Korea's new high-speed train opened for business on April 1, 2004. This paper examines the passenger demand variation between major train stops on Kyung-Bu corridor. The analysis scrutinized the demand transition and market responses by the opening of KTX. Demand analysis is subcategorized with routes and train classes. The study used the data from the survey between January 2003 and August 2004 and the route sections were between major trains stops including Seoul, Cheonan, Daejeon, Daegu and Busan on Kyung-Bu corridor.

With the opening of the KTX and establishing the KORAIL(Korea Railroad Corporation) in January 2005, KORAIL would like to go aboard to oversea railway market. The purpose of this study suggests how to facilitate and manage international marketing method such as 3C's analysis on KORAIL oversea railway development business. This study findings suggest both KORAIL change integrated international organization and KORAIL should have strategic alliance with other special railway-fields korean companies to deal with oversea E&M turn-key projects.

급격한 가격변동에 대한 다양한 속성을 갖는 주가 기대치가 상이하여 기대치 가격을 중심으로 주가가 오르고 내리는 현상이 항상 발생한다. 이 현상은 Gibbs Effect와 매우 흡사한 성격을 갖고 있다. 장이 시작할때와 끝날때의 변동성을 수학적으로 모델링하고 이를 기반으로 한 거래기법을 연구 할 필요성을 갖게되어 시스템구현을 통해 매매기법을 분석하게 되었다.

This paper, based on two engineering industry SME case studies, traces the origin and process of technological innovations enabling the development and introduction of new products leading to market expansion and enterprise growth. The study throws light on how entrepreneurs played a decisive role in recognizing market opportunities, building up crucial in-house technological capability, supplementing it with appropriate external assistance, to carry out technological innovations. A constant interaction with its customers is in-built into the system. As a result, the SMEs could achieve successful product innovations leading to their gradual growth, over time. Finally, based on the observations and inferences derived out of the two cases, a theoretical construct of the growth of innovation in SMEs is postulated. This is done linking the three stages of their development: (i) start-up and stabilizing, (ii) building up technological capability and implementing innovations; and (iii) opening up of new markets resulting in firm growth.

Recently domestic building market in the face of 3D, in addition to construction cost increase, materials lack problems and opening a building market to foreign countries, is trying to find out the efficient ways of overcoming these problems. Recently, FTA is quickly spreading out all over the world. In Korea, roles of trade in the economy are significantly important. Therefore, in order to adapt quickly to changed international trade environment, FTA negotiation and its agreements have been accelerated. In Korea, the trade deficit is expected to continue in telecommunications services sector. Meanwhile, pressures to open the market have been intensified in telecommunications services at WTO and FTA negotiations. Therefore, in the middle of opening the market, the expansion plans to increase the competitiveness of our telecommunications services are required to be searched. Thus, in this paper, we reviewed the Korea trade policy status related to telecommunications services based on realistic situation. Also, after reviewing the trade issues which are raised in the WTO and FTA negotiations, the major issues in WTO and FTA were driven to the lessons.

This study explored the ridership pattern between Seoul and Busan after the introduction of KTX in 2004. Since the KTX opening, average daily passengers on the Kyungbu lines have increased. These figures clearly indicate that the transportation network is becoming railroad-centric. However, the operation. of the KTX will leave many existing Saemaul and Mugunghwa train sets idle, which will be put into operation for areas, not covered by the KTX. Statistics show that the railroad ridership is clarified the distinction between train service levels. So, our paper studied the change of market share by service levels between Seoul-Busan line which is a long distance route.

The present problem of this country building market in the face of 3D, in addition to a rise in construction cost, materials problems and opening a building market to foreign countries, is finding the efficient ways of overcoming these problems. So the efficacy of form work in technical improvement becomes important through scientific methods of the design and construction as advancement in th study of strength for Permanent form mortar is possible. According to the increment of polymer-cement ration, the degree of bending strength and compressive strength and impact strength increases. The optimum volume content of glass fiber seemed to be about 2.5% considering the distribution of glass fiber, workability and economy.

In the meantime Korean Insurance Industry has been developed a steady growth under government's political protection. But insurance market seems to be opened unavoidably owing to the liberalization of international trade by the Agreements of UR and the bloc of economy by EC Integration and the Organization of NAFTA. By the above reason, especially, in case of hull insurance, the rate of hull insurance is being instituted as a problem. Accordingly the recognition for the problem like this, in thsi study, explained the major objectives of rate making and described the basic rate making methods that are used in property and liability insurance, and searched the rate making schemes of hull insurance rate of the major nations by comparing method. And as a conclusion, the writer presented several schemes including new rate making scheme of hull insurance rate and the security of statistical data about loss ratio, and the establishment of Korean Hull Insurance Association.
