창업 이론 및 실습교육이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향: 문제해결능력 매개 효과 중심으로 (The Effect of Entrepreneurship Theory and Practical Education on Career Maturity: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Problem Solving Ability)

  • 대학교육에서는 창의적인 인재육성과 진로 개척 차원에서 창업교육에 관한 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창업교육을 이론교육과 실습교육으로 구분하여 대학생의 진로성숙도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 그리고 새로운 변화에 적응하고 극복하기 위한 핵심역량으로 문제해결력 능력 매개 효과에 관해서 연구하였다. 본 연구는 대학생 153명을 대상으로 Smart PLS를 활용하여 실증분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 창업이론교육과 창업실습교육은 문제해결능력에 유의미한 긍정의 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업이론교육은 진로성숙도에 긍정의 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 창업실습교육은 진로성숙도에 직접적인 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 문제해결능력은 진로성숙도에 긍정의 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 문제해결능력은 대학생들의 창업교육(이론, 실습)과 진로성숙도 사이에서 매개 효과가 있음을 밝혔다. 본 연구결과는 창업이론 및 실습교육이 문제해결능력에 미치는 직접 효과, 창업이론 교육이 진로성숙도에 미치는 직접 효과를 도출하였지만, 창업실습은 진로성숙도에 미치는 직접 효과는 없다. 반면 창업실습-문제해결-진로성숙도의 간접효과를 판단해 볼 때 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀져, 창업 실습교육은 창업 이론교육과 달리 그 자체로서는 진로성숙도에 유의미한 영향을 끼치지는 못하였다. 그러므로 대학의 창업 실습교육에 대한 개선이 필요하며, 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치기 위해서는 반드시 문제해결능력을 함양할 수 있도록 교육 설계가 필요하다는 시사점을 도출하였다.

동북아 물류중심국가 추진전략에 관한 연구 (Practical approaches to becoming the logistics hub of Northeast Asia)

  • Purpose - The Northeast Asian Logistic Hub strategy was established to create a national competitive advantage in northeast Asia. Countries in this region are competing fiercely to become the central base distribution port as the volume of container shipping continues to increase due to the northeast Asian (especially Chinese) economic growth. The primary method by which shippers are improving their customer service and distribution is enhancing profits by minimizing call ports on the key route through strategic affiliations and the use of large vessels. Each nation is planning large-scale investments in the construction of sea ports that can accommodate large vessels. This paper proposes ways by which the logistical strategies of domestic corporations can keep pace with changes in government policy concerning the Northeast Asian Business Hub policy. It examines the logistics system in the Northeast Asian region, analyzes the government's Northeast Asian Business Hub policy, and suggests logistical strategies for domestic corporations through an analysis based on a questionnaire designed to grasp domestic firms' needs and goals. Research design, data and methodology - The purpose of this study is to determine how shipping companies establish partnerships with third-party logistics providers and draws out the implications of the results. The survey methods used were personal interviews and questionnaires distributed to a sample population through e-mail, fax, mail, and telephone. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, of which 165 were returned. Among these, ten were excluded due to insufficient content; ultimately, 155 were used for the sample. The statistical data collection process was analyzed through data coating and a statistical package program. Results - This study argues that greater flexibility in policies, administration, and systems will be needed to significantly improve established business practices. In this dissertation, we primarily identify that in order to become a center of northeast Asian logistics, Korea must adopt a new paradigm and abandon the existing systems that are based on the economic and social systems that have stemmed from bureaucracy, inflexibility, chauvinism, and equalitarianism. Flexible policies, administration, and systems will be necessary to improve business practices. Domestic corporations must establish a strategic logistics hub and related network while simultaneously pursuing value-added logistics businesses by increasing their manpower and building a logistics information system. This will strengthen their competitive edge and lead to system improvements. Conclusions - Domestic corporations must adopt a new paradigm and use more reasonable business laws, systems, and policies that are based on market-driven flexibility and transparency. Moreover, social norms and regulations should be established to help ensure political and social security. Korea must also develop a culture of tolerance for foreign companies. Finally, the paradigm defining the policy governing the development of the capital city and its satellite cities in this context must be changed.

프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점 간 목표불일치가 가맹점의 조절초점, 성과, 그리고 기회주의에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Goal Incongruity between Franchisor and Franchisee on Regulatory Focus, Performance, and Opportunism of Franchisee)

  • Purpose - The ultimate goal of a franchise system comes from its win-win strategy. Agency theory uses goal incongruity to examine complex contracting problems between buyers and suppliers. Goal incongruity within a contractual relationship can be defined as the agent's desire not to cooperate. It is the degree to which the contractual terms do not satisfy the agent's goals. The greater the goal incongruity between the agent and the contract, the more likely it is that the agent will meet the terms of the contract. Thus, goal incongruity between buyers and suppliers has close relationships with both behavioral and financial performance. This study tries to examine these relationships in the franchise context using a model including related variables, such as regulatory foci, financial performance, and opportunism, to explain the reasons that not all franchisees perform their best. In particular, the study examines the effects of goal incongruity on regulatory focus, and the effects of regulatory focus on performance and opportunism. In short, the objective is to determine goal incongruity's effect on regulatory foci, and the effect of regulatory focus on performance and opportunism. Research design, data, and methodology - This study used data collected from the franchisee managers of 104 franchisors in South Korea. The franchisors include more than 10 franchisees, the majority of whom have been in business for more than five years. The study also surveyed 104 franchisees, matched with their franchisors for the sake of a dyadic approach. The study used regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Results - H1 and H2 predicted that goal incongruity would decrease promotion focus and increase prevention focus. Supporting H1, the result indicates goal incongruity had a positive effect on promotion focus. However, H2 was not supported. Goal incongruity had no significant effect on prevention focus (β = -.375, t = -4.331 and β = -.145, t = -1.950, respectively). H3 and H4 predicted that promotion focus would increase financial performance and decrease opportunism. Supporting these hypotheses, the results indicate that promotion focus had a positive effect on financial performance and a negative effect on opportunism (β = .771, t = 7.899 and β = -.765, t = -6.778, respectively). H5 and H6 predicted that prevention focus would decrease financial performance and increase opportunism. However, the results do not support these hypotheses. The results indicate that prevention focus had no effects on opportunism or financial performance (β = -.130, t = -1.070 and β = .090, t = .641, respectively). Overall, the evidence generally supported the hypotheses. Conclusion - Goal incongruity between a franchisor and a franchisee increases the franchisee's financial performance and opportunism, and the relationship is mediated by promotion focus. Interestingly, however, prevention focus has no mediating effect between goal incongruity and performance. Even though no significant relation exists between goal incongruity and prevention focus, the results have two implications. First, decreasing goal incongruity can improve financial performance and suppress franchisee opportunism. Second, the relationship between goal incongruity and performance affects promotion-focused franchisees.

The Effect of Innovation-oriented Organizational Culture on Job Engagement and Job Stress: Focusing on Moderating Effect of Self-efficacy

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is, in the situation where rapid response to the rapidly changing environment is required due to the development of the fourth industrial revolution such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and the internet of things, robotics, big data, additive manufacturing, bio-health, sharing economy and in the organizational culture aspiring toward the innovation of a major company, small business and a public institution, to analyze what influence a job-engagement and stress make, and what influence individual's self-efficacy as a moderator mediator makes, and to offer basic data for improving job-engagement and lowering job-stress. Research design, data, and methodology: For doing this, the literature and the empirical studies were combined. Deriving innovation-oriented organizational culture as factors affecting the job engagement and job stress through the literature, and have established hypotheses to verify them. We have collected data of 281 from ex,ecutives and staff-members working in areas including major company, small business and officials (the central government, a local public service, the prosecution, the police, and school). And these data were analyzed by SPSS 23 version. Results: Based on these data, the results of analysis were as follows; First, the innovation-oriented organizational culture which was recognized by organizational members had effect on job-stress. Second, the innovation-oriented organizational culture which was recognized by organizational members influenced job-stress. Third, in the relationship between the innovation-oriented organizational culture and job-engagement, self-efficacy did not influenced job-engagement. Finally, in the relationship between the innovation-oriented organizational culture and job-stress, self-efficacy influenced job-stress. Conclusions: Innovation-oriented organizational culture places importance on the organization's adaptability and flexibility in the external environment, so companies need to establish an innovation-oriented organizational culture favorable to achieving survival and successful innovation, and to develop and disseminate programs of positive and continuous organizations to improve task enthusiasm, reduce task stress, and enhance organizational performance. In the future, it will be necessary to verify the effectiveness of various organizational culture types through comparative analysis with companies that actively maintain an innovation-oriented organizational culture (Google, Kakao, etc.) and companies that prefer hierarchy-oriented organizational culture, relationship-oriented organizational culture, and market-oriented organizational culture.

중국 소비자의 장미 선호속성 분석 (An Analysis of Chinese Consumers' Preference on Rose)

  • Purpose - In Chinese rose market, Korea competes against Latin American and African countries, but is not so competitive in terms of price and quality, implying the importance of using appropriate marketing strategies. This study aims to examine Chinese rose consumers' recognition and attributes of preference for roses produced in Korea, in order to use the result as baseline data for Korean rose exporters to China and provide implications that help establish a variety of marketing strategies targeting each region, income and age group. Research Design, Data and Methodology - 112 Chinese people were involved and interviewed in Chinese horticulture industry who had participated in 2016 Hortiflorexpo IPM Beijing. Online questionnaire survey was additionally conducted with 533 Chinese living in Korea and China. The Conjoint Analysis was conducted for region, age, and income group of respondents to estimate the relative importance of rose attributes evaluated by each population group and the utility derived from each attribute level. This process aimed to compare respective population groups for the relative importance and utility to derive implications for targeted marketing strategies. Results - The analysis finds that Chinese rose consumers prioritize rose color, followed by price, flowering stage, and flower size in purchasing roses. They prefer red roses most, followed by pink and then yellow. Moreover, they prefer larger roses, and relatively cheaper roses. The analysis reveals they prefer roses in their 20%-flowering stage to more than 40%-flowering stage. Conclusions - Establishing marketing strategies differentiated for each Chinese consumer group is critical in expanding Korean rose export. The analysis finds while Chinese consumers living in Beijing considered rose color and flowering stage more importantly than their counterparts in Shanghai, Chinese consumers living in Shanghai considered rose price and size more importantly than their counterparts living in Beijing. Therefore, establishing marketing strategies based on these attributes of preference in each region is necessary. Mid & low-income consumer groups considered price as the most important factor, and high-income consumer groups considered rose color as the most important one. It is, thus, important to focus on rose color when establishing a marketing strategy with targeting the high-income consumer group.

방한 중국 관광객의 모바일 여행 앱 이용의도에 관한 연구 (The Use Intention of Mobile Travel Apps by Korea-Visiting Chinese Tourists)

  • Purpose - This study focuses on use intention of mobile travel Apps by Chinese tourists visiting Korea based on UTAUT model, ISS model and ITM model. And the corresponding market promotion schemes are proposed for operators of mobile travel Apps by the research results. Research design, data, and methodology - After collecting 326 respondents in China with cross-sectional questionnaires, this study begins the empirical research with users of mobile travel Apps, and analyzes data with IBM SPSS 23.0 and IBM AMOS 23.0. Results - The results of this study include the following aspects: firstly, the System quality and Information quality are accepted for hypotheses of Satisfaction and Performance expectancy. Secondly, the Personal Propensity to Trust and Firm Reputation are accepted for Initial Trust hypothesis, and the hypotheses of Firm Reputation and Initial Trust are accepted for Use Intention. Thirdly, the Performance expectancy, Effort expectancy, Social influence are accepted for Use Intention hypothesis. Conclusions - With the increase of tourists visiting Korea, it can be predicted that the needs visiting Korea will be increased persistently for Chinese - this trend brings about the increase of the Chinese travel. First, information quality greatly influences satisfaction and performance expectancy. The research result shows that, the higher the mobile traveling App's information quality is, the higher the satisfaction and performance expectancy will be. Therefore, operators of mobile traveling App should have in-depth investigations towards users, to know the latter's real demand to the information quality and then provide corresponding services. Second, performance expectancy and effort expectancy greatly influence users' intention. Therefore, mobile traveling App operators should improve Apps' convenience and efficiency and, in doing so, find an effective method for market expansion. Third, social influence greatly affects users' intention. The result shows that mobile traveling App operators should pay attention to the influence of mass media and friends' recommendation on users, thereby it is necessary to improve advertisement activities. Fourth, initial trust also influences users' intention. The result shows that initial trust is a key element inducing users to generate use intention. Therefore, mobile traveling Apps operators should make efforts to catch elements that influence users' initial trust.

사례기반추론 코스트 모델의 정성변수 속성가중치 산정방법 (A Method of Assigning Weight Values for Qualitative Attributes in CBR Cost Model)

  • 건축 프로젝트는 그 다양성과 특수성으로 인해 많은 불확실성을 갖고 있다. 이러한 불확실성을 해소하기 위해 공사비 예측은 건축 프로젝트의 전 과정에 걸쳐 반복적으로 이루어져야 하며 특히 초기단계의 공사비 예측은 효과적인 사업 추진을 위해 매우 중요한 과정이다. 통상 초기단계 공사비 예측은 과거에 수행되었던 실적공사와의 비교를 기반으로 하며, 이러한 원리를 이용한 기계학습방법이 사례기반추론이다. 사례기반추론은 해결하고자 하는 문제와 유사한 사례를 데이터베이스에서 검색, 수정하여 해답을 얻는 방법으로 이를 위해서는 속성 유사도와 속성 가중치의 정의가 필요하다. 그러나 속성 가중치를 결정하는 문제에 있어서, 기존의 방법들은 정성변수의 속성 가중치 결정이 불가능하다는 단점이 있으며, 이는 사례기반추론에 사용할 수 있는 변수를 한정시키기 때문에 공사비 예측의 정확성을 저해시키는 요인이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 최적화 문제를 해결하는 기법의 하나인 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 정성변수의 속성 가중치 결정 방법을 제안하고, 이를 국방 병영생활관과 공공아파트에 적용하여 그 유효성을 검증하였다.

크라우드펀딩 성공요인: 사회적 상호작용과 목표 달성 동기요인을 중심으로 (Successful Crowdfunding: Focusing on Social Interaction and Goal Achievement Motivations)

  • 연구목적 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트의 성공요인에 대해 다양한 연구들이 시도되어 왔으나 아직까지도 국내외 연구는 제한적인 상황이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트 커뮤니티를 둘러싼 정보기반(information-based) 및 행위 기반(behavior-based)의 사회적 상호작용뿐만 아니라 펀딩 모금액 달성이라는 공동의 목표가 프로젝트 성공에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 연구설계/방법론/접근법 본 연구를 위해 2016년 2월부터 8월까지 국내 대표적인 보상형 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼, 텀블벅(Tumblbug)에서 펀딩에 성공한 154개 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트들의 패널 데이터를 수집하였다. 이를 바탕으로 정보 기반의 사회적 상호작용 변수(정보 공유 횟수)와 행위 기반의 사회적 상호작용 변수(후원자수)가 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트 성공에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 목표 달성 동기요인이 사회적 상호작용과 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트 성공 간의 관계를 조절하는지 살펴보았다. 결과 본 연구 결과에 따르면 정보 기반의 사회적 상호작용 및 행위 기반의 사회적 상호작용이 크라우드 펀딩 프로젝트 성공에 긍정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 목표 달성 동기요인이 정보 및 행위 기반의 사회적 상호작용과 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트 성과 간의 관계를 조절한다는 것을 확인하였다.

반응표면 분석을 이용한 오미자 추출조건의 최적화 (Optimization of Extraction Conditions from Omija(Schizandra chinensis Baillon) by Response Surface Methodology)

  • 오미자를 이용하여 음료 제조를 하기 위한 오미자 추출의 최적조건을 알아보기 위하여 반응 표면 분석을 이용하였다. 각각의 반응표면분석 결과 고형분은 25배 이상의 용매비, $75^{\circ}C$이상 온도, $7{\sim}8$시간, 총산은 25배 이상의 용매비, $75^{\circ}C$의 온도, $6{\sim}7$시간, 페놀성 화합물은 25배의 용매비, $80^{\circ}C$의 온도, $6{\sim}7$시간, 환원당은 25배 이상의 용매비, $80^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도, $6{\sim}8$시간, 비타민 C는 25배 이상의 용매비, $80^{\circ}C$의 추출 온도와 $5{\sim}6$시간의 추출조건에서 최적의 추출조건을 나타내었고, 탁도의 경우는 7시간에서 $60^{\circ}C$이상, 용매비는 25배 이상일 때 탁도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 이에 따라 시간을 6시간으로 고정하여 각각의 추출조건에 따른 특성을 알아본 결과 Fig. 3과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 비타민 C, 환원당, 페놀성 화합물, 그리고 가용성 고형분의 함량은 높고, 음료 제조 시에 강한 신맛을 주어 제조된 음료의 기호도에 좋지 못한 영향을 줄 수 있는 총산의 양은 적은 지점을 임의적으로 정하여 최적 추출 조건으로 선정하였으며, 이 범위의 온도는 $65^{\circ}C$, 용매비는 25배로 예측한 결과 가용성 고형분은 2.2%, 비타민 C는 530 mg/g, 환원당은 479 mg/g, 페놀성 화합물은 260 mg/g, 총산의 함량은 190 mg/g, 탁도는 1.18 (O.D)로 나타났다. 결정한 최적 추출조건에서 오미자를 추출한 결과 고형분 1.9%, 비타민 C 451mg/g, 환원당 397 mg/g, 페놀성 화합물 260 mg/g, 총산의 함량 170mg/g, 탁도 1.20 (O.D)와 같은 결과를 얻었으며 반응표면분석에서 예측한 것과 다소간의 양호한 결과로 나타났다.

반응표면분석법을 이용한 팽나무(Celtis sinensis Persoon)의 최적 변색제거조건 결정 (Optimization of Bleaching Conditions for Stain Removal in Japanese Hackberry (Celtis sinensis Persoon) Using Response Surface Methodology)

  • 본 연구는 과산화수소를 사용하여 팽나무에 발생된 변색을 제거하기 위하여 수행되었다. 최적표백조건(반응온도, 반응시간, 과산화수소 농도)을 구하기 위하여 반응표면분석법(Response Surface Method) 중의 하나인 $2^3$ 요인중심합성계획법에 따라 총 15가지 실험조건들이 선정되었다. 표백처리는 침지법에 의해서 수행되었으며 표백효과는 표백 전후의 명도차에 의해 평가되었다. 반응조건들이 명도차에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 반응표면 분석모델을 구축할 수 있었으며, 반응표면분석모델의 $R^2$ 값은 0.93으로 반응조건이 표백효과에 미치는 영향을 잘 반영하는 것으로 판단되었다. 표백에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 인자는 과산화수소 농도였으며, 그 다음으로 반응시간과 반응온도의 순이었다. 과산화수소 농도가 3% 이상의 경우 표백효과가 다소 감소하며 $20^{\circ}C$에서는 원하는 표백효과를 획득할 수 없는 것으로 나타났다. 구축된 반응표면분석모델을 통하여 원하는 재색을 획득하 기 위하여 사용될 수 있는 여러 가지 반응조건의 조합이 제시될 수 있었다.
