Magnetically nano-$CoFe_2O_4$ efficiently catalyzes oxidation of primary and secondary benzylic and aliphatic alcohols to give the corresponding carbonyl products in good yields. The reactions were carried out in an aqueous medium at room temperature in the presence of oxone (potassium hydrogen monopersulfate) as an oxidant. In addition, the catalysts could be reused up to 6 runs without significant loss of activities. Catalyst was characterized by SEM, XRD and IR.

The theme-type self-harvest concept proposed in this research will be applied as a relevant reference in planning and realizing urban-rural exchange facilities at the village level. The aim of this paper is to describe the concept, to characterize the self-harvesters and organic farmers involved, to illustrate the ecological, economic and social interaction and the possible constraints of the concept. What is more important, however, is to develop programs for consultants, organic farmers and green-minded consumers, to vitalize direct transaction. The proponents of self-harvest are convinced that this concept leads to ecological, economic and social benefits, which will help to design a sustainable food supply system for small, medium and large cities.

Pleurotus eryngii(King oyster) is one of the most promising mushrooms being produced on the domestic farms. The quality as well as quantity of Eryngii is sensitively affected by micro climate factors. To safely produce high-quality Eryngii all the year round, it is required that the environmental factors be carefully controlled by well designed structures equipped with various facilities and control systems. This study was carried out at the commercial mushroom cultivation houses to find out reasonable range of each environmental factor and yield together with economic and safe structures influencing on the optimal productivity of Eryngii. This experiment was conducted from Nov. 10, 2004 to Aug. 27, 2005 in Eryngii. cultivation houses. The environmental factors measured for this study were inside/outside temperature, relative humidity and $CO_2$ concentration in Pleurotus eryngii medium. In addition, the yield and quality of mushroom were made investigation. But the optimal productivity will be evaluated by considering the quality and quantity of mushroom production, energy requirements, facility construction and management cost, etc.

Environmental furniture comprises an independent design branch as distinguished from he design of street furniture. Environmental furniture helps people enjoy outdoor relaxation and cultural activities by creating convenient facilities and plays a part as the medium connecting environment and living. As a tool effecting all outdoor living conditions including home and public environment, it helps people lead a convenient and safe outdoor life. It is an important element that contributes to the image of outdoor scenery. Therefore, the design of environmental furniture should : 1)consider environment including 3R(Recycle, Reuse and Reduce) which makes harmony with nature without destroying it. 2)seek qualitative improvement by using environmental friendly materials and continuously developing new materials. 3)be assisted by the administrative support from the government to make the environmental furniture design an integral part of the city plan. The quality of a city environment will be greatly improved when people's interest in and their changed view towards environmental furniture is effected.

Each method for economic evaluation has its own characteristics. Therefore adoption of each of them in evaluation production investment project results in many problems. Hence combination & modification of them are required to perform more accurate evaluation about investment project. This paper discuss evaluation method of investment projects expansion and replacement investment on each line or individual in the production. Generally investment evaluation method has add to a few method by Subsidiary means with use a especial method. And then in this paper, a Taguchi Techniques is presented, which may be effective to the facilities appraisal or improvement. We propose a decision model to incorporates the values assigned by a group of experts on different factors in production. Using this model, SN ratio of taguchi method for each of subjective factors as well as values of weights are used in this comprehensive method for reducing production rate in production management.

This study is to reveal the periodical form of the 4 staged building sites with the size and the site composition of the master plan and floor plan of the Ungjindan (altar) from the Ungjindan excavation works in 2011. In order to project the research results aiming to the purpose of the study, the basic study was done with collecting data about shrine architecture for its architectural characteristics and case studies with ancestral facilities such as the Ak hae dok (national-level ancestral ritual to the big mountain, ocean and river) to understand the exact form of the site plan and architectural composition elements through the general information and excavation status. In addition, with the current situation and information from the excavation works the planned measurement scale will be calculated in inference for the size of the construction by stages and speculate the floor plan composition of the shrine architecture.

Focusing on both the form of open classroom and that of independent one which have been most planned and being built, this study was designed to see if the educational environment of their inner space, structure, and facilities gives a proper support to classroom activities during the various classes based on open education. Selecting representative teaching methods in elementary school, such as open simultaneous learning, learning through a medium, learning in the corner, subject learning, team teaching and learning hardening basics, this study surveyed problems and improvements using literature works, questionnaires, observing, and interviews. Through the study on learning space for open education, it has been known that the form of independent classroom fits into one classroom learning and open classroom into small group learning and individual learning, and that the form of open classroom connecting open space with a classroom are more desirable when there is change from large to small group.

Recently, every hospital requires the creative and novel design which is different from the conventional concept to deal with various circumstances. Accordingly, various space arrangements are proposed against the past uniform hospital type. But the sufficient studies about medical facilities in small and medium city and countryside still lack, otherwise there is short but continuous accumulation of data about the study for general hospitals. In this sense, this study generalizes the present medical condition in Ansan city and analyzes the spatial composition and area distribution in departments for the purpose of presentation of fundamental data about medical policy and architecture in Ansan city.

Recently the small medical clinics designed well are appearing even in the small and medium city. Especially in the rural area, these clinics have the role not only as medical facilities but also as community place for their fellowship. This project was launched by order of a female doctor, an otolaryngologist. Her order is focused on otolaryngology but I also proposed the design alternatives such as plastic surgery and dental surgery clinic designed under the same conditions. This project was also related with the classwork of interior architecture course of our faculty and I tried to let the students understand the relation between theory and practice. The design goal was to join together harmoniously two stories which were completely separated and I consistently concentrated on the expression of immateriality and superimposition of space.

This year marks the full liberalization(i.e., opening up) of the Korean distribution market to foreign firms. Therefore, we are likely to see much activity by foreign retailers who will be entering the Korean market and indigenous retailers trying to depend their current market positions. The liberalization of Korean distribution market will undoubtedly lead to some erosion of market share of indigenous retailers, but the benefits of rationalization of distribution, stable consumer prices, strengthened competitiveness of indigenous retailers far outweigh the costs. With liberalization, we are likely to see increased growth of "New Modes of Retailing(NMR)." In this paper, I describe the distinguishing characteristics of NMR as economies of scale, self service, large physical facilities, low-to-medium price, and systemization. I also describe the similarities and differences between the various types of NMR. Finally, I describe the fit between the various forms of NMR and the Korean consumer environment.vironment.
