알코올 섭취자와 비섭취자의 혈청 지질 수준에 대한 비교연구 -충남 일부지역 남자공무원을 대상으로- (A Comparative Study on Serum Lipid Levels in Drinker and Non-drinker)

  • This study was carried out to examine the effects of alcohol on serum lipid levels. Subjects of this study were 50 military officers living in Honsung, Korea, 25 of whom consumed alcohol on a regular basis and 25 of whom did not. All subjects were previously informed of the purpose of the study and the methods of food intake reporting and blood testing. The age distribution range of subjects was 30-49 years. Weight, height, and body mass index(BMI) were not significantly different between the two groups. Blood pressure was compared, and it was found that the drinker group had mean systolic(SBP) and diastolic blood pressures(DBP) 10mmHg higher than the non-drinker group. Nutrient intake levels of the two groups were not significantly different and were adequate with respect to the recommended dietary allowances. It was found that the drinker group ingested more calories, protein, fat and vitamn B1 than the non-drinker group, while the non-drinker group ingested more carbohydrate, calcium, iron, vitamin A, niacin and ascorbic acid. These differences were believed caused by increased caloric intake from alcohol and additional intake of meat served with drinks for the drinking group. Fourteen of the twenty-five drinkers(56%) had drank regularly for five to ten years. Most drinkers drank 2-3 times per week, with alcohol intake less than two bottles(720ml)of distilled liquor(Soju) at a time. Meat was often served with alcohol as reported by 72% of the drinker group, and was believed to contribute to raised intake of calories, protein and fat in this group. Serum lipid levels of both groups were classified as normal, but the components of total cholesterol, triglycerides were significantly higher in drinkers than non-drinkers. The correlation between triglyceride levels and alcohol intake at one sitting was shown to be significantly positive(r=0.57, p<0.01), so it was believed that triglyceride elevation was associated more with heavy drinking than light drinking. We can conclude that if alcohol is consumed with a normal diet, then serum cholesterol, triglyceride and total lipid levels are expected to increase.

군 간부들의 학습된 무력감, 우울, 조직몰입 및 직무열의의 관계: 우울의 매개효과 및 소명감의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Relationships of Learned Helplessness, Depression, Organizational Commitment and Job Engagement: Focusing on Depression as a Mediator and Calling as a Moderator)

  • 본 연구의 첫 번째 목적은 군 간부들의 학습된 무력감이 부정정서인 우울에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 이러한 우울이 군 간부들의 직무태도 변인인 조직몰입 및 직무열의에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 과정을 탐색하는 것이었다. 두 번째 목적은 우울과 조직몰입 관계 및 우울과 직무열의 관계에서의 소명감의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 공군 비행단에서 근무하는 직업군인 310명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 학습된 무력감은 우울을 정적으로 예측하였으며, 조직몰입과 직무열의를 부적으로 예측하였다. 또한, 우울은 조직몰입과 직무열의를 부적으로 예측하였다. 둘째, 매개효과 검증 결과 학습된 무력감과 조직몰입 관계에서 우울이 매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 학습된 무력감과 직무열의 사이에서도 우울의 매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 우울과 조직몰입 및 직무열의 사이에서 소명감의 조절효과 검증 결과 조직몰입과 직무열의 모두 우울과 소명감의 상호작용이 유의미하게 나타났다. 논의에서는 본 연구 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의와 시사점, 한계점 및 향후 연구과제에 대해 제안하였다.

독일 상트 오틸리엔 선교분도수도원 선교박물관 소장 갑옷에 관한 기초연구 (A Fundamental Study of the Armors of the Missionsmuseum St. Ottilien in Germany)

  • This is a basic study of the two remaining armors (artifacts number K2366, K2368) from the late Joseon dynasty that is part of the Korean costume collection, which is preserved in the Mission Museum of Saint Ottilien in Germany. The armor No. 1 (artifacts number K2366) is a coat-styled armor with brass studs. It has a U-shaped neckline with the non-overlapping collars and sleeve straight-lined inseam. The armor No. 1 has the Mu to the sides and is not back slit. Both its inner and outer material are padded with cotton. Leather mails are attached on the inner lining, and studs are attached on the outer lining to match the leather mails. For this reason, the armor No. 1 can be named MyeonPiGab (brass studded armor consisting of a cotton coat with internal leather mails). The outer material is faded to have the natural white, or antique white look and the patterns on it are indigo blue. The inner material is blue, but the original color is unknown since it is faded. The lotus blossoms and vine patterns are dyed on the surface of the outer material and a name is written on the inner material. The armor No. 1 was worn between the late 17th century and the 19th century. It is estimated that it was worn by military officers who were above the mid-rank in the end of the Joseon dynasty. The armor No. 2 (artifacts number K2368) is a coat-styled armor with brass studs and a low-cut U-shaped neckline. The armor No. 2 has a slit on the left armpit and a string around it. Studs are evenly attached on the armor. The iron mails are attached to the left chest area on its inner lining. It seems that it was designed with both formality and functionality in mind. The outer material is red flannel, the inner material is blue satin and the pads are cheesecloth. The side of its collars, cuffs, front lines, sidelines, back slit, and bottom lines are trimmed with fur. There are armors called "JeonCheolGap (brass studded armor consisting of a felt coat with internal iron mails)," which is similar to the armor No. 2, however, the similarities are limited because they are not made of the same material nor do they follow the same principle of nomenclature.

  • 항공기 제작산업은 고부가가치일 뿐만 아니라 국가적인 수출 유망산업으로서 현재 매년 수십억 달러에 달하는 항공기 부문의 무역 적자를 개선하기 위하여 반드시 이루어야할 사업이다. 현재 국내 항공 산업은 최초 아음속항공기인 KT-1을 시작으로 최초 초음속 항공기인 T/A-50 개발에 이르기까지 눈부신 발전을 이루고 있으며, 실전 배치와 국내외 각종 에어 쇼에서 그 우수성을 인정받고 있다. 현재도 계속 진행되고 있는 차기 전투기 사업이나 공격헬기사업 등을 고려한다면, 차세대 국내수송기 개발 전망은 매우 밝은 편이다. 또한, 공군 해외파병의 역사가 월남전부터 대테러전과 최근의 이라크 자유 작전까지 수송기를 이용한 항공수송이 주 임무가 되었던 점을 감안한다면, 장래 우리 군과 국산 수송기의 우수성을 알릴 수 있는 기회 또한 많을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 우리나라에서 수송기를 개발할 경우 적정 규모에 대해서 AHP기법을 이용하여 알아보고자 하는 목적에서 시작되었다. 평가는 한국형 중형 여객기 개발 규모 연구에 적용되었던 평가기준을 근거로 운용성, 경제성, 기술성, 안전성, 환경친화성의 5가지 기준으로 결정하였으며 세부 평가기준은 군 수송기에 적합하도록 관련 문헌을 참고하여 적용하였다. 의사결정 집단은 현장의 수송기를 운용하고 항공기를 제작하는 현장의 목소리를 가장 잘 대변할 수 있는 전문형 실무자로서의 적합성을 기준으로 하여 5년 이상의 실무경험을 가진 수송기 조종사, 수송장교, KAI의 과장급 실무자로 선정하였다.

우리나라 의사인력의 공급 및 생산성 추계 (Projection of Physician Manpower Supply in Korea)

  • In this study, the number of physicians presently living in Korea was thoroughly estimated by several means and, on this basis, their productivity and level of supply were estimated. The results were as follows First, the number of physicians who did not notify the Korea Medical Association in May 1987 were 10,110, including 4,093 emigrant physicians(40.5%) ,861 military medical officers,745 public health doctors, and 107 deceased physicians. A total of 1,330 physicians could not be identified by any effort. Second, among the 34,897 registered physicians as of May 1987, 29,933(85.8%) were residing in Korea, 4,115 physicians(11.8%) had emigrated to other countries, and 849 physicians(2.4%) were deceased. Practicing physicians difined as those in Korea who were not retired, serving in the military, or completing residencies or internships, comprised 78.6%(27,414 physicians) of the total number of registered physicians. Third, it is estimated that in the year 2000 the number of registered physicians, physicians residing in Korea, and practicing physician will be 75,040, 64,038, and 57,655, respectively and these are increases of 115.0%, 113.9%, and 110.3%, respectively, compared to 1987. Fourth, the population physician ratio will be 759 to one physician in the year 2000. Fifth, the productivity of physicians, as calculated by relative values defining the productivity of 35 to 44 year-old male physicians as 10, will increase 110.7% in the year 2000 compare to that of 1987, and this increment is almost the same level as that of physician supply. From the results of the present analysis of physician manpower and supply projection, it can be recognized that the development of a regular notification system is necessary in order to identify precisely the number of physicians. Also a policy of physician supply is essential in order to adjust in advance the number of physicians, otherwise there will be surplus to the medical demand.

조선 후기 원유의 영선체제와 과정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the System and Process of the Construction and Management for the Royal Garden and Landscape in the Late Choson Dynasty)

  • The construction and management of the royal garden and landscape were the most significant project in Choson Dynasty. The kind of the royal garden and landscape were the rear garden of the palace, the groves of the royal shrine and orchard, etc. As the important project of the country, these constructions were controlled by the administrative system without division into the fields of engineering, building and landscaping. The purpose of this study is to investigate the administrative system. In particular, this study is focused on the construction and management of the royal garden and landscape in Hanyang from the 18th century to the late 19th century. This study is based on the analysis of historic documents and a survey of the relics. The results were summarized as follows : 1) The administrative system of the construction and management of the royal garden and landscape was composed of the government offices under Industry Board as a permanent organization - Yongjosa, Santaeksa, Chunchonsa, Songonggam, Changwonso - and Togam as a temporary organization. In addition to these organizations, there were Revenue Board, Ceremony Board, Military Board, which served as supporting organizations. The control of the construction and management of the royal garden and landscape was held by decision makers, executors of works and management. 2) The general process of the construction and management of the royal garden and landscape included Sangji and Kyuho다 as the first step; In case of buildings and facilities, according to former examples and drawings, the most of the planning and design was already fixed. In the case of landscape, those things aimed at construction according to the existing lie of the land. The works in the 2nd step; This process was divided into the construction of facilities and planting. In case of construction of facilities, those works were done by Togam and Songonggam. The high cost works were carried out through Togam and normal repairing works were completed by Songonggam. In case of planting, those works were carried out through Chunchonsa and the military. The management in the 3rd step; This process was done by two parts like the process of works. In case of facilities, management was done 효 the officers of Pongshim. In case of groves of newly - planted trees, this management was done by Tongsanbyonlgam and Tongsanjik who served cultivation and harvest of fruit trees as an expert.

  • 현대전에서 예비전력은 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 그동안 예비전력에 대한 주 관심 대상은 남성이었고, 여군 예비전력은 거의 관심을 받지 못해 왔다. 이제는 여러 상황 변화에 따라 여군 예비전력의 필요성에 관심을 가져야 할 때이다. 인구감소에 따라 상비군 전력 자원뿐 아니라 예비전력의 자원 감소, 전쟁 양상변화에 따른 여군이 장점을 가지고 임무수행할 수 있는 분야의 발전, 그리고 양성평등 및 여성의 사회적 역할 증대의 시대적 상황 변화가 주요한 요인이라고 볼 수 있다. 군에서 현역 여군이 증가하는 이유이기도 하다. 그러나, 현재 전역 여군은 예비군에 편입되는 것이 필수가 아닌 선택사항이다. 예비군 편입을 희망하는 퇴역 여군 수가 증가하지 않는 경우, 현역 여군 수가 증가함에 따라 예비군에 편입되는 간부의 수는 감소하게 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 전역 여군의 예비역 편입 확대 필요성과 현역 여군의 증가가 예비역 여군 전력에 미치는 영향을 연구하는 것이다.

치안보조인력 제도의 개편에 관한 연구 (A Study on Reorganization of System of Assistant Police Officer)

  • 치안보조인력으로서 치안유지 및 사회안전 확보의 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있는 의무경찰제도가 국방부의 전환복무요원과 대체복무요원 폐지 결정에 따라 향후 경찰의 치안공백 문제를 최소화하기 위한 절대적인 경찰인력 확보에 난항이 예상되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구에서는 치안보조인력인 의무경찰을 대체할 인력으로서 병역자원도 정규경찰관도 민간경비 또는 기타 보안인력도 아닌 민간인 신분의 계약직으로 충원하고 이 인력을 치안보조업무에 활용하는 구체적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 보다 궁극적으로 이 연구는 기존의 연구에서 다룬바 있는 의무경찰 감축 혹은 폐지에 따른 대체인원 확보라는 차원을 넘어 보다 큰 틀에서 우리나라의 현행 치안보조인력제도(의무경찰제도)의 개편을 통해 바람직한 경찰인력 구조 및 운용방향을 제시하고 이를 통해 의무경찰 폐지로 인한 치안공백을 최소화하며 경찰이 양질의 대국민 치안서비스를 제공할 수 있게끔 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 1) 현행 경찰인력 현황을 분석하고 치안수요 및 치안환경변화에 따른 절대적 경찰인력 확보 혹은 경찰인력 증원의 필요성 및 당위성을 도출하고, 2) 현행 치안보조인력제도의 개편 필요성 및 방향을 논의한 뒤, 3) 한국와 유사한 치안보조인력을 활용하고 있는 외국의 사례 분석을 통해 정책적 시사점을 도출하고, 4) 채용절차에서부터 활동영역에 이르기까지 한국에서의 민간계약직 치안보조인력의 구체적인 운영방안 및 법적·제도적 정비방안을 제시하였다.

전문대학(專門大學)의 방사선과(放射線科) 교육(敎育)에 관(關)한 조사연구(調査硏究) (Investigation on Education of Radiological Technology in Junior College)

  • The result of this study from surveying and analyzing the present situation of educational institutes of radiologic technology, educational situation of radiologic technology, and students' attitude and recognition about the education of radiologic technology, the faculty's thought of it throughout the country from October, 1981 to April, 1982 is as follows: 1. The total number of educational institutes for radiologic technology is 11, but all of them are private colleges classified by foundation and 1,414 freshmen were admitted to enter the colleges by admission quotas of students at present in March, 1982. 2. The number of male(1965-1982) is 3,046(78.0%), that of female is 856(22.0%), and total of them is 3,904 that graduated from the departments of radiologic technology in 9 junior colleges in Korea. 3. The number of the instructional staffs in radiologic technology in Korea is 32, but among them 1 professor, 1 associate professor, 16 assistant professors and 14 full-time instructors. 4. The credits for graduation are 80-96 credits and students need required liberal arts and required major studies to get the qualification for graduation. 5. In the national examination for radio-technologist license, total 7,150 persons took the examination, but only 2,796 persons passed it, therefore, the average passed rate is 39.1% from the year 1965 to 1982. 6. 61.3% of students expressed dissatisfaction about their campus lives, the reason of which is mainly poor educational facilities(26.7%), insufficient number of faculty(21.2%) and negative Recognition on junior college from society, etc. 7. About the education of their major studies of colleges, 70.9% of students answered that they were short of laboratory works and clinical trainings rather than theoretical lessons. 8. The chief problem in practice works is about facilities and equipemtns for practice (students 39.1%, faculty 68.8%), and about the fact that too many students usually work at a time(students 17.1%, faculty 21.9%), etc. 9. 87.4% of students and 93.8% of faculty answered that clinical training in school is necessary. 10. Students' viewpoints on the radiologic technologist and the attitudes on the profession as a radiologic technologist are approximately affirmative. 11. Fields of employment to advance after graduation are mainly the fields related to their major studies(hospital, clinic, health clinic, industrial companies related and military officers of medical technology, etc.), which fields arc predominant to 74.5% rather than non-related fields(enrols into 4 year colleges, etc.). 12. 85.2% of students, 87.5% of the faculty expressed their opinions that the present academic years of 2 should be lengthened more. 13. 90.7% of the faculty expressed their opinions that the present students quotas should be reduced in whole or in part.

멘티의 성격특성과 가치성향이 군(軍) 조직의 비공식적 멘토링 기능에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mentee's Characteristics and Value Orientation on Informal Mentoring Function of ROK Military)

  • 본 연구는 군 조직의 비공식적 멘토링 관계에 있는 조직구성원의 성격특성인 심리적 유사성과 내재적 통제위치, 가치관 성향인 개인주의와 권력거리가 멘토링 기능에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 육군 사단급의 초급간부 547명을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 검증결과 첫째, 심리적 유사성과 내재적 통제위치는 멘토링 기능에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 권력거리 성향은 멘토링 기능에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면 개인주의 성향은 가설의 의도와는 다르게 멘토링 기능에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 군 조직의 비공식 멘토링 관계에서 멘티가 멘토와 심리적 유사성을 높게 지각하거나 내재론자 또는 개인주의 성향이 강한 멘티일수록 멘토링 기능을 많이 지원받는다고 지각하고 있었다. 반면에 권력거리를 높게 지각하는 멘티일수록 멘토링 기능을 상대적으로 적게 받는다고 인식하였다. 본 연구를 통해 군 조직의 멘토링 관계에서 멘토링 기능에 영향을 주는 변인들의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 본 분석결과가 공식적 비공식적 멘토시스템 운영 및 향후 멘토링 관계 연구에 일조할 수 있다는데서 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.
