Nowadays, a proportion of healthcare service for the elderly has been improved due to the factors, such as a prolonged life expectancy, a growth of aging population and a change of member of family. For these factors, it is necessary for the elderly to receive treatment for multidisciplinary diseases, associated with psychological care of sociological concept. It is quite difficult in an acute-care hospital to accommodate the elderly patient because of the fact that an acute-care hospital is required to maintain a high level of medical care and technical standard. That is why specialized medical service is needed for the elderly. In the case of Germany, they are at the stage of the change from large scale facilities to specialized facilities applying the integrated concept. This paper addresses the medical environmental factor and distinction of medical facilities for the elderly through survey and analysis relating to all change in Germany. Therefore, it aims to suggest a fundamental resource for architectural planning and network of medical facilities for the elderly.

With the recent increase in data disclosure, the Comprehensive Knowledge Archive Network (CKAN), which is an open-source data distribution platform, is drawing much attention. CKAN is used together with additional extensions, such as Datastore and Datapusher for data management and Harvest and DCAT for data collection. This study derives the problems of CKAN itself and Harvest Extension. First, CKAN causes two problems of data inconsistency and storage space waste for data deletion. Second, Harvest Extension causes three additional problems, namely source deletion that deletes only sources without deleting data themselves, job stop that cannot delete job during data collection, and service interruption that cannot provide service, even if data exist. Based on these observations, we propose herein an improved CKAN that provides a new deletion function solving data inconsistency and storage space waste problems. In addition, we present an improved Harvest Extension solving three problems of the legacy Harvest Extension. We verify the correctness and the usefulness of the improved CKAN and Harvest Extension functions through actual implementation and extensive experiments.

본 연구는 노인복지를 향상시키기 위하여 필요한 정보서비스를 분석해보고 어떠한 방향으로 정책을 실행해야 하는지를 분석하기 위해 면담조사와 문헌적 조사방법을 이용하여 연구하였다. 사회적 변화요인을 분석해 보면 첫째, 조기퇴직 및 수입원 감소로 인한 경제적 문제 둘째, 노인들의 만성적 질병으로 인한 의료적 문제 셋째, 여가적 문제 넷째, 소외감과 고독감을 느끼게 만드는 문제 등으로 분석된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 정보서비스를 분석해 보면, 첫째, 경제적 문제를 위한 재택근무서비스ㆍ노인전용홈뱅킹서비스 둘째, 의료적 문제를 위한 의료지원서비스ㆍ의료정보서비스ㆍ원격의료지원서비스 셋째, 여가적 문제를 위한 이벤트정보서비스ㆍ여가정보서비스ㆍ원격교육서비스 넷째, 소외적 문제를 위한 인터넷서비스ㆍ지식학습지원서비스 등의 정보서비스가 필요하다. 이러한 정보서비스를 개발하기 위한 정책방향은 첫째, 노인복지협의회의 구성 둘째, 노인복지전용망의 구축 셋째, 정보서비스 이용 활성화 넷째, 국가정책의 변화 다섯째, 노인복지정보서비스의 연구ㆍ개발이 이루어져야 한다.

In this study, we explored the potential of integrating interactive AI callbot technology into the medical consultation domain as part of a broader service development initiative. Aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction, the AI callbot was designed to efficiently address queries from hospitals' primary users, especially the elderly and those using phone services. By incorporating an AI-driven callbot into the hospital's customer service center, routine tasks such as appointment modifications and cancellations were efficiently managed by the AI Callbot Agent. On the other hand, tasks requiring more detailed attention or specialization were addressed by Human Agents, ensuring a balanced and collaborative approach. The deep learning model for voice recognition for this study was based on the Transformer model and fine-tuned to fit the medical field using a pre-trained model. Existing recording files were converted into learning data to perform SSL(self-supervised learning) Model was implemented. The ANN (Artificial neural network) neural network model was used to analyze voice signals and interpret them as text, and after actual application, the intent was enriched through reinforcement learning to continuously improve accuracy. In the case of TTS(Text To Speech), the Transformer model was applied to Text Analysis, Acoustic model, and Vocoder, and Google's Natural Language API was applied to recognize intent. As the research progresses, there are challenges to solve, such as interconnection issues between various EMR providers, problems with doctor's time slots, problems with two or more hospital appointments, and problems with patient use. However, there are specialized problems that are easy to make reservations. Implementation of the callbot service in hospitals appears to be applicable immediately.

WBAN(Wireless Body Area Network) 기술은 인체 내부 및 외부에 부착한 디바이스들을 무선으로 연결하여 통신할 수 있는 근거리 무선 통신 기술로서 IEEE 802.15.6 TG BAN을 중심으로 물리 계층, 데이터 링크 계층, 네트워크 계층 및 응용계층 등에서 표준화가 진행되고 있다. WBAN 환경을 지원하기 위해서는 센서 노드 디바이스 뿐만 아니라 WBAN 미들웨어 및 WBAN 응용 서비스 등의 WBAN 핵심 기술의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 3G, 4G, WiFi를 통하여 환자의 생체 정보를 정확하고 신속하게 전달하기 위한 목적으로 WBAN 환경을 위한 의료용 메시지 구조를 설계하고 WBAN 게이트웨이 관리 엔진을 통하여 BN으로부터 들어온 환자의 생체 정보를 스마트폰에서 확인할 수 있는 의료용 애플리케이션을 구현하였다.

RFID 기술은 물리 개체에 부착된 태그의 정보를 무선으로 인식하여 처리 할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 가장 핵심이 되는 기술이라고 할 수 있으며, RFID 시스템에서 무엇보다 중요한 것은 개체의 위치 추적이 중요하다. 이러한 위치 추적 및 서비스는 EPCglobal network에서 제안되고 있지만, 이 시스템을 위한 특별한 장비과 시스템이 필요하며, 다른 시스템과 호환성 등의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하고자 인터넷 표준 프로토콜인 SIP를 사용하였으며, 병원환경을 대상으로 응급환자 발생시, 담당 의사의 위치를 파악하는 시나리오를 통해 확인하였다.

U-health Service는 환자와 의료진과의 언제 어디에서나 의료서비스를 제공하는 것을 지칭하며 정보통신 기술과 보건의료를 융합한 서비스로 정의하고 있다. 그러나 환자의 의료정보, 개인정보 유출과 같은 사례가 발생하고 있고, 또한 네트워크를 통하여 데이터 송수신을 계승하므로써 기존 유 무선기반의 보안위협사항을 계승하는 취약점이 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 U-Health Service에서 발생하는 취약점을 보완하고자 통합 인증스키마를 설계하여 안정한 개인정보에 대한 관리 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안프로토콜에서는 ID-Based Encryption을 활용하여 사용자 등록, 의료기관과 사용자간의 인증, 데이터 통신 암 복호화, 사용자 정보 폐기에 대한 프로토콜을 설계하였으며, 이에 따른 기존시스템 및 PKI Based 기반 통신과정과 보안성과 안전성에 관하여 분석하였다.

유헬스 서비스는 사물인터넷 장치와 스마트 기기와 같은 모바일 장치를 사용하기 때문에 휴대가 간편한 소형 컴퓨팅 장치로 구성되어 있으며, 기존 컴퓨터에서 수행하던 작업을 동시에 수행할 수 있다. 환자의 생체정보를 이동통신망 환경에서 의료진과 환자 및 환자의 가족의 스마트기기로 실시간으로 전달할 수 있도록 bluetooth HDP기반의 메시지 구조를 사용하였다. ISO/IEEE 11073 PHD 표준을 기반으로 agent와 manager 사이의 통신 방법을 정의하였다. 의료진과 환자 및 환자의 가족이 스마트 기기를 통하여 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 안드로이드 기반의 모니터링 애플리케이션을 구현하여 일상생활에서 사용되고 있는 스마트 기기에서 동작을 확인함으로써 생체정보의 원활한 송수신을 확인하였다.

최근 급성장하고 있는 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 인적 네트워크를 반영한 온라인 서비스로서 선거 유세, 기업 홍보 마케팅, 교육적 정보 공유, 의학적 지식 및 의견 교환 등 다양한 목적으로 사용되고 있다. 이 서비스는 공동의 관심사를 가진 사람들이 모여 자유롭게 정보와 의견을 교환하면서 친분관계를 형성하도록 하고, 자신의 프로파일과 친분관계에 있는 사람들을 공개함으로써 다른 사람의 인맥을 활용하여 자신의 관계를 확장시켜 나갈 수 있도록 한다. 그러나 정보의 개방과 공유를 기반으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 프라이버시 침해나 피싱과 같은 많은 보안상의 문제를 야기 시킨다. 본 논문에서는 키링을 이용하여 소셜 네트워크에서 소규모 그룹의 통신을 보호하기 위한 키 관리 기법 및 프로토콜을 제시하였다.
