청소년기는 자신의 적성을 찾고 진로에 대해 고민하고 발전시키는 시기이다. 청소년 창업교육은 창업지식의 습득을 통한 창업의도를 고양하는 것과 함께 진로 성숙을 추구하게 하는 것이 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 또한 청소년을 둘러싼 주위의 환경이 본인의 지식 함양 및 심리 상태에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구의 목적은 청소년 창업교육에 있어 교육 프로그램과 환경이 교육분위기와 창업지식의 매개를 통해 청소년의 바람직한 진로 결정을 위한 마인드 함양 및 창업의도에 미치는 영향요인을 분석한다. 연구 가설 검증을 위하여 구조방정식 모델링을 실시하였으며, 인천시 창조창업여행 프로그램에 참여한 고등학교 학생들을 대상으로 총 216부의 설문지를 회수하였고, 불성실한 답변이 포함된 설문지 30부를 제외한 186부를 SPSS 18.0과 Amos 18.0를 사용하여 실증분석 하였다. 가설검증 결과 교육서비스품질과 교육환경품질이 교육분위기를 결정하고, 창업지식을 매개로 하여 진로성숙도와 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과는 정책적 측면에서 창업교육의 방향성을 수립하고 실천적 측면에서 창업교육의 성과 달성을 위한 선행 연구로서 활용할 수 있다.

This study was conducted on the head family house of Panseogong coterie of Andong Kwon clans in Daksil village, Bongwha gun, Kyungbuk: historical sources survey and field visit over four rounds were conducted from March to June 2014. In-depth interview, storytelling, and nutrition facts were used as methods of research using 49 participants, and the potentials of trend goods were the main purpose of this research. The specialties of bongwha prefecture in the Chosun Dynasty were pine nut, manna lichen, ginseng, sweetfish, and wild honey. Ritual food bulcheonwi's offerings a feature in Choongjae Kwonbeol's head family - were sacred wine, me, gang, otang, myun, myunjeok, pyunjeok, pyunchung, pyun, po, chungpomook, dojeok, sookchae, ssam, chimchai, sikhye, chogwa, silgwa, soojunggwa, etc. The ritual foods of bulcheonwi's head family house Choongjae Kwonbeol were commercialized through storytelling. Choongjae Kwonbeol's ritual ceremonies, recognized for their national royalty, were reorganized as the traditional Korean table settings, so that the Korean people could easily access them. The special meal called "Geumgyeporansang" represented the head family house foods' essence to share and serve others through the Dacshil village's natural beauty, Bonghwa's local ingredients, and festivities after the "Chungjae Gwunbal Bulchun" rituals. The ritual foods called "Cheongamjungsang", utilizing "Chungjae Gwunbal Bulchun" rituals, were represented in the form of a lunch box: such foods illustrate the classical scholar's mindset that enjoys the nature and arts through education and virtue.

자동차부품 유통산업은 2010년대 초반까지 제품의 매출 확대에만 집중하였을 뿐 유통 과정에서 발생되는 서비스 가치나 고객만족에 대해 큰 관심을 두지 않았다. 그러나 최근 시장 경쟁이 심화되면서 변화와 혁신이 요구됨에 따라 제품뿐만 아니라 서비스를 통한 만족, 신뢰, 충성 등 핵심 가치에 관심이 높아졌다. 이에 본 연구는 서비스품질과 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 고객충성 간의 관계를 파악하여 고객중심 서비스 마인드가 기업의 지속성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 342개의 자동차부품 대리점 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 측정모형과 구조모형은 모두 AMOS 23.0으로 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 서비스품질은 고객충성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 고객만족 및 고객신뢰가 서비스품질과 고객충성 사이를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 그 간 제품 품질에 관심을 두었던 자동차부품 도매점과 대리점 간에도 서비스품질이 고객만족, 신뢰와 충성을 이끌어 내는데 중요한 요소임을 밝히는데 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 지역 커버리지를 확대하여 서비스품질의 다양한 케이스를 통한 분석으로 개선 및 발전하기를 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 21세기에 필요한 과학적 소양에 대한 중 고등학생들의 인식에 대하여 조사하였다. 이를 위해 서울 경기 지역 소재 중 고등학교에 재학중인 학생 952명을 대상으로, 21세기 글로벌 과학기술사회에서 중요한 과학적 소양에 대한 인식과 관련된 설문을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 학생들은 21세기 글로벌 과학기술사회에서 요구되는 과학적 소양에 대해 과학에 대한 태도(Orientation)가 가장 중요하다고 생각하는 것으로 나타났으며, 과학 관련 지식(Scientific knowledge)과 탐구와 문제해결능력(Habits of mind)이 그 다음으로 나타났다. 학생들은 여학생의 경우 다수가 과학에 대한 태도가 가장 중요하다고 응답한 반면, 남학생들은 과학에 대한 태도만큼이나 과학 지식도 중요한 요소로 꼽았다. 중 고등학생들은 21세기 글로벌 과학기술사회의 특성을 고려하여, 사회적 이슈와 관련된 과학 지식을 알고 타인과의 의사소통능력이나 협동하여 문제를 해결하는 능력, 새로운 환경에 적응하는 능력 등을 중요하게 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 과학 및 기술의 발달로 인한 부작용에 대해 아는 것도 매우 중요 하다고 생각하고 있었으며, 글로벌 시민으로서의 책임감이나 다양성에 대한 존중, 공동체 의식 등도 중요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 중 고등학생들을 대상으로 한 21세기 글로벌 과학기술사회를 위한 과학적 소양 교육에 더욱 내실화를 기할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Background: A behavior-based safety initiative card-issuing system was introduced at a cement-manufacturing company in Zimbabwe in 2008 to try and curb accident occurrence. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the Behaviour Based Safety Initiative card system as a tool used for reducing accident frequencies. Methods: A mixed-method approach that involving administering piloted questionnaires to 40 out of 244 randomly selected employees, making observations, and reviewing secondary data were done to collect data from different sources in the organization in 2013. A paired t-test was conducted to test whether there was significant difference in accident occurrence before and after the implementation of the BBSI. Scatterplots were also used to establish the correlation between the issuance of cards and the accident and injury occurrence. Results: The findings suggest that the introduction of the card system brought a significant decrease in accident and injury occurrence. A negative correlation between card issuance and accident occurrence was observed, i.e., the greater the number of cards issued, the fewer the number of accidents. It was also noted that the card system positively influenced the mindset of workers towards safe work practices. Conclusion: The card system had an influence on the reduction of accidents and injuries. The organization should leverage on issuing more cards to further reduce the number of accidents and injuries to zero.

본 연구의 목적은 외국어로서의 영어교육(EFL) 학습자가 가지고 있는 자기이론과 학업성취도 간의 관계를 한국과 파키스탄 학생 간의 비교를 중심으로 살펴보는 데 있다. 자기이론이란 자신의 능력을 생득적으로 타고난 고정된 것으로 인식하거나 자신의 능력은 노력에 의해서 얼마든지 변화할 수 있는 것으로 믿는 학습자의 신념을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 한국 및 파키스탄 대학생들을 대상으로 지능에 대한 자기이론과 영어에 대한 자기이론을 자기보고 방식과 비네트(Vignette) 방식으로 측정하였으며 자기 이론이 학생들이 보고한 일반적 학업성취도와 영어 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 두 국가 대학생들의 자기이론을 비교한 결과, 지능 및 영어능력에 대한 자기이론에서 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 두 국가 대학생들의 자료를 통합하여 분석한 결과, 지능 및 영어에 대한 자기이론이 학생들의 일반적 학업성취도와 영어 학업성취도를 통계적으로 유의미하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 주로 지능과 관련하여 연구된 자기이론을 외국어로서의 영어 학습 상황까지 확장하였다. 특히, 본 연구는 한국과 파키스탄 대학생들을 비교함으로써 문화권과 상관없이 자기이론이 외국어학습에 중요한 역할을 담당함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to reduce the costs required to proactively prevent the turnover intention by the results of personality type of locus of control. which is the behavioral outcome of the members of the organization. Based on this problem consciousness, the present study focused on the personal characteristics of the members of the organization in the enterprise. Among the individual characteristics, the intentions, which are distinct from others, are called personality, Focusing on the locus of control among these types of characteristics of the organization members, the study about how these control positions affect their job involvement and their turnover intention. The results validated in this study are summarized as follows. Among the personality types of the organization's members, internals are found to have higher job involvement than externals. In addition, it was found that internals among the personality types of the members of the organization lower the meaning of turnover intention than external member. In order to overcome uncertain management environment and create and sustain a competitive advantage in the organization, management has a weight-oriented trend and Increasing job involvement in organizational members and lowering their turnover intention will lead to continued productivity, among other things, important management items that managers and managers should pursue. Given these aspects, it is deemed necessary to analyze the personality aspects of the members of the organization and to transform and manage a new management mindset that leads to the enhancement of the personality as an internal rather than an external one and the task immersion of the members of the organization based on it.

Objective We investigated how mental health awareness among North Korean refugees transformed depending on temporal-spatial context changes. Methods In 2013, we conducted interviews with 10 refugees (eight women) who had been in South Korea for over a year and performed a qualitative analysis of the change in mental health awareness in the differences between living in North Korea, escape (a related period of forced sojourn in a third country), and settlement in South Korea. Results We classified 39 concepts into five main categories. The first two categories (while living in North Korea) were "a mindset for the system, but not for individual mental health" and "being confined in a social environment that was indifferent to mental health." A third category appeared during escape: "focusing on survival amid continuity of intense suffering." The final two categories appeared when settling in South Korea: "recognition of mental health amid cultural shock" and "introspection and sorting oneself out." Conclusion This qualitative study enabled a better multi-dimensional understanding of the social and cultural aspects involved in improving mental health awareness among North Korean refugees in South Korea. It is desirable to integrate mental health as a part of daily life and to expand training for North Korean settlers.

The aim of this study was to reveal the modern succession and reinterpretation of brand identity through the case of Balenciaga design presented by Demna Gvasalia through a review of the literature, design collection, and design review analysis. The design collection analysis was conducted from 2016 F/W to 2020 F/W, when Demna Gvasalia commenced responsibility for the Balenciaga collection. A total of 12 articles from overseas fashion magazines and newspapers were analyzed. A modern reinterpretation of Demna Gvasalia's Balenciaga design is as follows. First, he introduced luxury mode to reflect a sense of the times and introduced luxury street looks based on street and sports sensibilities, showing various styles without specific concepts. Second, by sharing universal sensibilities based on pragmatism, he proposed an easy-to-wear outfit for daily life to demonstrate the everydayness of fashion. Third, as a new exploration of traditional structural beauty, the design of Cristobal Balenciaga was reinterpreted through the conversion of items, overlapping outfits, and the introduction of high-tech technologies. Fourth, by taking a conceptual approach to fashion, he has renewed the spirit of experimentation and modernity shown by Cristobal Balenciaga. Fifth, with the presentation of a new icon, new styles of sneakers such as Triple S and Speed Runner are presented as new icons. He inherited the original mindset and creative approach of the house's founder, Cristobal Balenciaga, and reinterpreted it from a contemporary street sensibility and pragmatic perspective.

Fifteen years after the modernization of traditional markets, commercial facilities and some 1,000 markets across the country contacted arcade operators, there are no specific guidelines on installation standards, exact guidelines for public facilities, and guidelines on law, maintenance and management yet. Therefore, it is necessary to derive a plan that reflects the mindset of the market project and the users as basic planning data for making arcade remodeling of traditional markets more advanced. As a research method, case studies and surveys were conducted and the details are as follows. Through the case study, this study drew suggestions that were available and needed in Korea on the planning plan of arcade space in the developed traditional market and conducted user preference. The survey participants are 150 users of Daegu seomun market. In addition, the survey contents are approached with the concept of remodeling remuneration, so the total number of questions is 47 including 'accessibility', 'comfort', 'openness', 'safety' and 'integrity', which are five elements of the arcade plan. The survey method assessed the importance and satisfaction of each questionnaire on a 5-point scale, and the survey results were compared with technical statistics and means using the SPSS statistics package. The results of user awareness and image survey, in which the installation and remodeling of the ventilation system of the crosshairs are mentioned in the event of fire or in the case of daily ventilation, are important factors in safety. The user-conscious survey, analyzed in 'integrity', indicates that the use of multi-purpose space is required, and that the layout of street stalls and parking and user movements should be integrated. Mac of this study is going to present direction of remodeling plan and behavior analysis by analyzing user preference data for advanced remodeling of arcade in traditional markets.
