from citizens' perspective to utilize public services that are electronically transformed. This study identifies a set of electronic services currently provided by e-government and proposes policy measures for further driving e-government to develop its services in a direction of making people's life more convenient.

So far, Korean command post vehicles(CPs) have used voice-only radio communication among the mechanized troop units such MBTs and IFVs, etc. But digital data communication technology should be introduced to improve mission success capabilities and accommodate integrated combat capabilities through increasing SA(situation Awareness), or spatiotemporal synchronization of military operation in battle field environment. Therefore, conventional CPs, which have been operated without digital network, urgently needs to mount a battle management system which furnish with tactical information network, considering that korean new MBTs or new IFVs will be fielded soon. This study suggests some performance enhancement method which might be applicable to CPs which have a role of connecting Battalion unit to Brigade C4I system.

다목적 실용위성 관계시스템의 SOS(Satelite Operations Subsystem) 서브시스템은 위성에서 보내온 원격측정 데이터를 처리하여 위성의 상태를 감시하고 위성으로 원격명령을 전송하는 업무를 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 SOS 서브시스템의 신뢰성 및 가용성을 향상시키기 위하여 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 이중화하여 데이터 손실을 최소화하도록 설계한 SOS의 동족 고장관리(dynamic fault management) 기법에 대하여 기술하였다. 또한 구현의 정당성을 확인하기 위한 성능 시험 방법을 제시하였으며 그에 대한 결과를 분석하였다.

This paper propose an interested digital rights protection scheme to address problems facing contemporary DRM approached : static digital rights management, and limited application to on-line environment. We introduce a dynamic mission control technology to realize dynamic digital rights management. And we incorporate license agent to on- and off-line monitoring and tracking. The proposed system prevent illegal access and use by using PKI security method, real time action monitoring for user, data security for itself.

A battle management system should be introduced to improve mission success capabilities and accommodate integrated combat capabilities through increasing SA(Situation Awareness), or spatiotemporal synchronization of military operation in battle field environment. Conventional Korean Main Battle Tanks(Korean MBTs), which have been operated without digital network, were developed for 1980s. Korean new MBTs, which are mounted the battle management system, will be fielded soon. Therefore, old Korean MBT is needed to improve performances for co-operation with new one. This paper is reviewed each improved MBTs of world countries and domestic maintenance facilities. And this study suggests some processing methods which might be applicable to improve information network performance of old Korean MBTs.
