Recently, house market is focusing to consumer because competition between contractors is getting more deeply. So they are suppling various plans and changing space to confront lifestyle of consumers. This study has researched types of master rooms and analyzed the Preferences of users, so offers a basic material of master room zoning plan.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive a plan to establish a more sophisticated master plan so that the direction of master plan study can be sustained in the mid to long term. Methods:: Compare and analyze the differences between the master plan and the design to identify causes and problems. First, after establishing the master plan, compare the expansion area, net area per bed, and service area with the design drawing of the first project to determine the degree of recovery to the level required by the recent medical environment. Second, the possibility of responding to future internal changes is reviewed by comparing and analyzing the arrangement and connection method of extension buildings. Third, comparing the difference between the project following the first project and the phased of masterplan. Results: The first one is that continuous participation of person or group with high understanding of the master plan. Second, establishing a master plan and proceeding with the project through the determination of the correct business budget. Third, a specific area of the mechanical and electrical room suitable for the size and purpose of the hospital should be presented, and research on the arrangement method should be conducted. Finally, the feasibility of the hospital's own plan for securing parking facilities should be accurately investigated. Implications: It is important for the hospital to recover from the past to the present and respond to the future that the direction of the master plan continues after the establishment.

최근 많은 R&D 사업에서는 연구개발 완료 후, 연구 성과물들을 검증하기 위한 테스트베드사업이 다양하게 추진되고 있으나 일관적이고 체계성 있는 기준이 설정되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 체계적인 U-City 테스트베드 구축을 위해 기본계획의 기준을 도출하고, 도출된 기준에 근거하여 청라지역을 사례로 U-Eco City 테스트베드 기본계획(안)을 수립하여 검증하고자 한다. 이와 같이 설정된 U-City 테스트베드 기본계획 기준을 통해 테스트베드 특성에 맞는 체계화되고 합리적인 테스트베드 구축이 진행될 수 있을 것이다.

미국에서의 친환경적이고 지속가능한 도시설계 사례를 중심으로 통합적인 친환경 설계 프로세스에 대해 살펴보고 우리나라 친환경 설계에의 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이번 호에서는 먼저 친환경건축을 위한 통합설계에 대해 살펴보고 대표적인 사례로 Treasure Island Master Plan을 소개하고자 한다. 이어서 Parkmerced Vision Plan, Transbay Terminal Master Plan, Encinal Terminal Master Plan & Other cases를 총 5회에 걸쳐 소개하고자 한다.

U-City법의 제정 및 시행에 따라 U-City를 건설하기 위한 제도적인 기틀은 마련되었으나 U-City법에 의한 계획체계가 정립되어 있지 않고 세부적인 지침도 마련되어 있지 않다. 특히 U-City의 핵심인 정보와 관련해서도 구체적인 계획과 지침 등이 마련되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 U-City법에 의해 국가와 지자체에서 수립해야 할 U-City종합계획과 U-City계획에 포함되어야 할 U-City정보의 생산 수집 가공 활용 및 유통 등 정보관리에 관한 사항을 제시하였다. 먼저 U-City종합계획은 U-City계획 수립의 방향성을 제시하며, 우선적으로 추진해야 할 세부 실천과제는 '연계 및 공유를 위한 U-City정보 생산 수집 가공 기준 수립', 'U-City정보의 가공 및 활용 활성화 방안 수립', 'U-City정보 유통체계 기반구축', 'U-City정보 품질 및 가격제도 확립'이다. 그리고 U-City계획은 U-City종합계획을 기반으로 지자체단위의 정보의 생산 수집 가공 활용 및 유통 등 정보관리사항을 수립해야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the analytical framework for a spatial structure of a tourism destination master plan by the two types of the tourism development models: Tourist attraction System Model and Tourism Destination Region Design Model. The resort development plan is introduced as a planning tool for regenerating the eastern Pusan regions, but the economic and environmental impacts and the sociocultural dilemma accompanied by the development should be fully considered before launching the business. The development plan announced currently is traced and examined in comparison with the upper-leveled and related plans. The Tourist Attraction System Model based on the systems theory is applied to the designated regions. The Tourism Destination Region Design Model then is applied for analyzing the components of each region on the master plan. The results of the findings suggest that the tourism destination plan is basically different from a general master plan on the physical comprehensive plan, the destination is recognized as a subsystem of the whole tourism system, and thus tourism destination plan is considered as a spatial arrangement of tourism facilities and the inter- and intra-circulation.

Korean government has developed and implemented a five-year master plan in order to enhance construction technology competitiveness and its level of development. However, without detailed assessment of past plans it is not likely to retain feasibility and sustainability of a new five-year plan, This study analyses adequacy of the 4th five-year master plan in terms of evaluation strategies such as indicators, methods, targeted performance through benchmarking various construction policies utilized by developed countries. In addition, this manuscript provides the basis structure and critical factors for establishing future construction policies or plans.

재정비촉진사업 실무에서 참여자 간 구두 협의에 의존하고 있어 계획안 자체가 빈번히 변경되는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 마스터플랜이 참여자 의견조율을 위한 수단으로 활용될 수 있지만, 소수의 총괄계획가 및 총괄계획팀이 사업과 관련된 대규모의 정보항목들을 고려하여 마스터플랜을 신속하고 효과적으로 수립하는 것은 한계가 있다. 마스터플랜 수립에 필요한 정보항목들을 체계적 효율적으로 저장하고, 검색이 가능하도록 구성하여 효과적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 사업초기단계에서의 마스터플랜 수립을 지원하는 데이터웨어하우스 프로토타입을 제안한다. 전문가 면담 및 사례분석을 바탕으로 재정비촉진사업 운영상의 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 마스터플랜을 작성할 때 기본적인 근거자료로 활용되는 기초조사결과와 마스터플랜사례 정보항목을 도출하여 메타데이터 인덱스 데이터베이스를 구축하고 정보검색 사용자 인터페이스를 제시하였다. 프로토타입을 실제 마스터플랜 수립업무 사례에 적용한 결과, 메타데이터를 통한 필요한 정보의 효과적인 검색이 가능하였다.

연구목적: 재난안전 마스터플랜의 가이드라인을 제시하고, 이를 통한 지역안전지수 향상방안을 도출한다. 연구방법: 재난 관련 법률, 안전혁신마스터플랜, 국제안전도시지표와의 정합성 진단을 통해 지자체의 재난안전 관리체계를 수립하고 지역 특성과 분야별 재난관리 대책을 포함하는 재난안전 마스터플랜 가이드라인을 제시한다. 연구결과: 'G'기초지자체를 선정하여 재난안전 마스터플랜 가이드라인을 적용한 세부정책을 수립하고, 이를 통해 지역안전지수 개선방안을 도출한다. 결론: 지역안전지수 향상을 통해 지자체의 재난대응 역량을 강화한다.
