간호사가 인식한 간호관리자의 진정성 리더십이 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Influence of Nurse Managers' Authentic Leadership on Nurses' Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Empowerment)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the mediating effect of empowerment in the relationship of nurse managers' authentic leadership, with nurses' organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Methods: The participants in this study were 273 registered nurses working in five University hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The measurements included the Authentic Leadership Questionnaire, Condition of Work Effectiveness Questionnaire-II, Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and Korea-Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients, simple and multiple regression techniques with the SPSS 18.0 program. Mediation analysis was performed according to the Baron and Kenny method and Sobel test. Results: There were significant correlations among authentic leadership, empowerment, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Empowerment showed perfect mediating effects in the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational commitment. It had partial mediating effects in the relationship between authentic leadership and job satisfaction. Conclusion: In this study, nurse managers' authentic leadership had significant influences on nurses organizational commitment and job satisfaction via empowerment. Therefore, to enhance nurses' organizational commitment and job satisfaction, it is necessary to build effective strategies to enhance nurse manager's authentic leadership and to develop empowering education programs for nurses.

레스토랑 이미지, 식음료 가격, 가치와 서비스 품질과의 관계 (The Linkages among Restaurant Image, Food and Beverage Price, Value and Service Quality)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of service quality mediating the linkage among food and beverage price, restaurant image and value. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. MANOVA, ANOVA and ANCOVA were used to measure the mediating effect of service quality on the relationships among food and beverage price, restaurant image, and value. The effects of food and beverage price and restaurant image on service quality and value were statistically significant. As expected, when food and beverage price and service quality were regressed on the value, the service quality was significant and the effect of the food and beverage price was reduced. Moreover, when restaurant image and service quality were regressed on the value, the restaurant image and service quality had a significant effects on value. The results demonstrated that service quality played a mediating role in the relationship between food and beverage price and value, and between restaurant image and value.

간호대학생의 소명의식, 감성지능 및 전공몰입과 행복감 간의 관계: 전공몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Associations of Vocational Calling, Emotional Intelligence, and Major Commitment with the Happiness of Nursing Students: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Major Commitment)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the impacts of vocational calling, emotional intelligence, and major commitment on nursing college students' happiness. This study also was conducted to explore major commitment's mediating effect on the relationship between vocational calling, emotional intelligence, and major commitment among nursing college students. Methods: Participants were 346 nursing college students. Data were collected in November, 2017 with self-report questionnaires and were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and regression analysis with IBM SPSS 19.0. Results: The regression model explained 33.0% of variance in nursing college students' happiness (F=41.44, p<.001). Significant factors were emotional intelligence (${\beta}=.30$, p<.001), grade (${\beta}=.20$, p<.001), major commitment (${\beta}=.18$, p=.002), and vocational calling (${\beta}=.11$, p=.035). Moreover, major commitment showed partial mediating effects on vocational calling and happiness. Major commitment also showed partial mediating effects on emotional intelligence and happiness. Conclusion: The results suggest that nursing college students' happiness can be increased through strategies aimed at increasing vocational calling, emotional intelligence, and major commitment.

유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육 역량과 분노 표현과의 관계: 자녀에 대한 염려의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Concern: The Relationship Between Parenting Competence and Anger Expression Among Mothers with Young Children)

  • Objective: This study aimed to find out whether concern for children mediates the impact of parenting competence on the anger expression of mothers with young children. Methods: Subjects consisted of 219 mothers with children aged 3 to 6 years old attending kindergartens and daycare centers. The motehrs were given 3 rating scales about parenting competence, concerns about their children, and anger expression. The Parental Anger Scales measuring anger expression consisted of sub-factors such as situational anger, impulsive behavior, and difficulty of anger control. Results: Using the data collected, correlation analysis and the regression analysis procedure by Baron & Kenny(1968) were conducted; the significance of the mediating effects was verified by the Sobel test. First, the study found that there were significant positive correlations between mother's parenting competence, concern about children, and anger expression. Second, mothers' concern about their children had partial mediating effects on the relationships between parenting competence and overall anger expression, situational anger and impulsive behavior, and a complete mediating effect on the relationship between parenting competence and difficulty with anger control. Conclusion/Implications: These results were discussed in terms of the approach and content of parent education to help parents with young children control their anger.

  • 본 연구에서는 관광 체험이 관광 기억에 영향을 미치고 관광 기억은 관광객의 재방문의도를 결정하게 될 것이라는 인과구조에서 관광객이 관광하는 동안 느끼는 관광 분위기와 기분상태의 심리적인 요인이 어떤 역할을 하는지를 실증적으로 확인하고자 하였다. 관광 기억과 재방문의도 간의 영향 관계에서 관광 분위기와 관광객의 기분상태가 매개효과를 가지는지를 검증하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 경로분석 결과, 관광 체험은 관광 기억에 유의미한 정(+)을 그리고 관광 기억은 재방문의도에 유의미한 정(+)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 관광지 분위기와 관광객 기분상태는 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 분석되었으며, 관광객의 기분상태의 매개효과가 관광지 분위기의 매개효과보다 크게 나타났다.

부모의 지지와 통제 및 학교생활 적응이 남녀 청소년의 자살생각에 미치는 영향: 우울의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Parental Support, Control and School Life Adjustment on Suicidal Ideation of Adolescents: Mediating Effects of Depression)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to confirm if there are gender differences in influences of parental support, control, and school life adjustment on suicidal ideation of adolescents and to examine the mediating effect of depression on the influences of independent variables on their suicidal ideation. Methods: This study comprised a total of 671 students in seventh and eighth grades in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The data were analyzed for frequency, average, and standard deviation, using the t-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis, and the Sobel test. Results and Conclusion: First, significant differences among adolescents' gender were shown in fathers' psychological control, mothers' behavior control, and suicidal ideation. Second, in the case of male adolescents, all independent variables were found to have a full mediating effect on their suicidal ideation. Meanwhile, in the case of female adolescents, independent variables except for mothers' psychological control were found to have a full mediating effect on their suicidal ideation. Mothers' psychological control was found to have a partial mediating effect on suicidal ideation of adolescents for both genders.

보육교사의 문화적 공감과 문화적 역량에 대한 다문화 효능감의 매개효과와 조절효과 (Mediating and Moderating Effects of Multicultural Efficacy in the Relationship between Cultural Empathy and Cultural Competence in Child Care Teachers)

  • Purpose: This study examined the mediating and moderating effects of multicultural efficacy in the relationship between cultural empathy and cultural competence in child care teachers. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive survey design was used. The participants were 277 child care teachers at private and public daycare centers in G and S districts of Seoul. The survey instruments included a cultural empathy questionnaire, a multicultural efficacy scale, and a cultural competence scale. Data were analyzed using the SPSS and AMOS programs. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation, and mediating and moderating effect analyses were performed. Bootstrapping was implemented to verify the mediating effect of the model developed herein. Results: Positive correlations among cultural empathy, multicultural efficacy, and cultural competence were noted. Multicultural efficacy showed a significant mediating effect on the relationships between cultural empathy and cultural competence. However, there was no moderating effect. Conclusion: In order to enhance the cultural competence of child care teachers, it is necessary to develop a strategy that can promote their cultural empathy and multicultural efficacy. Furthermore, these results will ultimately enhance the role of child care teachers, thus contributing to the normal growth and development of multicultural children.

생산성과 주가수익률의 관계에서 수익성과 활동성의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Profitability and Activity on the Relationship between Productivity and Stock Return)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to clarify the mediating effect of profitability and activity in the relationship between productivity and stock return, assuming that the productivity of the company will affect share prices with the parameters of profitability and activity. Design/methodology/approach - The study extracted productivity indicators, profitability indicators, activity indicators, and share price-related indicators from 1999 to 2018 of non-financial enterprises listed on the securities market, and then classified them into three factors: productivity (labor productivity LP, capital productivity CP), activity (TT), and profitability (net profit rate NI, operating profit ratio OI) through the factor analysis method, and analyzed the impact of each factor on the stock return through steps 1 to 3. Findings - The regression analysis shows that productivity has a significant positive effect on the stock return through the full mediating effect of profitability and activity. Research implications or Originality - In a situation where the relationship between productivity and profitability is not clear, this study is meaningful in that it has empirically analyzed that productivity has a positive effect on the stock return by mediating effects of profitability and activity.

지역 의료기관 행정직 직장인의 자기효능감 -직무스트레스와 우울에 미치는 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Mediating Effects of Self-efficacy on the relationship between Job-stress and Depression)

  • 본 연구는 지역병원 직장인의 자기효능감이 직무스트레스와 우울사이에 매개효과가 있는지를 파악하고자 수행되었다. B 시 지역에 소재한 306개 의료기관의 행정직 직장인 700명을 대상으로 자기효능감, 직무스트레스와 우울정도를 측정하고 이들의 관계를 분석하였다(2012. 2.-2012. 5). 직급, 근무기간 등 직무관련 특성별 행정직 직장인이 지각하는 자기효능감 수준을 분석하였고, 직무스트레스와 우울에 미치는 자기효능감의 영향을 파악하기 위하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 자기효능감은 직무스트레스(r=-.238, p<.001), 우울(r=-.626, p<.001)과 유의한 부적상관을 나타냈고, 자기효능감의 매개적 영향력은 유의하였다(p<.001). 자기효능감과 같은 개인의 내적인 특성은 성격에 비하여 상대적으로 변화가능성이 큰 요인이다. 따라서 의료기관 행정직원의 자기효능감 증진을 위한 조직차원의 체계적인 개입을 통하여 조직 내 직무스트레스의 부정적 특성을 완화시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 노력할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

치위생(학)과 학생의 극복력이 학업스트레스에 미치는 영향: 자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Influence of resilience on academic stress in dental hygiene students: focused on the mediating effects of self-esteem)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of resilience on academic stress in dental hygiene students focused on the mediating effects of self-esteem. Methods: The subjects in this study were 208 selected dental hygiene students in colleges located in Y region of U city. A self-administered survey was conducted by 215 students from May 1 to 15, 2016. The study instruments included resilience, academic stress, and self-esteem. Results: The dental hygiene students got a mean of 4.40 in resilience. Among the subfactors of resilience, they got 4.42 in personal usefulness and 4.38 in self-receptivity. They got a mean of 3.29 in self-esteem and 2.76 in academic stress. Resilience was positively correlated with self-esteem (4=0.55, p<0.01) and negatively with academic stress (r=-0.28, p<0.01). Personal usefulness and usefulness of oneself had a positive correlation with self-esteem (r=0.51, 0.52, p<0.01) and had a negative correlation with academic stress (r=-0.25, -0.28, p<0.01). Self-esteem was negatively correlated with academic stress (r=-0.32, p<0.01). As for the mediating effects of self-esteem on the relationship between resilience and academic stress, self-esteem had perfect mediating effects on the relationship between the two. Conclusions: The results suggested that the self-esteem of the dental hygiene students played an important mediating role in the relationship between resilience and academic stress.
