우리나라 병원 수련영양사의 교육 프로그램 현황 (Present Status of Dietetic Internship Program in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the standardized manual for dietetic internship. The general information of the dietetic internship program in Korea was gathered and of dietetic internship(DI) in the USA was also surveyed. The existence of DI program manual, the number of intern and length of the dietetic internship program, and other general information were investigated. At first, the questionnaire was developed and mailed to 130 hospitals in Korea and the number of returned questionnaires was 42 showing participating rate of 28%. Second, telephone survey was carried out and the number of response was 40 out of 46 participating rate of 87%. The results of this study could be summarized as follow. 1. eneral informations of dietetic internship program in Korea; The hospital having a dietetic internship program was 31.7% and of them 14.6%(12 hospitals) have a manual developed by themselves. The number of dietetic intern per hospital was 2.0$\pm$ 1.4. The length of the program was from 3 to 12 months. Ten hospitals (38.5%) have a only food service program and 16 hospitals (62.5%) have both food service and clinical program. Seventy one percent (58 hospitals) of total hospital were willing to use the well developed standardized dietetic internship manual. 2. eneral information of Dietetic Internship Program in the USA; Two hundred fifty nine hospital had the dietetic internship program approved by ADA. The number of dietetic intern in each hospital was 10.6$\pm$ 6.3. The mean length of the program was 13.6$\pm$ 6.3 months. Twenty seven percent of institution have coordinated internship/masters degree program. The range of tuition for DI program was from 300 to 30,855(otherwise, interns were payed by the hospital in Korea). As a conclusion, the standardized dietetic internship program for the clinical dietitian as nutrition professionals to carry out their job at the hospitals should be developed. And the coordinated internship/masters degree program could be considered to improve the skill levels and job performances of clinical dietitian.

굴곡된 협수로 통항에서 조선자의 주관적 위험감지도와 조종위험도와의 상관 관계에 관한 기초 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between Shiphandler's Subjective Evalution and Maneuvering Risk in Curved Narrow channel)

  • The assesment of the safety of ship's transit in a curved narrow channl consists of the maneuvering safety determined by the chance of running aground, the maneuvering difficulty determined by shop's workload, and shiphandler's subjective evaluation. In this study to examine the correlation between shiphandler's subjectice evaluation and the maneuvering risk, the real-time and full-mission shiphandling simulator in the Korean Marine Training & Research Institutes(KMTRI) was utilized. In the conning bridge of the shiphandling simulator, 50 experienced masters conducted masters conducted the modeled vessel of 60,000 deadweight tonnage along the designed channel under 3 different envrinmental conditions. The findings were as follows: (1) The frequencies of stress levels, work difficulties, vessel controllability and overall workload of shiphandlers are similar irrespective of environmental conditions and they are able to be represented as shiphandler's subjective evaluation. (2) It is possible to assess and analyze theoretically the correlation between the shiphandler's subjective ecaluation and maneuvering risk each environmental cindition by quantifying the data obtioned from the tests. The results are as follows: ① As the degree of maneuvering risk increases, the shiphandler's subjective evaluation increases sharply near the curvature area of the desgined channel. ② In the area of the curvature of the designed channel, maneuvering risk increases sharply with the danger of running aground under the environmental condition of current and wind comung from the stem.

  • The advent of Omni Channel has changed the fashion business model and the role of fashion sales persons. In such situation, internal marketing can become an important organizational management strategy for fashion companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the components of internal marketing of fashion companies for fashion shop masters in an omni channel environment. To achieve the purpose of this study, To achieve the purpose of this study, a qualitative study was conducted to investigate the internal marketing sub-factors of fashion companies. In-depth interviews were conducted for qualitative study. Seven respondents to the in-depth interview were fashion shop masters who had at least 10 years of field work experience. As a result of the qualitative study, internal marketing was derived from five factors, including empowerment, education and training, rewards, internal communication, and management supports. Empowerment factors consist of initiative, encourage creativity, and problem solving. Education and training factors consist of the degree of education and training opportunities, the value of education and training, and the scope of education and training. Rewards factors consist of diversity of rewards, fairness of rewards, and source of rewards. Internal communication factors consist of communication flexibility, diversity of communication and receptivity of communication. Management support factors consist of headquarters support and department store support.

한국과 미국의 실내디자인학 대학원 현황과 학위제도 특성 (Interior Design Graduate Education System and Degrees in Korea and the U.S.)

  • Graduate education in general means nurturing scholars who are capable of research that adds to the 'body of knowledge' and educators in the higher education system. Therefore 'discovering' new knowledge has always been a major role of graduate schools. However, interior design is a special field that 'application' can also produce new knowledge and therefore a wider understanding of scholarship is needed especially in the graduate level education. The purpose of this paper is to understand Interior Design graduate education system in the United States in order to develop issues that need to be discusses and addressed in Korea. Therefore, this paper first examines meanings of graduate degrees in general and current situation of Interior degrees offered in Korea. Then investigates the different types of graduate degrees in the U.S. such as post-professional degrees, first-professional degrees, and differences in general degree(M.A., M.S.) and professional degrees (M.F.A., M.I.D.). The researcher has used websites of each school and information lists of degrees offered by KIID and IDEC that serves as the main educators council in each countries. The characteristics of graduate degrees in America can be described as a structured system based on variety, flexibility, and distinction. For instance, M.F.A means a professional degree that is focused on building theory based project abilities, longer period to study but counted as a terminal in the field. However, in Korea even though the title of the degrees may differ there is not much difference shown in the educational contents. Therefore issues such as developing a more universal and international degree system, flexible and selective educational road-map, mutual understanding and unified system between various organizations for better graduate education system are proposed. Moreover, hope to start a discourse on defining scholarship and professionalism in the field of Interior Design.

UV경화수지의 고형상비 미세패턴 이형에 관한 연구 (A study on releasing high aspect ratio micro features formed with a UV curable resin)

  • Recently as the micro surface features become higher and diverse in their shapes, the releasing of the molded features becomes more crucial for manufacturing of the micro patterned products. The higher aspect ratio of the features or more complex shape of the features results in larger releasing force, elongation or cohesive failure of the features during the releasing. Another issue would be the uniformity of the released surface features after molding, especially for applications with large area surface. The micro patterned optical film, one of typical applications for micro surface features, consists of two layers, the thermoplastic base film and the micro formed UV resin layer. Therefore two interfaces are typically involved during the forming of this micro featured film; one is between the base film and the UV resin and another is between the resin and the pattern master. To improve the releasing of the molded surface features, the adhesive characteristic was investigated at these two interfaces. A PET film was used as a base film and two UV curable resins with different surface energy were prepared for different adhesiveness. Also the two different pattern masters were employed; one is made from brass-copper alloy and fabricated with PMMA. The adhesiveness at each interface was measured for some combinations of these base film, UV resins and the masters and the effect of this adhesiveness on the releasing was investigated.

간호학교육에서 기초의.과학 교과운영에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Current Status of the Curriculum Operation of the Basic Medical Sciences in Nursing Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of curriculum operation of the basic medical sciences in nursing education at college of nursing, department of nursing and junior college of nursing, ultimately to provide the basic data to improve a curriculum of basic medical science in nursing education. 78 professors who were in charge of basic medical science at 22 colleges of nursing and department of nursing, and 20 junior colleges of nursing responded the questionnaire consisted of 22 question items about the status of objectives, lectures, laboratory practice and characteristics of professors, and mailed to the author. The findings of this study were as follows : 1. The subjects of basic medical science were identified as physiology, anatomy, biochemistry, pathology, microbiology, pharmacology in the most colleges of nursing and junior colleges of nursing. 2 colleges of nursing and department of nursing(9.1%) and 19 junior colleges of nursing(95%) did not open biochemistry, 1 college of nursing and department of nursing(5%) did not open pathology and pharmacology. 2 Junior colleges of nursing(10%) did not open pharmacology, 1 junior college of nursing(5%) did not open pathology, the other 1 junior college of nursing did not open microbiology. 2. Credits of the subjects were ranged from 1 to 4. Lecture hours of one semester of physiology at school of nursing and junior college of nursing was average 103.6 and average 102.67, that of anatomy was average 127.1 and average 98, that of microbiology was average 109.7 and average 86.33, that of biochemistry was average 105, that of pathology was average 91 and average 94, that of pharmacology was average 86 and average 85.75. 3. Most of schools used 1 textbook for lectures, 3 school of nursing and department of nursing recommended references without using textbook, while all 36 junior colleges of nursing used textbooks. 4. 5 among 10 schools of nursing and department of nursing had a laboratory practice in physiology, 4 among 7 schools in anatomy, 4 among 6 schools in biochemistry, 2 among 6 schools in pathology 5 among 6 schools in microbiology. Not all the schools had a laboratory practice in pharmacology. 4 among 9 junior colleges of nursing had a laboratory practice in physiology. 1 among 4 schools in anatomy, 2 among 7 schools in microbiology. Not all the junior colleges of nursing had a laboratory practice in pathology and pharmacology. 11 among 20 colleges of nursing and department of nursing, 4 among 7 junior schools of nursing used a textbook of laboratory practice. 5. All the subjects at school of nursing and department of nursing responded that content of lectures and laboratory practices of basic medical science should be different from that of medical education, 34 junior schools of nursing responded that content of lecture of basic medical science in nursing education should be different from that of medical education. 33 junior schools of nursing responded that content of practice of basic medical science in nursing education should be different from that of medical education. 6. The final degree of 25 professors who were in charge of basic medical science were doctors of. medicine, that of 5 professors were masters of medicine, that of 5 were doctor of pharmacology, that of 2 were a master of pharmacology, that of 1 was physical science. The final degree of 8 professors who were in charge of basic medical science were masters of medicine, 7 doctors of medicine, 4 masters of nursing science, 4 masters of pharmacology, 2 doctors of nursing, 2 doctors of physical science, 2 doctors of pharmacology and 1 master of public health. 9 full professors, 13 associate professors, 11 assist ant professors, 3 full time instructors, and 6 part time instructors were in charge of basic medical science at college of nursing and department of nursing, 20 part time instructors, 8 associate professors, 6 assistant professors, and 2 full professors were in charge of has basic medical science at junior college of nursing. Based on these results, curriculum of basic medical science in nursing education should be reviewed deeply based on nursing model.

  • 1990년대 중반부터 다양하고 강력한 문서편집기의 보편화와 더불어 국내외의 대학에서는 책자형태의 논문제출과 동시에 전자형태 학위논문의 제출을 의무화하고 있다. 그러나 제출된 방대한 야의 전자형태의 논문들은 한글, MS-Word, Latexe 등 다양한 문서편집기로 작성되었고 문서형식의 표준화가 이루어지지 않아 효율적으로 활용되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 형태로 존재하는 학위논문들을 하나의 통일된 중간포맷으로 변혼하고, 변환된 논물들을 전문데이터베이스(Full Text Datsbase)화하여 이를 인터넷을 통해 효육적으로 검색하고 서비스하기 위한 학위논문 전문검색시스템을 구현한다.

문헌정보학 분야의 어린이 서비스 관련 연구경향 분석 - 1981년~2010년 석.박사 학위논문을 중심으로 - (Analysis for the Tendency to Study Children's Services in the Field of Library and Information Science: Focused on Masters and Doctoral theses Submitted from 1981 to 2010)

  • 본 연구는 도서관의 어린이 서비스에 대한 연구가 앞서 활발하게 진행된 북미와 우리나라의 연구동향을 비교 분석하여, 향후 우리나라 문헌정보학계의 연구주제 및 연구방향에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 학위논문의 분석기간은 1981년부터 2010년까지 30년이며, 한국은 110편, 북미는 89편의 논문을 분석하였다. 학위논문의 초록을 보고 학위논문의 주제를 자료, 서비스, 프로그램, 경영 및 관리, 어린이 행태, 이론 및 역사 등 6가지로 나누어 세부주제별로 다시 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 연도별 학위논문 생산량으로 한국은 최근 연구가 급증하였으며, 북미는 학위논문의 생산이 일정하였다. 둘째, 연구주제로 한국은 프로그램에 대한 연구가, 북미는 어린이 자료에 대한 연구가 약 50%씩을 차지하였다. 셋째, 학위별로는 한국은 석사학위논문이, 북미는 박사학위논문이 약90%를 차지하였다. 넷째, 한국이 북미보다 많은 주제는 프로그램, 서비스, 경영 및 관리 분야였으며, 북미가 한국보다 많이 연구된 주제는 어린이 자료, 어린이 행태, 이론 및 역사 등이었다.

Subjectivity of Leadership Behavior for Nurse Manager in Hospital

  • This study has been attempted using the Q methodology to clarify leader type of nurse managers that head nurses and general nurses recognize, and to clarify its relative relation. Sixty-three statements were extracted through interviews with general and professional people interested in the subject of nurse leaders to extract the Q population. A total of 314 Q population was formed added with 251 questions extracted from related documents. Final 32 Q samples were selected by reorganization of 314 Q population after reexamining statements through inquiry of 1 professor of the nurse department, 2 students in course of nurse science masters degree and 2 students in course of doctoral degree. The P sample selection standard of this study were 25 nurses and 30 head nurses. Examination subjects themselves filled out 32 statements classified in a measure of 9 points from agreeable items to disagreeable items. Principal component factors were analyzed using the QUANL pc program after grading the contents of the P sample. Nurses recognizing subjective structure for leader behaviors of nurse manager were analyzed to be 3 factors: vision presentation type, self-capability consideration type, relationship consideration type, and head nurses recognizing subjective structure were analyzed to be 2 types: task pursuit leader type, and concord pursuit type. Nursing manager's leader behavior, expected by staff nurse are more complex and higher level which may combined with task pursuit leader type in concord pursuit leader of head nurse. Also according to Horsey and Blanchard theory(1977), the effectiveness of leadership becomes to be larger as the accordance rate between the behaviors of nurse leaders and followers reaction increase Two suggestions have been made based on the conclusion. 1. Studies on creating strategies in relation to development, management, selection of nurse leaders should be made based on this study. 2. There is a need for relative study of production and degree of similarity of leadership types based on this study.
