  • This paper presents expansion and contraction in accordance with temperature change of contact wire and messenger wire. The tensioning device is designed and installed to pull the contact wire and messenger wire straight at all times. Pulling a contract wire straight ensures that smooth contract is maintained between the contact wire and pantograph of an electric train, and this makes it possible to ensure a stable supply of electricity to the train. Normally, tensioning devices are installed at two positions over a distance of 1.0[km] to 1.6[km] per line. In installing the tensioning device, therefore, it is necessary to study the stroke(the range of the extension/contraction rate of the tensioning device compatible with that of the contact wire and messenger wire due to change in temperature). This paper introduces and discusses this topic.

  • The catenary system used in urban electrification railway have suffered mechanical and chemical stresses. These brought out severe messenger wire problems, these have caused accident. Especially, messenger wire is severely influenced by corrosion, vibration and tension. This paper investigate for the cause analysis of broken accident on messenger wire in catenary system. To analyze the cause analysis of accident, we have conducted experiment such as XRD, SEM, EDX and tensile test.

사용환경에 따른 조가선의 피로수명 예측 (Prediction on Fatigue Life of Messenger Wire with Service Environments)

  • Fatigue life of catenary wires in various environments is reduced when stress is concentrated on some points, which are often found in corroded areas by surrounding pollutants. Therefore, the fatigue test were performed in order to investigate the effect of the surface corrosion on the destructive behavior in service environment and accelerated corrosion environment as well as th examine the corrosive property and mechanism of the catenary wires. In the fatigue test of the messenger stranded wire, the corrosion degraded materials showed 35~50% of fatigue life at a same stress amplitude compared to original material. Because the catenary wires have variable load by the interaction of periodic contacts with pantographs the maximum stresses of trolley wire and messenger wire calculated by simulation at the messenger wire during operation was estimated thought the corrosion behavior interpretation of variable stress and fatigue test.

  • 본 연구에서는 통신선 가설 보조 기구인 조가선에 이상 장력이 작용하였을 때 전주의 영향을 유한 요소 해석을 통하여 전주 보호 기구를 설계 해석하여 보호시스템을 개발하였다. 보호시스템은 일반하중 또는 풍압과 일반적인 불평형 하중에서는 조가선이 탈락되지 않고 일정강도 이상이 가해지면 조가선이 자동 탈락되어 전주의 절손 방지 역할을 한다. 이러한 보호시스템의 구조는 유한 요소 해석을 통하여 해석되어졌고, 실제 제품에 대한 인장강도를 측정함으로써 성능을 입증하였다.

  • Due to increasing demands for environment-friendly railway system, bronze wires with cadmium, which is a potential environmental hazard, have been no longer permitted as messenger wire for electric railway system. One of materials being considered as the replacements is copper-clad steel conductor(CCSC), which is currently used as contact wire for high speed operation in the Japanese shinkansen. However, there have been few studies for the application as messenger wire by the CCSC. This study deals with requirements and performances of the messenger wire stranded by the CCSC, especially for high speed electric railway. And the tentative evaluation items and methods to be specified as the Korean railway standard(KRS) are proposed.

  • Power line communication, using 25[kV] high voltage of railway catenary, is to provide information which is real-time safety information for train operations and train workers in driving. Lots of noise were occupied in the contact wire by electrical and communication equipments. A signal attenuation was caused characteristics of the contact wire and messenger wire. For relaying communications to transmit information using the contact wire, catenary the noise and signal attenuation were investigated. And the final goal of the study was realized to transmit video information by power line communication on electric railway.

  • Power line communication(PLC) is a kind of communication technology, was made use of controling a frequency narrow band, but as the PLC technology developing, in the near future get to the commercial step that is broadband PLC upto 30 MHz. This paper deals with the PLC of electric railway using capacitive signal coupler. An AC arrester for catenary is used as a capacitive signal coupler, has the characteristic of capacitor. As a result of field test, a messenger wire used PLC contain much of conducted noise about overall frequency band and also signal attenuation rate increased with increasing frequency between two points. and the communication speed of PLC used messenger wire is 793kbps at a distance of 40m. Experimental results show the possibility of PLC using a messenger wire and an AC arrester for catenary at electric railway.

  • In this study, we analyzed the influence of electrical pole by FEM(Finite Element Method) and developed protective system by designing and interpreting protective system for electrical pole when abnormal strength worked on messenger wire. Protective system did not shed messenger wire under wind pressure and discontent load but did assign a part to preventing rupture of electrical pole through automatically shed messenger wire over fixed strength. Structure of protective system analysis by FEM and prove property by measuring tensile strength for practical product.

  • 본 논문은 조가선을 이용한 전기철도의 전력선 통신을 위한 네트워크 설계를 제안한다. 전기철도에서 필수적인 전차선 및 조가선을 이용하여 전력선 통신에 대한 타당성 검토를 선행연구로 수행하였다. 이를 위해 우선 무가압상태에서 조가선에 신호결합기를 취부하여 양방향 데이터 통신을 구현하였다. 데이터 전송속도가 양호하게 나타났으며 이를 토대로 전력선 통신을 위한 주요 구성품을 제시하고 네트워크 설계를 제안하였다. 향후 네트워크 설계에 대한 타당성을 확보하기 위해 지속적인 연구를 수행하고자 한다.

  • 인스턴트 메신저는 현대인의 의사소통 수단으로 스마트폰과 PC 등에서 이용 가능하며, 개별로 사용하거나 연동해서 사용할 수 있다. 메시지, 통화 및 파일 공유 등의 다양한 기능을 제공하는 메신저는 사용자의 행위정보를 포함하므로 포렌식 수사관점에서 중요한 증거로서의 가치를 지닌다. 하지만 스마트폰 데이터는 데이터 추출의 어려움이나 제작자의 보안기술 적용으로 분석의 어려움이 있다. 그러나 스마트폰과 PC 메신저를 연동해 사용하고 있는 경우 스마트폰 대신 PC에서 대화 내용 및 사용자 데이터 획득이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 Windows 10 환경에서 Wire 메신저의 크리덴셜 정보를 획득했으며, 다른 PC에서 인증 과정 없이 로그인 가능함을 보였다. 또한, 사용자 행위를 기반으로 생성되는 주요 아티팩트 선별하고 정리하였다.
