Maxillary labial and buccal frena are considered as normal anatomic structures in the oral cavity. However, they may exist intraorally as a thick broad fibrous attachment and/or become located near the crest of the residual ridge, thus interfering with proper denture border extension resulting in inferior denture stability, retention and overall patient satisfaction. This case report highlights the importance of clinical examination and treatment planning which may mandate preprosthetic surgery prior to fabrication of a new conventional complete denture. Adequate patient satisfaction with conventional complete dentures can be significantly increased after frenectomy.

We have developed an optimization algorithm based formulation for performing efficient time driven simultaneous place and route for FPGAs. Field programmable gate array(FPGAs) provide of drastically reducing the turn-around time for digital ICs, with a relatively small degradation in performance. For a variety of application specific integrated circuit application, where time-to-market is most critical and the performance requirement do not mandate a custom or semicustom approach, FPGAs are an increasingly popular alternative. This has prompted a substantial amount of specialized synthesis and layout research focused on maximizing density, minimizing delay, and minimizing design time.

The information technology intensive society rapidly moves from manufacturing industry to information technology industry. This paradigm of Robot is depending on intelligent Robot instead of labor. The conventional Robot worked through environmental variation and shift of job. This Robot is unactively response to men's mandate. And, this Robot have had iterative jobs through manipulation of men. But, this intelligent Robot have new technology through society paradigm shift. The outstanding feature of this Robot is perception function and cognition, mobility and manipulation. The definition of original Robot means forceful and tedious, slavery job. This is from robota, robotnick of the Czech Republic. Karel Capek, a playwriter of the Czech Republic use of this letter at 'Rossum's Universal Robots'.

'Enhanced Cooperation', which was the mandate of Tunis Agenda in 2005, was the product of political compromise after failing to reach a consensus on global internet governance mechanism. In 2012, UN General Assembly decided to establish CSTD 'Working Group on Enhanced Cooperation (WGEC)' to find out what could and should be done to implement the Tunis Agenda. After a first meeting, WGEC sent out a questionnaire to collect extensive opinions from internet communities. Replies to the questionnaire showed a broad spectrum of perspectives on the problem of existing internet governance arrangement and how to improve it. This article analysed different perspectives, based on replies, especially regarding the concept and implementation of the Tunis Agenda, public policy issue and possible mechanisms, and the role of stakeholders including government. The recommendation of WGEC will be submitted to UN GA passing through CSTD and ECOSOC, in 2014, which is expected to have great impact on the future of internet governance.

To quickly determine the effect of the substitute component on the machine's performance is very important in the design and manufacturing processes. And minimizing machine cost and maximizing machine quality mandate predictability of machine accuracy. In this study, in order to evaluate the effects of the component's geometric errors and dimensions on the machining accuracy of gantry-type 5-axis machining centers, a geometric error analysis and virtual manufacturing system are developed based on the mathematical model for the shape generation motion of machine tool considering the component's geometric errors and dimensions, the solid modeling techniques and so on.

Recently policy and clouding system to mandate the introduction of BIM in construction industry, various sensors technology, BIM in ICT technology and fusion, such as 3D scanning and printing technology has been further activated. However, the expression level of diversification associated with it, plan within one of the BIM project, design, engineering, it is difficult to have a different application has been consistent for each field, such as construction. Thus fell the efficiency of BIM apply, it is difficult to determine the appropriate level of BIM in the business early stage in order destination of position. In this study, in order to solve this problem, by utilizing SLA used in the IT field, it attempts to explore scheme which can be evaluated targeted level of BIM suitable for business in the planning phase.

Company-wide initiatives mandate understanding the benefits of adopting e-Business. A benefits evaluation may ensure that the company's Web site in integral, rather than supplemental, to its business and revenue goals. Our research is motivated by the goal of extracting anticipated benefits factors of e-Business in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) in Korea. And we examined the impacts of anticipated benefits factors on the extent of assimilation in SMEs. Eight benefits factors emerged from this study: productivity, competitiveness, management, customer relationship, information quality, interorganization, cost down, and marketing. And competitiveness, customer relationship, interorganization, and marketing were influenced assimilation of e-Business in SMEs. But productivity, management, information quality, cost down did not.
