The purpose of this study was to analyze the inner meaning and outer from of the uniform from a historical perspective. As a research method, this study investigated the significance of the meaning and farm of the uniform in history with a focus on the classification suggested by a Japanese scholar, Okuhira Sitse, and analyzed them by design elements. In the theoretical study, the uniform was divided into formal, working and collective uniforms according to the purpose of wear. As results, the plasticity of the uniform was analyzed as the concept involving: authority representing the power and influence within the organization as a inner moaning; differentiation from the rest by expressing the culture and ideology within the organization; cohesiveness among the wearers as members of the specific organization and the binding nature in effect; reliable images to customers due to the appropriate form of dress related to the specific business and controlled self expression; and aesthetics characterizing a given era as a form of aesthetic pursuit. The elements of these inner meanings were translated to the outer form of functional practicality and simplified design, which appeared as the simplified' suit' in a female uniform in workplaces.

The purpose of this essay is to know the expressed form and color and also to examine the inner symbolic meaning of the movie "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance" by producer Chan-Wook Park. In the movie, the main character Geumja has double personality, having both images of a wicked woman and a woman saint, and she showed the clothing of both good and evil. For example, while she was in prison, her prisoner uniform while she was taking care of her inmates, her pajama which is the symbol of innocence when she was atoning and praying, Geumja's appearance wasn't fabulous when she was wearing baker's cloth that symbolize pure inside. But in contrast, Geumja who was released from prison planned and execute vengeance, dress colorful dress and primary color make-ups. Blue color coat with gloomy mood, black leather coat with the image of female warrior, and the slip with intensive image and etc express Geumja's will of revenge. Like this, depend on the psychology of main character Geumja, it's easy to recognize the change of clothing and color, and it's possible to understand the symbolic meaning in it.

Objectives: This study explored job satisfaction experience and meaning of work in dental hygienists. Methods: In-depth interviews were conducted with 13 clinical dental hygienists who had been working in dental clinics for more than 10 years. The analysis method used was developed by Giorgi, including all four steps. Results: The results of the interview were categorized into five central meanings: recognition and trust (including patient's trust, trust in the boss, recognition in the hospital, and intimacy), growth (growth of the hospital, growth in jobs, and problem-solving skills), professional pride (self-esteem, extension of work and changes of awareness, and being able to help others), reward (financial compensation and psychological rewards), and meaning of life given by work (the process of maturing, self-representation, and vitality of life). Conclusions: Based on this study, we need to develop tools to measure dental hygienists' level of job satisfaction as well as follow-up research on ways to improve it.

다이아몬드 결정구조가 갖는 의미와 결정형태의 조형적 아름다움을 새로운 관점에서 디자인하여 주얼리로 표현하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 다이아몬드의 결정구조에 대한 문헌 조사와 다이아몬드 결정구조의 조형적 특징을 모티브로 한 주얼리 디자인 사례를 분석하였다. 다이아몬드 결정구조의 의미와 가치를 새롭게 해석하고, 다이아몬드의 결정구조를 주얼리로 디자인함으로써 결정구조가 갖는 미적 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 조형적 디자인을 연구하였다. 다이아몬드 결정구조가 주는 대칭의 효과와 조형미가 주는 반복의 특징을 살려 주얼리 디자인을 제시함으로써 보석이 주는 근원적인 아름다움, 문화적 의미가 새롭게 재인식되길 기대해 본다.

The main purpose of this study is to explore a social capital paradigm which can be applied to many forms of social capital and intangible goods. The social capital paradigm introduces a new form of capital. This new form of capital produces a flow of socio-emotional goods that have value. Moreover, these socio-emotional goods can attach themselves to the objects used to convey them and change their value and meaning. This change in value and meaning is defined as attachment values. Exchanges of socio-emotional goods occur in networks where social capital resides. Formal and informal institutions provide order and meaning to exchanges of tangible and intangible goods. Social capital is a powerful resource that makes our choices interdependent. The social capital paradigm does not alter or contradict the basic economic theories of exchange. While the social capital paradigm accepts that selfish preferences motive many actions, it adds that sympathy and the desire to consume socio-emotional goods are powerful motivators. In case of marine affairs, ocean and fishing villages and their culture have been not only a fundamental basis of fisheries development but they also have made a great deal of contribution to forming social capital. In spite of this fact, the main reason that the problems of fisheries fishing villages fishermen in our society are kept at a distance is because they have been loosing their capability of forming social capital and producing socio-emotional goods, in addition to lowered relative economic share.

Objectives : This paper is to find the meaning of Tan pulse in Qikooujiudamai Diagnosis, Methods : In terms of Qikooujiudamai, the position to diagnose the Intermittent Pulse is Kwan(關) position and the pulse is Tan(彈) pulse. To find the meaning of Tan pulse, the symptoms of Intermittent pulse were analyzed. Then the symptoms were analyzed in terms of both Qikooujiudamai Diagnosis and 28-pulse diagnosis to find the correlation. Results & Conclusions : The Tan pulse at Kwan position is related to Hyen(弦), Kin(緊), Hwal(滑), Dan(短) pulse in 28-pulse diagnosis. The symptom of disease of Intermittent pulse's diagnosis is mostly concluded to those 4 pulses. Qikooujiudamai is the diagnosis for acupucture treatment, but with 28-pulse diagnosis, it can be developed to usage of medicine.

본 논문의 목적은 바흐친(Bakhtin)의 대화주의의 관점에서 플립러닝의 교육적 의미를 고찰하는 것이다. 플립러닝의 등장은 테크놀로지의 발달에 연유한다. 테크놀로지의 발달은 교육적 시공간을 재배치함으로써 수업에 대한 기존의 경직된 관점에 균열을 불러일으킨다. 새롭게 출현한 융합적 시공간 안에서 플립러닝은 수업 안과 밖의 활동을 뒤바꾸고, 강의 중심을 활동 중심으로 역전시키며, 교사와 학생의 위상과 역할을 새롭게 규정한다. 이러한 플립러닝의 시도는 대화주의의 관점에서 볼 때 다음의 교육적 의미를 지닌다. 첫째 교육적 대화의 과정을 수업의 전면으로 부각시킨다. 둘째, 교육적 대화에의 참여가 확장 강화된다. 셋째, 지식에 대한 기존의 권위를 해체한다. 넷째, 학습자 자신의 목소리에 권위를 부여함으로써 교육적 대화에서의 학습자 주도성을 높인다.

This study puts emphasis on showing the change of Stripe Pattern, which has been popular for a long period of time in many societies, with change in time, assessing its value as an art. During medieval period, Strife Pattern had a strong negative meaning as a sign of disgrace or inferiority, or had been used as discrimination against a mental or a sinner, who had been rejected or banished from the society. Through French Revolution, Stripe Pattern has become a symbol of liberty and equality, furthermore, the notion of society as well as countries. This event had positively affected on reevaluating its image, from inferior, negative to significant, artistic. Eventually the variety of aesthetic values of Stripe Pattern led its way to the variation of its functional value expanding its use other than fashion industry. It is anticipated that our fashion industry will flourish in creating new, creative design by understanding design and appreciating their aesthetic values with their applications to human sensibility.

Textile fabrication based on traditional culture has grown very attentive as fashion icons in recent so that designers, especially, who want to be the center of attention, may be a public interest and introduce their own culture to the world. In the 21st century by more focusing of our culture, Korean textile designs that is applicable our traditional motifs are required to develop and also its motifs could be comprehensibly got the spirit and the inherent meaning, and should be fuse with modern touch and developed practical design in daily life. Of all many different patterns, this paper placed an emphasis on three of main traditional motifs as a floral arabesque pattern, ivy pattern and butterfly pattern. The traditional motifs were applied through a hand-made technology and the professional design program of TexPro, and then the textile design was simulated by Photoshop to approaching the apparel design. Through these produced artworks, we have conscious that the oriental images have associate traditional meaning and the traditional design tried to express co-existence past and present. Moreover, we believe that the surface pattern design of textile for printing was good chance to relive the traditional meaning, and the tradition is recognized not mere old and expects more advance with applications.

This study investigates the phonetic meaning of clarity and turbidity(淸濁) that has been used in psychoacoustics, musicology, and linguistics in both the East and the West. With a view to clarifying the phonetic meaning of clarity and turbidity, this study conducts three perception tests. First, 34 subjects were asked to take one of Clear and Turbid by forced choice for 5 pure and complex tones, respectively, ranging from A2 to A6 differing by octave. Second, they were asked to select between the two choices for 25 pure and complex tones, respectively, ranging from A2 to A4 differing by semitone. Third, they were asked to opt for one of the two choices for 8 different vowels of different formant and fundamental frequencies. Results showed that there is a certain range of tone which is perceived as clear, that clarity level increases as fundamental frequency increases, and that pure tones have a higher level of clarity than complex ones, fundamental frequency being equal. Results also showed that vocal tract resonance enhances clarity level on the whole, and that lower vowels have a higher level of clarity than higher ones. This study is significant in that it demonstrates that clarity level is proportional to fundamental frequency and the first formant frequency, all else being equal.
