The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating role of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on the relationships between past behavior and customers' intention to engage in exit of dissatisfaction responses. Results of the study demonstrated that the past behavior significantly improved the predictability of the voice of dissatisfaction response intentions. Furthermore, the mediating analyses indicated that the influence of past behavior was mediated by mediator. In the contests of exit behavior, the effect of past behavior on intention to exit was mediated by attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control.

본 연구에서는 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향과 이들 간의 관계에서 사회적 역량과 자아존중감의 연속다중매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 '다문화청소년패널조사' 2기 1차년도 조사(2019)의 청소년 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 이중문화 수용태도는 삶의 만족도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 사회적 역량이 매개하였다. 셋째, 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 자아존중감이 매개하였다. 넷째, 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 사회적 역량과 자아존중감이 연속적으로 다중매개하였다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 하여 다문화 청소년의 건강한 성장과 발달을 지원하기 위한 방안과 함께 본 연구결과가 가진 함의에 대해 논의하였으며, 본 연구결과가 가진 한계점을 제시하고 후속연구에 대해 제언하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년들의 휴대전화 의존도를 낮추는 방향을 모색하는데 있다. 2013년 한국아동청소년패널조사(KCYPS) 초등학교 4학년 4차중 중학교 1학년 1,972명의 자료가 사용되었다. 본 연구에는 SPSS 21.0이 사용되었다. 기술통계 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관 분석 및 다중회귀 분석을 통하여 부모의 긍정적 양육방식과 휴대전화 의존도 사이에서 갖는 자아탄력성의 매개효과와 성별의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과 부모의 긍정적 양육 방식은 자아탄력성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치나 휴대전화 의존도에는 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 자아탄력성은 휴대전화 의존도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치며, 두변수 사이에서 매개역할을 했다. 성별은 두 변수 사이에서 조절역할을 했다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 부모와 자녀에게 과도한 휴대전화 의존도로부터 발생할 수 있는 문제에 대처할 수 있는 방향을 제시했다.

본 연구의 목적은 융복합시대의 청소년들이 지각하는 부모의 양육태도가 팬덤활동에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 심리적 요인 및 삶의 만족도의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 한국청소년패널 데이터를 이용하여 변수간의 경로분석 모형을 살펴보았고, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 부정적 양육태도는 청소년의 팬덤활동에 부적인 영향을 미치는 데 반해, 긍정적 양육태도는 팬덤활동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 긍정적 양육태도는 청소년의 심리적 요인에 부적, 삶의 만족도에는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부정적 양육태도는 심리적 요인에 정적인 영향을 미치지만 삶의 만족도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 심리적 요인은 청소년의 팬덤활동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 삶의 만족도는 팬덤활동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 심리적요인은 긍정적 양육태도와 팬덤활동 간에 완전매개 역할을 하였으며, 부정적 양육태도와 팬덤활동 간에는 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the mediatory effects of children's social skills on the relationship between parenting attitude and child aggression. The participants were 479 boys and girls selected from fifth-and sixth-grade classes in Busan. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, there were gender differences in parenting attitudes, children's social skills and child aggression. Second, child aggression directly affected parents' attitudes and the child's social skills. However, child aggression indirectly caused an autonomous parenting attitude, mediating the child's social skills.

Purpose - This study's aims are to examine the effects of airline service quality on brand image, brand attitude and reuse intention and the mediating roles of brand image and brand attitude in the relationship between airline service quality and reuse intention. Research design, data and methodology - A total of 500 questionnaire copies were distributed and 474 were used for the empirical study after excluding some empirical inappropriate or unusable ones. To analyze the collected data, the SPSS/WIN 22.0 statistical package was used. Results - The result of analysis showed that all the intangible, tangible and human elements of the airline service quality positively influenced on brand image and brand attitude and did not directly influence on reuse intention. However, brand image and brand attitude played mediating roles in the relationship between all the service quality elements and reuse intention. Conclusions - This means that airlines need to develop service quality, which is differentiated and provides special feelings for customers and work out improvement strategies for positive brand images and attitudes, since customers choose and reuse airlines, based on brand images and attitudes, which are perceived and formed through the experience of airline service quality and word of mouth.

Recently, the number of smartphone users has skyrocketed because of a plenty of useful services that smartphone applications provide. In the Information Systems (IS) literature, however, there has been little understanding about the effects of the service quality of smatphone applications on user satisfaction and loyalty. Thereby, this study examined 1) the effects of the service quality of smartphone applications on users beliefs, perceived usefulness and easiness and 2) the effects of the user beliefs as mediating variables on users' attitude, satisfaction, and loyalty. A survey was conducted and SEM was employed to analyze the data. The results showed that the service quality of smartphone applications affect users' attitude, satisfaction, and loyalty through the mediating variables.

본 연구에서는 다문화청소년의 학업적응 변화양상을 확인하고 이중문화수용태도, 자아존중감이 학업적응 변화에 미치는 영향의 종단변화를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 다문화청소년 패널 조사 자료를 분석에 사용하였으며 분석결과, 이중문화수용태도, 학업적응, 자아존중감은 각각의 선형변화모형을 통해 3년간 감소하는 양상을 나타냈다. 다변량잠재성장모형을 통한 이중문화수용태도와 학업적응 간 자아존중감의 종단적 매개효과를 분석해 본 결과, 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용태도와 학교생활적응 간의 관계에서 자아존중감이 매개변수로서 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 학교생활적응도를 높이기 위해 이중문화수용태도와 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

This study examined the effects of negative parenting attitudes on adolescents' academic helplessness through the mediating effects of social withdrawal and smartphone dependency. Data from the panel study of Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018 (KCYPS 2018) collected by the National Youth Policy Institute (NYPI) was used to examine the research model. The subjects of the study consisted of 2,541 first grade middle school students (1,375 boys and 1,166 girls). Confirmatory factor analysis [CFA], structural equation modeling [SEM], and bootstrapping analysis were conducted by means of SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0, and Hayes's PROCESS programs to examine the serial multiple mediating effects. The study results were as follows. First, negative parenting attitude had a direct effect on adolescents' academic helplessness. This implies that adolescents who perceive their parents' attitudes to be high in coercive, rejective, and chaotic levels indicate that they can easily get exhausted in academic settings. Second, negative parenting attitudes had an indirect effect on adolescents' academic helplessness through social withdrawal and smartphone dependency. The results suggest that a high level of negative parenting attitude leads to higher social withdrawal and smartphone dependency that influences adolescents' academic helplessness.

본 연구는 중년기 성인을 대상으로 부부갈등이 부부 적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 부부갈등과 부부적응의 관계에서 긍정감정 및 성역할태도의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모델을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 참여자는 총 270명의 중년기 기혼 남녀이며 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며 2012년 4월 12일에서 6월 24일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 부부갈등은 부부 적응에 유의한 직접적인 영향력을 가졌고 긍정감정은 부부갈등과 부부 적응 간의 관계에서 유의한 부분매개효과를 보였으나 성역할태도는 부부갈등과 부부 적응간의 관계에서 매개관계가 성립되지 않았다. 수정모형의 적합도 지수들은 양호하게 나타났으며( ${\chi}^2$=38.90 표준${\chi}^2$=1.77(CMIN/df), GFI=.97, AGFI=.94, NFI=.98, SRMR=.02, CFI=.99, RMSEA=.05) 부부 적응에 대한 모형의 설명력은 88.9%였다. 이러한 결과는 부부갈등과 긍정감정을 변화시킴으로서 중년기의 부부 적응을 증진시킬 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구결과는 효율적인 부부교육 프로그램 개발 및 부부관계증진 전략 개발에 기여할 것이다.
