전자펜 하이테크 상품의 소비자 만족도와 기술수용모델에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Consumer Satisfaction and TAM of High Technology Electric Pen Product)

  • 전자펜의 소비자 활용도 및 제품 개선점 분석을 위해 Davies(1989)의 TAM 모형을 적용하여 전자펜 사용자들의 지각된 유용성, 이용용이성 및 기대가치를 통한 기술수용의도를 분석하였다. 연구방법으로 기업 설문내용에 기반 한 내용분석법과 고객들의 참여도인 Activity 분석을 통해 전자펜 제품의 기술수용정도와 제품 전략의 개선점을 도출하였다. 연구결과 전자펜의 활용도를 보인 고객들은 30~49세의 남성과 사무직과 연구원으로 나타났으며, 개선사항에 대한 키워드 중심의 내용분석법의 분석결과 전원동작의 개선, App 연계 펜 기능의 확장성, 전자펜의 수정기능, 펜의 데이터인식 기능, 전자펜이 펜으로서의 필기감, 그립감, 펜 굵기 선택 등 세분화 기능의 개선, 타 스마트 기기와의 동기화 개선과 충전기능의 개선 필요성이 추출되었다. 본 연구는 전자펜에 TAM을 적용하여 전자펜이 초기시장에서 주류시장으로 확산되기 위한 제품속성 개선점을 제시하였고 향후 스마트폰이나 아이패드 등 스마트 디바이스와 연계된 전자펜 제품 확산과의 차이점 규명 통해 차별화 된 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

변동성, 위험프리미엄과 코리아 디스카운트 (Volatility, Risk Premium and Korea Discount)

  • 본 연구에서는 궁극적으로 코리아 디스카운트 현상을 계량적으로 밝혀낼 수 있는 방법론 제시의 일환으로 금융시계열, 특히 주식수익률의 위험프리미엄을 적절하게 추정해내고 주가변동성을 정교하게 측정할 수 있는 확률모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 첫 번째로 주가변동성의 구조변동을 확률적으로 추정할 수 있는 Markov-Switching ARCH 모형을 도입하여 한국 주식시장의 변동성 구조변동을 확률적으로 정교하게 파악하여 각 변동성 국면별로 한국 주식시장의 변동성을 생성하는 분포가 근본적으로 어떠한 것인지를 정확하게 분석하였다. 둘째로, 한국 주식수익률처럼 이분성이나, 시장 급등락 현상으로 인한 점프리스크롤 동시에 갖는 경우 금융시계열의 정확한 위험프리미엄의 측정을 위해서 모형에 이분산성과 점프위험항등을 어떻게 적절하게 고려하는 것이 필요한 지를 분석하고 특히 각 변동성 국면별로 시간가변적인 위험프리미엄을 각각 추정하고 이를 비교분석하였다. 셋째로, 정교한 확률모형으로부터 도출된 한국주식시장의 각 변동성 국면별로 시간가변적 위험프리미엄이 어떻게 다른지를 비교 분석하여 과도한 주가변동성과 과도한 시간가변적 위험프리미엄 및 코리아디스카운트와의 관계를 설명하고 또한 코리아 디스카운트의 정확한 파악 및 평가를 위하여 분석대상 자료를 미국 등의 선진 자본시장으로 확장하였다. 본 연구의 분석기간은 한국주식시장에서 주식거래가 이루어져 주가지수가 100으로 출발하는 1980년 1월 4일부터 가장 최근 자료인 2005년 8월 31일까지로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 우리나라의 주식시장에서 고분산국면 기간 동안에 주식에 투자하는 투자자는 저분산국면 동안 투자하는 투자자에 비하여 약 13배나 높은 시간가변적 위험프리미엄을 지불해야하는 것으로 나타났다. 과도한 변동성에서 큰 위험프리미엄이라는 연결고리를 거쳐 코리아 디스카운트라는 현상으로 귀착되는 현상에 주목하고 있는 본 연구의 결과가 실무에서 유용하게 사용됨은 물론이요 또한 본 연구의 방법론 자체가 매우 정교하고 포괄적이어서 금융시계열을 포함한 다른 여러 분야에 크게 응용될 수 있는 외부효과도 기대된다.

모바일결제서비스의 시스템품질 특성이 이용자 저항의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of System Quality Characteristics of Mobile Payment Service on Discontinuance Intention)

  • Purpose: The scale of a market of mobile payment which was insignificant is explosively being improved by development of various communications technology and achieving rapid diffusion of smart phone. According to this phenomenon, new method of financial dealings through a mobile can be seen as a new paradigm that leads to a change of existing payment work and also recognized as an innovation of information technology. Methods: but a study regarding whether the use of mobile payment service takes an important role as an influencial factor is still insufficient. This study was based on the model of innovation resistance by Ram(1987) and established a hypothesis and a model to confirm how four factors (usability, security, economic feasibility, responsiveness) influence to innovation resistance and the intention of discontinuous use. Results: usability, security were found to be significant predictor variables of innovation resistance to use mobile payment system, but economic feasibility, responsiveness were not found to be significant predictor variables. Conclusion: Providing gave a theoretical foundation for future research in that it presents the variables to consider new forms of mobile payment services, the mobile payment services will need to show a differentiated strategy and traditional marketing strategy.

조건부가치 추정법(CVM)을 이용한 국내 이동통신서비스에 대한 소비자 WTP 추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on WTP of Mobile Telephone Service Using the Contingent Valuation Method in Korea)

  • Contingent valuation method(hereafter CVM) is generally believed to be one of the most popular methods used for quantifying the value of non-market goods or services particularly by asking respondents of willingness to pay. This study deals with how to use CVM in calculating the value of mobile telephone service by suggesting methodology of estimation and eliminating biases. This study represents an attempt to estimate the WTP(Willingness To Pay) of the mobile telephone service using the face-to-face interview which is the qualitative technique is used. In this study, by using the single bound dichotomous choice model(SBDC) in order to analyze the valuation of mobile telephone service, WTP was estimated. Also we analyze the factors to pay for mobile service in which it becomes the important factor of demanding services. We used logit model. In order to provide robust estimates of WTP, we have used the Method of Montecarlo Simulation. Consequently, consumers showed that WTP about the mobile communications service is generally high. And it could know that the WTP will fell down as the specialized knowledge about the mobile communications frequency was high. It will be able to become the important part to not only the business carrier but also the policy maker to estimate the economic value of mobile telephone service.

개인용 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 수용저항에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Influencing Factors on User's Adoption Resistance to Personal Cloud Computing Service)

  • Recently, the personal cloud computing service has been being spotlighted as an individual tool of productivity enhancement. However, compared to the rosy forecast, its diffusion rate in the domestic (Korean) market is much slower than expected. In order to find the reason for the slow growth of personal cloud computing service, we attempt to identify influencing factors on user's adoption resistance, while most prior research has focused on the factors affecting its adoption. Based on both the person-technology fit model and the privacy calculus model, we propose technostress and perceived value as key antecedents of adoption resistance. In addition, we identify (1) technical (pace of change and complexity) and personal (self-efficacy) influencing factors on technostress, and (2) beneficial (perceived mobility and perceived availability) and harmful (perceived vulnerability) influencing factors on perceived value. To validate our research model, 133 individual samples were gathered from undergraduate and graduate students who had actual experience of using at least one of personal cloud computing services. The results of the structural equation modeling confirm that both technostress and perceived value have significant effects on adoption resistance, but they have different influencing mechanisms to different types of adoption resistance (indifference, postponement, and rejection). Theoretical and practical contributions are discussed in the conclusion.

시판수산물에서 분리한 Vibrio parahaemolyticus의 병원성 인자와 항균제 내성 현황 (Virulence Factors and Antimicrobial Resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus Isolated from Commercial Fisheries Products)

  • Vibrio parahaemolyticus causes food poisoning, mainly via marine fisheries products. We investigated the virulence factors and drug resistance of V. parahaemolyticus isolated from fisheries products purchased from the Yeosu Fisheries Market. The isolates were identified using a variety of biochemical tests and the detection of toxR and hns gene. The presence of the virulence factor-encoding genes tdh and trh in the isolates was also investigated by PCR. The resistance of the isolates to 13 antibacterial agents was tested using the disc-diffusion method and carriage of β-lactamase genes and class 1 integrons by ampicillin-resistant isolates was investigated by PCR. Four of seventeen isolates identified as V. parahaemolyticus by biochemical tests produced a species-specific PCR band. Those isolates showed >98% 16S rRNA gene sequence homology with V. parahaemolyticus and only one isolate harbored the tdh gene. All of the V. parahaemolyticus isolates were resistant to ampicillin and amoxicillin; moreover, VPA0477, a class A β-lactamase gene, and class 1 integrons were detected. Therefore, V. parahaemolyticus from fisheries products represents a low risk to human health. Also, V. parahaemolyticus is likely to develop multidrug resistance because it has class 1 integrons.

유료 디지털콘텐츠의 이용의도와 이용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Intention to Use and Use Charged the Digital Contents)

  • In these days, almost all existing contents have been digitalized because of development of IT(Information Technology) and the emergence of various distribution channels. Those digitalized Contents has increased so rapidly, particularly Video contents, and brought new market and open new business. Now it became a lucrative industry. Therefore it's necessary to study Digital contents. This study is to find out the factors which have an influence on Intention to Use and Use charged the digital contents. To carry out this study, TAM(Technology Acceptance Model), IDT(Innovation Diffusion Theory) and Use& Gratifications Theory were applied. An empirical method has been adopted, using Likert-style 7 point measurement scale, data were collected by e-mail and direct survey in Daejeon, Korea. On the collected data, after the validity test and reliability test has been taken by factor analysis and using Cronbach's alpha respectively, following 5 variables were extracted such as Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Easy Of Use, Compatibility, Intention to Use and Use.

  • Companies make a great effort for saving costs because a rise in logistics costs weaken trade companies competitive position in the international market. Therefore it is important for companies and government to enhance logistics competitive. This article focus on the logistics laws and policies to improvement companies competitiveness and save logistics costs. It has researched from the point of view rather government basis than company basis. Korean Logistics policies have some fundamental problems that the law and policies are spreaded to several administrations such as, Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs etc. We propose the solutions as follows; First of all, we review the laws and policies on logistics and point out the problems. Second, setting up the principle of Korean Logistics Policies according to the changes in international logistics paradigm and circumstances. Third, adjustment of systems and tasks of administrations related to logistics. Fourth, innovation plan for logistics policies. The plan can carry out two ways demonstration business and diffusion business in order.

  • 인터넷 사용자 수의 급격한 증가로 인터넷 서비스 보급이 대중화됨에 따라 인터넷 텔레포니 기술이 전기통신사업자 및 인터넷 서비스 사업자들의 주요 이슈가 되고 있다. 이에 IETF에서도 시장의 빠른 변화와 요구에 발맞추어 VoIP 관련 기술들에 대한 표준화 이슈가 주요 쟁점으로 논의되고 있다. 특히, ITU-T의 H.323의 대안으로 제안된 SIP 관련 기술들에 대해 MMUSIC WG, SIP WG, SIPPING WG을 중심으로 활발한 활동과 토의를 통해 표준화 작업이 진행되고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 여러 번의 개정작업을 통해 제정된 SIP관련 표준들을 소개하고, SIP기반 인터넷 텔레포니 서비스 제공을 위한 IETF의 최신 동향에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.

Factors Influencing New Media Subscription Based on Multigroup Analysis of IPTV and DCTV

  • As the Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) service enters the broadcasting market, the competition intensifies. This paper explains the factors influencing new media subscription and their influential differences on IPTV and digital cable TV (DCTV). We use the information systems success model and gratification opportunity theory to develop our research model. We sample 621 people and collect their responses through web-based measuring software. Structural model analysis shows that the willingness to subscribe to a new broadcasting medium is influenced by three characteristics of the medium: media richness, interactivity, and video quality. Multigroup analysis reveals that motivation to use a medium partially differs between IPTV and DCTV. This research concludes that the IPTV service is not attractive enough to act as a substitute for the already existing DCTV. In addition, for the IPTV service to proliferate, its business model should be promoted with new and differentiated revenue structures and services. The managerial implications in this study help new media businesses set business goals and product functionality, and allocate resources for the continued diffusion of IPTV.
