  • Compare and examined Full Auto Line of PV module Manufacture Equipment and PV module Manufacture Equipment in the Korea. Full Auto Line has been constructed with Cell Selection. Tabbing & Stringing. Module Setting, Lamination, Curing and Module Testing, and Module Manufacture Line in the Korea has been constructed with Tabbing & Stringing. Module Setting, Lamination and Module Testing. Laminator's temperature Control is the most important Variable in Manufacture of PV module. Temperature Transformation of Center part of PV module is most high at Lamination, and Edge part is most low.

  • The purpose of this research calculates the map manufacture cost and there are we even though we determine proper map price. We distinguished the budget item of NGI in 2003 with the direct cost to the overhead cost. A map manufacture cost classified a direct and overhead cost as a nap manufacture cost commonness cost and no relation cost and was calculated. The result to analyze the item of the charge, It is impossible to withdraw the map manufacture cost selling the map. This is because a map sale price inexpensive than the map manufacture price. We presented a two alternative in research to see consequently about a map price raising.

  • 안정적인 제동력을 제공함으로 운행 중에 제동 할 수 있는 휠체어 제동장치의 설계 및 제작을 목적으로 하며, 장치를 설계ㆍ제작함에 있어 설계 단계에서부터 가공기술자가 참가함으로서 아이디어 → 조립도 →, 부품도 → 도면 검토 및 가공가능성 판정, 설계변경 →제작 →설계변경의 순서를 통한 공정변화를 유도하였다 또한 외측 라체트 휠을 이용한 제동장치를 제작함으로서 기존의 설계제작에 따른 시행착오를 줄였다.

  • The utilization of waste and industrial byproduct materials, such as blast furnace slag, shales, poor coal and anthracite briquet ash, were investigated as a source of calcareous or argillaceous material in the manufacture of Portland cement. As a slag is similar to cement in chemical compoment and contains about 40∼50% of CaO, it's utilization in cement manufacture should be suitable. The burnability was increased and the heat of clinker formation was decreased by using slag. Some consideration should betaken in the use of large quantity because of sticking in suspension preheater kiln. Suitable quantities of colliery shales and poor coal should be useable in cement manufacture as a argillaceous materials and also its combustible materials should be utilized in cement manufacture. Anthracite briquet ash is also usable as a argillaceous source and it gives good burnability.

한국 제조업체의 중국시장 진입유형 선택 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Selection Determinant Factor in the China Market Entry of Korean Manufacture Firms)

  • Korean firms have had a short history of foreign direct investment and export in China market entry. This present study empirically analyzed determinants of the choice of foreign market entry modes, Particularly forcusing on the China market entry on Korean manufacture firms. This study developed a research model to determinant factor in the China market entry and collected 77 survey responses from the Korean manufacture firms. This study model construct in the third factor, China market character, company character and product character. In China market character, the variance are China trade barrier, culture different, competition power. The variance in company character are internationalization experience, enterprise rage and entry motivation. Also the variance in product character are product different, customer service and cost advantage. It is researcher's main interest that which type of China market entry format brought most positive evaluation form the Korean manufacture firms. therefor, these research results turned out to be different a little both export and direct investment in China market of Korean manufacture firms.

제약산업 R&D 투자 효과분석

  • In general, manufacture of medicine has demerit of long period in investment effect, high risk, expensiveness through new drug development. At empirical test, R&D investment for new drug development positively affects on profit in manufacture of medicine. In Korea, effect on R&D investment in manufacture of medicine occur faster than previous period. Manufacture of medicine is value added industry, compared to other industries. Moreover, U.S & Japan in R&D expenditure on sales respectively has 10.1%, 8.07%. This is 3-4 times, compared to R&D expenditure on sales of Korea. Conclusionally, the importance of R&D investment increase more and more in future. So, manufacture of medicine and Companies related this will care for R&D investment.

  • A system in package (SiP) generally contains a variety of systems such as analog, digital, optical and micro-electro-mechanical systems, integrated in a system-level package connected through a substrate. However, there are many electrical and mechanical reliability issues including the reliability issue for embedded structures. A mismatch of thermal coefficients of expansion among packaging materials and devices can lead to warping or delamination in the package. In this study, the effect of material properties of underfill, such as Young's modulus and CTE, are investigated through FEM simulation. Experimental investigation on the warpage of the package is also carried out to verify the simulation results. The results show that the reliability of the system in package is closely related to the material properties of underfill. The results of this study provide a good guidance for the material selection when designing the system in package.

  • 게임개발에 사용되어지는 여러 가지 공정 중 게임제작의 정확한 흐름. 그리고 제작에 대한 이해가 보다 정확한 게임을 제작하리라 여긴다. 게임의 원인제공이 되는 영상제작에 있어 정확한 공정이해와 3D게임영상제작이해에 중심을 둔다. 실제 게임제품에 있어서는 게임을 기동했을 때에 표시되는 오프닝 무비, 이벤트 때에 삽입되는 Cut Scene등의 영상이 이 방법으로 생성되고 있다. 게임과는 다르지만 극장 영화에 있어서 특수효과 영상에서 3D게임영상이 이용되는 것이 게임 제작 시 고려되어야 할 그래픽이다. 게임플레이어가 보다 정확한 원인제공으로 그 게임에 몰입 할 수 있는 원인을 제공하리라 여겨진다.

사료제조공장 내 공기 중 세균과 진균 분포에 관한 연구 (Distribution of airborne microorganism in the feedstuff manufacture factory)

  • The objective of the study is to investigate the distribution patterns of airborne bacteria and fungi in the feedstuff manufacture factory. The mean levels of airborne bacteria and fungi in the feedstuff manufacture factory were $113({\pm}18)cfu/m^3$ and $89({\pm}5)cfu/m^3$ for pelleting process and $198({\pm}5)cfu/m^3$ and $124({\pm}12)cfu/m^3$ for powdering process, respectively. The percentage of respirable and total concentration of airborne bacteria and fungi in the feedstuff manufacture factory ranged from 60% to 90% and were higher in pelleting process than powdering process. The ratio of indoor and outdoor airborne microorganism exceeded 1.0 regardless of types of feedstuff manufacture process. Based on the result of the study, there would be an association between environmental factors such as relative humidity and carbon dioxide and airborne microorganism's bioactivity.
