Micro-Source의 운전 범위에 따른 Micro-Grid 시스템 의 안정도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Stability of Micro-Grid System Considering Operating Range of Micro-Sources)

  • This paper deals with the micro-grid consisting of micro-sources which adopt voltage sourced inverters with independent real and reactive power control capability for providing premium power quality. This paper presents dynamic modeling and the stable operating range of the micro-grid system varying the parameters of the micro-sources. The fundamental frequency model of the micro-source inverters are considered to form a dynamic model of the micro-grid system. Stability analysis is performed based on the linearized dynamic model of the micro-grid system. Case study results show the parameters affecting the stability of the micro-grid and the stable operating range of the micro-sources.

  • In this study, Dual servo mechanism with VCM(Voice Coil Motor) and PZT is designed for a high precision force and position control. We designed the VCM actuator and dual servo mechanism with leaf spring. VCM actuators, with their high linearity, simple structure, low weight, and high efficiency, are increasingly being used in micro-positioning applications. There are many kinds of VCM with a structure. VCM actuators are divided into two types by moving parts. One is moving magnet type and the other moving coil type. We described the properties of these two types of VCM. Design parameters of VCM are defined through the FEM simulation analysis of magnetic field and dynamic model of dual servo mechanism. These researches help to for decreasing loss in the air gap of VCM. We present dual servo mechanism is effective mechanism for a force control in hi h precision, properties of designed VCM.

  • 본 논문에서는 인텔사의 StrongARM 프로세서에 내장형 리눅스 운영 시스템을 실장하여 내장형 웹 서버를 구현하고 ARM프로세서에 연결된 병렬포트의 입 출력을 HTTP 프로토콜을 이용하여 범용 웹 브라우저에 의하여 제어하는 초소형 웹 서버 시스템을 구현함을 다루었다. 이를 위하여 리눅스 운영 시스템의 HTTP를 실장하고 CGI에 의한 병렬포트 제어 프로그램을 구현하여 프로세서 보드의 메모리에 실장한다. 프로세서의 병렬포트에 입 출력을 제어하는 하드웨어 기능을 웹 서버와 브라우저를 이용하여 원격에서 제어할 수 있도록 구현하고 실험을 통하여 내장형 웹 서버의 구현을 보였다.

Development of a Fast Alignment Method of Micro-Optic Parts Using Multi Dimension Vision and Optical Feedback

  • A general process of electronic assembly is composed of a series of geometric alignments and bonding/screwing processes. After assembly, the function is tested in a following process of inspection. However, assembly of micro-optic devices requires both processes to be performed in equipment. Coarse geometric alignment is made by using vision and optical function is improved by the following fine motion based on feedback of tunable laser interferometer. The general system is composed of a precision robot system for 3D assembly, a 3D vision guided system for geometric alignment and an optical feedback system with a tunable laser. In this study, we propose a new fast alignment algorithm of micro-optic devices for both of visual and optical alignments. The main goal is to find a fastest alignment process and algorithms with state-of-the-art technology. We propose a new approach with an optimal sequence of processes, a visual alignment algorithm and a search algorithm for an optimal optical alignment. A system is designed to show the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method.

Macro-Micro Manipulation with Visual Tracking and its Application to Wheel Assembly

  • This paper proposes a wheel-assembly automation system, which assembles a wheel into a hub of a vehicle hung to a moving hanger in a car manufacturing line. A macro-micro manipulator control strategy is introduced to increase the system bandwidth and tracking accuracy to ensure insertion tolerance. A camera is equipped at the newly designed wheel gripper, which is attached at the center of the end-effector of the macro-micro manipulator and is used to measure position error of the hub of the vehicle in real time. The redundancy problem in the macro-micro manipulator is solved without complicated calculation by assigning proper functions to each part so that the macro part tracks the velocity error while the micro part regulates the fine position error. Experimental results indicate that tracking error satisfies the insertion tolerance of assembly $({\pm}1mm)$, and thus it is verified that the proposed system can be applied to the wheel assembly task on a moving hanger in the manufacturing line.

  • a basis such as IT(Information Technology), NT(Nano Technology) and BT(Bio Technology). Recently, NT is applied to various fields that are composed of science, industry, media and semiconductor-micro technology. It has need of IT that is ultra-precision positioning technology with strokes of many hundreds mm and maintenance of nm precision in fields of ultra micro process, ultra precision measurement, photo communication part and photo magnetic memory. This thesis represents optimal design on ultra-precision positioning with single plane X-Y stage and development of artificial control system for adequacy of industrial demand. Also, dynamic simulation on global stage is performed by using ADAMS (Automated Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System) for the purpose of grasping dynamic characteristic on user designed X-Y global stage. The error between displacements from micro stage and from FEM(Finite Element Method) is 3.53% by verifications of stability on micro stage and control performance. As maximum Von-mises stress on hinge of micro stage is 5.981kg/mm$^2$ that is 1.5% of yield stress, stability on hinge is secured. Preparing previous results, optimal design of micro stage can be possible, and reliance of results with FEM can be secured.

상용인버터 구동 유도전동기의 마이크로 서지 및 노이즈 억제에 관한 대책 (Countermeasure on the Suppression of Micro Surge and Noise for a Induction Motor Driven by Commercial Inverter)

  • 일반적으로 산업현장에서 널리 사용되는 유도전동기는 상용인버터를 이용하여 속도제어를 하게 된다. 상용인버터로 구동되는 유도전동기는 인버터의 고속 스위칭에 의한 마이크로 서지전압을 발생한다. 이러한 마이크로 서지는 전동기의 소손뿐 만아니라 PLC 제어계통에 있어서 노이즈 문제를 발생하며, 생산 활동에 막대한 지장을 초래하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로 서지의 발생 메커니즘을 살펴본 후 전동기 소손 방지를 위한 대책을 제시하고 인버터 출력단에 LCR 필터를 부착하여 실험하였으며 결과로 마이크로 서지전압이 저감됨을 확인하였다 또한 PLC 제어계통의 노이즈 억제에 대해 이론적 고찰을 통해 대책도 제시하였다.

독립형 DC마이크로그리드 내 BESS용 4 LEG DC/DC 컨버터의 고장허용 및 고효율 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fault Tolerance and High Efficiency Control of 4 Leg DC/DC Converter for Battery Energy Storage System in Standalone DC Micro-grid)

  • This paper proposes a fault tolerant and high efficiency operation algorithm for a 4 LEG DC/DC converter for a battery energy storage system(BESS) forming a main power source in a standalone DC micro grid. The BESS for the main power supply in the stand-alone DC micro-grid is required to operate at high speed according to fault tolerant control and load by operating at all times. Fault-tolerance control changes the short-circuit fault to an open-circuit fault by using a fuse in case of leg fault in 4 legs, and operates stably through phase shift control. In addition, considering the loss of the power semiconductor, the number of LEG operation is adjusted to operate at high efficiency in the full load region. In this paper, fault tolerant control and high efficiency operation algorithm of DC/DC converter for BESS in standalone DC micro grid is presented and it is proved through simulation and experiment.

CAN과 RTOS를 내장한 소형 실시간 시스템 설계 기법 (Design Scheme of A Micro Real-Time Control System with CAN and RTOS)

  • 본 논문은 초소형 센서노드(이하 노드)에서 인터럽트 처리와 데이터 전송에 대한 지연에 대한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 Micro Real-Time Control System (MRTCS)을 제안한다. MRTCS은 제어노드와 Controller Area Network (CAN) 기반의 노드로 구성되어졌다. 제어노드는 소형 마이크로 제어기 (sMCU)에 Real-Time Operating System (RTOS)를 내장하여 설계하였다. 노드들은 sMCU 없는 CAN 기반의 디바이스이며, 다중 디지털 입출력과 CAN 제어기를 가지고 있다. 소형 실시간 시스템 설계를 위해, 오픈소스인 OCTAVE v3.6.4를 이용하여 시스템 성능에 대한 모의실험을 실시하였다. 모의실험을 통해 제안된 설계 기법을 이용할 경우 인터럽트 처리와 데이터 전송에 대한 지연이 감소하여 시스템 성능이 증가함을 알 수 있었다. MRTCS이 다양한 실시간 제어 시스템에 적용 가능함을 검증하였다.

에어백 공구 기반의 광학 연마 장치의 미세 힘 제어 구현 (Micro Polishing Force Control of the Polishing Machine with the Airbag Tool)

  • In this paper, the polishing force monitoring and the control method were implemented for the polishing machine with the airbag tool. Airbag tool has been known to be adaptable to the curvature variation such as the aspherical and the free-form surface. However, it was necessary to control the tool movement of vertical axis also because of the table rotational wobble and vibration. To solve it by the polishing force control, we installed another stepping motor to the z-axis. And the polishing force was measured with the load cell and controlled by the PID Labview controller. A few hundreds gram of the polishing force were well controlled under 0.8 second of the response time and 5% variation. An experiment was done to clean the edge burrs of the micro channel structure of width $87{\mu}m$ using the polishing force control.
