The purpose of this study is to examine the antecedents and consequences of host country managers (HCMs)' acculturative stress in multinational corporation (MNC) subsidiaries in Korea. We suggest that HCMs' national identification (NI) positively and organizational identification (OI) negatively influence on the HCMs' acculturative stress. In addition, we propose that HCMs' OI negatively moderate the relationship between HCMs' NI and acculturative stress. Moreover, we hypothesize a negative relationship between HCMs' acculturative stress and work engagement. To test these hypotheses, we performed hierarchical regression analysis and mediation analysis of 643 HCMs in 60 MNC subsidiaries that originate from 11 countries. Results of analyses revealed that all the hypotheses were supported except H1 (positive relationship between HCMs' NI and acculturative stress). The present findings provide theoretical and managerial implications, and we provide suggestion for future research.
This study investigated the effects of SW-efficacy on computational thinking STEAM literacy and the dual mediation effects of interest and student engagement in the relationship between SW-efficacy, computational thinking and STEAM literacy in robot-utilized SW convergence education. For achieving this purpose, robot-utilized SW convergence education targeting 146 middle schools students were carried out, post-survey regarding SW-efficacy, computational thinking, STEAM literacy, interest, and learning engagement were conducted. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS macro process for analysis of the dual mediation effect. Results were as follows: first, SW-efficacy had a significant effect on computational thinking and STEAM literacy. Second, interest did not mediate the relationship between SW efficacy, computational thinking and STEAM literacy, while student engagement mediated it. Third, SW efficacy had a significant effect on computational thinking and STEAM literacy dual-mediating effect of interest and student engagement. These results imply the roles of SW efficacy, interest and student engagement to improve computational thinking and STEAM literacy in robot-utilized SW education and provide implications with regard to robot-utilized SW education and instructional directions.

The previous studies of online entrepreneurship education were conducted only on the effect of education on actual entrepreneurship, but did not analyze the effectiveness of education. In this study, beyond of limits of previous studies, we investigated the effect of social presence on learning expectancy and educational satisfaction. In addition, we examined the influence of learning expectation on the relationship between social presence and educational satisfaction. For the research hypothesis test, we conducted a questionnaires survey on 189 graduate students who taken online courses related to entrepreneurship, hypothesis and questionnaires were made based on the research hypotheses precedent theories. And educational satisfaction was divided into operational satisfaction and content satisfaction. As a results of the analysis using the structural equation model, social presence has a positive effects on learning expectancy. Next, the learning expectancy has a positive effects on the operational satisfaction and the content satisfaction. Finally, when social presence affects operational satisfaction, learning expectation has a complete mediation effects and content satisfaction has a partial mediation effects. The implications of the results of this study were as follows. There was a need for a way to interacted with learners when conducted online entrepreneurial education. When increased the satisfaction level of the learning operation, it is necessary to reduced the burden of learners and raised the expectancy.
The purpose of this study is to find out how positive feedback affects job satisfaction and empirically validate, in the process, the mediation effect of intrinsic motivation and the moderating effect of LMX. For this study, data was gathered on 345 out of total 396 members of domestic organizations in various industries, on whom we conducted a survey, and we reviewed the validity of our survey by means of confirmatory factor analysis, performed based on SPSS 25.0 AMOS 25.0, and confirmed correlations, and mediating and moderating roles existing among variables using Process Macro 3.0. As a result, it was verified that organizational members' positive feedback positively affects their intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction. In this study, it is validated that organizational member's intrinsic motivation has a positive influence on job satisfaction and positive mediation effect exists between them. Also, LMX has a positive moderating role for positive feedback and intrinsic motivation, and organizational member's intrinsic motivation revealed that it has a LMX-moderated positive mediation effect on positive feedback and job satisfaction. The implications of these findings are first, positive feedback, an issue these days in corporate organizations, produces intrinsic motivation of organization members and raises their job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational members' intrinsic motivation is triggered by their leader's positive feedback when they are more in a good relationship. Lastly, given that job satisfaction of organizational members matters for organizational performance and human resource development, we can get a practical implication that we should nurture the capabilities of a leader through various education methods as we must provide an adequate positive feedback as one of the multiple ways that help improving the job satisfaction of organizational members.

This study is a descriptive study designed to identify the relationships among self-leadership, positive psychological capital, and learning flow, and the mediation effect of positive psychological capital between self-leadership and learning flow. The participants for this study were 218 nursing students following a four-year curriculum in J city and the data was collected from April 1st to April 15th, 2016, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, the t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression with the SPSS 22.0 Program. There were significant correlations among self-leadership, positive psychological capital, and learning flow. In the multiple regression analysis, the main factor affecting learning flow was self-leadership, which explained 44.1% of the variance in learning flow. Moreover, of 4 the components of positive psychological capital, self-efficacy and hope had a partial mediating effect between self-leadership and learning flow. Self-leadership, positive psychological capital, and learning flow relationship were positive relevant. To enhance the learning flow ability of the nursing students, it is necessary to develop a training program to increase their self-leadership and positive psychological capital.

The aims of this study are to analyse how smartphone affects (1)self-control and (2)self-directed learning ability of middle-school students, and also affect (3)self-directed learning ability by mediation of self-control. For these aims, this study used Seoul Educational Longitudinal Study panel data which was conducted in 2015, and conducted multi-group comparisons using structural equation modeling analyses. In analysis of smartphone effects, the use of smartphone of students was divided into 'for entertainment' and 'for learning', and also their first time of smartphone use was considered(elementary vs. middle school). Results indicated that while 'smarphone use for entertainment' was related negatively with self-control and self-directed learning ability of students, 'smarphone use for learning' was related positively, regardless of when smartphone was first used. Also, while 'smarphone use for entertainment' was related negatively with self-directed learning ability by mediation of self-control, 'smarphone use for learning' was related positively.
This paper aims to examine systematically how audiences' exposure to crime news influences their multicultural acceptability. In particular, the analysis has focused on how the variance in the effects of contacts with crime news on foreigners takes place, according to the types of media and communication favored among the audiences. Also, with perceived risk toward crime as a mediating variable, this research scrutinizes the way crime news on foreigners comes to influence multicultural acceptability among the audiences. While various news sources and communication channels are influential in strengthening the perceived possibility of crime on the individual level, the results show, television seems to be particularly more effective with regards to the perceived prevalence of crime on the social level (RQ 1). Also, while contacts with crime news through 'dialogic' media rarely influence multicultural acceptability significantly, 'discursive' media and face-to-face contacts have negative impacts on the multicultural acceptability (RQ 2). Consequently, perceived risk on the social level seems to play the role of full mediation in the process where audiences' contact with crime news through discursive media influences their multicultural acceptability (RQ 3). Based on these findings, both theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the subjective consciousness and life satisfaction of the elderly, and to see how depression affects this relationship. This includes a new way of thinking about the causes of the elderly's life satisfaction, not only for individual factors, but also for subjective class consciousness. For this aim, we examine the degree of subjective class consciousness, life satisfaction and depression of the elderly, and verify mediation effects of depression between subjective class consciousness and life satisfaction. This study utilized data obtained from the 5th version of the Korea Longitudinal Study on Aging 2014, and considered data from 4,222 elderly aged 65 and over. As a means of study, a structural equation model analysis was conducted. The results were as follows: First, it was confirmed that the subjective class consciousness of the elderly may influence life satisfaction. It was also confirmed that the subjective class consciousness of the elderly also affected depression and life satisfaction among the elderly. When subjective class consciousness was high, depression was low and life satisfaction was high. When depression was low, life satisfaction was high. Second, depression had the mediation effect in which subjective class consciousness affects life satisfaction. Based on these results, this author suggests practical and political issues concerning social welfare to prevent and reduce depression and increase life satisfaction through improving the subjective class consciousness of the elderly. First, policy measures should enhance social capital through housing support policies and leisure use support to enhance the subjective class consciousness of the elderly. Second, the provision of services for the elderly through the establishment of a community-based network to reduce depression should be promoted.
The regulation of emotion is known to mediate the relationship between emotion-relevant differences in individuals and their life outcomes. This study attempted to include a situational factor in addition to the mediation model and investigated whether this conditional component changed the patterns of indirect effects. The researchers recruited 180 emotional laborers working in diverse domains and used a questionnaire to ascertain their negative affectivity, cognitive reappraisal, emotional exhaustion, and the intensity of negative comments they usually received from customers. The results of the conditional indirect effect analysis revealed the positive indirect influence of negative affectivity on emotional exhaustion through cognitive reappraisal when emotional labors receive highly negative comments from customers (high intensity of the situation). Similarly, negative indirect effects were found when emotional labors receive slightly negative comments from customers (low intensity of the situation). The outcomes of this study suggest that cognitive reappraisal can mediate to decrease emotional exhaustion in contexts that arouse more intensive negative emotions; it can also mediate to increase emotional exhaustion in contexts that arouse less intensive negative emotions. The implications of this study include the importance of integrating individual differences with situational factors. The study also provides information about the distinctiveness of groups of emotional laborers.

If a real estate trade dispute occurs, the role of the intermediary attorney should be to carry out his duties efficiently. In the case of real estate transaction conflicts, the lawyer of the village should be registered as the arbitrator. It is important to establish a basis of regulations through this type of real estate transaction accident analysis. Before proceeding with various adjustment systems, it is desirable to expand the arbitration region. Now we need a realtor amendment. It is the part where fragmentation of intermediary qualification is required, along with the eligibility of a subdivision.
