In this study, hull form of main vessel of Korean large purse seiner fishing industry is developed for the improvement of resistance performance as well as for the satisfaction to the Standard of Fishing Convention, ILO. Through the modification of reference hull form parameters and local characteristics, the hull form development is carried out. The optimum hull form parameters are searched by Sequential Quadratic Programing(SQP) method with the power estimation method of Holtrop & Mannen. To minimize the wave resistance, bulbous bow parameters are determined by the bulbous bow design method of Alvarino. The plasmatic curve is redesigned from that of the reference hull by using Lackenby method. The resistance performances of the reference and designed hull forms are estimated by using numerical simulation method. Also, the judgment of seakeeping ability and the estimation of intact stability for the designed hull form is carried out. As a result, the optimum hull form is proposed. To verify the improvement of resistance performance, model tests are carried out in towing tank. The results show that the resistance of the designed hull form is about 14% smaller than that of the reference hull from at design speed. A new hull form proposed in this study can contribute to the development of the main vessel hull form of Korean large purse seiner fishing system.

This study is to determine the status of satisfaction and well-being and work environment aimed at SME workers, deficiencies is to improve the overall satisfaction improvement. As a result of the confidence analysis to verify the reliability of the measurement tool, all of the factors is somewhat higher reliability coefficient was found to less than 0.6. Job factors, relationship factors, compensating factors are subjected to multiple regression analysis as job satisfaction and welfare duties factors to determine the impact on satisfaction, relationship factors, the compensation factor as an independent variable and dependent of each job satisfaction and welfare satisfaction variable result of three factors, job factors and compensation factors, two factors had significant influence on job satisfaction. When the job factor ${\beta}$ value(0.584), the compensation factor(0.369) showed a net impact on job satisfaction big. By improving the business environment and well-being through improved employee satisfaction, it came to a positive attitude to business is expected to have a positive impact on the satisfaction of external customers.

Due to the decreasing of Korean Construction market situation, recently a lot of medium & small size contractors, engineering firms and consulting firms are extending their business area to overseas market. To compare with 80${\sim}$90's situation at that time only Contractor provide service to overseas but in recent, there are number of Design, CM/PM and other consulting services which provide service to overseas. With this figures, the number of nation also increased from middle east and South east asian area to central asia and african nations and among them Kazakhstan has became as new market for the construction industry based on it oil money and up stream of real estimate market. Based on this fact, we will explain one of our recent project case for PM service in Almaty, Kazakhstan to show others who have interest to do business in their.

Embedded Controller which controls whole system is most important part of embedded system. Nowadays, new technique called SoC is more using than ASIC. But SoC have some problems. Because of long development time and high cost, it is hard to applying SoC to small and medium enterprise. So many companies use IP technique combined with embedded processor. High resolution inkjet marking system is printing system with embedded controller. It is used in various part of industry. But it has many problems such as printing quality, marking errors, system faults and so on. In this paper, we designed and implemented IP that can solve the printing quality problems. We analyzed total-logic-elements and timing by simulation. As a result of simulation, we could verified that output signals satisfied reference timing. Appling IP to high resolution inkjet marking system, we could get good quality printing message.

This study is a study on the change of life and leisure satisfaction caused by the reduction of working hours of office workers, summarizing the results of the analysis as follows: First, the change in the working hours of office workers was found to be men (42.4 percent), but women (54.7 percent) had a high increase in personal satisfaction, monthly income of 2 to 3 million won 96.1 percent, and personal satisfaction increased in small and medium-sized cities and towns. Second, leisure satisfaction due to shorter working hours was somewhat high in monthly income of 3 million won to 4 million won (43.6%) and more than 6 million won (39.1%), but there was no change in leisure satisfaction by gender, age, academic background, number of family members, marital status, worker status and region. The revitalization of leisure is a very important task in personal life, but it is meaningful in that it provided implications for socializing leisure as leisure satisfaction is positively spreading in life changes.

Drape is one of the factors that determine the shape of clothes and is one of the very important factors in the textile and fashion industry. At a time when non-face-to-face transactions are being activated due to the impact of the coronavirus, more and more companies are asking for drape value. However, in the case of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), it is difficult to measure the drape, because they feel the burden of time and money for measuring the drape. Therefore, this study aimed to generate a drape image for the material property value input using a conditional adversarial neural network through 3D simulation images generated by measuring digital properties. A drape image was created through the existing 736 digital property values, and this was used for model training. Then, the drape value was calculated for the image samples obtained through the generative model. As a result of comparing the actual drape experimental value and the generated drape value, it was confirmed that the error of the peak number was 0.75, and the average error of the drape value was 7.875

This study is an empirical study on the influence of workpieces on the research results until it became a marketing field, and a total of 94 questionnaires were used as research analysis data for the Chungcheongnam-do area. As a result of the analysis, first, among marketing orientations, business orientation was found to have a significant effect on growth (β=.405) and customer satisfaction (β=.330). Customer satisfaction of business orientation shows a low number, so there is a need for improvement. Second, customer satisfaction and growth showed a high correlation coefficient of .746, and showed a significant correlation of p<.01 or higher, so the correlation between variables was confirmed to be appropriate. Third, it was confirmed that there was a significant difference between groups in customer satisfaction according to the age and work experience of the survey subjects. The significance probability was .006, which showed a statistically significant result. This study is meaningful in providing basic data for improving the management strategy and actual performance of SMEs as a research on marketing orientation and management performance.

Increasing number of transactions and investments in technology has sparked a growing interest in technology valuation. However, it has not been easy to come up with an objective valuation of technology due to variance in technology value and specialty of technology valuation. The main objective of this paper lies in the development of a new system for technology valuation, Web-based Interactive Technology Valuation (WITV) system, which valuate the technology and analyze the technology value strategy. WITV system uses the Technology Valuation Attractiveness Model (TVAM). TVA is composed of the Intrinsic Value of Technology (IVT) and the Extrinsic Value of Technology (EVT). This paper experiment the feasibility of the TVA Model and WITV System by conducting an empirical study on small & medium sized manufacturing companies in IT industry, registered on KOSDAQ. In this study, the potential value is defined as the technology value. It is represents the expected profit appraised by the market under the competitiveness of technology and the growth of the market. TVA is measured as the index to forecast the Price-to-Book value Ratio (PBR), which is the proxy variable for the potential value of the technology. The results identify the feasibility of the TVAM through a high correlation between the TVA and the PBR.

Polyacrylic super absorbent polymer(SAP) containing sorbitol was synthesized by inverse-suspension polymerization method. Sodium acrylate and acrylic acid were used as a monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) and glycerol polyglycidyl ether(GPGE) were used as a crosslinking agent, potassium persulfate(PPS) was used as an initiator, and cyclohexane was used as a solvent. Content of sorbitol was from 10mol% to 50mol% according to the mol ratio of acrylic acid monomer. The size distribution of the round shaped polymeric particle was $177{\sim}707{\mu}m$. Absorption amount of the polymer containing sorbitol was 785 to 1086 times of the polymer weight in distilled water, was 50 to 83 times in 0.9 % NaCl solution. Absorption and retention amount of the polymer were decreased with increasing the amount of sorbitol, but the polymer has an endothermic property which is +5 cal/g SAP.

Domestic large group logistics company(2nd-party logistics company)has made inroads on large portion of domestic logistics market, whereby the domestic 3rd-party logistics market has been shrinking every year to a level of 30% or so. Global logistics enterprise is steadily increasing 3rd-party global market portion while Local one facing with stagnating growth has very minimal level in the global market share. Fortunately new government strengthening policy change toward local SME and also recent UN's supplying line enlargement to Asia regions are positive factors which make Local SME very positive environments to advance to UN procurement logistics market. On this occasion, the purpose of this paper is to help local logistics company perform successful bidding through study of UN-transportation case and also suggest in SWOT analysis a segmented measure and support policy between Industry, Academia, Government and Institute.
