대규모 공익사업 중에 필수불가결하게 발생하는 보상업무는 최근 공사가 늘어남에 따라 점차 규모가 늘어나고 있으나 절차가 복잡하고 수작업으로 관련 작업을 진행하고 있어 체계적인 보상업무가 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이 때문에 다양한 민원 발생으로 인한 공기지연, 보상업무 관련 비리 존재, 과거 보상자료 이력 추적 불가 등 다양한 문제들이 나타나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 전문가 심층 면담 및 설문 등을 통해 보상현황 단계별 문제점을 도출하였고 이를 근간으로 STEEP 분석 및 Issue Tree를 도출하여 보상업무를 첨단화 할 수 있는 ICT 기반 3대 핵심기술 및 10개의 기술니즈를 선정하였다. 선정된 3대 핵심기술은 빅데이터 기반 의사결정 및 예측기술, 최신 계측장비 기반의 첨단화기술, 개방형 클라우드 기반 보상플랫폼 기술이다. 도출된 기술을 보상업무를 진행하고 있는 기관에 도입하기 위해 기관별 정보화 현황 조사결과를 근간으로 사업시행자별 기술 확산 가능성을 제시하였다. 향후 본 논문에서 도출된 핵심기술을 근간으로 보상업무 첨단화가 가능한 프로토타입을 제작하여 기관별로 적용하고 이에 대한 효과분석을 진행하는 것이 필요하리라 판단된다.

최근 한국 사회는 학문 공동체에서의 연구위반 사례에 대해 잘 알게 되었다. 날조와 표절 등 연구윤리의 스캔들과 연관된 황우석 교수, 전 교육부 장관 김병준, 전 고려대 총장 이필상과 같은 이들에 의해 연구윤리는 중요한 사회적 이슈가 되었다. 먼저 서울대학교 황우석 연구자는 2005년도에 발표된 논문에 데이터의 날조와 변조 활용에 대한 책임을 완전히 시인하였다. 본 논문에서는 황우석 사례를 통해 배운 중요한 교훈으로 데이터의 날조 및 변조의 문제뿐만 아니라 국제적으로 통용될 수 있는 연구윤리 규정의 필요성, 올바른 저자 표시와 공로배분 및 공동 연구자들의 책임감, 인간 인체 대상 실험과 불충분한 보호, 이해갈등이란 연구윤리의 문제 등을 제시하였다. 황우석 사건 이후의 중요한 연구부정 사례로서 김병준 사례가 있다. 김병준 사건의 교훈으로서 표절 자기표절의 기준 문제, 과거 표절 청산과 표절 기준 적용 시점의 문제 등을 제시하였다. 보다 최근의 고려대 이필상 사례는 연구부정행위의 조사 절차와 후속 조치의 문제, 연구지도의 문제, 바람직한 내부고발의 문제 둥을 교훈으로 제시하였다. 이러한 사례들의 개요와 교훈에 대한 결론적 고찰을 통해 다음과 같은 교훈을 제시하였다. 첫째, 연구윤리와 관련된 제도적 정비의 계기 마련이며 둘째, 언론 및 미디어의 역할 제고이다. 셋째, 연구윤리교육의 필요성과 방향성에 대한 모색이다. 정부나 대학 그리고 연구기관이나 학회들은 황우석 사건 및 그 이후의 사례들에서 보이는 여러 연구윤리에 대한 문제점들과 교훈들을 배우고 연구윤리를 위한 교육 프로그램, 가이드라인 그리고 제도적 방책들을 마련해야 할 것이다.

This study analyzed and investigated problems of local safety experience halls' spatial structure and media status. Improvements would be suggested after comprehending the need to execute safety education based on citizen's satisfaction and requests. Contents of safety experience space concept, display characteristics and types applied to local institution were analyzed. Safety experience centers with systemized protocols that opened after 2003 and were bigger than $5,000m^2$ were selected. We had three candidates and they were Seoul Gwangnaru Safety Experience Center, Boramea Safety Experience Center and Daegu Safety Theme Park. Going through checklists and interviewing official institutions that were in charge of safety hall educations helped comprehension of sample space status and detailed experimental presentation media. A survey was created based on this study and was distributed to users and non-users of safety experience halls. The survey consisted of general questions covering situations, awareness, level of interests, frequency and satisfaction level. The results were extracted with SPSS 18.0 through frequency analysis and cross tabulations. This research improvements through synthesized contemplation. For the resuits First, various experimental programs need to be supplemented in order to prevent accidents. Second, vivid experimental spaces need to be planned for active participation and users should be fully aware of safety hazard through education. Third, there weren't enough institutions compared to the education needs. Promoting and building more safety experience halls are dire. Finally, these suggestions of the results will be distributed in the planning of the exhibit hall.

본 연구에서 제안되는 세종시립도서관 정보서비스 및 프로그램은 국내 지역대표도서관 및 해외도서관 사례들을 종합하여 제안한다. 제안의 특징으로 첫째, 세종시립도서관에서 제공가능한 정보서비스를 영역별, 이용자별, 자료 유형별, 매체별, 협력기관별 등으로 다양하게 제안한다. 둘째, 생애주기별 이용자프로그램을 강화하여 독서토론, 독서체험, 독서 이벤트 등의 다양한 연령별·관심별 독서 프로그램을 제공한다. 성인, 어린이, 가족프로그램 등 세종시 인구 특성을 반영한 이용자 기반의 프로그램을 강화한다. 셋째, 메이커스페이스 공간을 확보하여 활용한다. 넷째, 세종시립도서관에서 개발한 독서 프로그램을 지역 도서관과 협력하여 홍보 및 공유한다. 다섯째, 세종시 지역주민의 봉사 활동 및 재능 기부 등의 참여를 유도한다. 여섯째, 도서관 웹사이트, 소셜 미디어 등을 활용한 도서관 정보서비스를 제안하고, 이용자와의 상호 협력 채널을 개발한다.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 교육정책 중 관심거리가 되고 있는 '고교학점제' 관련 언론사 기사들의 최근 변화(2017년~2019년: 3년간) 모습을 객관적으로 분석하여 제시하는 것이다. 주요 연구방법론은 BIGKinds 서비스의 특정 검색어 뉴스 검색, 뉴스 트렌드 분석, 키워드 추출 및 워드클라우드 구현, 네트워크 분석 및 네트워크 그림 제시 등 이었다. 연구결과는 첫째, 2017년~2019년 3년간 국내 주요 언론사에 등장한 고교학점제 관련 기사건수는 총 3,649건이며, 정부(교육부)의 관련 정책발표를 계기로 4번 정도 특정 시점에서 기사건수가 급격하게 증가하는 뉴스 트렌드를 보였다. 둘째, 분석대상 3년간의 고교학점제 관련 언론사 기사들에서 추출한 상위출현빈도 20위 키워드들을 제시하였으며, 연도별 키워드의 변화가 나타난 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 고교학점제 관련 언론사 기사들의 연도별 네트워크는 인물, 기관, 키워드 별로 다른 모습으로 시각화하여 제시하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 고교학점제 교육정책이 문재인 정부의 대표적인 교육정책으로 채택되어, 정책 결정 단계를 거쳐 정책 집행 단계로 진행되고 있음을 확인해 주었다.

Convergence in technology and media makes it possible to augment nurturing by making blended infrastructures with new digital resources available in learning environments at schools. A game-based provision of educationally-valuable content within a collective, virtual environment combined with an analysis of events in the game after it has been played (blended nurture environment) may help to better communicate human values especially where old-fashioned discussion methods fail or do not fulfill the promise of effective, educational institution-based methods of bringing up. In this paper we discuss the use of behavioural metaphors in game-based blended-nurture scenarios for computer games and pedagogical-psychological tests. Upbringing demands an active intervention in the process of children growing up and the courage to place higher expectations on ourselves and our own lifestyles. Decisions and the behaviour of the younger generation are often irrational and the resulting effects can have destructive consequences. Nowadays, games take on the role of modern storytellers. With the help of complex analogies in games, a variety of situations can be depicted in an eye-catching way and later discussed.

Bakground: At our institution, We have controlled pain during vaginal delivery with epidural block since 1986. We designed a questionaire for parturients to analyze the degree of satisfaction of epidural block. Method: The self-questionaire were sent to parturients(N=200), who had epidural block to control labor pain during vaginal delivery. The questionaire covered topics dealing with motivation, fear, satisfaction and complications, of epidural block. Results: Motivation by an experienced person was 72.5%(145 parturients), fear of epidural block was 66%(132 parturients), and satisfactory response was 84%(168 parturients). Parturients who knew the role of anesthesiologist numbered 105(52.5%). Scarcely, 46 parturients displayed confidence for safety of fetus; 111 parturients experienced more than one complications. But special therapy for complications were not necessary. Conclusions: Publicity through mass-media and direct contact will improve the recognition and merit of epidural block by parturients as well as the role of the department of anesthesiology.

이 연구는 사학 관련 현상을 이해하고 사학 정책에 대한 시사점을 제시하기 위하여, 보수언론과 진보언론의 신문 사설에 대한 네트워크 텍스트 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신문 사설에서 사학은 사립대학과 관련된 이슈가 많고 사립초 중등학교와 사립대학 간에 구별되는 쟁점이 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 신문 사설에서 등록금과 재정 지원, 자율형사립고와 같은 새로운 사학의 확대 등과 관련된 '조장적 관점'과 분규 문제 사학의 퇴출과 같은 '통제적 관점'이 모두 나타나고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 사학에 대한 관점은 과거의 프레임에서 벗어나 교육기관의 '책무성'과 이를 위한 '학교 역량 구축'이라는 기준으로 재정립할 필요가 있음을 제시하였다.

The study proposed a system that filters the data that is entered when analyzing big data such as SNS and BLOG. Personal information includes impersonal personal information, but there is also personal information that distinguishes it from personal information, such as religious institution, personal feelings, thoughts, or beliefs. Define these personally identifiable information as sensitive information. In order to prevent this, Article 23 of the Privacy Act has clauses on the collection and utilization of the information. The proposed system structure is divided into two stages, including Big Data Processing Processes and Sensitive Information Filtering Processes, and Big Data processing is analyzed and applied in Big Data collection in four stages. Big Data Processing Processes include data collection and storage, vocabulary analysis and parsing and semantics. Sensitive Information Filtering Processes includes sensitive information questionnaires, establishing sensitive information DB, qualifying information, filtering sensitive information, and reliability analysis. As a result, the number of Big Data performed in the experiment was carried out at 84.13%, until 7553 of 8978 was produced to create the Ontology Generation. There is considerable significan ce to the point that Performing a sensitive information cut phase was carried out by 98%.

Purpose: With the emergence of high technology in China, online shopping distribution of fresh agricultural products have been developing rapidly. This study built a model to investigate how perceived quality of products and logistic services, perceived risk, and perceived cost affect intention to buy fresh agricultural products in an Internet environment. Especially, in the purchasing process, attitude may work as an important mediator. Research design, data and methodology: To achieve the objectives of this study, Chinese respondents were asked to fill in a questionnaire through the China online survey website. With 520 available data, regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. Results: Results indicate that perceived quality of fresh agriculture products and perceived logistics service quality have a significant positive impact on attitude and purchase intention. Results also reveal that perceived risk and perceived cost affect attitude and purchase intention negatively. Finally, results imply that attitude has a positive effect on purchase intention, which is the unique mediator in the online shopping process. Conclusions: This study suggests that managers in the online shopping distributions of fresh agricultural products should improve the quality of products and logistics services along with the reduction of the perceived risk and cost to compete in the China market.
