웹 인터페이스디자인 분석방법 연구 (Study in Analyzing Method of Web Interface Design)

  • 인터넷과 뉴미디어의 발달로 인해 발생된 웹은 정보공유의 매체로서 뿐만 아니라 새로운 커뮤니케이션으로의 수단이 되고있다. 이에 따라 웹이 정보공유와 커뮤니케이션 목적을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 웹 인터페이스에 관한 디자인 방법론이 정립되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 도구로서 다양한 표현양식의 범위를 포함하는 웹의 효율적인 활용을 위해 웹 인터페이스디자인의 분석방법을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 웹 인터페이스디자인 방법론의 선행연구로서, 웹의 컨텐츠 분류, 정보구조, 웹사이트의 페이지디자인, 인터페이스의 구성원리와 디자인 구성요소를 살펴본다. 이를 바탕으로 웹 인터페이스디자인의 구성요소를 중심으로 하는 인터페이스 디자인의 분석 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 웹 인터페이스디자인의 분석방법은 웹 분류, 인터페이스디자인의 구성요소분석, 종합분석의 3단계로 나뉜다. 분석결과는 인터페이스디자인을 분류하고 유형화시킴으로써 구체적 디자인 개발의 과정에서 즉각적으로 피드백되는 인터페이스디자인의 가이드라인으로 이용될 수 있으며, 디자인의 예상되는 결과를 미리 검토할 수 있는 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

  • Scribble methodology is developed from the modernist's effort of pursuing the free expression and painterlyness And in modernism period usual abstract mode is made by simple plastic ingredients. One of them is Scribble way. In the period of postmodern, the Scribbling is confused with destructive methodology like Iconoclasm, Vandalism and scribbling. Lucio Fontana and Robert Raushenberg had developed these methodology and made new direction in $1960\sim1970$. After 1980, there had been graffiti movement similar to scribbling in germany. There had been developed many kind of scribble methodology, in each artist and be prolonged destroy the price of our usual concept. These Styles are able to discerned as follows. Firstly, in case of Cy Twombly, he used very allusive signifier, which contain different motives come from the ancient ruins or myths. The methodology follows multi-codified meaning relationship. Secondly, the methodology was developed by Jean Michael Basquait as the type of Hispanic scribbling for ebony peoples and by Keith Harring as the type of Cartoon image of Mass-media based on technology. Thirdly, the multi-meaning style was developed by David Salle as the type of destructive methodology which are the ambivalent images conjoined difference time and term and by Gigmar Polke as the type of mixture of abstract and realistic shapes together which are based on the aesthetics which is based on pessimistic sight for contemporary civilization. It means the methodology is based on the multi-codification of postmodern semiotics. So the scribbling mode is subjected as important as the changedness of late 20th century painting developments.

정보기술 비사용의 결정요인과 동태적 성격의 규명: 근거이론방법론에 의한 질적 연구 (Identifying the Determinants and the Dynamic Characteristics of ICT Non-Use: A Qualitative Study by Grounded Theory Methodolgy)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of non-use and the dynamic nature of non-use by the qualitative research methodology, grounded theory methodology, as part of identifying the nature of non-use. Design/methodology/approach We applied the grounded theory methodology to a total of 23 college students, including non-users who are not currently using them, users with low intention to use them, and users with high intention to use. We extracted the codes related to the use and proposed the non-use dynamics conversion process based on the coding results. Findings First, the use of information technology can also promote the frequency of use, but can also lead to the use of negative attitudes which would fall in the state of non-use. Second, the user may have both positive and negative attitudes toward the current information technology. Third, if usage is dominated by habits, it is not so easy to change persistent use into an unused state. Fourth, factors that determine the use of specific information technology can be a factor in determining nonuse. This study has contributed to understand the essence of non - use as well as the nature of use, overcoming limitations of quantitative research approach and confirming possibility of grounded theory method in information system research.

  • Construction of high-rise precast concrete apartment is an atractive alternative solution for severe shortage of residential facilities, especially in metropolitan areas in Korea. New building regulations enforced since 1988 requires all buildings higher than 6 storeys to be designed for earthquake. However, we hardly have any experience on seismic design of precast concrete buildings. This paper deals with methodology of seismic design and design considerations of connections for the large panel structures. Also addressed in this paper are studies needed to develop proper seismic design procedures of precast concrete buildings.

  • 최근 차량의 연비규제 강화로 인해, 기존 내연기관의 차량 부품 구동방식이 유압방식 대신 전동방식으로 대체되어 가고 있다. 이러한 부품의 대표적인 예가, Electronic Power Steering(EPS)이며, 현재 대부분의 차량에 적용되고 있다. EPS의 핵심 부품으로서는 전동기가 있으며, EPS의 조향감 개선 및 진동/소음 저감을 위해 전동기의 Cogging torque 및 Torque Ripple 저감이 요구된다. 일반적으로 Cogging torque 및 Torque ripple을 저감하기 위해서, 고정자 또는 회전자에 스큐를 적용한다. 본 연구에서는 고정자에 스큐가 적용된 Bushless PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor)의 설계 방법 및 해석방법에 대해 소개한다. 고정자 skew가 적용된 EPS용 PMSM에 대해 초기 설계를 진행하고, RSM(Response Surface Methodology)을 이용한 최적설계를 수행한다. 유한요소해석을 통해 역기전력, Inductance, Load torque 등의 성능을 확인한다. 마지막으로 시제품 제작 및 실험을 통해 설계 방법에 대한 신뢰성을 검증한다.

A Generative Research Methodology for Implementing TQM in Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises

  • Many researchers and practitioners have acknowledged the need to investigate the relationships amongst various criteria of implementing total quality management (TQM) in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMMEs). There is a need to have practical research methodologies that take cognisance of the peculiarities of SMMEs and impact on their quality management practices in developing countries. This paper presents the theoretical foundation of a proposed Generative Research Methodology and configures the specification of a TQM implementation framework in SMMEs. The methodology combines rigorous research approaches, builds theory based on the dynamics of the environment and the firms' characteristics and incorporates various TQM criteria into the design of the framework. It synchronises inductive and deductive research methods in three phases and uses various means to acquire empirical evidence and examine the dependent and independent variables of TQM implementation. It is anticipated that the methodology could help SMMEs to develop, analyse and evaluate the framework for attaining quality performance goals.

  • This paper presents motion based design methodology for structures. Current design methodologies are primarily strength-based. Such methods are adequate when strength is expected to govern the design. But as the slenderness of structures increases, motion such as displacement and acceleration becomes the dominant criterion. In this paper, a preliminary design approach for beam-type buildings, where motion dominates the design, is discussed by effectively distributing the magnitude of structural stiffness to control the distribution of displacement under service load. This analytic development is illustrated using a cantilever beam as the structure under static loads, free vibration, and forced vibration.
