Industry competition environment is not being meaning of internal and external distinction. This may be phenomenon of globalization progress. In this time, we wish to examine present level in our enterprise and also analyze cause relation between 7 category of China Excellence Performance model which is modified Malcolm Baldridge Model and compare with China enterprise by using the same questionnaire with China. It is right opportunity to obtain information by comparing China enterprise with the Korea. This questionnaire composition and contents used as it is questionnaire contents that enforce in 2007 in China CAQ. The survey on Korea enterprises' is 509 by KSA in 2008, China is surveyed 1679 by CAQ in 2007. In Korea 'leadership', 'strategy planning', 'customer and market', 'measurement, analysis and improvement' 'resources management' and 'process management' stronger than China, but in China 'performance results' is stronger than Korea.

Diphenyl-2-ethanolamidophosphate (DPEOAP) was synthesized to treat polyester fabrics in order to improve its flame retardancy. The flame retardancy and physical properties of DPEOAP-treated polyester fabrics were investigated. The results were as follows: 1) polyester fabrics can be treated with DPEOAP by means of Pad-Dry-Cure method, because DPEOAP was easily soluble in benzene. 2) The most economic conditions of treatment were determined as 10% of DPEOAP cocentration, $140^{\circ}C$ of curing temperature, and 2 minutes of curing time. 3) Though the washablity of DPEOAP is low in comparison with the other products which are purchasable in a market, it has an excellent flame retardment effect 3 times more than in number of flame contact just with 0.66% add-on. 4) The physical properties of DPEOAP treated polyester fabrics were little changed as compared with non-treated fabric.

With the development of medical technology, economic growth and increased interests In health in our society nowadays, the male and female average length of life has continued to increase. In response to the rapid aging phenomenon, diverse paid residential facilities for the elder have geometrically emerged in a short period, but compared to their quantitative increase, the kinds of facilities are not diverse and the quality of the facility environment also is not at the desirable level in comparison with the economic and intellectual level. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to analyze the residential space from a perspective of marketing and establish the residential environment for the elder in response to the expansion of the market of the paid residential facilities for the elder in the future.

The aim of this paper is to provide a new model to evaluate the quantitative value of technology(nonfinancial benefits). This new model is based on the technology stock(technology level) ac-quired in R&D process. The model can explain the quantitative relation between the technology stock(level) and the market value of technology as considering the R&D expenditure to acquire technologies above a certain level(>70%) in comparison with the advanced country and the cost to prevent the technology obsolescence. The value of non-destructive testing technology which is one of the electric power technology is measured quantitatively as a case study.

In all larger hardmetal workshops furnaces for dewaxing, vacuum sintering or vacuum and overpressure sintering are today's standard. The furnace technology is well established. Equipment specifications such as operating overpressure, determine sintering cost, product quality, safety and reliability of the furnace and ultimately influence the competitiveness of the hard metal procucer in the global market. Essential furnace requirements are an efficient utilization of the furnace, an environmental friendly dewaxing system, high temperature uniformity, metallurgical treatment with process gases, as well as reduced cooling time by means of rapid cooling. Examples of reduced sintering costs are described achieved using a new design of vacuum sintering furnace with an improved rapid cooling device, cooling times are reduced by up to 45%. Additionally, a cost comparison of two different designs of vacuum overpressure sintering furnaces are included.

The various type of polymer such as silicone, modified silicone, polyurethane, etc are being used in domestic construction sealant market. Once sealant is installed in building, it should maintain their specific performances such as preventing moisture, rain, air, etc against environment conditions for several decades. In this study, weather resistance as per polymer type of sealant has been evaluated using QUV accelerated weathering tester. As a result, weather resistance of silicone is highest and modified silicone is lowest in the comparison of other type of polymer.

This study is intended to suggest1 the optimized data mining model for the efficient customer credit evaluation in the capital finance industry. To accomplish the research objective, various data mining models for the customer credit evaluation are compared and analyzed. Furthermore, existing models such as Multi-Layered Perceptrons, Multivariate Discrimination Analysis, Radial Basis Function, Decision Tree, and Logistic Regression are employed for analyzing the customer information in the capital finance market and the detailed data of capital financing transactions. Finally, the data from the integrated model utilizing a genetic algorithm is compared with those of each individual model mentioned above. The results reveals that the integrated model is superior to other existing models.

Data mining technique is used to find hidden knowledge by massive data, unexpectedly pattern, relation to new rule. The methods of data mining are decision tree, association rules, clustering, neural network and so on. Clustering is the process of grouping the data into clusters so that objects within a cluster have high similarity in comparison to one another. It has been widely used in many applications, such that pattern analysis or recognition, data analysis, image processing, market research on off-line or on-line and so on. We analyze Gyeongnam social indicator survey data by 2001 using twostep clustering technique for environment information. The twostep clustering is classified as a partitional clustering method. We can apply these twostep clustering outputs to environmental preservation and improvement.

TFT-LCD process has two advantages as compared with the semiconductor-process. It is that cycle time is short and number of the final products are small. But it needs complicated inspection / assembly line to be treated manually and much higher labor costs in the TFT-LCD process. Also, It is necessary to build PICS(Production Information and Control System) which is automated and intelligent. In this paper, an automated process of LCD module assembly line that can increase productivity and reduce the cost of production to strengthen the competitiveness corresponding with global market is planned in comparison with its manual/semi-auto. It is noted that The automated line for COG$\sim$FOG process replacing with the existing facilities had the following effects; the productivity is increased to about 1.5 times and labor cost reduced 85%. In addition, whole assembly line can be short and simple.
