This study aims to confirm the effect of different types of interpersonal stress factors of private security officers that are prevalent in the course of carrying out their duties on job satisfaction and turnover intention. The authors have examined 175 of the 200 survey questionnaires distributed to the employees of private security firms located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province in December 2012. The result of the analysis indicates that the primary source of stress in the private security officers is the interaction with customers, followed by the relationships with colleagues and superior officers. In addition, colleague-related stress is found to be the only interpersonal stress factor with a statistically significant negative effect on job satisfaction, while both the stress from the relationships with colleagues and superior officers are positively correlated with turnover intention. Furthermore, the colleague-related stress is revealed to mediate job satisfaction which has a statistically significant effect on turnover intention. The result from the study emphasizes the importance of managing the interpersonal stress in private security officers and confirms the necessity of effectively handling the stressful situations in the relationships with colleagues. Moreover, in order to raise job satisfaction levels and minimize turnover which is vital in accomplishing the goal of each organization, causal factors of the stress need to be recognized and handled appropriately. This will provide the future research with an insight into the effective interpersonal stress management and examining other factors of job satisfaction and turnover intention of private security officers.
As global partnership is recently getting important in order to establish supply chain network in global managing environment, companies tend to improve quality and warranty in SCM(Supply Chain Management) by certifying ISO(International Organization for Standardization). This research investigated structural relationship how strategic and operational ISO application level and trust, immersion, collaborative factors in partnership process affect to companies business performance. This research was surveyed with 147 manufacturing companies in South Korea and conducted empirical analysis using Structural equation model. The research hypothesis and model was derived from the basis of existing theory and empirical research, and obtained the following results. Firstly, the strategic ISO level showed positive(+) effect on trust and immersion factor. Second, the operational ISO level showed positive(+) effect on trust and collaborative factor. Third, trust factor in the partnership process showed positive(+) effect on immersion factor. Lastly, collaborative factor in partnership process showed positive(+) effect on companies business performance. Implication for this research is that companies must consider ISO application in establishing partnership and companies require prolonged effort using trust, immersing, collaborative factors into partnership process to improve business performance.
The background of the research is the following: As a result of ultra-light flying device industry development, the utilization of drones and their efficiency have been increasing. However, problems regarding flight permission·approval procedure have not been improved, resulting in increased number of civil complaints. Thus, the purpose of this research is to minimize such civil petition according to the required standards of the two government organizations through enhancing the procedure for managing and employing the system. The research methods entail pinpointing the problems by analysing ultra-light flying device related literature review and by holding focus-interviews with field experts, thereby verifying and providing improved solutions. Under (MLIT) Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport supervision and in accordance with aviation security law, the research provides various updated functions such as improved civil petition processing system's employment and management system, flight approval, integration of names, process, format regarding aviation photographing approval, tool buttons such as the 'Main' button in the system's homepage. This research has the following expected effects : Firstly in the law and regulations section, the clear distinction in the missions and roles of each organization enhances cooperations in tackling civil petition. Secondly the integration of civil petition process reduces time and improves efficiency. And lastly, the improvement of supplementary tools for the public is expected to minimize civil petitions. Future research needs to be conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of National Defense(MND). Factors such as systematic infrastructure for flight photography approval, related unit's reorganization following the defense reform 2.0, and guaranteed conditions for field security action units need to be ameliorated.

This study reviews the scientific management theories and discusses those theories within the food service industry. By providing the principles and the practical implications of the theories on the food service industry, this study tries to identify their philosophies and usefulness to the industry so that the managers in the industry use them in their dylmanic operations. In the fastly changing modern globalized world, we now face a situation where it's becoming more and more difficult to mange a restaurant business. In order to build a food industry business that can maintain a continuous development in today's business environment, one will have to apply the professional management theory in a cost-reduce strategy. It is more important though to have managers, organization members, in short, any person who can work to be motivated in accomplishing these two major issues-income increase and cost reduction. In this erawhere it's getting so difficult for researches on possible strategies for these business managers to overcome their difficulties. It is for certain that in the upcoming second millenium the travel and tourism industry will be one of the world's biggest industry worldwide. Korea's hotel industry has developed since the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games and has shown great amount of competition within the same business. Thus managers have become acquainted with the "know-how" strategy and the practical and scientific managemnet theories were introduced. This helped not only to increase income but also to maximize profit. However, rather than concentration on the "Hard-ware" aspect "Soft-ware" related professional management strategies were developed along with professionalism and human service were emphazied. As such, the actual cost of food and beverages are for the hotel industry business managers the biggest shortterm expense item. Due to the natural state of food items, there is a great chance of "Loss" in preservance, and this is the reason it is complicated to effectively maintain food. As a consequence, very often, the failure to managea hotel or restaurant depends on the capability of the food and beverage preservance mangement: on how they are able to manage effectively the original price of food and beverage. Clinical nurses have tendency to change their job while providing care to patient, experiencing extreme stress with shift work, increased demands for technique, and heavy workload. At this point, it is time for investigating resilience in nursing part, and resilience affect to increase organizational commitment and decrease stress and exhaustion at organization. This study is a correlation study to investigate effects resilience on stress, exhaustion, and organizational commitment of clinical nurses. The results are as follows; The participants' resilience level is 3.38(${\pm}.38$), at the maximum of 5, stress level is 3.73(${\pm}.50$) at the maximum of 5, burnout level is 2.74(${\pm}.68$) at the maximum of 6 and organizational commitment level is 4.22(${\pm}.68$) at the maximum of 7. Ftom this study, resilience, stress, and burnout showed negative correlation, and resilience and organizational commitment revealed positive correlation. In order to decrease the clinical nurses' stress, burnout and enhance nurses' organizational commitment, nurse managers have to manage nurses' resilience. For increasing resilience of nurses, nurse manager has to develop resilience program, and training for managing nurses' stress and burnout.

This study had begun about the conflict between a lack of social adjustment and integration program for resident foreigners in Korea and a duplication of multicultural service in a specific area. This study was implemented through literature review and interview for analyses of the current status and problems of multicultural policy, subdivided into 3-stages model to reach the multiculturalism as multicultural policy process. The first stage suggested the unification of a channel for establishing a policies, reinforcing the functions of government ministries and the cooperation between the branches of the government. The second stage attempted to build the multicutural institutes network in a specific area unit, considering of the geographical and administrative environments. The third stage focused on the activities of individual organizations and proposed collaboration with library, school, support center for multi-cultural families, social service center, sport center, community center, and cultural facility. Additionally, 3-stages model emphasized on civic organization's role. This study was offered a meta-platform leaded by library community for sharing the information about planning and managing of multicutural programs and also mentioned significances for formulating multicutural policies. As a result, this study was presented and specified the 3-stages model to reach the multiculturalism, and verified the various considerations which have influenced the refinements of the multicultural policies as the demographic and geographical characteristics.

Managing and preserving parliamentary archives are significant national tasks. However, in South Korea significance of these tasks have not been recognized. The first exclusive organization for parliamentary archives management was established in 2000, It took about 50 years after the first South Korean government was established in 1948. The first legislation which regulated parliamentary archives management was enacted in 2001. There were no significant improvement on the regulation for the last decade. In April 2011 it was newly revised according to the amendment of the Act on Public Records Management. In this context this study critically analyzes the regulation and discusses various issues concerning the parliamentary archives management system. It divides the history of parliamentary archives management into four periods. It also explores four contentious issues ranging from parliamentary archive designation to archivists assignment. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyse research trends related to the evaluation of quality of nursing, thereby obtaining basic data relating to the identification of current situation of instrument development of quality of nursing, and of future research orientation and to the development of performance index of nursing organization. Method: The data were collected from June to December, 2002 through the review of total of 32 research papers which had evaluated quality of nursing among published papers in Korea from 1976 to August 2002. The analysis was done in terms of research period, the periodicals in which research papers were published, domains and the approaches of evaluation of nursing quality. The content analysis of lowest-level items amounting was performed using NIC developed by McCloskey & Bulecheck(1998) and consequential indices of quality of nursing developed by Chi(1995). Results: Twenty-three of 32 papers(71.8%) turned out to be published after 1995, indicating surging interest in the evaluation of quality of nursing from the mid 1990s. Also, ten of 12 research papers dealing with subjects' diseases were published after 1995. In content analysis of lowest-level items of the process-oriented evaluation of quality of nursing, the highest nursing intervention was patient education about procedure and treatment; followed in descending order by patient education about disease process, strengthening of communication, managing environment, infection control, admission care, defecation and urination care. In content analysis of lowest-level items of the outcome-oriented evaluation of quality of nursing, items of physical and psychological state, of patient and family satisfaction, of knowledge and home care, of change of patients' state, of addressing nursing issues, and of patient recovery were the outcome indicators in more than 60 percent research papers. Conclusion: The findings provided the foundation for their effective use in nursing practice with comparing and presenting various core evaluation items representing process and outcome domains.

There is a wide variety of data quality attributes such as the ones proposed by the ISO/IEC organization and also by many other domestic and international institutions. However, it takes considerable time and costs to apply those criteria and guidelines to real environment. Therefore, it needs to define data quality evaluation attributes which are easily applicable and are not influenced by organizational environment limitations. The purpose of this paper is to derive data quality attributes and order of their priorities based on customer requirements for managing the process systematically and evaluating the data quantitatively. This study identifies the customer cognitive constructs of data quality attributes using the RGT(Repertory Grid Technique) based on a Korean quality standard model (DQC-M). Also the correlation analysis on the identified constructs is conducted, and the evaluation attributes is prioritized and ranked using the AHP. As the results of this paper, the consistent system, the accurate data, the efficient environment, the flexible management, and the continuous improvement are derived at the first level of the data quality evaluation attributes. Also, Control Compliance(13%), Regulatory Compliance(10%), Requirement Completeness(9.6%), Accuracy(8.4%), and Traceability(6.8%) are ranked on the top 5 of the 19 attributes in the second level.
