본 연구는 중국의 대학교와 연변대학교의 최근의 개혁동향에 대해 살펴보았다. 중국의 근대 대학교 교육은 발전 역사가 짧지만 상이한 시대배경 속에서 부동한 발전과정을 겪어왔다. 특히 50년대 이후 사회주의 시장경제체제를 본격적으로 실시하면서 대학교 교육은 급격한 변화를 가져왔다. 주요한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중앙과 지방정부에서 고도로 집중적인 관리를 하던 체제로부터 대차교의 자율성을 발휘시키기 위한 운영자주권을 대폭 확대하였다. 그리하여 대학교는 자체의 능력에 따라 다양한 방식으로 학교를 운영할 수 있는 적극성을 고양시켰다. 둘째, 시장경제체제에 적응하기 위한 노력이 돋보인다. 여기에는 대학교 자금조달, 학교 운영형식, 대학생의 입학과 졸업 등 다양한 측면에서 반영되었다. 셋째, 대학교 교수들 사이에 경쟁체제를 도입하여 교수들의 적극성을 최대한으로 고양시켰다. 넷째, 대학교마다 치열한 경쟁 속에서 살아남기 위하여 차별화전략을 실시하였다. 전반적으로 중국의 대학교 교육은 최근에 들어와서 급속한 발전을 가져왔다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 아직도 중앙과 지방정부의 대학교에 대한 간섭이 여전히 존재하고, 대학교의 규모만 추구하고 질을 홀시하는 경향이 존재하며, 대학교에 대한 투자가 적고 자금지원에 있어 법적인 보호가 부족하며, 대학교 내부의 민주화 관리가 부족한 등의 문제점들이 남아 있다. 이와 같은 문제점들은 앞으로 개혁과정에서 지속적으로 풀어 나아가야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Why are auctions so prevalent in fisheries fields\ulcorner One answer is, perhaps, that fisheries products have no standard value. The price of any catch of fish (at least of fish destined for the fresh fish market) depends on the demand and supply conditions at a specific moment of time, influenced by prospective market developments and prices must be remade for each transaction. There are various auction schemes including written-bid method in Korea. It is difficult to make decision the application of auction selling in market distribution. One reason is the absence of adequate data on which to base firm statements. There is very little precise information about the relative volume handled by auction scheme as compared with other sales schemes Because of the paucity reliable data, one must depend largely on qualitative in attempting to above this problem. This paper is designed to examine which auction scheme is more efficient as a economic tool by introducing the three auctions, as samples, utilized in Koheung peninsula. Koheung coast with abundant fisheries resource, locates on the Middle-South part in Korea and has three auction firm operating by fisheries cooperatives. fur selling of dry fish included sea weed, live fish and fresh fish respectively, As a result, 1 found that there are three interesting auction schemes as follow : 1. More than one winners are selected as buyers. The highest bidder can at first get fishes he wants to buy, second winner can get surplus fishes after the highest bidder employes one's privilege with the highest pay, and next winner would be a buyer if fishes would be left in sequence after being sold with higher price. Every fisherman can sell one' s fishes with equal unit price if he delivery it to the winner within one day. Therefore, all the vendors feel they are equal members of fisheries cooperation. 2. Written-bid pricing on the cover of handy book. It is easy to write and to erase the figure more than on the small black board, and is convenient also to keep in the pocket. 3. Auctioning on the fixed platform with fixed fish tank is a very fast auction scheme in spite of short displaying time. Auctioneer presides bidding at one place on the fixed platform, instead of moving, vendors should carry a container of live fishes in the fish tank into showing table in front of would-be buyers and auctioneer. Although the applicability of the auction system to a marketing problem depends in part on subjective considerations by those making decision, basically it is a matter of comparative economic efficiency. In general, if the scheme maximizes returns in relation to the effort expanded by both buyers and sellers, it will be utilized. If it does not, a more efficiency may take place over a period of time, but, even more important, those making decisions may become aware of the potentialities of new schemes. Therefore, in order to applicate the three interesting auction schemes introduced in this paper to other fisheries market, it is necessary not only to analyze many other auction schemes but also to compare the economic efficiency those schemes utilizing in other fisheries market.

최근 정부의 미래에너지변환 정책에 따라 천연가스를 활용한 분산발전 시장은 점차 확대될 것으로 예상된다. 분산발전은 전력 수요지 주위의 소규모 발전원을 활용하는 발전방식으로 송배전 인프라 구축 비용과 운용비용, 전력손실을 줄일수 있는 장점이 있다. 천연가스를 이용한 분산발전의 대표적인 예로 Trigeneration System이 있다. 본 연구에서는 Trigeneration System에서 발생되는 냉열 및 엔진 배열을 이용하여 공조대상 실내의 습공기를 제습/냉방/난방 하는 제습공조시스템의 성능 분석에 대한 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 제습공조시스템 입출구 온도차가 커질수록 시스템 효율은 높아지고 일반공조시스템 대비 에너지 소비량이 감소하는 것을 알 수 있었다.

On the stage of an international trade with well-developed transportation, communication system and proliferation of free trade, global companies who are eager to sustain business growth by cutting cost and pioneering new market are facing a new challenge named "Global Compliance" of business transparency, export and import regulations, and potential international business environment. The purpose of a global compliance is to monitor and regulate a company's trade activities to reduce the risk of transactions that might violate relevant countries' laws, regulations, or standards. After the 911, for strengthening the non-proliferation of the export control goods, UNSCR1540(United Nations Security Council Resolution 1540(2004)) was declared in order to enforce the members to adopt the rules in the resolution into their national laws and regulations. Companies does not realized that they need to get rid of the risks because they underestimate the importance of international security, caused by their careless management. That is why currently the export control program is not fully observed by the most. Lack of awareness for the export control and the poor system of each members could be the reason for this unstable operating status. With this background, this thesis will study on the meaning of export control, schemes for companies to recognize its importance and governmental guideline to support global companies.

Railroad started from invention of stream locomotive at the beginning of the industrial revolution. Development of diesel and electric locomotives in railroad induced science and technology since the industrial revolution. Korean high-speed train so-called high-speed train project, is localized 86.7%(compared to price), 92%(compared to number of parts). This technology has been contributed to KTX since 2004. High-speed railway was developed to integrated system, which is contained high technology such as civil, mechanical and electrical technology. This effects to advanced technology across the board science, technology, industry. High-speed railway is fast, safe, comfortable, eco-friendly as next generation's representative transportation. Furthermore it is inaugurate the era of the new railroad. Korea is opened the high-speed railway following Japan, France, Germany, Spain. Korea became the fifth nation of the high-speed railway. It joins the rank of developed countries operating at the speed of 300km/h. Especially, KTX is emerging as advanced transportation with reducing logistics costs significantly due to time advantage and transportation revolution. The purpose of this study is to present the strategy through internal and external railway market's analysis for Korea railway system's globalization expansion(overseas expansion).

We performed this study to understand the health status and food intake of North Koreans. Information was collected by individual closed in-depth interviews of 11 escapers from North Korea as well as books, newspapers and North Korean movies. Interviews were done from October, 1996 to May, 1997, covering their heights and weights, their appearance and disease, food system and intake of various main/side foods, concern about health and hygiene. North Korean's height and BMI were lower than those of South Koreans. Difference of BMIs between North and South Koreans was profound in middle aged women than in other age groups. Childrem showed many malnutrition appearances of moon face, large abdomem, arrow-like legs, flaky skin, decolored hair, etc.. Main foods in North Korea were rice-shaped corn, corn flour, wheat flour and wet noodle, and side foods were kimchi and/or soups and steamed soy paste. Food supply system there seemed not to work normally for many years, so foods, especially in cities, has been extremely short in government-operating shops, but some in private market. Many housewives were eager to make and sell simple snack food products, We noticed that North korea schools didn't check students' health even though their medical policy was based on preventive medicine. Their living environmental hygiene was shown to be oyt of control.

This paper considers a firm that operates make-to-stock and make-to-order facilities in successive stages. The make-to-stock facility produces components which are consumed by the external market demand as well as the internal make-to-order operation. The make-to-order facility processes customer orders with the option of acceptance or rejection. In this paper, we address the problem of coordinating how to allocate the capacity of the make-to-stock facility to internal and external demands and how to control incoming customer orders at the make-to-order facility so as to maximize the firm's profit subject to the system costs. To deal with this issue, we formulate the problem as a Markov decision process and characterize the structure of the optimal inventory allocation and customer order control. In a numerical experiment, we compare the performance of the optimal policy to the heuristic with static inventory allocation and admission control under different operating conditions of the system.

IoT 디바이스와 관련한 시장이 확대됨에 따라 이와 관련한 보안 침해 사고의 규모가 상당할 것으로 예측된다. 이에 따라 국내 정보보호와 관련한 법제 정비를 위한 움직임 또한 활발해지고 있으며, 강화된 정보통신망 법이 시행되었다. IoT 관련 침해 사고는 재정적 피해뿐만 아니라 인명 사고로도 이어질 수 있기 때문에, IoT 디바이스 보안에 큰 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IoT 디바이스가 갖춰야 할 필수 보안기능을 법제적 관점과 기술적 관점을 통해 시사점을 제시하고, 이와 관련한 기술들을 분석한다. 이는 Start-up 개발자나 IoT 디바이스 설계자에게 참고자료로 활용될 수 있다.

The leisure life pattern of people is changing to a familial and enthusiastic way that eventually develops the camping culture. Thus, the number of campers and the size of camping market have been dramatically increased due to significant expansion of camping people. However, many camp grounds and facilities are operating without a proper registration by government rules and regulations. In addition, many of electronic and gas equipment and tools are not used in a safe way and in a safety regulatory boundary. Therefore, campers at the camping ground is situated in a fire and safety hazard. In addition, there is limitation in rules and regulations associated with camping ground safety and fire. This study analyzed the fire and hazard guidelines and rules regulations of developed countries of campground and compared them to the current situation in South Korea. Therefore, this study is to develop a safety and fire hazard guidelines and rules and regulations related to camp ground operation, gas and electronic equipment operation and management. The study will eventually reduce the future fire and safety incidents in a campground in South Korea.

In this study, It is assumed that customers are both usage unit of spare parts and stores of displaying and selling the goods that are installation unit of having the spare parts. The demand pattern through the effective order of spare parts and issue list in installation unit is investigated based on the assumption. Current ASL (Authorized Stockage List) selection of the army has been conducted in the way of using the analysis result of real usage experiences on spare parts used during the Korea War. For this study, ASL selection criteria and procedures based on army regulations and field manuals are specified. Since the traditional method does not presents the association analysis on spare parts used for the current equipment operating and does not have the clear criterion and analysis system about the ASL selection, in order to solve these problems, it was carried out that the association rule is employed for analyzing relationship between the effective order and issue list of the spare parts in point of the spare parts between usage unit and occurring month about purchase spare parts based on the star-schema table. Finally the new ASL selection way using the analysis result is proposed.
