In the postal delivery service, both the standardization of business process and the workload measurement is very important part of saving the cost and improving the efficiency. However, these are not easy to apply to real situation because of the labor-intensive and diversification of delivery environment. In this study, we develop the methodology for the standardization of business process and workload measurement model of the postal delivery service. Firstly, we introduce the work factor analysis on the postal delivery process. Then, we propose the methodology workload measurement model based on diversification of delivery environment.

A wind tunnel test of a scaled-down model and field measurement were effective methods for elucidating the aerodynamic behavior of a chimney under a wind load. Therefore, the relationship between the results of the wind tunnel test and the field measurement had to be determined. Accordingly, the set-up and testing method in the wind tunnel had to be modified from the field measurement to simulate the real behavior of a chimney under the wind flow with a larger Reynolds number. It enabled the results of the wind tunnel tests to be correlated with the field measurement. The model surface roughness and different turbulence intensity flows were added to the test. The simulated results of the wind tunnel test agreed with the full-scale measurements in the mean surface pressure distribution behavior.

CAFFE 모델을 이용하여 클래스의 특정 종의 수량 측정하는 방법과 스테레오 비전을 이용하여 물체의 길이와 너비를 측정하는 방법을 제안한다. 물체의 너비를 구하는 방법은 좌측 센서와 우측 센서의 대상의 좌표 값을 비교하여 센서부터 물체까지의 거리를 계산한다. 그 후 거리와 영상 속의 대상의 길이를 구해 물체의 실제 길이의 근사 값을 계산한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze various factors comprising a job satisfaction; determine possible factors that affects job satisfaction. Job satisfaction model is designed to evaluate major factors, such as job stress and strength, and to assess relationship between these factors. Partial least squares algorithm is used to develop a job satisfaction measurement model. To evaluate validity of developed model, survey data of health insurance review and assessment service is to applied.

Evaluation of the AC losses in the HTS tapes which are used in electric power machines in one of the important topics in this field. This paper deals with the calculation and measurement of the magnetization loss in HTS tapes. Bean model is adopted for the theoretical calculation of the magnetization loss. Magnetization method is used for the measurement of the loss. Two types of the HTS tape model, multi-filamentary model and mono-filamentary model, are used to evaluate the magnetization loss in this paper. According to the results of the analysis, large discrepancy between the calculated and measured value is observed in multi-filamentary model is more useful than multi-filamentary model for the evaluation of the magnetization loss.

이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질을 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 표준화된 서비스 품질 측정모형과 지표를 개발하고 검증하는 것이다. 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질 측정모형과 지표를 개발하기위해 문헌연구와 델파이 조사를 실시하였으며 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 디지털도서관 이용자 설문조사를 실시 하였다. 연구결과 4개의 차원, 7개의 구성요인, 30개의 측정항목으로 이루어지는 DL-SQI 모형이 개발되었으며 신뢰성 분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 연구모형의 타당도를 검증하였다.

To supply electrical power with high quality, the power system must be optimized in many ways such as planning, control and management. In order to optimize the power system, the analysis of the power system is necessary. The elements of the power system require an accurate model to analysis of the power system. The components of the power systems such as generators, transformers and transmission lines have been studied and researched a lot in their modeling and very sophisticated models have been proposed. However, in case of load in-depth studies on the exact model are required. In this paper, measurement-based load modeling method using real-time measured data is proposed in various methods to reflect the characteristics of the load. To prove the validity of the proposed method, PSCAD/EMTDC program is used to configure the power system and measurement data according to the various failures are used to study on load modeling.

Beyond SERVQUAL-based service quality research, we develop a measurement model of public service quality that would provide researchers and practitioners in the public sector with a foundation for systematic investigation and implementation. Firstly, we explore the attributes of public service quality that lead to customer satisfaction by using the critical incident technique (CIT). We identified four dimensions of public service qualities. We also found that the critical attributes of service quality differ according to the types of customers. Secondly, to achieve a high degree of empirical confidence, we conduct statistical tests and analyses on the classification scheme and on the attributes of service quality that we derived from the CIT analysis. Through these analyses, we could remove the redundancy among attributes and group the attributes into new constructs, which are mutually exclusive and exhaustive; we built a more sophisticated measurement model of service quality.

We will can do quality of measurement of service that thing is quite abstract concept. Generally, we speak Service of quality that property of a product, usability of use, social quality requirement to a quality of service by wide meaning. A purpose of this study was comparison regarding a way to measure of service quality, and in the insufficient section there was anything, and progress of model study of service left no matter how much focus to it. There is comparative study a few progress of literature of a PZB, SERVQUAL, SERVPERF, model. Desarbo, Huff, Rolandelli, & Choi, (1994: 125-131) proposed that to solve the above model contradiction point, and Presentation called a plan based on to Conjoint analysis. There is Critical point to decide on priority order of proposed model of service measurement. This study has a lot of the pieces which are short by absence of empirical study, but will make a supplementation in next term study.

Healthcare lifelog, a personal record relating to disease treatment and healthcare, plays an important role in healthcare paradigm shifts in which medical and information technology converge. Healthcare services based on various healthcare lifelogs are being launched domestically by both large corporations and small and medium enterprises, however, they are being built on an individual platform that is dependent on each company. Therefore, the terms of lifelog data are different as well as the measurement specifications are not uniform. This study proposes a reference model for minimum common data required for sharing and utilization of healthcare lifelog. Literature study and expert survey derived 3 domain, 17 essential items, and 51 sub-items. The model provides definition, measurement data format, measurement method, and precautions for each detailed measurement item, and provides necessary guidelines for data and service design and construction for healthcare service. This study has its significance as a basic research supporting the activation of ecosystem by ensuring interoperability of data between heterogeneous healthcare devices linked to digital healthcare platform.
