일본의 유기농산물 유통실태 (The Actual State of Organic Products Marketing in Japan)

  • Recently. together with consumers' increasing concerns on food safety and environmental issues. there is increasing demand on the environmentally friendly agricultural products such as organic products. At present, Japan. as a biggest net importing country of the agricultural products. is a market of the international-scale in the organic product marketing. Also. it is expected that the possibility of market expansion in the future is very high. According to the 2000 agricultural census in Japan. the number of the environment-friendly agricultural farmers were 501.556 householders. This number is about 145 percent higher than that of the 1996 results of 204,600 householders. Organic products in Japan were mainly marketed through the producer and consumer cooperation, producers' cooperation, specialized marketing company etc. However, along with the department store, big supermarket and others' participation in the market recently, the marketing channels are diversified. As of October 1999, market sales of the organic products were estimated about 350 billion yen. It is expected that organic certification system, organic products import, resturant industry scale and others will be more influential factors on the market expansion of the organic products in the future.

  • The purpose of this paper is to extend and globalize the Walrasian evolutionary cobweb model in an independent single local market of Brock and Hommes ([3]), to the case of the global market evolution over an infinite chain of many local markets interacting each other through a diffusion of prices between them. In the case of decreasing demands and increasing supplies with a weighted average of rational and naive predictors, we investigate, via the methods of Lattice Dynamical System, the spatial-temporal behaviors of global market dynamics and show that some kind of bounded dynamics of global market do exist and can be controlled by using the parameters in the model.

ESG 채권 현황 및 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (Status, Challenges and Strategic Directions for the ESG Bond Market in Korea)

  • Recently, ESG bond issuance has been gradually spreading to banks and non-financial private companies in Korea. However, the Korean ESG bond market is still in its infancy in terms of size, diversity and investor base compared to the global ESG bond market. In other words, ESG bonds are rapidly forming in the global market, but are still in the formation stage in the domestic market, and various policy and practical measures such as system, incentives, and infrastructure are needed to activate them. In this paper, we examine the domestic and international status of ESG bonds in relation to responsible investment. In addition, this paper explores specific measures to revitalize the domestic ESG bond market in four aspects: establishing ESG bond standards, procedures and regulations, increasing ESG bond investment demand, increasing ESG bond issuance, building market infrastructure and market efforts. This study is expected to contribute to the development of the domestic ESG bond market and responsible investment.

Preliminary Study on Market Risk Prediction Model for International Construction using Fractal Analysis

  • Mega-shock means a sporadic event such as the earning shock, which occurred by sudden market changes, and it can cause serious problems of profit loss of international construction projects. Therefore, the early response and prevention by analyzing and predicting the Mega-shock is critical for successful project delivery. This research is preliminary study to develop a prediction model that supports market condition analysis and Mega-shock forecasting. To avoid disadvantages of classic statistical approaches that assume the market factors are linear and independent and thus have limitations to explain complex interrelationship among a range of international market factors, the research team explored the Fractal Theory that can explain self-similarity and recursiveness of construction market changes. The research first found out correlation of the major market factors by statistically analyzing time-series data. The research then conducted a base of the Fractal analysis to distinguish features of fractal from data. The outcome will have potential to contribute to building up a foundation of the early shock warning system for the strategic international project management.

  • 본 논문에서는 변화하는 LNG 해운환경에 의한 3∼5년 이내의 Spot 시장 등장 가능성을 시스템다이내믹스 방법으로 분석하고, 이러한 가능성에 대한 하주인 가스공사의 전략적 대응방안을 모색하였다. 즉, 하주와 해운선사가 상호 협력하여 국제적이고 자본집약적인 해운 및 조선 산업의 특징을 최대로 활용하면서 치열한 국제시장에서 모두가 발전하고 미래의 LNG 및 LNG선 Spot시장을 선점할 수 있는 전략과 이에 대응하기 위하여 필요한 선박 확보 방안으로 i) 하주가 직접 참여하는 방안, ii) 하주가 자회사를 통하여 참여하는 방안 그리고 iii) 하주가 컨소시엄을 통하여 참여하는 방안을 제시하였다.

Industrial Market Analysis System for Supporting Technology Commercialization of SMEs

  • Small and medium enterprises need a wide range of information regarding technologies, industries, market conditions, other companies, and products to facilitate identification of new growth opportunities and to respond quickly to changes in the business environment. Collecting such information, however, requires the input of resources (human resources, cost, and time), and the lack of marketability resulting from the shortage of such resources is often cited as the reason small and medium often fail in their effort to commercialize their technology. The purpose of this study was to analyze the environmental factors such as market concentration and the current level of competition to enable companies to make the necessary decisions when considering market entry following R&D planning and technology commercialization, or after the development of a new product. Also, an expert-based 5FORCE analysis can be performed using the KMAPS, an industry and market intelligence system: this facilitates automatic production of analyses based on the corporate finance and transaction data. The key contribution of the study is that it facilitates conveniently and quickly analyzing the 5 Forces, which had been a difficult task in the environmental analysis, and that the outcomes of this study empower companies in the decision-making process.

한우 가격 파동의 인과순환적 구조분석과 정책 시뮬레이션 (Causal Loop Analysis and Policy Simulation on the fluctuation of Korean Cattle Price)

  • This study aims to analyze the feedback loops and policy simulation of price fluctuation of Korean Cattle. The Korean Cattle market shows the 'Cycle of Beef' since 1970. In general, the market for agricultural commodities exhibit repeated cycles of prices and production. Why Beef products market in Korea shows the fluctuation of cattle and beef price repeatedly for forty years? To find an answer, this paper explores the feedback structure of the dynamics of the beef market by the systems thinking and build a stock-flow diagram model for the simulation of future behavior of the market sector of the Cattle. The dynamic simulation model was developed to identify and analyze the cyclical behavior among many variables, which is the number of cattle (calves, cow, etc.), the price of cattle, the demand for beef, the desirable number of cattle, slaughter, etc. The results of this study demonstrate that dominant feedback loops between the number of cattle and livestock prices. The demand for Beef and slaughter with time delay, also the results of the simulation to explain the persistence of future price fluctuations and actions meat market until 2025.

  • 국내건설시장의 성장 한계에 따른 경쟁 심화와 해외건설시장의 개방 및 호황에 따른 글로벌 경쟁 속에서 국내건설기업들은 급격하게 변하는 국내외 시장변화 상황에 대응하기 위해서 국내건설시장 수주 전략과 해외건설시장의 진입 확대 및 대규모 프로젝트 창출 등 변신을 위해 기업차원의 방안을 모색하고 있다. 이는 결국 건설기업들이 국내외의 중장기적인 건설시장의 변화를 예측하고 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 대응방안을 수립하는 것이 기업생존의 중요한 관건임을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 시장 및 제도 등 외부 환경의 변화에 따른 건설기업의 대응방안을 모색하고, 시간의 흐름에 따른 전략의 효과를 예측하기 위해 건설기업의 내부적 역량과 전략, 정부 및 국내외 시장 등 외부 환경의 핵심 영향인자를 도출하고, 영향인자 들의 인과지도 작성을 통해 각 인자들의 영향관계와 도출될 수 있는 전략 및 그 효과를 분석할 수 있는 평가모델의 구축방법론을 정립하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 시스템다이내믹스 시뮬레이션을 통한 정량적 분석모델 구축에 있어 기본 프레임워크 자료로 활용될 것이며, 급변하는 건설환경 속에서 건설기업이 수립하는 전략의 향후 효과를 미리 예측해 봄으로써 기업차원에서 효과적인 신규 전략을 수립할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

종합·전문건설사업자의 상호시장진출 의향 및 참여방식 분석을 통한 종합·전문간 업역철폐에 따른 건설시장 변화 예측 (Forecasting the Changes in Construction Market by Analyzing General·Specialty Contractors' Perception on Business Area Abolition)

  • 본 연구는 건설생산체계 개편에 따른 종합·전문건설사업자 간 상호참여 가능한 시장규모를 분석하고, 설문조사를 통하여 실제 시장 참여자의 시장진출 의향 및 방식을 분석하여, 향후 건설시장의 변화를 분석하고 예측하였다. 먼저, 종합·전문건설사업자의 업무 내용 연관성, 등록기준 유사성, 종합·전문 상호참여 가능한 시장을 분석을 통하여 종합공사업종과 전문공사업종 간 연계성 비율을 살펴보았다. 선행연구들의 통계자료에 의존한 추정의 한계를 극복하기 위해, 실제 시장 참여자의 시장진출 행태를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 건설 생산체계 개편이 건설시장에 미치는 영향을 보다 구체적으로 분석하기 위하여, 종합·전문건설사업자를 대상으로 상호시장 참여 의향, 참여방식 등에 관하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과, 종합건설사업자의 52%가 전문시장에 참여 의향이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 전문건설사업자의 55.1%가 종합시장에 참여 의향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 토공사, 철근콘크리트공사, 시설물유지관리, 상하수도설비공사, 실내건축공사업 시장에 참여 의향이 높은 것으로 분석되었으며, 공사 규모로는 5억~30억 미만 규모의 사업에 대한 경쟁이 예상된다. 본 연구를 통해 건설산업 생산체계 개편으로 인해 건설업체가 당면하게 되는 주요 환경변화를 이해하고, 이러한 변화에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • Even the terms is strange, "new transport system" was introduced into our country with the beginning of Yong-In LRT in 2005. domestic new transport system market amounts to the 13 trillion Won and 78 projects are intended to or already started construction. In the beginning of introduction, overseas rolling stock companies such as simens, bombardier controlled over the rolling stock market, but after Rotem, WooJin rushed into the market, desperate competing system was equipped between internal and external companies. but each system has advantage and disadvantage, so each project should be analyzed technologically and economically in terms of operators and also users. this research can be helpful to introduce optimal system through the each items' analysis.
