There are many pros and cons for whether smart glasses and watch would be further going technology or not beyond smart phone. What have to do domestically is to find acting ways to catch up with technological gap in short term basis through analyses and investigations in technological issues, patents profile, market forecast. In this paper, firstly we investigate and review technological issues and form factors of smart glasses and HMD, and secondly analyze technological tendency and identify their core technology and intension from global key player's patents analyses connected with smart glasses, and conclusively suggest technological prospects and it's countermeasures.

In China, agricultural mechanization has played a remarkable, role in development of agricultural economy. This paper introduces briefly the contribution of agricultural mechanization to agricultural production , the level of mechanization , sciences and research , industry of farm machinery etc., at present. From macro view , aim at year 2000 , the prospects based on estimation concerned with the developing tendency , market demands, research fields are presented . The development of agricultural mechanization in China depends on many factors, in coming years, chance and challenge are coexistent. It wall take a long time for China to realize farm mechanization.

This is a brief review and discussion for present status and prospects of quality evaluation in medicinal plants as oriental medicine materials (OMM). Quality in medicinal plants could be defined as the combination of origin, external appearance, effectiveness and safety, and be evaluated by plant taxonomic, morphological, physiochemical and biological methods. For high-quality improvement and standardization of OMM, medicinal plants should be produced through using proper species or good variety and standard cultivation method in suitable cultivation area. Standardizing of quality means to meet with minimum qualifying criteria of OMM in the market while improving of quality to be over standard quality of medicinal piano in production. For making new high quality and standardized products, we need to keep standard field plants, standard OMM, standard plant specimen, and standard compounds. Researchers and administration have to study and propose the quality factors and their evaluating techniques and criteria, so high-quality and standardized produce of medicinal plane could be produced and distributed under the control of the relevant regulations, and would be contributed to increasing of national health.

전력선 이용 통신(PLC)은 전화선, CATV 망, 위성에 이어 제4의 통신망 산업으로 급부상하고 있다. 본 고에서는 피엘콤 이더넷 PLC를 중심으로 PLC의 기술특성 및 인터넷 접속가격 비교를 통해 국내 PLC 시장을 전망하였다. PLC는 기술적인 측면에서 제한된 전송전력, 높은 부하 간섭, 가변감쇠, 그리고 임피던스 레벨 등의 단점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 속도 및 가격 측면에서는 절대 및 비교우위를 가지고 있다. 따라서 기술적인 문제점들을 해결하여 상용화에 성공할 경우 기존의 인터넷접속 서비스 상품과 경쟁하는 제3의 유선통신망으로 등장하면서 기존 통신서비스 시장의 구도를 크게 바꾸어 놓을 것으로 전망된다.

It is well known that the aromatic polycarbonate of bisphenol A (hereafter BPA polycarbonate) possesses superior transparency, exceptional toughness, high heat resistance and mechanical properties, which allow it to be diversely used for automotive, electrical, electronic, appliance and optical industries. In this paper, polycarbonate is reviewed on not only prospects of technology but market trend from the industrial point of view. It also demonstrates the diverse applications of polycarbonates with respect to its development history.

정보통신의 비약적인 발전과 더불어 보건의료에 대한 사회적 인식 변화로 인해 의료 서비스에 대한 개선의 요구가 점차 증대되고 있다. 의료서비스와 정보통신의 결합은 e-Health라는 보건의료분야의 새로운 비즈니스 영역을 탄생시켰다. 늦은 감이 있지만, 국내에서도 e-Health 산업의 성장이 본격화됨에 따라 정책적으로도 이를 적극 육성하려는 움직임을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 영국, 일본, 미국의 e-Health 현황을 살펴보고 국내 e-Health 산업에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Environments of electric power industries are fastly changing due to the WTO, opening of the capital market and free trade. Accordingly, it is very important to invest in technical developments for securing international competitive power. But our construction techniques in T/L are insufficient in comparing with the advanced countries. This paper suggests the status and prospect of construction techniques of domestic and foreign countries in T/L, including developing prospects of T/L constriction.

차원 입체 디스플레이는 시각 정보를 디스플레이에 전달하여, 화면에 표시되는 영상을 시청자로 하여금 3차원적으로 인식하게 하는 디스플레이 장치이다. 이는 현재 상용화가 진행중인 HDTV와 함께 차세대 디스플레이로 주목되었고, 이에 따르는 의료, 광고, 방송, 군사, 영화 등 인접산업으로의 폭넓은 파급효과가 기대되어 일본, 미국, 유럽 등을 중심으로 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 고에서는 이러한 3차원 입체 디스플레이의 국내외 기술개발과 시장 동향을 통해, 국내 업계가 관련 원천기술을 확보하고 주력해야 할 분야에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

In modern conditions of world economic development the integral element of stable social and economic development of the separate countries of the world is the level of their transport infrastructure development, on the one hand capability to effectively provide economic communications between regions inside the country, and capability to integrate into world economic. The condition of a transport infrastructure and its possibility in sphere of maintenance of national participants of foreign trade are reflected in many respects on competitiveness of production, made by them, in the world market and, as consequence, on a country role in economic.

In this paper the recent studies of digital governor for the Diesel Engine in Korea is summarized and that of usage in the marine and land field as of power plant is analyzed for the interest and development of the enterprise with relation with relation to this industrial part. Our investigation shows that until now the studies on the digitl governor are mainly carried out in KMU and land usage for the power plants is increased gradually because reliance of digital governor is improved and system for the maneuvering and monitoring the plants is computerized.
