보호요인의 매개효과를 통한 조손가족 청소년의 학교 적응유연성에 관한 연구 (The study on the school resilience of grandparent-grandchildren family adolescent through mediation effect of protective factor)

  • 조손가족 청소년들은 일반 가족의 청소년들에 비해 부정적인 환경에 노출됨으로써 심리사회적으로 부정적인 영향을 받는 경향이 높기 때문에 중요하게 검토되어야 한다. 이와 관련하여 조손가족 청소년의 위험요인, 보호요인과 학교 적응유연성 간의 관계를 다룬 연구가 이루어지고 있으나, 대부분 청소년의 위험요인, 보호요인과 학교 적응유연성 간의 단편적인 관계를 설명하는데 그치고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 조손가족 청소년의 위험요인과 보호요인 간, 그리고 이들과 학교 적응유연성 간의 매개적인 경로와 인과관계를 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 전국 단위의 조손가족 청소년 328명을 대상으로 조사하였고, 분석방법은 SEM을 사용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 조손가족 청소년의 위험요인, 보호요인과 학교적응유연성 간의 직접효과와 보호요인의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 구조회귀모형을 검증한 결과 모형의 적합도가 타당하게 나타났다. 위험요인은 청소년의 학교적응유연성에 부정적 영향을 미치며(교사의 무관심, 부정적 애착관계, 우울불안 순), 보호요인은 학교 적응유연성에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다(교사의 지지, 자아존중감 순). 또 보호요인은 위험요인이 학교 적응유연성에 미치는 부정적 영향을 매개하여 완화시키는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the factors affecting productivity performance for Korean SMEs of manufacturing which had obtained the certification of Productivity Management System(PMS) that is a Korean assessment program for enhancing maturity of company's management systems. Methods: The proposed model is based on the PMS model. The valid 759 data registered from 2010 to 2018 year was analyzed using SEM analysis for testing hypotheses. Results: The results are as follows. First, Leadership affects the five core sub-system processes positively, but doesn't a significant Business Performance directly. Secondly, HRM, Customer & Market Analysis, and Process Management excluding Productivity Development and Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on Business Performance. Lastly, when examining the mediation effect, Process Development, Customer & Market Analysis, and HRM have indirectly effect between Leadership and Business Performance. Conclusion: This study results suggest not only the role of leadership to improve productivity performance of SME, but also which core processes are focused and differentiated.

조모-어머니 관계질이 조모-손자녀 유대감에 미치는 영향: 공동양육의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Grandmother-Mother Relationship on Grandmother-Grandchildren Ties: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Coparenting)

  • This study showed that the association between grandmother-mother relationship and grandmother-grandchildren ties is mediated by the coparenting. Participants consisted of 329 grandmothers who were rearing preschool aged grandchildren in the Seoul and Gyeonggido area. SPSS 23.0 performed descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis. The structural equation model was estimated with AMOS 23.0. Parameters were estimated using the maximum likelihood method. Model fit index used the chi-square statistic, the goodness of fit index (GFI), the Turker-Lewis index (TLI), the comparative fit index (CFI), the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA). The mediation effect analysis followed a two-step verification process; direct and indirect effect. In addition, statistical significance of the indirect effect was examined using a bootstrapping procedure. The results are as follows. First, a positive correlation was found between the grandmother-mother relationship, grandmother-grandchildren ties, and coparenting. Second, the association between grandmother-mother relationship and grandmother-grandchildren ties is mediated by coparenting. The results of this study suggest that the quality of the grandmother's relationship with mothers and cooperative coparenting is important to building relationships with grandchildren. In addition, coparenting can be an important mechanism for grandmother-mother relationships and grandmother-grandchild ties. Based on the results of this study, we discussed ways to improve the grandmothers' relationship quality with the mother and strengthen parenting ability.

핀테크 지급결제 서비스 수용 저항요인 연구 : 혁신저항이론과 현상유지편향이론을 중심으로 (The Study of User Resistance to Fintech Payment Service: In the Perspective of Innovation Diffusion And Status Quo Bias Theory)

  • Purpose Global fintech industry is proliferating. Although domestic investment in fintech service is also increasing fast, user acceptance of fintech payment service seems slower than expected. Previous fintech literature mainly focuses on overall characteristics and technical aspects of fintech including security issues and explores factors affecting the service adoption. This study aims to examine crucial factors affecting user's resistance intention to fintech payment service adoption. The research model was formulated based on innovation diffusion theory and status quo bias theory and validated empirically. Design/methodology/approach The proposed research model was empirically validated with 149 responses from college students who have used fintech payment service. The component-based SEM was employed for data analysis. Findings The significant findings are as follow. First, compatibility has significant negative effect and complexity, and perceived risk has a positive effect on user resistance. Second, institutional trust does not show a significant effect on user resistance but has an indirect effect through the mediation of trust in service provider. Finally, trust in service provider shows the significant negative effect on user resistance.

Minimizing Workplace Deviant Behaviors through Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Commitment: A Case Study in Indonesia

  • This study aims to investigate a model for reducing workplace deviance from employees' perspectives. Specifically, it examines the relationship between workplace spirituality and workplace deviance through the improvement of organizational commitment. Through the quantitative approach, questionnaires were distributed to 400 civil servants in the various government agencies in Indonesia. Structural Equation Model with Analysis of Moment Structures (SEM-AMOS) was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The results reveal that workplace spirituality has no significant negative effect directly on workplace deviance, but it has a significantly positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment also has a significant negative effect on workplace deviance. The non-significance of workplace spirituality's direct effect on workplace deviance proves that there is a full mediation effect of organizational commitment. It implies that, to reduce workplace deviance, merely workplace spirituality is not adequate, but it should enhance organizational commitment. The findings can add an understanding of the empirical evidence related to the relationship between workplace spirituality, organizational commitment, and workplace deviance. Practically, the top decision-makers in civil servant institutions need to consider the right strategies, policies, and real efforts to carry out workplace spirituality practices and organizational commitment by designing a control system.

  • This research aims to investigate The Role of Calling and Membership as Mediation on the Influence of Spiritual Leadership against Organizational Commitment and its Effect on the Performance of Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD). This study has outlined organizational commitment as a construct thought to be theoretically strategic to empower organizations through calling and membership. The research was conducted upon LPDs in Bali. Inferential analysis techniques have been used to test the empirical model and the hypotheses proposed in this study. The analysis technique used is the structural equation model (SEM) based on variance or component, called Partial Least Square (PLS). The significant findings of this research are, first, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on calling; second, calling has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment; and third, calling has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Several studies have been conducted to estimate the mediating role of calling in explaining the relationship of spiritual leadership with organizational commitment. The results of the study by Bodla and Ali (2012) and Bodla et al. (2013) state that spiritual leadership, which consists of vision and altruistic love, has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Likewise, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on calling.

대학생의 ADHD 경향이 우울에 미치는 영향: 대인관계 문제의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of ADHD Tendency on Depression among College Students: Mediation Effect of Interpersonal Problem)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 ADHD 경향과 우울의 관계에서 대인관계 문제의 매개효과를 살펴보는 데 있다. 자료수집 기간은 2020년 10월부터 11월까지로 1개월 소요되었다. 대학생을 대상으로 ADHD 경향, 우울, 대인관계문제 척도로 이루어진 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 총 201부의 통계분석을 위해 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 적용하여 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 대학생의 ADHD 경향, 우울, 대인관계 문제 변인 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 그리고 대학생의 ADHD 경향이 우울에 미치는 영향에서 대인관계 문제는 완전 매개를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구 결과는 대학생의 ADHD 경향이 우울에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라 ADHD 경향이 대인관계 문제를 매개로 우울이 나타나는 것을 시사했다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 상담 및 임상 현장에서 대인관계 문제를 감소시키는 전략이 ADHD 경향을 가진 대학생의 우울의 예방 및 정신건강을 증진시키는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

The Mediation Effects of Smartphone Overdependence in the Relationship between University Student's Anxiety and School Life Adjustment

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생을 대상으로 불안과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 스마트폰 과의존이 유의한 매개변수의 역할을 하는지 알아봄으로써 대학생의 불안과 스마트폰 과의존의 문제를 예방 및 감소하고 대학생활적응을 향상시키기 위한 대안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 광주광역시에 위치한 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 남녀대학생을 대상으로 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하여 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 주요 분석결과는 스마트폰 과의존의 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의하였고 부분 매개로 나타남으로써 직접효과인 불안이 대학생활적응에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것과 간접효과인 불안이 스마트폰 과의존을 통해 대학생활적응에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것을 함께 보여 주는 것이다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 연구의 의의와 그 시사점을 언급하고, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

아버지와 어머니의 헬리콥터 부모역할이 고등학생의 진로준비 행동에 미치는 영향: 학업성패귀인과 진로결정자기효능감의 순차적 매개효과 (The Effect of Paternal and Maternal Helicopter Parenting on the Career Preparation Behavior of High-School Students: Sequential Mediation Effects of Academic Achievement Attribution and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy)

  • This study examined the sequential mediation effects of academic achievement attribution and career decision-making self-efficacy on the effect of paternal and maternal helicopter parenting on high-school students' career preparation behavior. A total of 285 (119 male and 166 female) Korean high-school students in the second grade participated in the study. Research variables were measured using the Career Preparation Behavior Scale (Kim, 1997), Helicopter Parenting Scale (LeMoyne & Buchanan, 2011), Attribution Questionnaire (Weiner, 1979), and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (Betz et al., 1996). To examine the sequential mediating effect, data analysis was performed using SPSS 29.0 and PROCESS MACRO (v4.2) Model 6. The results revealed no correlations between helicopter parenting and academic failure attribution. However, higher paternal and maternal helicopter parenting were found to indirectly reduce high-school students' career preparation behavior through lower internal academic success attribution (effort and ability) and higher external academic success attribution (task difficulty and luck), which reduced career decision-making self-efficacy. These findings can be employed to develop more effective intervention programs comprising career guidance for adolescents, which emphasizes the negative effect of helicopter parenting. This study expands the research field, as previous findings on helicopter parenting mostly focus on college students.

  • 본 연구는 CSR광고의 모델 속성(가치부합성, 매력성, 전문성, 신뢰성)이 기업태도에 영향을 미치는 가를 알아보았다. 또한 CSR광고의 모델 속성과 기업태도에 있어 메시지 진정성의 매개 역할을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, CSR광고모델의 가치부합성, 매력성, 신뢰성은 CSR광고의 메시지진정성에 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, CSR광고모델의 매력성, 전문성은 기업태도에 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, CSR광고모델의 가치부합성, 매력성, 신뢰성과 기업태도의 관계에 있어 메시지 진정성의 매개역할을 검증하였다. 본 연구결과는 CSR광고를 제작할 때 모델의 가치부합성, 매력성, 전문성이미지를 갖는 모델을 선정하는 것이 효과적이라는 시사점을 제공하였다.
