본 연구는 중등 예비음악교사들을 대상으로 동료멘토링을 활용하여 Bandura의 사회학습이론의 자기효능감 요인들 즉, 상황경험, 간접경험, 언어적/사회적 설득, 감성적/생리학적 상태의 향상과 동료멘토링 인식에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위해 멘토와 멘티로 구성된 팀활동과 멘티의 수업시연 및 동료평가를 실시하였으며, 교사로서의 자기효능감 향상에 대한 결과를 확인하기 위해 인터뷰와 성찰저널을 세부적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 교사로서의 자기효능감 요인들이 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 동료멘토링의 인식에 대한 결과 분석에서 멘티의 경우 멘토들의 조언을 통해 상호작용과 소통을 통해 다양한 도움을 받을 수 있었다는 긍정적인 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 예비음악교사들의 교사로서의 자기효능감 향상을 위해 다양한 교수법을 활용한 교육실습 및 실무경험의 기회가 요구되는 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 다문화아동 멘토링 프로그램에 참여한 간호대학생의 경험과 그 의미를 탐색하고, 멘토링 활동이 예비 간호사로서 갖추어야 할 문화역량에 어떤 도움을 주는지를 확인하기 위함이다. 연구설계는 반성적 저널과 심층면담을 통해 알아본 질적 연구이다. 자료수집은 2016년 3월 20일부터 6월 30일까지 약 4개월에 걸쳐 Y시 소재 D대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생 10명을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 연구질문은 다문화아동 멘토링 활동에 참여한 간호대학생의 경험은 어떠한가?이다. 반성적 저널은 멘토링 활동에 참여하기 전 1회와 10회의 멘토링 활동 직후에 연구참여자 개인별로 작성하였다. 심층면담은 멘토링 활동이 모두 종료된 후 반성적 저널의 의미를 명확히 하고 추가적인 멘토링 활동경험의 의미를 확인하기 위해 3명의 연구참여자를 대상으로 이루어졌다. 연구결과 다문화에 대한 편견을 깨는 계기, 다문화아동의 현실에 대한 이해, 성장을 위한 경험의 3가지 주요 주제를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호대학생의 문화간호역량 증진을 위한 간호교육프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In recent years, an increasing number of viewpoints hold that students should be engaged in a learning environment where understanding and knowledge transfer take place. This study introduces Mathematics Created by You (MCY)-mentoring program, which allows students to construct artefacts that are required to learn. This program is online-based and so can be shared by several people and mathematics leaning takes place through interactions within this carefully designed environment. Also, MCY intends to provide students a series of sequential activities related to creative play, creative learning and creative inquiry based on a Constructive and interactive environment. Furthermore, a creative activity- constructing a creative product using building blocks- was presented as an example. Finally, we investigate the pedagogical implications and suggest directions for the further development.

본 연구의 목적은 3년제 유아교육과 신입생의 학과 적응을 돕기 위한 멘토링 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 신입생의 학과 적응에 대한 어려움의 목록을 추출하기 위해 focus group 인터뷰를 하였다. 이후, 신입생의 학과적응을 도와주기 위한 방법에 대해 학년별로 브레인스토밍과 서술식 질문지로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 3년제 유아교육과 신입생의 어려움은 개인 내 어려움, 대인간 어려움, 지원체계에 대한 것이었다. 신입생의 어려움을 돕기 위해서는 신입생 겪는 어려움을 해소시키는 것과 그들의 대학생활 적응을 돕기 위한 정보 안내가 필요하였다. 3년제 유아교육과 신입생의 학과적응을 위한 멘토링 프로그램은 신입생이 겪는 학과 적응의 어려움 해소를 위한 내용과 신입생에게 필요한 정보 안내에 대한 내용으로 구성되었다. 프로그램은 총 8회기로 구성되었으며, 그 내용은 시간 관리, 학업 활동, 사회적 관계 형성, 진로 및 취업 준비, 교과 외 활동으로 범주화할 수 있었다.

The school system of fisheries high school was proper to specialist objective school system in order to training for expert human resource development.Training a field of human resources development from fisheries high school is fallow; fisheries production, seamen's training, ship engine and refrigerator, marine electronic telecommunication and information, fisheries foods production and fisheries foods production and distribution, fishery fisheries self-management, marine distribution, management and conservation of marine environment, safety and marine prevention of disasters, apparatus of marine development, under water area development.A new department opening and each department was revised toward to department name and department character. The unit-lesson hour of curriculum according to specialist objective school system of fisheries and marine highschool was revised. professional subject 98 unit-lesson hour(52%), normality subject 90 unit-lesson hour(48%), and educational activity of professional subject 10unit-lesson hour, total training activity 10 unit-lesson hour. And the special objective school system need to revise curriculum of 208 total unit-lesson hour.

Purpose - Recently, entrepreneurship education has been revitalized with interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship education is an educational service activity that is provided for entrepreneurship and individual start-up success within a certain period of time. According to previous studies on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship, the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education affects entrepreneurship and as a result increases entrepreneurship. In recent years, the number of female entrepreneurs has also increased as the number of entrepreneurial issues has increased. Based on previous studies, this research proposed the theoretical framework about the structural relationships among mentoring quality (career development, psychological social, role modeling), education satisfaction, recommendation intention and entrepreneurial intention. This study is to find out the possibility of attempting to create a theoretical basis for entrepreneurial mentoring education in entrepreneurship education program. Research design, data, and methodology - In this model, mentoring quality consists of three sub-dimensions such as career development, psychological social, and role modeling. In order to test research model and hypotheses, the data were collected from 203 female college students who participated in entrepreneurial education. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equational modeling with SPSS 24.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 statistical program. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, role modeling has a positive effect on recommendation intention and entrepreneurial intention. Second, career development has a strong negative effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, career development and role modeling had a positive effect on educational satisfaction, and educational satisfaction had positive influence on recommendation intention and entrepreneurial intention. Conclusions - As women's social advancement becomes more active, start-up support programs including entrepreneurship mentoring are increasing. The results of this study suggest how to use the mentoring program mix and how to allocate the resources for the education program when the entrepreneurial education manager plans and executes the mentoring education program. For example, this study shows that career development and role modeling enhance educational satisfaction, and in turn increase recommendation intention and entrepreneurial intention. This means that entrepreneurship education should consist of contents that include career development functions such as sponsorship, guidance, protection, and provision of challenging work. In addition, the findings of this study indicate that mentors should perform the function of allowing the participants to have confidence and professional thinking ability at the time of start up based on their experiences.

본 연구는 예비교사들의 탐구지도능력 향상을 위해 개발된 '탐구 멘토링' 프로그램에 참가한 예비 과학교사들이 겪은 어려움을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 위해서 예비 과학교사들이 고등학생들의 탐구를 지도하는 '탐구 멘토링' 프로그램을 개발하였다. '탐구 멘토링' 프로그램은 2.5개월 동안 적용되었는데, 45명의 예비 과학교사가 참여하여 고등학생 44명의 탐구를 지도하였다. '탐구 멘토링' 과정 동안 예비 과학교사들은 멘토 일지를 작성하였고, '탐구 멘토링'이 끝난 이후에 멘토링 보고서를 작성하였다. 또한 멘토링 과정 중과 멘토링이 모두 끝난 이후에 개별 면담을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 예비 과학교사들이 겪은 어려움을 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비 과학교사들은 학생들에 의한 어려움인 '멘티' 요인보다 자신들의 부족함에 의한 어려움인 '멘토' 요인이 더 컸다고 응답하였다. 둘째, 예비 과학교사들은 '멘토' 요인인 인지적 능력의 부족, 탐구 능력의 부족, 지도 능력의 부족 등에서 고르게 자신의 부족함을 인지하고 있었다. 셋째, '멘티' 요인에 의한 어려움에서는 학생들의 차이, 적극성 및 열의의 부족 등에 의하여 어려웠다고 응답하였다. 넷째, '상호작용' 요인에 의한 어려움에서는 물리적인 거리에 의한 어려움이 많았고, 감정적인 거리에 의한 어려움도 많이 제시되었다. 또한 지도의 범위를 선정하기 어려웠다는 의견과 온라인 상호작용에 의한 어려움도 제시되었다. 다섯째, '환경'요인으로 학생들의 탐구를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 지원체제에 대한 아쉬움이 많이 표현되었다. 아울러 '탐구 멘토링' 프로그램을 통한 예비교사 교육에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

This paper deals with the introduction of capstone design project by team activities in Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Korea Maritime University. This course is referred to as Creative Engineering Design for spring semester of 4th-year undergraduates. The course focuses on creative thinking and cooperative mind to students by learning engineering design skills, realizing their idea through design project and recognizing practicality of their systems. The intent of the course is to provide a true "capstone" experience, where students can combine their skills to achieve the successful completion of a project. This paper describes class process and evaluation method, and cooperative works with mentees and industrial mentors connected through Hanium network for IT mentoring activities.

최근, E-러닝에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 E-러닝 형태의 교육들이 증가하였다. 그 중 현대사회의 지도자 역할인 리더를 양성하는 리더십 교육이 중요해 지고 있다. 리더십 활동은 상담자와 비상담자 간의 관계를 통해 영향을 주기도 하며 받기도 한다. 그러나 리더십 활동은 일방적으로 교육이 이루어지는 E-러닝 학습의 개념과 달라서 구체화하기가 어렵다. 또한, 오프라인으로 진행되는 경우가 많기 때문에 시간과 공간적인 제약을 많이 받게 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 교수와 학생이 하나의 주제를 가진 공간에서 멘토와 멘티가 되어 하나의 리더십 커뮤니티를 형성하는 온라인 멘토링 커뮤니티를 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 멘토와 멘티가 자유롭게 만날 수 있을 뿐 아니라 새로운 평가 체계의 도입으로 동적 평가를 할 수 있다는 장점을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 멘토링 커뮤니티를 설계하고 그 의미와 구현방안을 소개한다.

Learning communities in medical education have demonstrated favorable outcomes in terms of students' learning, professional development, and wellness. Despite these strengths and the widespread adoption of learning communities in US medical schools, there has been little interest in medical learning communities in Korea. In this context, the present study examined the development and implementation of the Yonsei Medical Learning Community (YMLC) and analyzed its outcomes and areas of improvement. The Yonsei University College of Medicine has operated a learning community as part of the undergraduate medical education curriculum since 2014. The YMLC is the first program of its type in Korea. The overall structure of the YMLC consists of four distinct communities (pillars), which are named after four distinguished alumni, and each pillar is organized into five learning community classes. Each class is vertically integrated across students in different medical school years, and one faculty advisor is matched to about 30 students. As the YMLC focuses on fostering reflective practice in students and providing them with opportunities to build teamwork and experience social relatedness, two educational approaches have been adopted: reflective writing and mentoring and community activities. In this study, we obtained and analyzed second-year students' feedback on the YMLC curriculum and identified its achievements, merits, and areas that need improvement. The results have shown that over 75% and 60% of respondents reported satisfaction with reflective writing and mentoring and community activities, respectively. The educational activities of the learning community helped students regularly reflect on their learning and progress and establish close relationships with faculty advisors. However, several areas of improvement regarding content, format, and logistical issues were also identified. The present findings may provide valuable information for other institutions to develop learning communities relevant to their own context.
