반도체 소자용 자동 Die Bonder 기계장치의 개발 (Development of Die Bonder Machine for Semiconductor Automatic Assembly)

  • In this paper, the design and implementation of a multiprocessor based Die Bonder Machine for the semiconductor will be described. This the partial research result, that is, the 1st year portion of the project to be performed for a period of two years from June, 1986 to May, 1988. The mechanical system consists of the following three subsystems : (i) transfer head unit, (ii) die feeding XY-table unit, and (iii) plunge up unit. The overall control system is designed to be essentially a master-slave type in which each slave is functionally fixed in view of software and also the time shared common bus structure with hardwired bus arbitration scheme is utilized, the control system consists of the following three subsystems each of which employs a 16 bits microprocessor MC 68000 : (i) die bonder processor controller, (ii) visual recognition/inspection and display system, (iii) the servo control system. It is reported that the proposed control system were applied to Working Sample and tested in real system, and the results are successful as a working sample phase.

Implementation of Acoustic Echo Canceller with FPGA

  • In this paper, the AEC(acoustic echo canceller) is designed and implemented using VHDL(VHSIC hardware description language). The designed Echo Canceller employs the pipeline and the master-slave structure, and is realized with FPGA. As an adaptive algorithm, the Normalized LMS algorithm is used. For the coefficient adjustment, the Stochastic Iteration Algorithm(SIA) which uses only current residual values is used and the number of registers are evidently reduced and convergence speed is also much improved comparing to existing methods by using EAB of FPGA for FIR filter structure of transceiver. The designed Echo Canceller is verified with the test board implemented for this paper. From the timing simulation echo signals at about 1500 sampling data are converged and ERLE is improved by about 42-dB.

  • This paper presents CAN-based parallel-operation and load-sharing techniques for the communication server power supply. With the load information obtained through CAN communication, each modules performs its current control independently and the power unbalance caused by impedance differences of converter modules can be reduced. In conventional method, slave modules are controlled by master module. On the other hand, the proposed load share algorithm uses the Multi-Master method. Therefore, accurate load sharing can be accomplished by the reference structure of each module's average current. Each converter has two stages and it is separated into PFC, which is responsible for harmonic regulation, and LLC resonant converter, which controls output voltage. To verified the performance of the proposed method, two 2KW prototypes has been implemented and experimented.

  • In this study, a system that has a high speed digital data I/O and distributive structure is developed and the hardware and software of the system are described in detail. PCI master card to PC slot has maximum 63 slaves which are connected by Ethernet cables and can handle 16 I/O points. The system has some features : easy expansion by adding slaves as needed, space and wiring advantage with distributed characteristics, and select from a range of slave devices that fits best for the use.

A New Multimachine Robust Based Anti-skid Control System for High Performance Electric Vehicle

  • This paper presents a high performance sensor less control four motorized wheels for electric vehicle. Firstly, we applied a sensor less master-slave DTC based control to both the two in wheel motors by using sliding mode observer for its quick response and its high reliability in electric vehicle application. Secondly, to overcome the possible loss of adherence of one of the four wheels which is likely to destabilize the vehicle a solution is proposed in this paper. Thirdly, a Fuzzy logic anti-skid control structure well adapted to the non-linear system is used to overcome the main problem of power train system in the wheel road adhesion characteristic. Various Simulation results have been include in this paper to show that the proposed control strategy can prevent vehicle sliding and show good vehicle stability on a curved path.

  • An unified compliant control algorithm to regulate the force by dual arms is proposed, where tow arms are treated as one arm in a kinematic viewpoint. The force error calculated form the information of two force/torque sensors attached to the end of each arm is transferred to minimum actuator coordinates, and then is distributed to total system actuator coordinates. The position adjustment at the total actuator coordinates is computed based on the effective computed based on the effective compliance matrix with respect to total actuator coordinates, which is obtained by coordinate transformation between the task coordinates and the total actuator coordinates. An experiment is carried out for dual arms with asymmetric kinematic structure to control an interaction force between manipulators and the environment. The performances of the proposed control algorithm are experimentally compared to those of dual arms employing master/slave scheme. The proposed compliant control algorithm not only ouperforms other algorithms, but also can be treated as an unified approach n the sense that it can be applied to arbitrary dual arm systems with general kinematic structures.

  • The Bluetooth Low Energy profile has the advantage of continuing wireless communication with very little power consumption compared to the existing Bluetooth, so it is widely applied to smart devices. Most of them are applied to Point-to-Point (1:1) communication between Central (Master) and Peripheral (Slave), but can be applied to Point-to-Multiple (1:N) wireless communication through the use of multiple threads and timers. Therefore, in this paper, a precise timer was designed in the BLE profile to devise an image segmentation transmission/reception structure based on multiple access, and a smart image block device applied to it was designed and verified.

  • RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) 시스템에서는 다수의 리더들이 동시에 동일한 태그의 인식을 시도하는 경우 리더 충돌이 발생하게 된다. 이러한 리더 충돌은 RFID 시스템의 태그 인식 효율성 및 인식 속도를 저하시키는 주요 요인으로 작용하기 때문에 이를 방지할 수 있는 효과적인 리더 충돌 방지 알고리즘이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 리더 충돌을 방지하기 위해 관리 리더와 보조 리더로 구성된 계층적인 구조를 형성하고, 관리 리더가 보조 리더를 관리하여 리더 충돌을 방지하는 계층적 구조 기반의 리더 충돌 방지 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한, 제안 알고리즘의 성능 평가를 위해 모의실험을 수행하였고, 리더 충돌 확률 및 태그 인식 시간 등에 대한 성능 분석을 수행하였다.

자동회전 과학 탑재체 사출 기능을 갖춘 기상정보 수집용 캔위성 체계 개발 (Development of CanSat System for Collecting Weather Information With Autorotating Science Payload Ejection Function)

  • 본 논문은 단풍나무 씨앗형 자동회전 과학 탑재체 2개를 사출하고 기상정보를 수집하는 임무를 하는 캔위성을 개발하는 내용을 다루고 있다. 캔위성은 2개의 자동회전형 과학 탑재체와 이를 실을 수 있는 캔위성 본체로 구성된다. 캔위성 본체는 과학 탑재체를 사출하기 위한 장치들과 지상국과의 통신을 위한 장치들을 탑재하고, 각기 다른 지정 고도에서 과학 탑재체를 하나씩 사출한다. 과학 탑재체는 큰 날개와 탑재 공간으로 구성되며, 큰 날개는 회전하면서 양력을 발생시켜 낙하 속도를 늦춘다. 구체적으로, 사출된 이후 20m/s 이하의 속도로 하강하며 회전율, 기압과 온도를 측정하고 초당 1회의 속도로 측정값을 캔위성본체로 송신한다. 통신 시스템은 마스터-슬레이브 구조로 과학 탑재체는 모든 데이터를 마스터인 캔위성본체로 송신하고, 캔위성 본체는 수신받은 데이터와 자체 데이터를 종합하여 지상국으로 전송한다. 자체 개발한 지상국 소프트웨어를 이용해 수신하는 모든 데이터를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 환경에서 모의실험을 수행했고, 임무 요구조건을 만족하는 캔위성의 성능을 확인할 수 있었다.
