스마트팜 예비 청년창업농의 창업의지 영향요인 분석 - 기업가정신과 창업기회인식의 매개효과 - (Factors Influencing Entrepreneurial Intention of Young Entrepreneurs Preparing to Operate Smart Farms - The Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition -)

  • This study aimed to identify the factors that influence young entrepreneurs' desire to start a smart farm business. Young entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurial opportunity recognition were modeled structurally, and the mediating effect of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition was investigated. Data were conducted from 159 usable questionnaires. The following are the findings of this study. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, but entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition were found to have a mediating effect on entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, the preparation of training programs to encourage entrepreneurship or the dissemination of pertinent information to identify opportunities should take precedence over immediate startup.

성인의 대인외상경험과 외상 후 성장의 관계 : 낙관성과 관계의 질의 다중매개효과 (The Relationship between Adult Interpersonal Traumatic Experience and Posttraumatic Growth : The Multiple Mediating Effect of Optimism and Quality of Relationship)

  • 본 연구는 성인의 대인외상경험과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 낙관성과 관계의 질의 다중매개효과를 검증하기위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 30세 이상 60세미만의 성인을 대상으로 임의표집방법에 의해 조사를 실시하였다. 주요 분석방법으로는 구조방정식모델(SEM) 분석을 AMOS프로그램을 사용해 실시하였다. 매개효과 검증을 위해서 Bootstrap 방법을 사용 하였고, 다중매개효과의 간접효과 검증을 위해서는 팬텀변수(Phantom Variable)를 사용해 모형을 변형한 후 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대인외상경험 수준이 높을수록 외상 후 성장도 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 대인외상경험과 외상후 성장 사이에서 낙관성과 관계의 질이 각각 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대인외상경험과 외상 후 성장 사이에서 낙관성과 관계의 질이 이중매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 실천현장에서의 실천적 전략과 사회복지에의 함의를 제시하였다.

복지시설 이용 청소년의 위험요인이 비행행동에 미치는 영향에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과 (Effects of Ego-resilience on the Relationships between Risk Factors and Juvenile Delinquency)

  • 본 연구는 복지시설 청소년의 위험요인이 청소년의 비행행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였고, 한편 청소년의 위험요인과 비행행동 사이에 자아탄력성이 매개역할을 하는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인적 위험요인과 자아탄력성이 청소년 비행행동을 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치고 있었고, 둘째, 학교 환경위험요인과 자아탄력성도 청소년 비행행동을 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 자아탄력성이 개인적 위험요인과 청소년 비행행동간의 부분매개효과 있는 것뿐만 아니라 역시 학교 환경위험요인과 청소년 비행행동 간에서도 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 연구결과처럼 자아탄력성은 청소년 위험요인과 청소년 비행행동 간의 완충역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 위험요인 상황에 놓여 있는 청소년임에도 불구하고 높은 자아탄력성을 가진 청소년이라면 어느 정도 비행행동을 줄일 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

The research on changes in turnover intention due to the degree of occupational stress and the mediating parameters in fire-officerse Mice

  • This study was performed to investigate the changes in turnover intention according to the level of occupational stress and to find the mediating factor that reducing the turnover intention among fire officer. To compare change of turnover intention according to the degree of occupational stress, statistical analyses were done by using the logistic regression model. In logistic regression analysis, the possibility of high turnover intention in a group with high occupational stress was hjgher by 4.11 times than a group with low occupational stress. The results of analyzing the degree of change in turnover intention after applying the mediating parameters(physical condition, emotional labor, burn out), turnover intention decreased by about 50.6%(from 4.11 times to 2.03 times) at the high level of occupational stress. As a result, it was found that the occupational stress experienced by the fire-officers had a positive effect on the turnover intention. In order to reduce the turnover intention due to the occupational stress of the fire-officers, it is necessary to manage factors such as work environmental factors(emotional labor, burn out) and individual factor(physical condition).

스마트홈 제품 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 연구: 기술적 신뢰를 매개변수로 (A Study on Factors Influencing the Intention to Purchase Smart Home Products: Using Technological Trust as a Mediating Variable)

  • This research is a study on smart homes products, which interest and research are being conducted, because of the recent development of the Internet of Things. Consumer's Purchase intention was set as a dependent variable, and technological trust was used as a mediating variable. We used Technology Acceptance Model as background theory. Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness, Security, and Brand were set as independent variables. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and security significantly affected technological trust that consumers feel. Second, technological trust also had a significant effect on purchase intention, and it was found that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and product security, excluding brands, had an indirect mediating effect on consumers' purchase intention through technological trust. This study is meaningful in that by conducting user-centered research, and results that are partially contrasted with existing studies are derived from increasing the interest of factors we used.

패션 커스터마이징 e-서비스 품질이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: 플로우의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Impact of the Fashion Customizing e-Service Quality on Customer Loyalty: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Flow)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of flow in the quality of customizing e-services and customer loyalty, with a view to providing a realistic strategy for the development of fashion customizing services. For this study, a total of 489 adult women in their 20s and older participated in a survey, and the responses were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 . The findings of the analysis were as follows. First, the ease of use, privacy, individual designs, order status, and accuracy of orders, which were the factors of fashion customizing e-service quality, had a significant and positive impact on flow. Second, the ease of use, order status, and order accuracy, which were the factors of fashion customizing e-service quality, had a significant and positive impact on customer loyalty. Third, the flow of the fashion customizing service had a significant and positive impact on customer loyalty. Fourth, in the relationship between fashion customizing e-service quality and customer loyalty, flow had a significant mediating effect. The findings of this study are expected to be useful data for the fashion industry providing a set of criteria for optimized customizing e-services for customers.

간호대학생의 과제가치가 수업참여도에 미치는 영향: 학업적 자기효능감 매개효과 (The Influence of Task Value on Class Participation in Nursing Students: Mediating Effect of Academic Self-efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 과제가치가 수업참여도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 학업적 자기효능감의 매개효과를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 G시에 소재한 K대학의 간호학과 2학년 재학생 161명으로, 자료수집 기간은 2020년 10월 5일~10월 14일이었다. 과제가치와 수업참여도 간의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감의 매개효과는 단순 및 다중회귀분석을 활용한 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 매개효과 검증절차를 이용하여 분석하였고, 매개효과에 대한 통계적 유의성은 Sobel test로 검증하였다. 본 연구결과 과제가치와 학업적 자기효능감은 수업참여도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인이었으며, 과제가치와 수업참여도 간의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감은 유의한 부분매개 변인인 것으로 나타났다. 이들 요인은 수업참여도를 55% 설명하였다. 학습자의 수업참여도를 높이기 위해서는 과제가치와 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 통합적 접근방법이 필요하다.

CRM에서 고객정보관리 활동의 매개적 역할에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mediating Role of the Customer Information Management Process in the CRM)

  • Nowadays, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has been a competitive edge of many companies. It is critical for companies to get and maintain profitable customers. For the purpose of sustaining this competitive edge, companies should manage the Customer Information (CI) more effectively The major goais of this research are 1) to identify the activities of the Customer Information Management (CIM) and the factors influencing on the CIM, 2) to show the relationship between the proficiency of the CIM and the CI Quality, and 3) to verify the mediating effects of the proficiency of the CIM Process between the influencing factors and the CI Quality. An empirical study was undertaken to test the hypotheses with data from 65 companies. Multiple regression analysis and ANOVA were employed to test the hypotheses. We found that 1) there are 6 activities in the CIM process and 5 factors affecting the CIM, 2) the proficiency of the CIM process is closely related to the CI Quality, and 3) the proficiency of the CIM process plays the mediator between the influencing factors and the CI Quality.

수출기업의 통합적 성과결정요인에 대한 연구 - 광주 소재 수출기업을 중심으로 - (The Study on the Determinants of Export Performance in terms of Integrated Approach - the Case of Exporting Firms in Gwangju -)

  • The main objective of this study is to examine the mediating effect of 'international entrepreneurship' on the relationship between the determinants related to export and export performance. Data was collected from a survey of 200 exporting firms in Gwangju, Korea. The results of the study are as follows ; First, 'international entrepreneurship' are produced a mediating effect when the determinants affect export performance. Second, Resource-based factors and Industry organization factors have a positive impacts on export performance. However, relationship factor as a determinant does not have statistically significant correlation to export performance. Accordingly, in orer to enhance export performance, exporting firms in Korea should try more to prepare for resource-based factors and industry organization factors as determinants. In addition to these, if CEOs of exporting firms are equipped with international entrepreneurship spirits, they can increase the performance of their exporting firms. So they have to manage their exporting firms very strategically so that they can make their firms' export performance better and better.

  • The purpose of this research is to introduce the concept of "relationship formation factors" in inter-firm relations and to empirically demonstrate that they are effective in improving the relationship results by means of anmediating variable. Therefore, the basic model of this study consists of the independent, mediating, and dependent variables. First, the independent variable, that is, the relationship formation factors, is further classified into three components: transactional, relational, environmental characteristics. Then, the study empirically examines how each of the three components influences the dependent variable, that is, the business performance(Load Factor), by way of the mediating variables, that is, trust and relationship commitment.
