본 연구는 스포츠 산업 경쟁력 강화와 생존 전략 마련을 위하여 글로벌 스포츠 시장 트렌드의 미래 변화를 예측하기 위한 것이다. 연구를 위하여 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사에 12개국 21명의 전문가가 참여하여 51개의 미래 예측 의견을 제시하였고, 의견에 대한 참여자들의 수렴을 거쳐 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 도핑, 사행 산업 등 윤리적 이슈가 글로벌 시장에 중요한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 유소년 스포츠 시장은 지속적으로 성장할 것이다. 셋째, 스포츠는 건강 산업으로서의 중요성이 부각 될 것인데, 특히 저비용 건강 서비스 시장과, 고령인구 대상의 건강 기능 시장이 성장 할 것이다. 넷째, 스포츠 산업의 첨단 기술 /문화 등과의 융 복합은 더욱 가속화 할 것이다. 다섯째, 메가스포츠 이벤트는 다양한 비판적 논란으로 인하여 미래가 불투명해질 것이다. 여섯째, 소셜 미디어 등 신 미디어와 구 미디어의 스포츠에 대한 영향력은 더욱 증대될 것이다. 마지막으로 문화현상으로서의 스포츠시장 글로벌화는 더욱 가속화 될 것이다.

Thanks to both developments in various media such as the internet and TV and China's economic growth, the fashion market in China has gain a lot of attention by global businesses as a newly-raised spending market. Fashion companies in Korea have entered into the china since the late 1990s. For them to get competitive edges, they have to differentiate their brand by creating new design based on the culture becoming mega-trend in fashion market. So in this research, I try to create fashion designs based on Hallyu Stars' fashion styles and images, who come on as a new culture code in China and other Asian. For this, I conducted theological consideration on what the Hallyu is, and looked into fashion styles in soft dramas which 5 Hallyu Stars started in and street fashion in Shanghai in China. Based on the outcomes of analysis, I figured out those star's fashion style and created products targeting young generation born after 1980s in China. The conclusion of this study is as follows. Firstly, the very definition of Hallyu which can be described as a phenomenon in which Korean movies, soap operas, and pop music have become immensely popular throughout Asia.has been expanding to signify the proliferation of Korean culture as a whole. Secondly, having selected the 5 female stars representing Hallyu, we were able to analyze and categorize their fashion styles on the basis of their music videos, movies, and soap-operas. Thirdly, In order to explore the level of influence of Hallyu fashion industry, we studied the street fashion of Shanghai The result was that we could observe both the slim and feminine cool casual style and the cute and affectionate pretty casual style simultaneously.

본 논문은 산업통상자원부 R&D PD를 대상으로 여론 조사한 미래유망기술과 이에 연계된 뿌리기술에 대해 살펴보았다. 조사결과, R&D PD들은 미래 기술 트렌드는 기술의 융 복합화를 통한 인간중심의 기술과 기존의 성능을 뛰어넘는 임계성능의 신기술이 선보일 것으로 예상하였다. 특히 개인맞춤형 의료기술, 지능형/감성기반 시스템, 태양광발전, 플렉서블 소재 등의 산업분야가 유망할 것으로 예측하였다. 이 산업은 뿌리산업과 연관성이 크며, 이러한 산업을 발전시키기 위해서는 핵심뿌리기술의 개발이 절대적으로 필요하다. 궁극적으로 뿌리기술은 이러한 미래 유망산업의 지렛대 역할을 함과 동시에 제조기반의 든든한 뿌리가 될 것으로 기대된다.

Aircraft accidents these days, following the mega sizing trend of the aircraft, result in enormous losses of human lives apart from those of property, which cannot be replaced by any means. As most recently, in April 20, 2012, a Boeing 737 passenger plane departed Karachi on an augural flight to Islamabad, Pakistan, crashed close to an express highway on final approach, all 121 passengers and 6 crew members were killed. As such a large number of fatalities have been recorded in aircraft accidents while accident investigation results show that more than 95% of aircraft accidents are now survivable. There are three basic stages in surviving the aircraft accident: surviving the crash impact, the evacuation process and the hostile post evacuation environmental elements. These stages require the cabin crew's expeditious and appropriate actions on the basis of systematic and thorough cabin safety training in order to increase occupants' survivability, along with the passengers' preparedness. In this aspect, this paper examines the issues acting as the impediments to the passenger survival in inflight emergency situations, that are the deficiencies with cabin crew safety training, related performances and the shortcomings in passengers' knowledge on inflight safety information, leading to their inappropriate responses to emergency situations. These issues are analyzed and the root causes are identified, suggesting the resolving countermeasures.

Outdoor wear, which is typically worn for outdoor activities, has become a style that is worn on a daily basis, much like ordinary clothes, through recent megatrends. There are new approaches to outdoor wear with high-fashion brands and designers recently taking part in the trend. This indicates that outdoor wear has already reached high-fashion, no longer making it just a megatrend or daily fashion. Therefore this study aims to find new features of outdoor looks and designs, through the latest women's ready-to-wear collections from 2014 to 2015. The study will focus on mega collections, which have shown many new approaches, and searches to change and development the present day outdoor look design, by using the word 'outdoor look' which is explained as a 'style' in a broad sense, and using it a general term of 'clothes'. High fashion brands have pursued changing their styles by mixing their designs with outdoor wear's variety, functionality and details; attempting new approaches and challenges. Due to these updated changes, the outdoor look is thriving and becoming part of high fashion. Looking forward to future new approaches and the development of the outdoor look will help catapult this type of 'style' into a new category of modern fashion.

쉽고 직관적인 다양한 조작인터페이스를 제공하며 넓은 디스플레이 영역의 확보를 가능하게 하는 장점으로 인해 터치스크린을 탑재한 모바일폰이 활발히 출시되고 있어 최근 모바일게임 개발의 주요한 경향이다. 따라서 기존 키패드 입력에 맞춰져 있는 모바일 게임이 변화되는 입력환경에 적응하고 지속적인 발전을 하기 위해서는 터치스크린 입력환경에 맞춘 모바일게임 터치 사용자 인터페이스(TUI : Touch User Interface)에 대한 연구개발의 필요성이 요구된다. 본 연구는 터치인터페이스기능을 갖춘 휴대용장치(Hand-Hold Device)의 게임인터페이스 적용을 범주로 게임 장르에 적합한 터치인터페이스를 적용하기 위하여 국내외에 출시된 터치 모바일 게임(10종)의 사용성 평가를 바탕으로 터치 모바일 게임 구현하고 기존 게임과 비교분석을 통해 터치게임 인터페이스 적용방법을 구체화하였다. 이는 기존 키패드 입력장치의 한계로 인해 제한되었던 게임 장르의 다양성과 게임성을 상승 시키고 장르별 터치 모바일게임 인터페이스의 기준마련을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.

최근 선박의 대형화 추세에 따라 항만의 장비 및 시설 또한 대형화 추세에 있다. 특히 이러한 경향은 부산항, 상해항등 대형 Hub-Port의 역할을 수행하는 항만들의 항만 간 경쟁측면에서 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 그러나 5,000TEU급 이상 대형 선박 수는 제한적이고, 입항선박의 $70\%$이상(부산항 기준)이 2만톤 이하인 중소형 선박으로서 이 선박들에 대한 하역시설에 대한 고려가 필요함에도 이를 지나치게 간과하는 측면이 있다. 장비 및 시설의 대형화는 높은 비용 투자로 인해 중소형 선박 작업 시 높은 하역원가가 적용되므로 중소형 선사는 하역비 부담, 운영사는 중소형 선박 기피와 같은 현상을 가져올 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 선박크기, 크레인 규모와 수, 인력구조 둥을 반영한 시간가치 비용을 산정함으로써 선박 규모별 투입 크레인과 인력구조의 적정성을 평가하는 데 있다.

4차 산업혁명은 초기 단순 제조업 혁신에서 사회 및 경제분야에서 다양한 기술적 융합 방향을 이끄는 메가 트랜드로서 국가별로 진행하고 있다. COVID-19와 같은 감염병의 유행은 디지털 중심의 비대면 비즈니스를 경제 운영에서 전환되고 있으며 온라인화 확산을 위해서는 개인 맞춤형서비스를 위한 AI와 빅데이터 기술의 활용은 필수적이다. 이 논문에서는 4차산업혁명을 주요한 기술 특징 및 정부에서 추진하는 디지털 뉴딜의 효과적 이행을 위해 핵심 기술인 인공지능기술의 적용을 중심으로 사례를 분석하고 재난대응 분야에서의 활용 사례를 기술한다. 재난대응 활용사례로서 AI 조력자는 긴급호출에서 신고자의 상태에 따른 적절한 대응책들을 제시한다. 이를 위해 AI 조력자는 적응적 대응을 위한 음성인식 데이터 기반 분석 및 변환 텍스트의 재난 분류를 제공한다.

미(美) 육군은 21세기 최초로 모술이라는 대도시에서 공격작전을 실시하여 5가지의 도시 지역작전의 교훈을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 미(美) 육군은 무기체계, 싸우는 개념 및 구조 등 미래 메가시티 작전을 준비하기 위해 박차를 가하고 있다. 한편, 한반도 도시화가 급격히 진행되고 있으며 이로 인해 메가시티도 늘어날 전망이며 이에 한국 육군도 미(美) 육군을 벤치마킹하여 메가시티 작전을 다음과 같이 준비할 필요가 있다. 첫째, 미래 메가시티 작전을 준비하는 집단지성 플랫폼을 구축해야 한다. 둘째, 메가시티에 최적화된 군사력 건설(무기체계, 싸우는 개념, 구조)이 필요하다. 마지막으로, 전승(全勝)을 구현하기 위한 메가시티 합성훈련장을 구축해야 한다. 결국, 대한민국 육군은 이런 작전 준비를 통해 미래 전쟁에서 최종 승리를 담보할 수 있을 것이다.

미국 항공우주국(NASA)은 저고도의 공중을 새롭게 구축하고자 도시의 단거리 항공 운송 생태계를 새로운 개념의 도심항공모빌리티(Urban Air Mobility, UAM)을 제시하여 현재 UAM이라는 용어가 전 세계적으로 통용되고 있다. 이러한 패러다임은 우리나라 정부에서도 2025년까지 도심항공교통 서비스 상용화를 목표로 추진하고 있는 실정이며 더 나아가 급변하는 미래 작전환경 및 전장 공간의 확장으로 공중기동·수송능력 확보 필요성이 대두되고 있어 우리나라 군 조직에서도 필요성이 제기되는 부분이다. 즉, 본 연구는 미 공군의 'Agility Prime' 프로그램을 소개하여 군사적 필요성과 군사적 운용방안에 대해 제시하고자 출발한 연구이며 연구의 체계는 도심항공 모빌리티 배경 및 개념, 한국형 도심항공 모빌리티 발전 추세, 미 공군의 'Agility Prime' 프로그램 분석 순으로 구성하였으며 본 연구에 이어서 후속연구로 진행되길 기대한다.
