고체 추진기관의 추력측정불확도 추정 방법 연구 (Study of an Estimation Method of Thrust Measurement Uncertainty for the Solid Rocket Motors)

  • 본 연구는 고체추진기관의 추력측정불확도 추정 방법에 관한 것이다. 힘 측정불확도 추정 지침은 ISO와 국내외 기구에서 제공하고 있으나 모든 내용이 실험실에서 운용하는 하중시험기와 하중 센서의 교정을 중심으로 기술되고, 개념적으로 기술되어 있다. 추력시험대 불확도의 주요 원인인 교정식과 선형화 불확도의 추정에 대해서는 해당 지침을 직접 적용할 수는 없다. 본 논문에서는 측정불확도 기본 개념을 이용하여 교정식 불확도와 교정식의 선형화 불확도를 추정하는 식을 만들고, 이를 추력 시험대의 추력측정불확도에 추정하여 적용하였으며, 비교적 간단한 추력측정불확도 추정 방법을 제안하였다.

교류 자기센서 특성 시험장치 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement System Design for Measuring Properties of AC Magnetic Field Sensor)

  • This paper describes design and construction results of the measurement system developed on the purpose of measuring properties of AC magnetic field sensors used in the weapon system. The system for measuring the properties of AC magnetic field sensors consist of 3-axis helmholtz coil, signal generator, signal amplifier, sensor data acquisition unit and AC magnetic field sensor property measurement & analysis equipment including the operating software. By using this system, we can measure various properties of AC magnetic field sensor such as sensitivity, linearity and dynamic response in the frequency from 1 Hz to 10 kHz. Finally we also verified its performance by measuring the property of a MAG 639, standard magnetic field sensor of bartington instruments, with the developed measurement system.

이동 형 산업용 단층측정 장치를 위한 감마선 검출시스템 개발 (Development of Measurement System for Industrial Transportable Gamma Ray CT)

  • This paper introduces a gamma-ray measurement system for a transportable tomography which is applicable for an industrial process diagnosis. The gamma-ray measurement system consists of pulse mode operating 72 channel CsI detectors, main AMP-pulse shaper, single channel analyzer, counter and control PC. The CsI crystal is coupled with a PIN diode which is connected to an amplifier and pulse shaper. For a compact design, the amplifier and pulse shaping circuit are included in a single package. 36 sets of CsI detectors are connected to a multi-channel counter through single channel analyzers. A computer controls and collects data from two multi-channel counters. This configuration results in 72 channel counting system in total. The CT rotator and radiation measurement system are controlled by a PC with LabVIEW program. Tomographic data were measured for a phantom by the measurement system and transportable gamma-ray CT. From the experimental data image reconstructions were performed by ML-EM algorithm. The result showed that the CsI detector system can be a suitable component for transportable gamma-ray CT system.

초음속 비행체의 소닉붐 측정과 도래각 추정 (Measurement and Arrival Direction Estimation of Supersonic Flight Sonic Boom)

  • 초음속 비행체에서 발생하는 소닉붐은 일반적인 환경소음과 달리 초저주파 영역을 포함한 충격음으로 전파된다. 본 논문에서는 배열 음향센서를 이용하여 소닉붐의 특징을 왜곡 없이 측정하기 위한 계측방법과 소닉붐의 전파방향을 추정하기 위한 도래각 추정 방법에 대해 연구하였다. 음향센서의 배치에 따른 도래각 추정성능을 이론적인 방법으로 제시하였고 모의실험에서 얻은 통계값을 이용하여 본 연구에서 제안하는 도래각 추정 방법의 성능을 검증하였다. 또한 실제 초음속 비행체에서 발생한 소닉붐을 제안한 방법으로 측정하였고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결과로 소닉붐 측정을 위한 시스템 구성, 도래각 추정 방법과 그 성능에 대한 직관적인 개념을 제공하였다.

수경배양액 무기성분농도 측정장치 개발 (Equipment Development for Inorganic-Compound Concentration Measurement in a Hydroponic Culture Solution)

  • BACKGROUND: Measurement equipment was developed for inorganic nutrient concentration inside the hydroponic culture medium with several macro- and micro compositions, and applied for measuring the compositions of conventional medium. METHODS AND RESULTS: Before the equipment development, sonicator and heater were utilized to control temperature around of the module mixing with color reagents and target samples among the inorganic compositions. The measurement module and multi-sampler were also manufactured based on the COMS (Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) and installed inside the measurement equipment. Concentration of standard solution, value measured by the equipment, standard deviation or measured average value were used for estimating the accuracy and average recall of the equipment. Yamazaki solutions with EC of 0.5, 1.5, and 2.5 dS/m were offered to confirm the equipment accuracy and standard error. CONCLUSION: It was suggested that the developed equipment could be automatically applied for measurement with accuracy of over 96% and standard errors of less than 5% on 12 macro- and micro compositions such as a NO3-N, PO43- or Fe.

A Development of Recoil & Counter Recoil Motion Measurement System Using LVDT

  • This paper presents a recoil and counter recoil motion measurement system using linear variable differential transformers (LVDT). The output of the LVDT is obtained from the differential voltage of the secondary transformers. Since a transducer core is attached to the motion body, the output is directly proportional to the movement length of the core. Displacement, velocity and acceleration are measured from the LVDT. With a comparison between the measurement result and the reference value obtained by the highly accurate Vernier calipers, it is proved that the measurement system with the LVDT is applicable to the test of the moving part of the mechanism with better accuracy.

  • This paper describes the development of on-the-machine measuring(OMM) system which can directly measure the two and three dimensional machined accuracy using a scanning probe in milling machine. Two algorithms, NC program based continuous path(CP) measurement and CAD data assisted point to point(PTP) measurement, are developed for three dimensional measurements, with consideration of the characteristics of the scanning probe. The algorithms are used to develop an auto measuring system. The delveloped system is compared with the CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) in terms of accuracy and repeatability. The OMM system is expected to realize measurement time reduction and hence result in high productivity.

  • 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션 방법과 측정불확도 표현 지침은 불확도 평가를 위해 가장 널리 사용되는 방법들이다. 본 논문에서는 자체 개발된 질량관성모멘트 측정장비의 신뢰도를 평가하기 위해 몬테카를로 방법과 GUM방법이 사용되었다. 결과에 따르면 GUM방법에 의해 평가된 불확도가 몬테카를로 방법에 의한 것보다 약간 과소평가되었고 그 차이는 GUM방법의 근사화에 기인한 것으로, 두 방법에 의해 평가된 관성모멘트 불확도들은 추정량의 1% 미만으로 개발된 관성모멘트 측정시스템의 높은 측정신뢰성을 보여준다.

  • An underwater motion measurement system was constructed for applications to the model basin. A commercial motion capture system, FALCON of Motion Analysis Corp., which corrects automatically the distortion caused by refraction of the light passing through water and air, was adopted for underwater motion measurement. The modifications of FALCON system were performed: waterproofing camera housings, markers, connectors, and a new blue ring lighter. the accuracy of the motion measurement was obtained within the calibration error of 0.87mm in average and 0.89mm in standard deviation for the distance of 500mm between two markers on the calibration device. the volume of $2100mm(length)\times2100mm(breadth)\times2300mm(Height)$ was covered with 4 cameras of the underwater motion measurement system. For the performance verification, motion measurement test of a vertical mooring chain model excited at the top end was carried out. The 3D motions of mooring model were measured with variable amplitude and period of the forced excitation. Higher order motions of the mooring model were observed as the excitation period decreases. the performance of the system was verified by successfully measuring 3D motion of mooring model.

웰빙 라이프스타일 측정도구 개발과 타당도 검증 (Well-being Lifestyle Measurement Development)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop well-being lifestyle measurement. Data were collected from a total of 251 Korean females ranging from 20 to 50 years old. The measurement items were developed by focus group interview to well-being consumers. Through a series of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the 7 sub-factors and 14 items that construct final measurement model of well-being lifestyle were identified: Health oriented eating habits, social welfare oriented consumption, interest in health policy, self-esteem enhancement, sports activity, volunteer for local community, use of cosmetics made of natural components. Fitness of measurement model and reliability and discriminant validity of measurement variables were accepted as a good level.
