Many researches of aqua exercise, one of effective management for arthritis patients to reduce pain and distortion of joint have been done. Actually in America water exercise programs have been actively practiced for arthritis patients. However the study and practice of water exercise can not be found easily in Korea. Considering that the effectiveness of aqua exercise has been evidently confirmed, the exercise should be fully utilized. Under this circumstance, we provide basic data for aqua exercise program through the research on the needs of water exercise and characteristics of arthritis patients. Summerising the result of this study, the primary needs of aqua exercise is to get additional effect of medical treatment for the patients, especially unsatisfied patients to the medical treatment. The level of needs shows very high as of 57.3% of total sample. The strength of needs has relation to economic status and sociality. Hospitals and health centers should develop aqua exercise program not as a simple physical exercise but as a medical management for arthritis patients. Institutional base must be prepared for the patients, who have weak economic, physical and social ability, to easily access to the benificial exercise.

The findings of differences between what were true and what is required was based in four subcategories. The nursing home residents had far more medical needs than what were reported. Another finding was that the family members were seen as non-supportive and negligent towards the residents. The regulatory limitations of current system with a shortage of resources pushed the participants to experience discrepancies between the required regulation and the reality. Additional research could contribute more exemplars to support changes.

Background: Bankrupted households have recently been increased due to excessive medical expenditure in Korea. They have not been protected from economic risk when household's member has severe diseases that need a lot of money for treatment. Purpose of this study examines policy effect by comparing unmet needs' change of policy object households and non-object groups. Methods: We used Korea Health panel 2nd 4th data collected by Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs and National Health Insurance Service. Analysis subjects were 381 households (pre-policy) and 393 households (post-policy) that had cancer and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Since it was major concern that estimates benefit strengthening policy started by certain time, we setup comparing households which had diabetes, hypertension disease. Comparison subjects were 393,247 households, respectively and we evaluated policy effect using difference in difference (DID) model. Results: Although unmet needs of policy object households were higher than non-object groups, policy execution variable affected negative direction. But interaction-term which shows pure effect of policy was not statistically significant. We utilized multi-DID model to examine factors affecting unmet needs causes. Copayment assistance policy did not significantly affect households that responded to 'economic reason,' and 'no have time to visit' for unmet needs causes. Conclusion: The second copayment assistance policy did not significantly give positive effect to beneficiary households than non-beneficiary groups. When we consider that primary purpose of public insurance guarantee high medical expenditure occurred by unexpected events, it needs to deliberate on switch of benefit strengthening policy that can assist vulnerable people. Also, we suggest that government forward a policy covering non-reimbursable medical expenses as well as switch of benefit strengthening direction because benefit policy do not affect non-covered medical cost which accounts for quarter of total health expenditure.
Objectives: An inadequate understanding of infertility can affect individuals' self-efficacy and ability to perform self-care; thus, reproductive health education is an important part of infertility treatment. The present qualitative study aimed to explore the experiences and educational needs of infertile women with regard to reproductive health. Methods: In this qualitative study, we utilized a content analysis approach. Purposive sampling was performed to ensure maximum diversity. In total, 23 individual interviews were conducted with 20 Iranian women with infertility and 3 key informants between July 2018 and February 2019 in northern Iran. Data were collected through in-depth, semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was performed using a conventional content analysis approach. Results: Reproductive health education needs were identified by analyzing interview data from 4 main categories: familiarity with the fertility process and preparation for pregnancy, recognition of infertility and expectations around seeking treatment, recognition of preventive actions associated with reproductive health, and correction of false beliefs. Recognizing the causes of infertility and understanding the different approaches to infertility treatment are among the most important educational needs of infertile women. The potential for neglect of health-related issues due to concerns about fertility and the maternal experience necessitates education about preventive measures for cervical cancer, breast cancer, and sexually transmitted infections. Correcting misconceptions, including those related to contraceptives and traditional medicine, can also help promote reproductive health. Conclusions: In infertile women, the educational needs associated with reproductive health are multifaceted. Satisfying these needs can help achieve optimal treatment results and promote reproductive health.

This paper will discuss the issues in four different small group teaching programs administered by the Seoul National University Medical School, and will address and propose solutions to those issues for improving the effectiveness of the programs. Medical school has a particular educational environment that differs from the rest of the university. Therefore, program managers should develop better models to fit medical school needs by reviewing our practices and planning for improvement. As managers of these programs, the authors interviewed students applying to participate. If our responsibilities for these programs continue for a sufficient period of time and we have a sufficient number of participants hereafter, we will do a survey and generate more reliable conclusions from quantifiable data. However, given that these programs are in their early stages, we present here some introductory remarks on the theory behind the programs and the outcomes we expect. The discussion will define and explain the different needs and roles of each participant (professor, student, and manager) in the program, and will suggest some practical ways for the managers in the programs to make improvements to the existing model so that the enhanced programs can better suit the needs of the medical school.
