It is necessary to develop new competitive products under the world economic downturn. The medical tourism industry a good example and it has grown rapidly for last couple of years. This paper aims to investigate socio-demographic proxies of inbound medical tourists in Korea. In particular, the medical tourist behaviors are modeled by considering the factors such as acquisition process of medical tourism information, service level of medical tourism industry and the choice attributes. The results of this study are summarized that: 1) Moot inbound medical tourists are over 40-years old with professional occupation accompanied with families; 2) The information resources are mainly acquired from travel agents and WOM(Word of Mouth) such as friends and relatives; 3) Current problems are lack of various promotion channels and the competitiveness of medical coots; 4) The inbound medical tourists are not homogeneous but vary in different segments. The study suggests that various marketing strategies should be implemented for target market segments to promote Korea as a medical tourism hub.

Recently, it has been argued that it is necessary to attract foreign patients outside domestic insurers and to allow foreign doctors to treat in domestic hospitals in order to develop the insurance industry and revitalize the medical industry. Currently, large medical institutions in Korea are attracting foreign patients in connection with foreign insurance companies. It is desirable to increase the number of overseas patients who want excellent medical services in Korea, and to provide opportunities for domestic insurance companies to attract overseas patients by expanding job creation through a revitalization of the medical industry. Therefore, this study suggests the development direction for insurers who aim to attract foreign patients through the side effects of attracting foreign patients in accordance with the Financial Services Commission's plan to strengthen the competitiveness of the financial industry. In addition, this study intends to contribute to the strengthening of the competitiveness of attracting foreign patients, through domestic insurance business, to the insurance direct payment market for overseas patients using domestic medical institutions that are concentrated in foreign insurance companies and in the blind spot of domestic law application.

We observe the proton signals produced by laser interaction with thin-foil targets of polyimide and of copper. We change the thickness of the polyimide target to $7.5{\mu}m$, $12.5{\mu}m$, and $50{\mu}m$. High-energy protons with the maximum energy of ${\sim}2.3\;MeV$ from $7.5{\mu}m$ thick polyimide are observed. This proton beam with the maximum energy of multi-MeV has various applications such as a proton shadowgraphy.

의료관광은 21세기 새로운 고부가가치 관광산업이라고 할 수 있다. 각 국가마다 다양하고 차별화된 의료관광 상품개발로 의료관광산업은 더욱더 활성화 될 것이다. 이러한 의료관광에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 의료관광상품을 개발하고 홍보하기 위해서는 관광객의 수요와 관심분야를 정확하게 분석하고 제공할 의료관광 상품을 준비해야 한다. 정부는 의료관광산업을 고부가가치 창출을 통한 국가경제발전과 Global Healthcare산업 전문가 육성 등을 통한 고용창출에 대한 기대효과가 큰 산업으로 보고, 의료관광 분야의 지원정책을 확대하여 의료관광 출입국 제도 개선, 의료관광객을 위한 원스톱 서비스 제도, 의료관광인력 양성제도 등을 도입하였다. 하지만 외국인 환자와 의료관광 유치업자와의 분쟁이 발생하고 있으며, 외국인 환자와 의료인의 의료사고분쟁, 외국인 환자를 대상으로 하는 여행업 종사자들과의 분쟁 등이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문은 의료관광과 관련하여 유치업자를 중심으로 발생하는 분쟁에 대한 유형을 검토하고 그에 대한 해결방안을 검토를 시도하였다. 이를 통해 의료관광 유치업자는 중개된 급부를 알선할 의무와 동시에 상당한 주의를 가지고 그 사무를 처리하여야 할 책임이 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 중개계약 성립 후에 적극적으로 중개결과에 이르기까지 소극적으로 대처하여 분쟁이 발생할 경우에는 그에 대한 책임에서 벗어나기 어렵다. 또한 의료관광 중개계약에서 유치업자는 외국인환자에게 급부의 내용에 설명의무와 조언의무를 부담하는 것을 알아야 한다. 외국인환자와 보건산업진흥원 "외국인환자 의료분쟁 해결을 위한 중재제도 안내"를 보면, 외국인환자가 진료계약서 작성할 때 외국인환자에게 의료사고로 인한 분쟁이 발생할 경우 우선적으로 "의료사고 피해구제 및 의료분쟁 조정 등에 관한 법률"에 따라 분쟁을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 방법이 외국인환자를 보호하는데 충분한 것인지에 대한 논의는 좀 더 다양한 관점에서의 논의가 필요하다고 생각한다. 의료관광을 활성화시키기 위해서는 다양한 상품을 개발하는 것도 매우 중요하지만, 그와 관련한 분쟁이 발생할 경우 그에 대한 대처 방안도 사전에 마련해 두어야 할 것이다. 그렇게 함으로써 우수한 의료기술뿐만 아니라 외국인 의료관광객에게 신뢰를 바탕으로 더 커다란 발전을 할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

정부의 '창조경제' 키워드와 의학과 정보통신기술(ICT) 융합을 중심으로 대두된 '헬스케어 3.0' 패러다임이 만나 새로운 고부가가치 시장과 산업, 일자리 창출을 가져올 '기회의 땅'으로 부각되고 있다. 세계적인 경기후퇴에도 불구하고 세계 헬스케어 시장은 지난 2009년부터 꾸준한 성장을 보이며 국내 산업은 2010년 기준 153조원 규모로 연간 10% 이상의 높은 성장세가 전망된다. 특히 의료와 ICT, 생명기술(BT), 나노기술(NT)을 결합한 이른바 '슈퍼 융합'이 헬스케어 산업 도약의 새 패러다임을 열어줄 것으로 기대를 모은다. 이와 더불어 2020년경에는 IT융합 헬스케어 산업이 모든 IT융합산업 중 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고, 5만 여명의 고용창출 효과를 낼 것으로 전망하고 있다. 이에 여러 학문들이 융합되는 융합학문분야가 생기고 이를 교육하기 위한 융합학부가 새롭게 생기고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의료 IT 융합 기술의 문제점을 살펴보고 의료 IT 융합과 의료서비스 산업의 미래, 수요 인력을 분석하고 의료 IT 융합 인재 양성 방안을 제시한다.

고부가가치사업인 헬스케어 산업은 인구의 고령화, 융·복합 의료기술의 발달로 지속적인 성장세를 보이고 있다. 특히 의료관광 산업은 의료선진국들이 정책적으로 추진하고 있으며, 한국도 외국인환자 유치 사업을 적극적으로 지원하고 있다. 다만 한국 의료통역사 정책에 대한 선행연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 외국인환자를 위한 의료통역사 정책의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 과제를 제시하고 있다. 문제점은 정책 컨트롤 타워의 미흡과 지방자치단체와의 연계 부족, 의료통역사의 전문성 결여, 의료통역 서비스의 품질 저하, 의료통역사의 열악한 처우 등이다. 개선방안으로써 정책 컨트롤 타워의 구축과 지방자치단체와의 연계 강화, 의료통역사 자격사 제도 전환과 의료통역능력검정시험 응시언어의 다양화, 의료통역 서비스의 품질 향상과 의료통역사 연수 과정의 내실화, 의료통역사의 채용 우대와 간호인력의 활용 및 다문화 의료인력의 양성이 제시된다. 본 연구가 의료관광 산업 발전에 이바지하기를 기대한다.

블록체인 기술은 기존의 비즈니스 프로세스를 바꿀 새로운 패러다임으로서 특정 산업에 국한되지 않고 전 산업에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 의료산업 또한 블록체인 기술이 미치는 영향은 매우 클 것으로 기대하고 있다. 의료산업은 병원을 중심으로 구성된 중앙 집중형 시스템의 구조적 특성으로 인해 정보 비대칭성이라는 문제를 안고 있기 때문에 의료산업에서 블록체인 기술이 적용되어야 한다고 생각한다. 하지만 블록체인 기술의 탈중앙화, 투명성 등의 가치가 절대적으로 옳은 것이라고 그 누구도 확신할 수 없는 상황이며 절대적인 신뢰는 지양해야 할 것이다. 블록체인 기술은 보안성, 확장성 면에서 아직 미성숙하다고 볼 수 있기 때문에 의료 산업에서 블록체인 기술이 적용되는 과정에 많은 한계점을 제공한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의료분야의 블록체인 기술 적용사례와 현재 의료분야의 문제점과 블록체인을 통한 해결방안 그리고 이슈를 분석한다.

Airline and medical industry in Korea have rapidly grown since 21st century. However, air ambulance service using an aircraft has not as popular as in Japan, Europe or United States. Central government has decided to start emergency helicopter service since 2011 to transport emergency patients transported in the past by fire fighter helicopter. Unfortunately, 32 OECD countries out of 33 have operated emergency aircraft system except Korea. There are more than 25 emergency helicopters in Japan, which can operate within five minutes. Such system could save a lot of social direct or in-direct cost by saving valuable lives of Japan citizens. This paper has tried to research the perception of overseas Russian medical tourists on using Air ambulance for their medical tourism to Korea. Researching air ambulance, this paper expects to find ways to enhance both medical tourism industry and airline, business jet industry. According to research results, it was proven that tangibility of medical tourism service has a positive effect on the human factor of air ambulance. The human factor has also a significant impact on the passenger comfortableness of air ambulance. Such comfortableness increases the overall satisfaction of medical tourism.

This study explores the barriers to using health and medical data in research and development (R&D) within the healthcare industry and suggests ways to enhance data utilization. As artificial intelligence technology drives transformative changes across industries, there is an increased demand for robust health and medical data, highlighting its critical economic value and utility in fostering innovation. Using qualitative analysis through Grounded Theory, the study involves ten R&D professionals from healthcare industry, including both medical centers and corporations, using surveys and in-depth interviews to gather diverse experiences and perspectives on the challenges and opportunities in health and medical data use. Key findings point to legislative, regulatory, and data quality and integration issues, as well as complexities in patient data access and usage. Technological limitations and inadequate data governance frameworks also emerge as significant obstacles. Recommendations focus on improving regulatory frameworks, enhancing data standardization and quality, and fostering stronger partnerships between data custodians and users. The study concludes that overcoming these obstacles requires a comprehensive strategy involving legislative changes, improved technological infrastructure, and increased stakeholder collaboration. Implementing these recommendations could greatly enhance health and medical data utilization in R&D, significantly advancing medical science and patient care services.

The research on the actual condition of the oriental health related industry has been made with defining it's phase. As a result, I have come to develope korean-type health model, which can solve the problems derived from the past herb medicine industry. The prospects and roles of the oriental health related industries are as follows: The phase adjustment of the oriental health related industry. The problems of modern medical science happens in the beginning of 21st century, the importance of oriental health improvement in the field of health business is now being on the rise. therefore it is necessary to readjust the present status of the oriental medicine and to take it into health area. Should the responsible institutes regarded on oriental medicine make clear prescription in terms of oriental health industry's role and limitation, they could contribute health circumstance in the 21st century. This is because oriental health related industry can be utiliged in not only protective area and curable area. The present situation of the oriental health related industry. These herb medical societies are flooded with various oriental health industry apart from the legal systematic control so far health industry apart from the legal systematic control so far. The expected survey can not be complete but random under these situations. Nevertheless oriental medical health industry area such as a diet cure, exercise treatment and living condition cure are being considerably expanded, especially living facilities improvement and mind control areas are toward worldwide. Consquently herb health industries are now？ consistantly developed by the influence of western nature treatment stemmed from the oriental medicine theory. The role and prospect of the oriental health related industry in 21st century. The oriental health industries can be helpful for the human being's health improvement in general but by the lack of scholastic oriental health theory, it does not contribute to the health welfare. If these problems are made up for in the field of theory area, the oriental health related industry will surely have the potentiallity and know how for health welfare. The successive role of these industry is depended on the fact that the characteristics of the oriental medicine should adjust to the real society with the systematic management. In the 21C, oriental health industry will certainly be vitalized owing to the social and periodical request especially in the area of oriental medical industry, oriental health drink industry, oriental health mind exercise industry, oriental health leasure industry and oriental health complex management industry. Among these areas, it is the oriental health complex amagement industry that will be the limestone of prosperity of the oriental health industry in 21C. Proposal for the social contribution of the oriental health related industry in the 21C. To achive the ultimate role of the oriental health industry in the 21c, first we should know how to use the oriental medicine. Second We should make an effort to revitalize the oriental health industry. So it is indespensible that government, academic institution and enterprise should concentrate their interest on the oriental health industry with common knowledge and systematic management in advance.
