  • In this paper, we propose over-reporting avoidance scheme which avoids congestion of network traffics by adjusting managed system's over-reporting, on the OSI network management model which reports events from managed system to managing system. In case of reporting events from managed system to managing system, management traffic concentration occurs, and it causes over-loading on the managing system and congestion on the network. This scheme takes advantage of feedback from managing system to managed system. Managed system transmits event reports as much as maximum event pertime allocated to itself to managing system, and it sets it's management variables to LOCK state and stops event reports as Threshold time is reached. At the time, managing system directs event reports again by using M-set primitive with referring it's status. With this scheme, distributed processing, dynamic network adaptation, convergence of optimal operation point is possible. In addition to it, a fairness is assured. In order to detect characteristics of the Unary feedback over-reporting avoidance scheme. It is observed a control capability of the event reporting and fairness of each nodes through measuring. ThresholdTime value. It is measured a number of mean activating nodes and maintained time of LOCK state according to event reporting load, and also measured lost ratio of management packet, queuing delay in managing system, and goodput to observe effects of general packet load. Binary feedback scheme. Unary feedback overreporting avoidance scheme and raw scheme on the OSI network management system each are compared and analyzed, and finally proved that the scheme proposed in this study performs better.

  • Recently, the introduction of Cloud Managing Security Services System to respond to security threats in cloud computing environments is increasing. Accordingly, it is necessary to analyze the security requirements for the Cloud Managing Security Services System. However, the existing research has a problem that does not reflect the virtual environment of the cloud and the data flow of the Cloud Managing Security Services System in the process of deriving the requirements. To solve this problem, it is necessary to identify the information assets of the Cloud Managing Security Services System in the process of threat modeling analysis, visualize and display detailed components of the cloud virtual environment, and analyze the security threat by reflecting the data flow. Therefore, this paper intends to derive the security requirements of the Cloud Managing Security Services System through threat modeling analysis that is an improved existing research.

  • From Korea Elevator Safety Institute's report, the major accident factor of elevator is user's mistake, 60%. It means that the necessity of simple monitoring system. In this paper, we explain the standard of elevator safety check and the rate of accidents, then compare with old elevator managing system and new elevator managing system based on IOT technology. Also, we explain the reliability statistics of smart managing system based on expert's decision. Finally, we propose the smart managing system as the alternative method for decreasing the accident factor of elevator.

  • Purpose: This study was attempted and completed in order to settle down and qualitatively improve web-based nursing education by evaluating effect and managing strategy of tutor. Method: The development of tutor's managing strategy was based on "The Self-regulated Learning" and "The supportive Learning", then it was applied to 79 learners in one of the cyber-learning centers. After applying the tutor's managing strategy, self-regulated learning scale, attitude for school, preference for computer and academic achievement were evaluated. The development of tutor's managing strategy for web-based nursing education are consisted of participation promotion, psychological support and motivation, recognition and promotion strategy of learning activity, management strategy of evaluating stage. Result: The levels of learner's self-regulated learning, recognition, behavior, attitude on the school and learning achievement were meaningfully increased in statistics after applying for the managing strategy of tutor. The motivation level and learning participation kept high scores from the beginning with no significant statistical changes. Conclusion: It is required to develop an educational program for cultivating well-educated tutors in order to help the effective learning process of nurses based on understanding characteristics of learners.

  • The aim of the research is to suggest the compensating strength values depending on various managing periods of concrete based on the strength development model calculated with equivalent age method for OPC 100 % concrete. As a result, for 28 days of managing period, 6, and 3 MPa of compensating strength values were suggested when the temperatures were from 4 to 9℃, from 9 to 17℃, respectively. Additionally, for 42 days of managing period, 3MPa of compensating strength value was suggested when the temperature was from 4 to 10℃, and for 56 days of managing period, 3 MPa of compensating strength value was suggested when the temperature was from 4 to 5℃. Furthermore, for 28, 42, 56, and 91 days of managing periods, any compensating strength values were needed when the temperature were higher than 17, 10, 5, and 4℃, respectively.

  • The research is to suggest the compensating strength values depending on various managing periods of concrete based on the strength development model calculated with equivalent age method for 20% of blast furnace slag replaced concrete. As a result, for 28 days of managing period, 9, 6, and 3MPa of compensating strength values were suggested when the temperatures were from 4 to 6℃, from 6 to 12℃, from 12 to 17℃, respectively. Additionally, for 42 days of managing period, 6 and 3MPa of compensating strength value was suggested when the temperature was from 4 to 7℃, from 7 to 12℃, and for 56 days of managing period, 3MPa of compensating strength value was suggested when the temperature was from 4 to 9℃. • The internet is enabling a new economy based on the networking of human knowledge. While the benefits of connecting people to people, people to information and people to data within an organization are becoming more recognized and appreciated, much less is known about managing knowledge creation and dissemination across corporate boundaries. This paper addresses the challenges associated with selecting the best collaborative strategy and managing relationships which span organizational cultures and boundaries.

  • During the fierce competition among the companies, improvement of logistics center managing efficiency is importantly recognized. Among them, studies on improvement of picking work process on about 55% of logistics center managing costs are continuously conducted. And, most of studies focus on analysis on strengths and weaknesses of picking method performable on the stage of logistics center design, etc, so the purposes of this research are to define load location rule by product releasing frequency in logistics managing environment based on conveyer and suggest expected effects by simulation analyzing method to improve picking managing efficiency.

  • This study examined the influences of infants' age for the first use of smart devices and the amount of time to use them on the externalizing problem behavior as well as investigated whether maternal managing behavior (setting rules on accessing smart devices and monitoring their child's use of smart devices) had moderating effects. The study participants consisted of 521 three to six year old infants (235 boys and 286 girls). The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and a hierarchical regression. The results of this study indicated that the age at first use of smart devices and maternal managing behavior had significant effects on the externalizing problem behavior of infants. The earlier the infants first used smart devices, the higher the level of externalizing problem behavior. Externalizing problem behavior was also found to be higher when the mothers showed no managing behavior. Second, maternal managing behavior moderated the relation between the age at first use of smart devices and the externalizing problem behavior of infants. The effects of the age at first use of smart devices on the externalizing problem behavior of infants were greater when the mothers did not set rules regarding the use of smart devices and did not supervise children when using smart devices.
