The fashion industry is accountable for labor and environment-related issues. With such issues raised, consumers' social responsibility for environmental and labor issues has become an important factor that shapes the perception of companies. This study investigates the relationship between consumer values, concerns regarding social issues, and willingness to pay a premium for ethical fashion products. This study included two exogenous variables of altruistic value and egocentric value. In the conceptual model, consumers' social responsibility was conceptualized as two constructs of environmental consciousness and labor-issue consciousness. It was then analyzed as mediating variables. Willingness to pay a premium for ethical fashion products was the endogenous variable. Data was collected and analyzed with PLS-SEM from 600 consumers. The assessment of discriminant validity and construct validity using CFA were conducted before analyzing the model. Structural equation modeling results revealed that altruistic value directly influenced environmental consciousness and labor-issue consciousness. However, egocentric value was directly and significantly influenced only by labor-issue consciousness. Both environmental and labor issue consciousness directly influenced customers' willingness to pay a premium, but did not significantly change their willingness to pay a premium. Two-stage serial mediation analysis results indicated that the constructs did not have a significant mediation effect on the exogenous variables (altruistic value and egocentric value) and the endogenous variable (willingness to pay a premium) for ethical fashion products. This study found the influence of consumer's personal values on their willingness to pay a higher price for ethical fashion products.

본 연구는 남자 청소년의 게임중독과 공격성의 관계에서 집행기능결함의 매개효과를 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 충남지역 남자 고등학생 120명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 분석결과, 게임중독은 집행기능결함 및 공격성과 유의미한 상관을 나타냈다. 게임중독집단이 비중독집단에 비해 공격성과 집행기능결함이 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 큰 것으로 나타났다. 게임중독과 공격성의 관계에서 집행기능결함의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 집행기능결함(매개변인)은 게임중독(독립변인)이 공격성(종속변인)에 미치는 영향을 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 게임중독 청소년의 자기조절능력 향상을 위한 실천적 함의와 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언이 논의되었다.

본 연구는 청소년이 지각하는 부모양육태도와 정신건강과의 관계에서 학교생활적응의 매개효과를 검토하여 청소년의 우울과 자살생각을 완화할 수 있는 실천적 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 조사대상은 충북의 청소년 중 자기기입식 조사에 응한 544명으로 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여학생의 우울과 자살생각이 남학생보다 더 높았고, 성적이 높은 학생들이 지각한 부모양육태도는 다른 집단에 비해 더 긍정적이었으며, 우울과 자살생각의 수준이 더 낮았고 학교생활적응수준이 더 높았다. 종교에 따라서는 종교가 있는 청소년들의 자살생각수준만이 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 청소년이 지각한 부모양육태도는 남녀 모두의 우울과 자살생각을 유의하게 설명하였다. 셋째, 학교생활적응은 청소년의 우울과 자살생각을 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정교한 개입을 위해 전문인력 확충, '학부모와 함께' 하는 예방프로그램 실시, 위센터, 위클래스 및 학교사회복지의 활성화가 요구된다.

본 연구는 기록물관리 전문요원의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 직무스트레스, 우울, 상태불안 수준의 차이와, 그들의 직무스트레스가 우울 수준에 미치는 영향 관계에 있어 상태불안 수준의 매개효과가 유의하게 나타나는지를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 기록물관리 전문요원들을 대상으로 인구사회학적 특성을 포함해 총 9요인으로 구성된 직무스트레스와 우울 수준, 상태불안 수준을 묻는 설문지를 배포해 최종적으로 98부의 설문데이터를 회수했고, 다중회귀분석을 이용해 매개분석을 시도했다. 그 결과 모든 요인에서의 직무스트레스와 우울 사이에서 상태불안이 완전매개 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타나, 기록물관리 전문요원들의 우울수준을 낮추기 위해 그들의 상태불안 수준이 필히 관리되어야 하는 것으로 분석되었다.

이 연구는 국립중앙도서관 디지털도서관(NDL) 정보광장에 대한 고객만족도를 측정하기 위한 구조방정식모형을 설정하고 이 모형에서 이용자와 직원 모두에게 적용할 수 있는 모형을 검증하여, 도서관의 서비스품질과 만족도, 충성도에 대해 이용자의 인식과 직원의 예측 사이의 차이를 분석하고, LCSI의 공식에 따라 디지털도서관 정보광장의 고객만족지수를 산출하였다. 분석 결과 디지털도서관 정보광장의 고객만족을 측정하기 위한 모형은 부분매개모형보다는 완전매개모형이 더 적합하였으며, LCSI의 공식에 따라 고객만족지수를 산출한 결과 디지털도서관 정보광장의 고객만족지수는 75.69점으로 나타났다. 이용자의 고객만족도에 대한 도서관 직원들의 예측을 파악하기 위해 이용자와 동일한 모형을 사용할 수 있는지를 검증한 결과 우수한 적합도를 보여 이용자와 직원에게 모두 동일한 모형을 적용할 수 있음이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 검증결과를 바탕으로 이용자와 직원이 예측한 서비스품질 및 만족도, 충성도를 비교한 결과, 디지털도서관 정보광장 이용자들은 직원이 예측한 것보다 모든 면에서 더 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 자동차 제조기업의 조직문화가 조직신뢰와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴보고, 연구결과를 기업의 경영관리에 실무적으로 도움을 주고자 하였다. 선행연구들의 이론적 배경과 연구모형을 참조하여 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 실증분석을 위하여 창원에 본사를 둔 한국의 대표적인 자동차기업인 G-자동차의 조직구성원을 대상으로 362부의 표본을 확보하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직문화와 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 개발문화와 집단문화가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직문화와 조직신뢰 간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 개발문화와 집단문화가 유의적인 정(+)의 효과를 보여 주었다. 셋째, 조직신뢰와 조직몰입 간의 관계 분석에서 매우 유의한 정(+)의 결과를 나타내고 있어 조직신뢰와 조직몰입은 밀접한 관계가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 조직신뢰의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 조직문화 요인들 중에서 개발문화와 집단문화는 부분매개효과를 보여주었으며, 합리문화와 위계문화는 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to propose an effective leadership in the hospital management by analyzing the relationship of the effect of the specialty hospital CEO's leadership on the employees' organizational effectiveness as well as the customer orientation, and the mediation effects of the organizational effectiveness on the relation between hospital CEO's leadership and the customer orientation. The questionnaires of the survey targeting the 99 specialty hospitals were collected that 786 copies of them were utilized in analysis. The major outcomes of the research can be summarized as follows. Firstly, transformational leadership of specialty hospital CEO generally has the greater impact on the employees' job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention than his transactional leadership. Secondly, the most important sub-variable of specialty hospital CEO leadership affecting the organizational effectiveness of the employees are charisma of transformational leadership and contingent reward of transactional leadership. Thirdly, the sub-variable of specialty hospital CEO leadership which has the greatest impact on customer orientation of employees is the active management-by-exception of transactional leadership. Fourthly, the sub-variables in the organizational effectiveness such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment and the turnover intention of hospital employees play mostly the partial mediation role between the customer orientation of employees and the leadership of a specialty hospital CEO. This means that the more the organizational effectiveness of specialty hospital employees improves, the more the customer orientation does. Thus, specialty hospital CEOs need to pay attention to the sub-variables in organizational effectiveness so as to improve the customer orientation of the employees. To explore further the nature of the effect of hospital leadership in the future, apart form the variables of the organization effectiveness used in this study to improve the customer orientation of employees through the leadership of the specialty hospital CEO, the research to identify other factors which have greater influence and explanatory power will be needed.

Objective : Previous studies have shown that depression, anxiety and embitterment are highly related to suicide. This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of embitterment between depression, anxiety and suicide. Methods : A total of 174 participants with depressive and anxiety disorders were evaluated with STAI-S, STAI-T, PHQ-9, PTED scale, SSI and suicide attempt history. A mediation analysis using bootstrapping was utilized in order to estimate the indirect effects of depression and anxiety on suicide through embitterment. Results : Embitterment significantly mediated the relationship between depression and suicidal ideation [b=0.291, 95% CI(0.18, 0.40)], and also it mediated the relationship between depression and suicide attempt [b=0.066, 95% CI(0.02, 0.16)]. Although a direct effect of anxiety on suicide attempt was not significant, but embitterment significantly mediated the relationship between anxiety and suicide attempt Conclusion : This suggests that embitterment may be a significant important factor to consider in the relationship between depression, anxiety and suicide. Understanding the mediating role of embitterment on suicide may helpful to prevent suicide.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 게임중독 예방 및 개입 방안을 마련하는 데 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 특히 게임중독 위험성이 높은 것으로 보고된 남자 중학생을 대상으로 게임중독과 공격성과의 관계에서 내현적 자기애가 매개 역할을 하는지를 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 충청지역 남자 중학생 578명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 게임중독은 공격성 및 내현적 자기애와 정적 상관을 나타냈고, 내현적 자기애는 공격성과 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 게임중독과 내현적 자기애의 하위요인들이 공격성에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 게임중독 요인들 중에서는 내성, 일상생활무시, 조절손상, 내현적 자기애 요인들 중에서는 착취/자기중심성, 과민/취약성이 공격성에 대해 유의한 설명력을 나타냈다. 셋째, 단계적 회귀분석 결과를 통해 공격성에 유의한 설명력을 나타낸 게임중독과 내현적 자기애 하위요인들을 포함시켜 구조방정식 모형을 설계, 검증한 결과, 내현적 자기애는 게임중독과 공격성 간의 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점과 후속연구를 위한 제언이 논의되었다.
