Traditional medicine has been exchanged constantly from prehistoric times up to the present. As the global market trade on traditional medicine increases, people now emphasized the importance of traditional medicine. Previously, knowledge about herbal medicines are taught or learned indirectly. Most of it was learned through medical books. But in these contemporary times, herbal medicine's knowledge is shared through journals, congress and some other events in where traditional medicine's information are shared. In the international congress gathering; traditional medicine's experts from many countries shared some additional knowledge. First, "an attitude to medicine that emphasizes on Naturalism". Second, "respect for experienced in traditional medicine". Third, "respect for locality on traditional medicine". Fourth, "a protection for domestic traditional medicine industry" Fifth, "acceptance of traditional medicine from other countries according to domestic health care system".

병원 경쟁의 심화와 의료시장 개방에 시달리고 있는 한방병원이 논리적이고 체계적인 한방 병원 시스템 구축은 매우 중요한 일이다. 디지털 한방 병원 구축은 의료 서비스 향상과 병원 관리의 효율성을 최대화시키기 일이다. 본 논문은 한방의료 분야와 IT기술의 접목하여 디지털 한방병원 구축을 위한 유무선 기반의 한방의료 CRM 시스템을 개발한다.

IoT-based services are being released in accordance with the aging population and the demand for well-being pursuit needs. In addition to medical device companies, companies with ideas ranging from global ICT companies to startup companies are accelerating their market entry. The areas where these services are most commonly applied are health/medical, life/safety, city/energy, automotive and transportation. Furthermore, by expanding IoT technology convergence into the area of life care services, it contributes greatly to the development of service models in the public sector. It also provides an important opportunity for IoT-related companies to open up new markets. By addressing the problems of life care services that are still insufficient. We are providing opportunities to pursue the common interests of both users and workers and improve the quality of life. In order to establish IoT-based digital life care services, it is necessary to develop convergence technologies using cloud computing systems, big data analytics, medical information, and smart healthcare infrastructure.

최근 미국의 경기부양 법안이 통과됨에 따라 전 세계적으로 의료 산업분야에서의 EHR 시스템에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이 법안은 다양한 의료표준을 통해 상호 운용성을 보장하는 EHR 시스템을 도입하는 의원이나 병원에 인센티브를 제공하는 프로그램을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 인센티브 프로그램으로 인해 많은 EHR 시스템이 개발되었고, 또한 많은 의원이나 병원이 CCHIT에서 인증한 EHR 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 미국 의료 산업의 변화에 발맞추어 국내의 일부 기업에서도 국내병원에 EMR 시스템을 구축한 경험을 바탕으로 미국 의료 시장에 진출하려고 노력하고 있다. 그러나 미국과 한국의 의료 환경이 상이하여 개발한 시스템의 개선이 불가피하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 의료표준화 기술에 기반하여 서로 다른 의료정보 시스템 간의 상호 운용성을 보장하는 통합형 EHR 플랫폼을 설계하고 개발한다. 개발한 플랫폼에서는 전송 표준 및 방법, 용어 표준 및 활용, 의사 결정을 위한 지식 관리 등의 다양한 기반 기술을 통합하여 완성된 하나의 시스템을 구현하였고, 의료정보의 표준화를 위한 표준용어체계와 의료정보의 교환을 위한 HL7 인터페이스 엔진을 탑재하여 의료 데이터의 전자적 처리가 가능하도록 하였다. 개발한 플랫폼에 기반하여 미국 개원의의 외래 진료를 지원하기 위한 EHR 시스템인 SeniCare를 개발하고, CMS에서 제시한 "의미 있는 사용"의 조건의 부합 여부를 확인함으로써 개발한 플랫폼의 효용성을 검증한다.

As new types of medical devices are emerging through convergence with advanced technology, innovative technologies are becoming hot issues in health policy because of their disruptiveness. This study analyzed the innovative medical device management systems in the US, China and Korea. Innovative medical devices have been defined differently depending on the country's management system, but in common, they are defined as products that do not exist or have dramatically improved performance compare to existing products by applying innovative technologies. Innovative medical devices have been supported by regulatory authorities during product development and approval processes. While the US and China have more than 300 products designated as innovative medical devices with diverse functions, application fields, and manufacturing countries considering the initial situation of the implementation for the system, Korea has only 16 products, mainly radiology and diagnostic devices and made in Korea only as innovative medical device. In addition, Korea shows the highest market approval rate of innovative medical devices compare to the US and China, and it is necessary to prepare the approval process in consideration of product diversity.

Compared to Korea's recently expanding art distribution market, the difficulty of securing the authenticity of art is hindering the healthy development and growth of the market. In this regard, the current situation of the emotional system in the UK and France's art distribution process are examined as excellent cases in foreign countries. In the UK, there is a full autonomous appraisal system by art experts without state intervention. In France, the judiciary and the administration of art have an appraisal system for art works, so the appraisal work has reliability and objectivity. Through the above system, this study suggests measures to strengthen transparency in art trade and to break unfair practices in order to secure the authenticity of the domestic art distribution market. In addition, this study proposes the establishment of a professional appraisal system and the improvement of administrative law regulations to explore the possibility of ensuring fairness through mediation through the example of an international arbitration body.

Purpose - The aim of this work is to study the reorientation that the export industrial sectors in Costa Rica have experienced during the last 20 years. Research design, data, methodology - The study employs the Cluster Analysis with the export data (20 years of cut-off period) from Costa Rica to the U.S-market. To make the predictions, the technique of the time series was used, with official data (from 2001 to 2010) from the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Results - The Cluster Analysis, show how the economic sectors of traditional products exports of Costa Rica have progressively become in exporters of non-traditional products, meanwhile,the time series confirms that this trend will continue, at least during the next five years. Conclusions - The industry of traditional products exports of Costa Rica (dressmaking, vegetables, coffee, mate, species, etc.) will progressively become in exporters of non- traditional products with a high-tech component (i.e., mechanical equipment and devices, electronic devices and medical equipment),as a consequence of the Chinese (Costa Rica's main competitor) economy's presence in the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OCDE). This fact has enabled the potential improvement of Costa Rica's international competitiveness in the U.S. market.

The market for smart phones has been booming in the past few years. There are now over 400,000 applications on the Android market. Over 10 billion Android applications have been downloaded from the Android market. Due to the Android popularity, there are now a large number of malicious vendors targeting the platform. Many honest end users are being successfully hacked on a regular basis. In this work, a cloud based reputation security model has been proposed as a solution which greatly mitigates the malicious attacks targeting the Android market. Our security solution takes advantage of the fact that each application in the android platform is assigned a unique user id (UID). Our solution stores the reputation of Android applications in an anti-malware providers' cloud (AM Cloud). The experimental results witness that the proposed model could well identify the reputation index of a given application and hence its potential of being risky or not.

Because the health care or medical sector has such characteristics as publicity, professionality, and exclusivity, it cannot be left to the free market system. As a consequence, the state has restricted the establishment of medical institutions in order to protect the life and health of people. Also, the medical law has regulated to permit the establishment of medical institutions by only medical personnel and a few corporate bodies and to ban the establishment of medical institutions under disguised ownership as well as double opening of medical institutions by medical personnel. Nevertheless, there are still many cases that non-medical personnel have dominantly established medical institutions under disguised ownership of other medical personnel or nonprofit corporation. Because they are willing to recover their investment costs as soon as possible, these illegally established medical institutions are likely to make patients undergo unnecessary tests or to perform the excessive treatments and, as a result, are likely to cause infringement on the health and lives of the people. In addition, even if the misconduct is uncovered, the rate at which the costs already paid is very low and, as a result, the damages are straightly connected to the people's loss. On the other hand, there are also increasing number of cases that medical personnel or nonprofit corporations are establishing medical institutions against the medical law regulations. The examples of this illegality are also the double opening of medical institutions and the establishment of medical institutions under disguised ownership by medical personnel or nonprofit corporations. And the damages in these cases may not differ from those in the above cases. In this study, regarding medical law regulations restricting opening a medical institution, I will review the intent of those regulations, the type of violations and criminal punishments, and the possibility of recovery from unlawful profit by the National Health Insurance Act. And then, I would like to find a way for rational improvement of each.

BACKGROUND : The medical claims review(MCR) is unique methodology of medical consultation in terms of insurance claim administration in Korean insurance market. The most important practical matter in the MCR is formatted question. In Korea, medical specialty is composed of 26 legally defined hospital departments. It is worth of studying to investigate type of MCR by hospital departments. METHODS : Fifty Cases of the MCR were selected randomly by statistical program SPSS among 1,032 cases which were performed between April 1, 2006 and March 31 2007. All of selected cases were evaluated one insurance doctor and made a score points from 0 to 10 in terms of hospital department. RESULTS : Multidimensional scaling was performed. The MCR types - diagnosis, malignancy and cause of death are located in the same 2-dimensional configuration area. It can be called as verification of benefit. Others are advice. - such as causality, interpretation, translation, independent medical examination, and so on. DISCUSSION : We can conclude the classification of MCR typology are two main subjects, verification and advice. Theses results are same as previous article which was based on experience.
