변형연화모델을 이용한 미고결 지반의 터널변형 (Tunnel Deformation in Shallow Unconsolidated Ground by Using Strain-Softening Model)

  • In case of an urban tunnel, the displacement of ground base controls the tunnel design because it is built on shallow and unconsolidated ground many times. There are more insufficiency to describe the ground movement which coincides in the measured result of the situ because the design of an urban tunnel is dependent on the method of numerical analysis used to the existing elastic and elasto-plastic models. We studied about the prediction for the ground movement of a shallow tunnel in unconsolidated ground, mechanism of collapse, and settlement. Also this paper shows comparison with the existing elastic and elasto-plastic model using the unlinear analysis of the strain-softening model. We can model the real ground movement as the increasement of ground surface inclination or occurrence of shear band by using strain-softening model for the result of ground movement of an urban NATM tunnel.

  • In this study, the results of elasto-plastic analysis for a subway tunnel using finite element method are presented. To determine input data for the analysis we carried out rock mass classificaton, insitu test and back analysis using measured displacements. Tunnel convergence, extension of yielding Zone and support load are described. By comparing the results of four different reinforcement patterns, the influence of those patterns on tunnel stability is presented. As a result of the analysis we suggest a ratonal reinforcement pattern.

  • 터널 유지관리 단계의 계측을 통해 획득한 내공변위 자료를 이용하여 라이닝 단면에 작용하는 축력 및 휨 모멘트의 단면력을 역산하기 위한 기법을 제시하였다. 계측을 위해 Digital방식의 DOCS시스템을 지하철 단면에 적용하였다. 역산결과 매설식 계측기기에 의해 측정된 측정하중과 일치함을 알 수 있어 기법의 효용성이 입증되었다. 또한, 계측기 센서의 진동, 시험 열차 운행, 터널내 온도변화 및 고전압에 의한 영향을 검토하여 향후 유지관리 방안을 제시 하였다.

발파진동 제어에 의한 특수구간 터널굴착에 관한 연구 (A Study on Tunnel Excavation by Controlled Blast Vibration at Particular Environment Conditions)

  • It was difficult to apply conventional excavation methods in some sections from Seoul to Pusan high speed rail road construction of 1 lot 2, due to highway concrete road, gas pipe, water pipe and nearby factories with automatic control system machine. To excavate safely and efficiently in these sections new blast patterns were employed within allowable blast vibration level, by test blast and controlled vibration by sequential blast. Behaviors of the rock mass including convergence and displacement around tunnel were measured with construction works and the crack width in concrete wall was also monitored for controlling allowable limits. The results can be summarized as follow : 1. The allowable blast vibration level in structure site is less 1.0cm/sec for highway concrete, 0.5 cm/sec for gas pipe, water pipe and building housing and 0.3 cm/sec for automatic control system machine. 2. The convergence displacement, single rod extensometer and multi rod extensometer around tunnel and cracks in concrete wall were measured, it was confirmed that the measured values were converged within allowable level. 3. The empirical formular of ground vibrations with 90% confidence lines for PD-3 was given as follow. $$V_{90%}=45.549({\frac{D}{\sqrt{W}}})^{-1.353}$$

내공변위-제어법과 새로운 하중전이함수를 이용한 터널 천단보강공 설계 (A New Design Method of Reinforcement Ahead of a Tunnel Face by using Convergence-confinement Method and Load-transfer Approach)

  • 본 연구에서는 터널의 강관삽입형 천단보강공 설계 시 강관의 작용하중을 내공변위-제어법으로 산정하고, 주변지반과 보강공의 상호거동을 보다 실제적으로 고려할 수 있는 하중전이법을 적용하여 지반변위와 보강용 강관의 단면력 등 터널의 거동을 분석하였으며, 그 결과를 FLAC-3D 및 실제 계측결과와 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 제안기법으로 산정한 굴착단계별 터널의 변위는 수치해석 및 계측결과와 유사한 경향을 보이나, 강관의 보 거동에 따른 국부적인 변위발생에 따라 수치해석 결과보다는 약간 큰 결과를 보였다. 본 제안기법은 해석과정이 용이하며 수치해석 결과 및 계측결과와 잘 일치하여 터널 천단보강공의 예비설계에 적용 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • In designing underground structure such as tunnels, estimating geotechnical characteristics of the ground is one of the most important and difficult tasks. In this paper, a methodology that can identify geotechnical parameters using only field-measured relative convergence displacements is presented. By using only relative convergence measurement data, inevitable errors in absolute convergence estimation can be avoided and in turn the parameter estimation process can be simplified. The methodology utilizes sensitivity relationship between static displacement measurements and geotechnical parameters. The feasibility and applicability of the proposed methodology is verified via a 3-d numerical example of a tunnel structure.

  • 터널 및 지하공간 시공 중 일상계측에서의 계측관리 효율성 및 고급의 내공변위 분석을 위해 3차원 광파기, 선단앵커정착형 타겟부착장치, 절대변위 계측관리 프로그램으로 구성된 3차원 절대변위 계측시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통해 3차원 절대변위 계측에 필요한 광파기의 종류와 사양을 제시하였고, 기존 타겟부착장치의 문제점을 개선한 선단앵커정착형 타겟부착장치에 대한 성능시험을 수행하여 우수한 시준거리와 측정정밀도를 확인하였다. 또한 절대변위 계측관리 프로그램에 대한 현장성능시험을 수행하여 얻어진 경향선/영향선 등 다양한 분석방법을 활용하여 막장전방의 연약대 존재 예측이 가능하였고, TSP탐사결과와 비교하여 정확성을 확인하였다.

  • In tunnelling by NATM convergence data are most Importantly to ascertain the safety of tunnel. Therefore, a reliable method is required that can predict ultimate displacements by using earler displacement data. Displacement forecasting method is classified into statistical method and functional regression method. Convergence data measured in Seoul subway 5~45 site during '92.5 ~ '92.12 were analyzed by above said two methods. The analysis results of convergence data show that the functional regression method is more relieable in completely weathered rock, but the statistical method in slightly wearhred rock.

  • 터널구조물의 안정성 최종평가는 굴착완료 후 현장계측을 수행하여 계측값의 수렴 여부를 통해 판단하는 것이 일반적 평가 기준이다. 본 연구에서는 굴착하는 터널 주변 지반조건이 불량하여 터널 안정성 확보를 위한 보강을 적용한 후 국부적으로 보강구간에서 추가적인 붕락 또는 과다변위가 발생한 터널현장시공 사례의 해석적 방법과 상관성을 분석하였다. 추가 붕락터널에서 붕락유형을 조사해 보면 대부분 천단부 붕락이 발생하고 붕락된 구간에 대한 지질적인 조건을 분석해보면 천단부에서 지표부 인근까지 연장되어 존재하는 단층파쇄대가 존재하는 경우와 상관성이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와같이 단층파쇄대와 같은 지반조건이 터널 천단부에서 지표부 인근까지 연장성을 가지는 경우에는 기존 수치해석적 방법으로 예측한 거동보다 더 큰 거동을 하는 것으로 분석되었다.

Multi-sensor data fusion based assessment on shield tunnel safety

  • This paper proposes an integrated safety assessment method that can take multiple sources data into consideration based on a data fusion approach. Data cleaning using the Kalman filter method (KF) was conducted first for monitoring data from each sensor. The inclination data from the four tilt sensors of the same monitoring section have been associated to synchronize in time. Secondly, the finite element method (FEM) model was established to physically correlate the external forces with various structural responses of the shield tunnel, including the measured inclination. Response surface method (RSM) was adopted to express the relationship between external forces and the structural responses. Then, the external forces were updated based on the in situ monitoring data from tilt sensors using the extended Kalman filter method (EKF). Finally, mechanics parameters of the tunnel lining were estimated based on the updated data to make an integrated safety assessment. An application example of the proposed method was presented for an urban tunnel during a nearby deep excavation with multiple source monitoring plans. The change of tunnel convergence, bolt stress and segment internal forces can also be calculated based on the real time deformation monitoring of the shield tunnel. The proposed method was verified by predicting the data using the other three sensors in the same section. The correlation among different monitoring data has been discussed before the conclusion was drawn.
