The purpose of this study is to identify the cognition differences of home interior remodeling and preference of mass media among consumers and analyze relationship between remodeling perception and mass communication. The data are collected through questionnaire surveys, which included demographic information and preference of remodeling, mass communication from adult consumers who live in Seoul. 223 samples are collected, and are analyzed by using SPSS-WIN program. The major results are as follows: Most of the media are preferences above the average. TV media is a leading mass communication, which has an effect of most consumers. Internet business preference is found at young, male, white color business group and small family. Remodeling has been a strange word with consumers, but now on its needs are spread among the public that is provide to solve the problem which were found in their home on the influence of mass communication.

이 연구는 지난 몇 년간 한국사회에서 상당한 관심과 조명을 받고 있는 '헬조선' 현상을 진단한다. 특히 이 작업은 정파성을 달리하는 주요 언론들 속에 제시된 헬조선 관련 기사와 기고문, 그리고 특집을 텍스트 분석으로 진단하면서, 이 매우 복합적인 현상의 재현적인 측면의 함의와 명암을 다면적으로 탐구하고자 한다. 헬조선으로 지칭되는 특정한 문제의식과 감정의 생산이 현재 청년층이 대면하는 매우 심각하고 불안한 사회경제적인 현실 속에서 부상했다는 맥락성을 고려할 때, 이러한 문제의식과 방향성을 탐구하는 연구가 일정한 지적 비판적인 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

주지하다시피 현재 한국사회 내 대다수의 청년주체들은 취업과 관련하여 '개미지옥'이라는 표현이 단순한 은유를 넘어 구직의 특성을 체화하는 현실 속에서 절박하고 불안한 삶을 영위하고 있다. 이 연구는 '자기소개서' 작성과 구직에 관한 청년세대의 구체적인 체험과 판단을, 특히 이 과정을 복합적으로 담아내는 자기기술지 자료를 매개로 한 상세한 문화적인 해독을 통해서 접근한다. 이 탐구는 현재 한국사회에서 불안정한 노동시장과 취업이라는 심각한 압박에 직면하고 있는 청년주체들의 인식과 경험 그리고 감정구조의 함의를 다면적으로 '읽어내려는' 작업을 시도한다. 이러한 지적-비판적인 관심은 자기소개서의 복합적인 '사회적인 텍스트'로서의 위상과 쓰임새에 주목함과 동시에, 자기소개서를 쓰는 '불안의 주체'들에 관한 재귀적인 사유를 통해서, 자신의 모습과 기업에 의해 구성된 또 다른 '나'와의 균열과 간극을 마주하는 청년주체들의 현실인식과 고민을 '근접해서' 포착하고자 하는 목적을 지닌다.

자율운항선박(MASS, Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship) 도입을 위한 국제해사기구의 논의가 본격화됨에 따라 국제항로표지협회 제27차 이네비게이션(ENAV) 위원회 워킹그룹(WG2)에서 MASS 운영지원을 위한 시스템 개발시 사이버보안(사이버 위험관리) 측면을 우선적으로 고려하도록 하는 논의가 진행되었다. 우리나라는 2020년 자율운항선박 기술개발사업을 착수하였으며, 2021년부터 사이버보안 기술개발을 위한 세부과제를 추진 중에 있다. 디지털 해상통신시스템 환경에서의 MASS 운용은 기존 해상통신환경에서는 고려되지 않았던 다양한 디지털 장비들의 네트워크 보안이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 사이버보안 기술개발 세부과제에서 수행중인 MASS 운용 지원을 위한 네트워크 보안장비 기본 개념을 소개하고, 기초단계에서의 MASS 선박 적용을 위한 네트워크 보안장비 인터페이스를 정의한다.

Politics is defined as who gets what, when, and how. Communication is defined as the process, outcomes and effects of message transmission through a medium. Thus political communication in Asia, the most dynamic and uncertain region of the world, has been very dense, requiring rigorous scientific analysis and culturally sensitive reflection. Mass media brought about a revolution in political communication in the last century. In the 21st century, complex monitory devices from the state and international organizations and from the society and transnational groups have transformed the features of political communication. It has triggered another revolution in political communication. Illustrations are given focusing on Asia. A theoretical reflection from the angle of political science is attempted focusing on political communication medium and its effects. I compare no medium (face-to-face communication), mass media, and social media in relation to their effects.

The present study explored the reception and consumption processes of a Korean audience's viewing of local and international television dramas. Findings indicated that the influential factors on the level of viewing in regards to Korean, American, and Japanese TV dramas among Korean viewers differed. In particular, a significant difference was found in terms of perceived drama characteristics. Applying niche theory, the present study also examined the audience's motivation for watching these television dramas. Results demonstrated that Korean TV dramas possessed the broadest niche breadth and were the most competitive. In a comparison of the perceived characteristics of TV dramas, American drama earned competitive superiority for most characteristics. The implications from the results were discussed in terms of cultural discount and proximity.

급격하게 변화하고 첨단화 되어 가고 있는 해상운송 기술의 정점은 자율운항선박이 될 것으로 예상된다. 자율운항선박에서의 다양한 서비스의 구현은 선박 중심 네트워크인 S2X 통신체계를 통해서 가능할 것이다. 하지만 기존의 통신은 서비스 트래픽 포화, 요구 기능에 부합하지 못하는 등의 문제가 있어 추가적인 통신 기술의 선제적 도입이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 자율운항선박에 적용될 S2X 통신의 개념을 재정립하고 요구 기능을 도출하여 최종적으로 활용이 가능한 주파수를 선정하였다. 이를 위해 도출된 통신 요구 기능에 적합한 후보 주파수 군을 도출하고 전문가 합의법을 통해 최종적으로 우선 적용이 가능한 통신 주파수를 선정하였다. 향후 해당 주파수에 대해 실험을 통한 검증 등 추가적인 연구를 통해 자율운항선박 서비스 구현에 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

커뮤니케이션학에서 통약가능한 이론적 대중매체체계론이 부재하다는 점은 비교연구를 비롯한 경험연구에서 난점으로 남아있었다. 본 연구는 하버마스의 2단계 사회론을 수정한 수정된 2단계 사회론을 바탕으로 정적 일반대중매체체계론을, 루만의 경계이론과 들뢰즈 가타리의 배치이론을 종합한 경계배치이론을 바탕으로 동적 일반대중매체체계론을 제안한다. 정적 일반대중매체체계론에서 대중매체체계는 일반화된 언어를 조정매체로 하는 문화체계의 하위사회체계로서 여타 하위사회체계 및 생활세계와 상호침투한다. 동적 일반대중매체체계론에서 대중매체체계는 다른 모든 하위사회체계의 경계로서 하위사회체계의 자기관계적 관찰을 생활세계에 의한 타자관계적 관찰과 접목시킨다. 또 대중매체체계는 체계와 생활세계 간의 상호침투를 매개한다. 특히 대중매체체계에서의 수행은 체계를 생활세계로 탈영토화하고 생활세계를 체계로 재영토화한다. 일반대중매체체계론은 다양한 경험적 대중매체체계론에 통약가능성을 제공해주고 편향되게 연구대상을 설정하지 않도록 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

Objectives : This descriptive study was conducted to examine the degree of stress, coping styles, communication with the mother and depression between headache-suffering children and headache-free children and to explore predicted factors for headache occurrence in children. Method : The subjects of this study consisted of 196 headache-free children and 107 headache-suffering children. They were 4th-6th graders of an elementary school in T city. The instruments in this study were David's stressor of children, Lazarus & Folkman's Stress Coping Style, PACI(Parent-Adolescent Communication Inventory) by Barnes & Olsen and Kovac's CDI (Children's depression inventory). Data were collected from May 2 to July 16, 2004. Results : Total stress(t=-3.76, p=.035), school stress(t=-3.02, p=.001), mass media stress(t=-1.39, p=.029) and depression(t=7.62, p=.001) in headache-suffering children were significantly higher than those of headache-free children. Problem-oriented coping skills (t=1.23, p=.023), and the score of communication with the mother(t=2.32, p=.012) in headache-suffering children were lower than those of headache-free children. Logistic regression analysis (stepwise) showed that the most powerful predictor was stressors in school, followed by depression, stressors in mass media and communication with the mother. Conclusions: This study revealed that important factors such as the degree of school stress, depression, the degree of mass media stress, communication with the mother and problem-oriented coping skills should be controlled for reducing of headaches in children.

In this paper, we present that Virtual Reality (VR) is a type of media that has attracted interest in storytelling and media utilization. VR was first discussed as a specific narrative medium with traditional story medium. Via this discussion, The innate difference of VR is that the role of the media users in which the narrative is communicated were active in the development of the narrative unlike that of most classical narrative media. We also discussed specific features related to VR based on the theories of traditional literary criticism, movie reviews, and plays. Through these discussions, we aruged two directions of VR storytelling production as an narrative medium, its specificity, and its expressiveness for VR producers. First, story processing and characters can be introduced as part of continuing a new narrative by altering the interaction history that appears in VR stories to user interest ratings. Second, VR interaction responds intuitively to the idea that it represents a trajectory across the story surface of all possible interactions. More specific theories and controvercials are discussed.
