  • 건설산업에서 자재와 관련된 비용은 프로젝트 특성에 따라 다르지만 일반적으로 원가구성비 측면에서 40% 이상을 차지한다. 최근 대형화, 전문화, 복잡화 되어가는 건축 공사에서 자재의 반입, 이동 및 적재공간의 협소로 인해 자재관리가 매우 복잡하다. 하지만 대두분의 경우 자재관리는 현장 관리자의 경험에 의존해 관리되고 있으며 건설관리분야중 자재관리의 중요성에 대한 인식도 낮은 실정이다. 이에 대한 건설 산업에서 자재관리에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자재의 속성에 따른 ETO, ATO, MTO, MTS의 네가지 분류 방법과 자재 조달 특성 및 자재 고유특성을 통하여 현장 자재의 효율적인 공급관리를 위한 자재의 속성별 관리요소를 파악한다. 이를 이용하여 자재 속성별 자재관리 지표를 선정한다.

Impacts of the Establishments' Safety Behavior, Safety and Health Delivery and Communication on Occupational Safety and Health Policy Satisfaction

  • In this paper, we conducted a study to understand the impacts of safety behavior, safety and health delivery and communication, which should be managed for the establishments' safety and health control on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction to utilize that as a material for preparing policy support and preventive measures. For this purpose, we conducted a statistic analysis with 2,970 establishments, utilizing the material, "2015 Occupational Safety and Health Company Survey". As a result, in the manufacturing industry, it turned out in the establishments with more than 300 workers, safety behavior, safety and health delivery and communication of the cooperative firm of the prime contractor were high. In addition, it turned out that safety behaviors had the biggest impact on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction in the manufacturing industry and safety and health delivery and communication had the biggest impact on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction in the construction industry and other industries. As for the relationship between companies, it turned out that safety behaviors had the biggest impact on that between the parent company and a cooperative firm of a prime contractor while safety and health delivery and communication on that between the prime contractor and the subcontractor. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to build up safety and health behavior and safety and health delivery and communication systems for the characteristics of the company, and it is expected that the effect of the safety and health control will increase when policy support is made accordingly.

온도감응성 Polyurethane 막의 제조 및 투과특성 (Preparation of Temperature-sensitive Polyurethane Membrane and Its Permeation Characteristics)

  • 본 연구를 통해서 온도감응성 polyurethane을 제조하여 수분의 투과거동을 검토하고 약물방출조절용 제제로의 적용가능성을 검토하였다. Polyurethane의 기계적 물성 및 Tg는 사용한 polyol의 분자량과 hard segment의 양을 이용하여 조절하였으며 온도증가에 따라 수분의 투과도가 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 온도변화에 따라 약물의 투과도가 변화하는 온도감응성 약물방충용 재료로 사용 가능성을 확인하였다.

CT characteristics of normal canine pulmonary arteries and evaluation of optimal contrast delivery methods in CT pulmonary angiography

  • This study was performed to identify the normal anatomic orientation of pulmonary arteries and to obtain the normal baseline parameters and the optimal contrast material delivery methods of computed tomographic pulmonary angiography (CTPA) on normal beagle dogs. Based on the contrast injection flow rate, the contrast volume, and the administration methods, the experimental groups were divided into 4 groups such as group 1 : 2 ml/s, 3 ml/kg, and monophasic administration; group 2 : 5 ml/s, 3 ml/kg, and monophasic administration; group 3 : 5 ml/s, 4 ml/kg, and monophasic administration; group 4 : 5 ml/s and 2 ml/kg in first phase, 0.3 ml/s and 2 ml/kg in second phase, as biphasic administration. Normal anatomic orientation of pulmonary arteries in CTPA was evaluated through reformatted and 3D images after retro-reconstruction. Normal parameters for great arteries and peripheral pulmonary arteries were obtained on the factor of basement hounsfield unit (HU) values, contrast enhanced HU values, delay time, and peak time. And the optimal contrast delivery methods were evaluated on the factor of contrast enhanced HU values, image quality, and artifact. The monophasic administration with 5 ml/s contrast injection flow rate and 3 ml/kg contrast volume was optimal in canine CTPA.

전시 군수물자의 효율적 분배와 수송을 위한 TC 위치선정 방법론 연구 (Method of Location Decision far a Transfer Center Distributing a Necessary Resource Item while Considering Characteristics of the Material in Wartime)

  • 전시 공군은 각 지역에 거점부대를 선정하여 해당 지역에서 동원되는 품목별 물자를 인수하고, 물자가 부족한 지역의 거점부대에 잉여물자를 분배하여 전체 부대가 일정한 군수지원 수준을 유지할 수 있도록 계획하고 있다. 또한, 지역 거점부대는 해당지역에 주둔하고 있는 군소 운영부대들에 대한 DC(Distribution Center)의 역할도 담당하여 지역에서 동원되는 물자들과 타 지역 거점부대로부터 인수한 해당 지역 부족물자들을 군소운영부대에 분배한다. 하지만, 전시 동원물자 수송은 물자가 많이 동원되는 지역의 거점부대가 물자가 적게 동원되는 부대로의 분배 및 수송을 책임지기 때문에 동원물자들의 생산특성에 따라 지역 거점부대별 수송부담의 불균형과 다빈도 수송으로 인한 수송 자산(병력, 수송수단)의 낭비를 가져오게 된다. 또한, 공군본부나 군수사령부와 같은 상급부대는 전체적인 동원물자의 분배와 수송을 효율적인 방향으로 조정 통제하는데 대한 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 어려움을 해소하기 위해 특정지역에 TC(Transfer Center)를 설치하여 물자를 분배하고 수송하는 방법론을 제시고자 한다.

  • 건설산업에서 자재와 관련된 비용은 프로젝트 특성에 따라 다르지만 일반적으로 원가구성비 측면에서 40% 이상을 차지한다. 최근 대형화, 전문화, 복잡화 되어가는 건축 공사에서 자재의 반입, 이동 및 적재공간의 협소로 인해 자재관리가 매우 복잡하다. 하지만 대부분의 경우 자재관리는 현장 관리자의 경험에 의존해 관리되고 있으며 건설관리분야 중 자재관리의 중요성에 대한 인식도 낮은 실정이다. 이에 대한 건설 산업에서 자재관리에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자재의 속성에 따른 MTS(Make-to-stock), ATO(Assemble-to-order), MTO(Make-to-order), ETO(Engineered-to-order)의 네 가지 분류 방법과 자재 조달 특성 및 자재 고유 특성 분석을 통하여 현장 자재의 효율적인 공급관리를 위한 자재의 속성별 관리체계를 분석한다. 이를 이용하여 자재 속성별 자재관리 프로세스를 제안한다.

중도시내(中都市內) 도서(島嶼)와 육지거주부인(陸地居住婦人)의 모성보건실태비교(母性保健實態比較) (Comparative Study on Maternal Health Status With Island and Land Women in A Middle City Area)

  • To compare the maternal health status between women in island and land, the study was conducted to adjacent land (kukdong) and island (kyonghodong) areas in Yosoo city during April 1976. The results obtained from 174 interviewee in island and 192 in land areas were the same as follow, 1. General characteristics of both area. Age: Land, group 20-29 year of age was the largest. Island, 30-39 year of age was the largest. Education; Low educated group, less than primary grade (land 88.6%, island 93.1%), was predominant in both area. Occupation of herself; agriculture and labor was the main occupation (land 50%, island 82.2%) in both area. Occupation of husband: labor and fishery was general (81.2%) in land, and agriculture and fishery was general (81.6%) in island. Duration of residence; Land, 25.0% being resided here more than 10 years. Island, 64.3% being resided here more than 10 years. 2. Marriage, Pregnancy, and Present children. Average age at marriage; Land, 20.7 years. Island, 20.9 years. Average frequency of pregnancy; Land, 4.4 times. Island, 4.3 times. Wastage of pregnancies: Land, 236 per 1000 pregnancies. V-t 특성 분석에 의한 고체 거시계면의 수명 평가 (Prediction of Life-Time on the Macroscopic Interface between Solid Materials with Analysis of V-t Characteristics)

  • The characteristics on the interface between Epoxy and EPDM which are materials of the underground insulation systems of power delivery have studied. The breakdown strength of specimens are observed by applying high AC voltage at the room temperature. The breakdown times under the constant voltage below the breakdown voltage were gained. As constant voltage is applied the breakdown time is proportion to the breakdown strength. The life exponent n is gained by inverse power law and the long breakdown life time can be evaluated. AC breakdown strength and life time is improved by oiling to the interface. When the low viscosity oil is spread interface has the highest life time.

반도체산업의 제조특성을 반영한 공급사슬 모델링 (Supply Chain Modeling based on the Manufacturing Characteristics for the Semiconductor Industry)

  • SCM(Supply Chain Management) is a new approach to satisfy customers via an integrated management for the whole business processes of the manufacturing from the raw material procurement to the product or service delivery to customers. Typically the semiconductor industry is the one whose supply chain network is distributed all over the world, and its manufacturing process has the particular characteristics which has to be considered in the modeling of supply chain. In this paper we suggest the push and pull type supply chain models based on the manufacturing characteristics and their mathematical formulation for the semiconductor industry. Push supply chain model pursuits the high throughput and the balance of the WIP flow, and pull supply chain model does to minimize the total cost of order-based manufacturing, distribution and transportation process in order to meet customer's request appropriately.

Focused Electron Beam-Controlled Graphene Field-Effect Transistor

  • Focused electron beams with high energy acceleration are versatile probes. Focused electron beams can be used for high-resolution imaging and multi-mode nanofabrication, in combination with, molecular precursor delivery, in an electron microscopy environment. A high degree of control with atomic-to-microscale resolution, a focused electron beam allows for precise engineering of a graphene-based field-effect transistor (FET). In this study, the effect of electron irradiation on a graphene FET was systematically investigated. A separate evaluation of the electron beam induced transport properties at the graphene channel and the graphene-metal contacts was conducted. This provided on-demand strategies for tuning transfer characteristics of graphene FETs by focused electron beam irradiation.
