Impact of Big Five Model on Leadership Initiation in Critical Business Environment Among Marketing Executives

  • The present research intends to examine the relationship between the Big Five personality traits and leadership initiations among the marketing executives in Delhi NCR (INDIA), and seeks to uncover the predictors of leadership initiations within personality traits. The data are collected through online survey method using different social media platforms. A sample of 233 (male =136 and female =97) marketing executive's responses were included. The data collected with the help of self-reported Big Five model inventory and leadership initiation test. The collected data were analyzed statistically by using descriptive statistics, correlation. and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that the age of respondents inversely correlated with leadership initiation. Neuroticism revealed significant inverse correlation with leadership initiation, whereas significant positive correlations were found between extraversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, and leadership initiations, while openness to experience revealed insignificant positive correlation with leadership initiation. Extraversion and conscientiousness appeared as the most dominant personality traits among marketing executives, irrespective of gender, that positively influenced leadership initiation and appeared as the predictor of leadership initiation. In male executives extraversion and age emerged as the predictors of leadership behavior, while in female executives extraversion and openness to experience personality traits appeared as the predictors of leadership initiation.

  • The strategic alignment between internet marketing's strategic orientation and EC system's strategic orientation is an important concept in Electronic Commerce. This study measured internet marketing's strategic orientation, EC system's strategic orientation, strategic alignment, and strategic EC performance based on previous studies. Analysis of data gathered in mail survey of korea firms in KOSPI and KOSDAQ. The findings suggest that companies with high strategic alignment are better performing EC strategically, and internet marketing and EC system's strategic orientation are positive related to strategic alignment and performance of EC. This study supports that the level of the EC executive's participation in internet marketing planning influences strategic alignment of the EC plan with the internet marketing plan. Further, high levels of that alignment are associated with increased use of EC for strategic performance.

  • One of the significant element of industrialization is the marketing mixed by advertisement. This paper concerns itself with two key methodological issues that have arisen during the marketing communication research. First, it examines BTL media, appeal type and executive type for interpersonal communication. The second part of the paper argues that story have an effect on making relationship between a consumer and a producer as storytelling producer's history, story of experiences of user, episode and so on. In this paper we developed contents of advertising for pine nut in Hong Cheon using the storytelling marketing communication strategy.

경영컨설팅이 직업재활시설 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Study on the Management Performance of Sheltered Workshop)

  • 본 연구는 경영컨설팅에 대한 인식 및 성과가 균형성과 지표(BSC)에 따라 구성된 직업재활시설의 경영성과와의 관계를 규명하여 직업재활시설의 경영합리화를 지원하는데 있다. 이 연구를 위해 한국장애인직업재활시설협회에 등록된 전국 직업재활시설 456개소(2011년 12월 말 기준)를 대상으로 임의표집방법을 사용하여 선정된 200여개의 시설에 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 실제 조사에 응답한 91개 시설을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 나타는 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 직업재활시설 경영자의 경영컨설팅에 대한 기대는 마케팅, 회계/재무, 경영관리, 생산/운영, 경영컨설팅 성과 순이며, 둘째, 직업재활시설 경영자의 경영성과에 대한 기대는 내부프로세스성과, 고객만족성과, 재무성과 순으로 나타나며, 내부프로세스성과에 가장 높은 기대를 갖고 있으며, 셋째, 직업재활시설 경영자의 경영컨설팅 인식요인은 고객만족성과에 영향을 미치며 그 중 특히, 경영관리분야에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 직업재활시설 경영자의 경영컨설팅 인식요인은 내부프로세스성과에 영향을 미치며 그 중 특히, 경영관리분야와 생산/운영분야에서 가장 큰 영향을 미치며, 다섯째, 직업재활시설 경영자의 경영컨설팅 인식요인은 재무성과에 영향을 미치며 그 중 특히, 경영관리분야와 생산/운영분야에서 가장 큰 영향을 미치며, 여섯째, 직업재활시설의 경영컨설팅 성과는 고객만족성과, 내부프로세스성과, 재무성과에 영향을 미치며, 고객만족성과, 내부프로세스성과, 재무성과 순이다.

  • 本文为执行官提供了他们在处理日常业务问题和市场机会时如何阐述自己思考过程的培训. 本研究建立在Schank提出的教学基础上, 包括: (1)经验学习和最好的指导提供给学习者从诸如全球背景, 团队项目和专家经历等的互动的故事提炼知识和技能的机会. (DSA)路线图根据生态理性理论将战略与环境相匹配. 渴望适应理论是这一方针的核心. 渴望适应理论将决策制定作为一个没有把目标整合的多目标问题模拟成一个把所有决策选项进行完全的优先顺序化. 这三个案例研究让学习者在意愿层面征求建议来作出决策. 渴望适应用一系列的调整步骤的形式. 一个调整步骤通过仅一个目标变量的变化就可以改变在渴望网格上邻近点当前的渴望水平. 上调步骤是目标变量的提高, 下调步骤是目标变量的下降. 创造和使用渴望适应水平是对有限理性理论的整合. 文章通过提供学习者经验和实践环节增加了意愿采纳和有限合理性的理解和特点. 利用DSA图排列CTSs和撰写TOP可以清晰和深化Selten的观点 "清晰, 意愿采纳必须作为研究的解决方案整合到整个蓝图中". 这些有限理性的研究许可了在现实生活中为什么, 如何作决策的理论和在自然的环境中利用启发式的学习训练两方面的发展. 本文中的练习鼓励根据不同使用目的学习快速而简洁的启发式技巧和原则. 这也正回应了Schank的思想 "从本质上来看, 教育不是让学生们知道发生了什么, 而是让他们感受到所发生的事情. 这不容易做到. 在如今的学校教育是没有情感的, 这是一个很大的问题". 这三个案例和附加的练习问题遵守了Schank的观点. "这种教育过程最好是通过参与他们其中来实现, 也可以这样认为, 精神层面的积极讨论".

Perceived Pressures and Organizational Readiness on the Continuous Internet Adaptation Intention in Fashion Companies

  • This study analyzes how the perceived pressures and organizational readiness of fashion companies (that utilize the internet as a marketing or commercial transaction tool) influence the continuous internet adaptation intention. It ascertains the differences between the companies that have introduced the internet commercial transaction and companies that have not. The survey was conducted among the employees of fashion companies from January $15^{th}$ to February $20^{th}$ in 2009. A total of 314 respondents were submitted for analysis using diverse methods that include frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that the perceived internal and external pressures, the support of the chief executive officer and capacity of the organization influence the continuous internet adaptation intention of fashion companies. There are differences in the perceived internal and external pressures, support of the chief executive officer, capacity of the organization, and continuous internet adaptation intention between companies that introduced a internet commercial transaction system and those that have not.

A Study on Management Competency Affecting Organizational Performance

  • This study is to examine the effects of business management competency, organizational management competency, relationship formation competency, marketing competency, and entrepreneurship, which are perceived by organizational members of social enterprise, on organizational performance, economic performance and social performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, the business management competency of the executives influencing the economic performance, which is the organization performance of the hypothetical social enterprise, was adopted. In other words, the organizational management competency (H1-1), the relationship formation competency (H1-2), the marketing competency (H1-3), and the entrepreneurship (H1-4), which are executive business management competency, have a positive effect on the organizational performance of the social enterprise respectively. Second, Hypothesis 2 indicates that the business management competency of social enterprise executives has a positive effect on organizational performance, social performance, and Hypothesis 2 has been adopted. In other words, the business management competency of the management on the social performance of the social enterprise is in the order of relationship forming competency (H2-2), marketing competency (H2-3), organizationalmanagement competency (H2-1), entrepreneurship (H2-4) Showed high influence. The higher the relationship formation competency, marketing competency, organizational competency, and entrepreneurship, which are the business management competency of the social enterprise management, the economic social performance of the social enterprise is more improved.

  • In 1997 the Asian Foreign Currency Crisis hit Korean shores. In its wake, Korean consumers demanded cost-saving solutions which will increase both the use-life and the fuel efficiency their vehicles. Bullsoneshot's effects include increases in gas mileage as well as cleaner cylinders, intakes and exhaust valves, the product was welcomed by an explosive demand from people driving older cars in an adverse economy. The history of Bullsone can be categorized as two major stages. The First stage is lunching era of "Bullone Shot" following competitor brand. The second stage is extension stage of brand and line based on Bullsone's positive brand equity. Mr. Hyun Woo Shin, formal CEO of OXY inc. and also formal vice president of OCI (Oriental Chemical Industries) take charge of New CEO of Bullsone. He energetically push the Bullsone's family brands and got a desirable results. He also setup ambitious goal : reach 100bn KRW in gross sales within 3 years. "Ripping itself free from 30~40 bn KRW sales range in which the company has stagnated in the last 10 years, Bullsone intends to be aggressive enough in marketing to reach 150 bn KRW in sales in 2013, and reach 700 bn KRW by 2018." This is the goal iterated by Bullsone's top executive team.

  • 본 연구는 외식사업을 하고 있는 경영자와 창업자들의 마케팅에 관한 방법과 활동이 영업지속기간과 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 이들의 창업에 대한 인식과 마케팅의 방법에 따라 영업지속기간과 경영성과도 달라지리라는 것을 알아보고자 하였다. 때문에 본 연구에서는, 첫 번째, 외식업체는 마케팅관리에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 두 번째 마케팅관리는 경영실적에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째, 외식창업은 경영실적에 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 마케팅관리는 지속기간에 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 경영성과는 외식업지속 기간에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 라는 가설하에 본 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과 모든 가설은 채택이 되었음을 알 수가 있다. 때문에 마케팅 활동, 마케팅 비용, 마케팅인식 등 외식사업의 경영기법에 따라 선진경영을 할 수 있도록 지속적으로 개선 연구하여야 하며, 그리고 창업시의 마케팅이 창업자에게는 중요한 요소임을 발견 할 수 있었다. 따라서 외식업 창업이나 경영을 하고자 하는 자는 마케팅관리 등에 많은 인적 물적 정성을 기울여야 할 것으로 보인다.
