건강신념 모형 기반 폐경 여성의 골다공증 예방행위 모형 개발 및 검정 (An Equation Model Development and Test based on Health Belief Model Regarding Osteoporosis Prevention Behaviors among Postmenopausal Women)

  • Purpose: This study was to develop and test a theoretical model based on the revised health belief model explaining osteoporosis prevention behaviors among postmenopausal women under 65. Methods: This secondary data analysis included 342 postmenopausal women under 65 from original data sources of a total of 734 women. The measured instruments were scales for osteoporosis awareness, osteoporosis health belief scale (benefit, barrier, susceptibility, severity, and health motivation), self-efficacy, and osteoporosis prevention behaviors. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. Results: The mean age of the subjects was 55.2 years and the mean age of menopause was 51.10. The hypothetical model of osteoporosis prevention behaviors was relatively fit. Osteoporosis prevention behaviors were significantly explained up to 62% by expectation factors (relative benefit, self-efficacy, health motivation) and modifying factors(knowledge only). Expectation factors of health belief had a mediation effect between modifying factors and prevention behaviors. Conclusion: This study partially supported the revised health belief model for explaining osteoporosis prevention behaviors. It provides a basis for developing an educational program focusing on expectation factors and knowledge with the aim of behavioral changes for osteoporosis prevention.

중소병원 간호사의 내부마케팅과 조직몰입의 관계에 대한 직무만족의 매개효과 (Mediation Effect of Job Satisfaction between Internal Marketing and Organizational Commitment of Nurses in Small and Medium-sized Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify the mediating effects of job satisfaction between internal marketing and organizational commitment of nurses in small and medium-sized hospitals. Method: Data were collected from 208 nurses in 8 small and medium-sized hospitals and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations, and structural equation model (SEM) with the PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. Results: There were positive relationships among all three variables, internal marketing, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. There was a mediating effect of job satisfaction between internal marketing and organizational commitment. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that strategies which could enhance the job satisfaction of nurses should be developed by mangers in small and medium sized hospitals. Further study is needed on other factors which may influence nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment especially, in small and medium sized hospitals.

Mobile Communication Group Polarization: Effects of Communication Cues and Anonymity

  • Purpose - The objective of this study is to identify the effects of the communication cues and anonymity on group polarization in mobile communication settings, both in terms of route and extent. Research design, data and methodology - Laboratory experiments were conducted to achieve the above research objective; the effect of communication cues on group polarization with social presence as mediation and the direct effect of anonymity, social presence, and perceived cohesion were analyzed. The experiments were conducted by the participation of 240 people, who were divided into 48 groups of 5 people. Results - According to the results, the difference in intergroup polarization due to communication cues and anonymity was insignificant. From this analysis, the structural equation model, communication cues and anonymity did not affect group polarization through social presence. Moreover, anonymity did not affect group polarization through perceived cohesion; however, anonymity directly affected group polarization. Conclusions - This research can help to explain the discussions and the related decision-making actions on internet forums, which have recently come to the rise as well as provide foundational basis in newly establishing policies for the forums.

  • This research examined if job stress mediates the relationship between physical environmental risk and safety behavior of employees. In addition, we investigated whether perceived control moderates the physical environmental risk-job stress link. In order to test our hypotheses, 1005 employees in various fields of firms were participated. Using structural equation modeling(SEM), we conducted moderated mediation model analysis that elaborately test the hypotheses. The results demonstrated that job stress mediated the physical environmental risk-safety behavior link. Furthermore, the relationship between physical environmental risk and job stress was moderated by perceived control.

도서 관광지의 선택속성, 서비스 가치, 만족도 및 행동의도 관계 연구: 추자도를 대상으로 (Selection Attributes on Behaviour Intention of Island Tourism : focused on Chuja region)

  • The objective of this paper was to analyze the relationships between the factors of selection attributes and the behavior intention focusing on Domestic tourists in Chuja island. This paper utilized the path analysis to investigate the factors of selection attributes affecting the visitors' satisfaction and re-visit intention through service value as mediating factor. This study showed the most important thing among the factors influencing service value in research model was 'uniqueness of island'. Finally, this paper presented that the selection attributes had affected overall satisfaction and re-visit intention through the mediation of service value. In addition, this study calculated total effect including indirect and direct effect of the choice attributes on behavior intention. This result can give the stakeholders related to Chujado island a implication for a better policy of tourism development.

Attribution of Responsibility, Risk Perception, and Perceived Corporate Social Responsibility in Predicting Policy Support for Climate Change Mitigation: Evidence from South Korea

  • A recent nationwide survey reported that South Koreans perceive large corporations as the party that should be the most responsible for tackling climate change. This public opinion result offers insight into the argument that defining who is responsible for the climate change issue can guide campaigners and policymakers in designing effective communication strategies. This study examines how attributing responsibility to large corporations can affect behavioral intention to support government policy and regulation via a moderated mediation model of the perceived risk of climate change and corporate social responsibility (CSR). A nationwide online survey of 295 South Koreans was conducted. The findings reveal an indirect effect of responsibility attribution on behavioral intention through risk perception. Moreover, perceived CSR moderated the causal link between risk perception and behavioral intention, such that South Koreans reported higher levels of behavioral intention when they reported higher CSR. However, perceived CSR failed to moderate the indirect effect. These findings have implications for communication processes and policymaking to address climate change problems in South Korea.

초등무용교육에서의 민주적, 권위적 행동유형이 수업만족도에 미치는 영향 : 몰입과 지각된 유능감의 이중매개효과를 중심으로 (A Effects of Democratic and Autocratic Behavior Types of Dance Art Instructors in Elementary on Class Satisfaction : Focused on Mediations of Flow and Perceived Competence)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of democratic and autocratic behavior type of dance art instructors in elementary dance education on class satisfaction focused on mediations of flow and perceived competence. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed but insincerely replied or double-replied questionnaires were excluded and finally 453 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. For the analysis of the data, SPSS 18.0 version was used and double mediation model operating in serial, proposed by Hayes and a bootstrapping method were used. First, instructor's democratic behavior type was statistically positive effect on class satisfaction. However autocratic behavior type was statistically negative effect. Second, the indirect effect of instructor's democratic type and autocratic behavior type on class satisfaction through the flow were statistically positive significant. Third, the indirect effect of instructor's democratic behavior type on class satisfaction through the perceived competence was statistically significant. However autocratic behavior type was statistically negative effect. Lastly, the indirect effect of instructor's democratic and autocratic behavior types on class satisfaction through the flow and perceived competence were statistically positive significant.

온라인 창업 교육의 사회적 현존감과 교육 만족도 관계에서 학습 기대감의 매개효과 연구 (A Study on Mediation Effect of Learning Expectancy in Social Presence and Educational Satisfaction of Online Entrepreneurship Education)

  • 기존 온라인 창업 교육 연구에서는 교육이 실제 창업에 미치는 영향에 대해서만 연구가 진행됐을 뿐 교육 효과성에 대한 분석이 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 선행 연구의 한계점에서 벗어나 사회적 현존감을 이용해 학습 기대감과 교육 만족도에 미치는 영향력을 조사했다. 또한 학습 기대감을 매개 변수로 활용해 사회적 현존감과 교육 만족도 관계에서 어떠한 영향력을 보이는지 살펴보았다. 연구 가설 검증을 위해 전국 189명의 창업 관련 온라인 수업을 들은 대학원생들에게 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 선행 이론에 근거해 가설과 설문문항을 만들었으며, 교육 만족도의 경우 운영 만족도와 콘텐츠 만족도로 구분해 미치는 영향력의 정도를 구분하였다. 구조방정식을 이용한 분석 결과 사회적 현존감은 학습 기대감에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 다음으로 학습 기대감은 운영 만족도와 콘텐츠 만족도에 긍정적인 영향력을 보였다. 마지막으로 사회적 현존감이 운영 만족도에 영향을 미칠 때 학습 기대감은 완전 매개효과를 보였으며, 콘텐츠 만족도에 영향을 미칠 때는 간접 매개 효과를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과가 주는 시사점은 온라인 창업 교육을 실시할 때 학습자의 상호작용을 활발히 할 수 있는 방법이 필요하고 학습 운영의 만족도를 높일 때는 학습자의 부담감을 줄여 기대감을 높여야지만 효율적으로 작용된다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • 4차 산업혁명시대를 살고 있는 고객들은 구매 깔때기 안에 있는 것이 아니라 밖으로 나오기 시작했다. 풍부한 정보로 무장한 현명한 고객의 등장과 맞물려 제품 선택의 폭과 디지털 채널의 폭발적인 증가로 인해 정보를 탐색하고 구매하는 방식이 혁신적으로 변화되고 있는 것이다. 디지털 시대의 고객여정은 전통적인 깔때기 모형이 제시하는것보다 훨씬 복잡하게 되었다. 그래서 직선형이 아닌 다양한 상호작용을 하는 비선형적인 정교한 접근이 요구되어지고 있다. 기존의 많은 연구와 달리 본 연구는 패션, 자동차, 화장품, 온라인 쇼핑몰의 4개 상품군 이용고객 1,200을 대상으로 진행된 것으로 상품군에 상관없이 일반적으로 적용할 수 있는 디지털고객경험 속성을 도출하고 검정하였다. 디지털경험이 고객만족에 영향을 미치며, 최종적으로 구매에 영향을 미치는 일련의 과정 속에서 디지털 자기효능감이 구매에 어떠한 역할을 하는지를 규명하였다. 이론적 시사점으로는 디지털 자기 효능감을 조절된 매개변수로 도입하여 검정한 결과 고객만족도와 고객 충성도 간 디지털 자기효능감은 조절된 매개역할을 하는 것으로 검정 되었다. 실무적으로는 디지털 자기효능감이 높은 고객에게 디지털 마케팅을 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있고다, 그러나 디지털 자기 효능감이 낮은 고객에게는 디지털 마케팅 피로도를 조심해야 할 필요가 있다는 시사점을 도출하였다.

  • 국내카지노산업은 60년대부터 국내경제의 고도성장과 더불어 양적, 질적으로 폭발적인 성장을 보이고 있지만 카지노산업의 특성을 반영하여 위기관리전략을 수립할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하는 연구는 현재까지 거의 진행되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 위기관리에 대한 국 내외 학자들의 이론과 선행연구를 분석하여 학자들이 제시하고 있는 위기의 개념과 분류기준을 통해서 카지노기업의 특성에 적합한 안전관리 위기유형을 도출하고 위기관리요인을 환경적, 인력적, 시설적 차원으로 분류하였으며 식별된 세부 위기관리요인 들이 안전관리조직의 조직분위기와 업무성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. SPSS 18.0을 활용한 인구통계학적 분석과 PLS 3.0을 이용한 경로모형분석으로 위기관리 요인이 매개변수인 조직분위기를 통해 안전관리조직 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 관계를 규명하는 탐색적 연구를 진행함으로써 카지노기업의 특성을 반영한 위기관리전략을 수립할 때 우선순위를 고려할 수 있는 이론적 근거를 제시하였다. 또한 카지노기업의 특성에 적합한 위기요인식별, 위기관리요인과 안전관리조직 업무성과 사이의 관계 규명 등을 통해 이론적 시사점과, 안전관리실무에 적용함으로써 얻을 수 있는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
