1. Objectives This study is to find changes of Dongmu Lee Je-Ma's conception about Soeumin Gwakran(곽란(藿亂)) Disease through comparing with his writings such as ${\ulcorner}$DongMuYooGo${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Sasang chobon guen${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Gabobon${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Sinchucbon${\lrcorner}$. 2. Methods We compared conceptions, symptom, mechanism and treatment of Soeumin Gwakran(곽란(藿亂)) Disease in ${\ulcorner}$DongMuYooGo${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Sasang Chobonguen${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Gabobon${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Sinchucbon${\lrcorner}$ 3. Results and Conclusions (1) In ${\ulcorner}$DongMuYooGo${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Sasang Chobonguen${\lrcorner}$, Dongmu Lee Je-Ma?s conception about soeumin Gwakran(곽란(藿亂)) Disease is yet based on previous traditional medicine based on ${\ulcorner}$DongEuiBoGam${\lrcorner}$ (2) In ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Gabobon${\lrcorner}$, Seupgwakran(습곽란(濕藿亂)) is described within the catego of Taeum syndrome(태음병(太陰病)), and Geongwakran(건곽란(乾藿亂)) is described within the catergory of Soeum syndrome(소음병(少陰炳)). But conception about Soeurnin Gwakran(곽란(藿亂)) Disease is not yet definitely settled. (3) In ${\ulcorner}$SooSe Bowon Sinchucbon${\lrcorner}$, Geongwakran(건곽란(乾藿亂)) is described within a severe case of Taeum syndrome(태음병(太陰病)) ? Dongmu Lee Je-Ma? s conception about Soeurnin Gwakran(곽란(藿亂)) Disease is changed.

Objective Categorical syndrome such as schizophrenia could be the complex of many continuous mental structure phenotypes including several personality development/degeneration dimensions. This is the study to search heritability and familiality of MMPI personality dimensions in the Korean schizophrenic LD (Linkage Disequilibrium) families. Methods We have recruited 204 probands (with schizophrenia) with their parents and siblings whenever possible. We have used MMPI questionnaires for measuring personality and symptomatic dimensions. Heritabilities of personality dimensions in total 543 family members were estimated using Sequential Oligogenic Linkage Analysis Routines (SOLAR). Personality dimensions in total family members were compared with those in 307 healthy unrelated controls for measuring the familialities using ANOVA analysis. Results Seven of the 10 MMPI variables were significantly heritable and were included in the subsequent analyses. The three groups (control, unaffected 1st degree relative, case) were found to be significantly different with the expected order of average group scores for all heritable dimensions. Conclusion Our results show that the aberrations in several personality dimensions could form the complexity of schizophrenic syndrome as a result of genetic-environment coactions or interactions in spite of some limitations (recruited family, phenotyping).

Sialolithiasis is the most common disease caused by calculi in a salivary gland and its duct. The pain and swelling of salivary gland is a chief complaint of patients presenting. Most salivary gland calculi occur in the submandibular gland, but can also occur in the parotid gland and the sublingual gland. One giant sialolith is rarely reported, while the several cases of one or multiple sialolith in the submandibular gland have reported in the literatures. In this case, we have removed the sialolith in which perforated mouth floor along Wharton's duct and report it.

In this study, we investigated whether the theorem is established even if we replace a 'square' element in the Euclidean proof of the Pythagorean theorem with different figures. At this time, we used different figures as equilateral, isosceles triangle, (mutant) a right triangle, a rectangle, a parallelogram, and any similar figures. Pythagorean theorem implies a relationship between the three sides of a right triangle. However, the procedure of Euclidean proof is discussed in relation between the areas of the square, which each edge is the length of each side of a right triangle. In this study, according to the attached figures, we found that the Pythagorean theorem appears in the following three cases, that is, the relationship between the sides, the relationship between the areas, and one case that do not appear in the previous two cases directly. In addition, we recognized the efficiency of Euclidean proof attached the square. This proving activity requires a mathematical process, and a generalization of this process is a good material that can experience the diversity and rigor at the same time.

CTOC에서 SSA Form으로 변경된 표현식에 대해 최적화를 적용하기 위해선 중복된 표현식을 제거하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 VN(Value Numbering)을 적용하였다. VN을 수행하기 위해서 우선 SSA Form 형태로 정보를 유지하는 SSAGraph를 생성하고, 그래프에서 동등한 노드를 찾은 후, SCC(Strong1y Connected Component)를 생성한다. SCC를 통해 동등한 노드에 같은 valnum을 설정하게 된다. VN을 수행한 결과 SSA Form 수행 과정에서 추가되었던 많은 노드에 대한 제거를 확인할 수 있었다. 설정된 valnum은 최적화와 타입 추론에 적용된다.

In this study, calcium titanate $(CaTiO_3)$ gel was prepared by mixing calcium nitrate and titanium isopropoxide in 2-methoxy-ethanol. $CaTiO_3$ gel was single-layer coated on Ti-6Al-4V using a sol-gel dip-coating technique. The coating was calcined at $750^{\circ}C$ in air by utilizing a very slow heating rate of $2^{\circ}C/min$. The crystalline phases of the coating were characterized by x-ray diffraction using a slow scan rate of $1^{\circ}/min$. The morphology of the coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The corrosion behavior of Ti-6Al-4V samples coated with $CaTiO_3$ films were tested in an artificial saliva solution by potentiodynamic polarization and were quantified by the Tafel extrapolation method. The electrochemical parameters showed a considerable increase in the corrosion resistance for the $CaTiO_3$-coated Ti-6Al-4V samples compared to bare substrates.

A simple GC method with a FID detector was developed in order to determine two main compounds (${\beta}$-sitosterol and lupenone) for Adenophorae Radix. ${\beta}$-Sitosterol and lupenone were analyzed by the gradient thermal ramping method. Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas at 108 kPa. The flow rate of gas was 2.0 mL/min; $2{\mu}L$ of filtered sample was injected at a split ratio of 1 : 80. This method was fully validated with respect to linearity, precision, accuracy and robustness. Further, this GC-FID method was applied successfully in order to quantify two compounds in an Adenophorae Radix extract. The GC analytical method for classification analysis was performed by repeated analysis of 59 reference samples in order to differentiate between Adenophora triphylla var. japonica Hara and 14 Codonopsis lanceolata. The results indicate that the GC-FID method is suitable and reliable for the quality evaluation of Adenophorae Radix.

Recently, there is growing interest in ultraviolet (UV) irradiation as a disinfection technic in drinking water production due to its effectiveness to inactivate microorganisms such as Crytosporidium parvum without forming disinfection byproducts. However, UV disinfection is known for its drawback such as photoreactivation. Despite many works concerning the photoreactivation, most of works were focused on indicator or non pathogenic microorganisms. The objective of this study is to examine the photoreactivation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa which is an opportunistic pathogen as UV radiation by LP and MP UV lamp was applied. The result showed that P. aeruginosa had high photo repair efficiency regardless of the type of UV irradiation. Both of the effective log repair values of LP and MP UV irradiation were found approximately 2.6 log. In addition, photo repaired P. aeruginosa was not significantly different in forming biofilm in comparison with non treated P. aeruginosa.

The distribution features of recombinant human $alpha-interferon(rHuIFN-{\alpha}A)$ and $^{14}C-radiolabeled\;rHuIFN-{\alpha}A\;(^{14}C-rHuIFN-{\alpha}A)$ were investigated in ICR mice after i.v. injection. The level of $rHuIFN-{\alpha}A$ in the kidney was significantly higher than those in lung and liver at 10min after the injection. But the level was reduced significantly at 60min. The level of radioactivity in the kidney was also significantly higher than those in other organs after i.v. injection of $^{14}C-rHuIFN-{\alpha}A$, but it was reduced at much slower speed than was $rHuIFN-{\alpha}A$. These results show that interferon is distributed repidly and the kidney is the main site of distribution and metabolism of $rHuIFN-{\alpha}A$.

1. Objectives This study is written to investigate the biblographical facts on the book ${\ulcorner}$ Geumge Bibang${\lrcorner}$(Secret Prescriptions of Sasang (Golden Box). 2. Methods The Biblographical study through chronological research of several books concerning Sasang Constitutional Medicine including ${\ulcorner}$Dongyisusebowon${\lrcorner}$,${\ulcorner}$Dongyisasangjintyoeuijeon${\lrcorner}$after Dr. Lee Je-Ma's death was accomplished. 3. Results and Conclusions There are so many herb medicines using just one herb drug not several herb drugs according to many diseases in this book. Accrording to the writer of this book, Lee Min- Bong, JUSt one herb drug to each disease was a useful way to treat that disease in a poor countryside life. There are 85 adult's diseases, 8 women's diseases, 47 children's disease, 11 smallpox's diseases and 30 grotesque diseases. This book of ${\ulcorner}$Geumgebibang${\lrcorner}$ was written by Lee Minbong not by Cheondeoksanin in 1935 and published in 1936 and it was the first book covering the herb drug and diets to treat diseases according to Sasang Constitutional Types. It was first found in this book that Sasang could be explained with Yin- Yang relationship and Sasang Constitutional Types could be explained with characters like dragon, cow, donkey and horse, and with classrncatibn of faces and behaviors.
