이 연구는 기계설비유지관리자 양성을 위한 교육훈련 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 DACUM 기법을 활용하여 직무분석을 실시하고 전문가 협의회를 통해 교육훈련 프로그램(안)을 개발하였다. 직무분석은 10명으로 구성된 데이컴 위원회를 중심으로 기계설비유지자 직무정의, 직무모형, 직업명세서, 작업명세서를 도출하였다 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 기계설비유지관리자는 기계설비에 대한 운용, 점검, 진단, 보수를 통하여 최상의 성능과 효율적인 운영을 할 수 있도록 하며 안전하고 쾌적한 환경을 제공하고 에너지 절감과 설비수명 연장을 위한 업무를 수행하는 자로 정의하였다. 둘째, 직무모형에 분석된 기계설비유지관리자의 책무는 기계설비운영 종합계획, 기계설비 에너지관리, 기계설비 운영관리, 기계설비 정비관리, 기계설비 안전환경관리, 기계설비 보수공사관리, 기계설비 고객지원관리로 구성되어 있다. 책무 특성 및 내용을 고려하여 하나의 책무(duty)당 4~11개의 작업(task)이 도출되어 총 33개 작업을 직무모형으로 제시하였다. 셋째, 기계설비유지관리자 교육과정은 기계설비 관리실무I과 기계설비 관리실무II의 2개 과목으로 설정하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 교육훈련프로그램 적용 및 활용시 고려사항과 정책 제언을 제시하였다.

현재 여러 종류의 홈 네트워크(home network) 기술들이 존재하고 있으며, 단일화된 홈 컴퓨팅(home computing) 환경을 위해서는 서로 다른 네트워크 프로토콜간의 연동이 필수적이다. 이를 위하여 여러 종류의 홈 네트워크 미들웨어(home network middleware)가 개발되었고 특히 OSGi (Open Service Gateway Initiative)는 다양한 미들웨어 환경 사이의 서비스 상호연동을 제공하기 위해 제안되었다. 그러나 OSGi의 실행환경인 프레임워크(framework)는 수동적으로 서비스 번들(service bundle), 사용자 및 장치 관리 등을 수행하는 취약점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자들의 편의성을 위해 수동적으로 관리되는 부분들의 문제점을 개선하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 자동화 서비스와 효율적인 서비스 번들의 관리를 위한 SBM (Service Bundle Manager)의 구조를 제안하고, SBM을 구현하여 SBM의 실효성을 검증하였다.

Management of kitchen is consist of various management factor, for instance, physical resources, financial resources, information resources, and human resources. Because these kind of resources determine efficiency of kitchen management, human resource management is important aspect of kitchen operation. In this paper of view, recently human resource management has been considered by kitchen manager. Kitchen Managers who are interested in human resource, focus on efficiency. Also human resource management underlined not only efficiency, but interrelationship of emplyee. Today, considering with the environment of management, operation of kitchen is important section on hotel management in relation to the profit of it. In the future, therefore kitchen will be strategic profit center on hotels. According to in this tendency, as profit business center kitchen assumed a aspect of efficiency mechanism. This thesis aimcs to point out the actual status of human resource management in the hotels, and suggests the improvement there of by analyzing the system. This research is organized into five sections. section one introduces its objectives. scope and mothodology. Section two provides the theory of human resource management on the kitchen of hotels. And section these analyzed about the factors of human resource management. Section four, suggests the alternatives of the improvement on human resource management, section Five describes the conclusion of this thesis. Today, importance of human resource is viewed multipoint aspects in relation to efficiency of organization and interrelationship of employee, especially the arrangement of human resource is fairly handle and allocation of the human resource and personal appraisal. On the other hand, human resource managers have to be responsible for the cost control and customer's attraction by developing human resources. In order to advance human resource management on kitchen of hotels, following alternatives are considered with efficiency of management and interrelation of employee. The first, the manager of hotels has to consider the passive support of development of human resource. The second, the manager of hotels should develop the various training program for the extonsive ability of employee. The third, in order to improvement of human resource management, manager should establish the system for human resource management view of efficiency and employee's interrelationship.

Jini 서비스는 개발자에게 분산시스템을 쉽게 개발할 수 있는 하부구조를 제공한다. Jini 서비스 중 하나인 JavaSpace는 자바환경의 분산 컴퓨팅 모델로서 객체를 저장하고 저장된 객체에 접근할 수 있는 공간을 말한다. 이러한 JavaSpace 서비스는 객체를 공유하는 방법으로 매우 유용하게 사용되고 있지만, 보안성이 취약하여 객체정보에 대한 접근 보안이 요구되는 분산시스템의 개발에는 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 JavaSpace의 취약한 보안성을 강화시켜 안전한 JavaSpace 서비스를 제공하는 SecureJS 시스템에 대하여 설명한다. Jini2.0 기반의 SecureJS 시스템은 자바객체를 저장할 수 있는 ObjectStore와 사용자에 대한 ObjectStore의 접근을 제어하는 AccessManager 그리고 공개키를 관리하는 KeyManager로 구성되어 있다.

최근 멀티미디어 객체를 다루는 연구는 국내외적으로 활발하게 진행되고 있으나, 이러한 멀티미디어 객체들을 효율적으로 저장 및 검색하기 위한 하부저장 시스템에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 대용량 멀티미디어 객체들을 효율적으로 저장 및 검색하기 위한 객체 저장 엔진을 구현한다. 이를 위해, 비정형 멀티미디어 객체의 저장을 위한 객체 관리자와, 비정형 텍스트 객체의 색인을 위한 역화일 관리자를 설계한다. 아울러, 설계된 객체 관리자와 역화일 관리자를 기존의 하부저장 구조인 SHORE 저장시스템에 통합하여 DBMS 측면에서 제공하는 동시성 제어, 회복기법 등을 지원할 수 있는 객체 저장 엔진을 구현한다. 마지막으로, 구현된 객체저장엔진의 유용성을 검증하기 위해 논문검색시스템 TIROS(Thesis Information Retrieval system using Object Storage engine)를 구축한다.

Decision Support System(DSS) is an advanced information system concept prevailing since 1980s. It supports managers' decision making activities by providing not only information but decision alternatives. It essentially consists of the components of database, modelbase and dialogue systems. With the development of its databases, POSCO needs a number of modelbases in establishing DSSs in various areas such as production planning and investment. This research particularly focuses on establishment of a mid-and long-range investment DSS and investigates the necessity and the problems of an investment DSS and the decision criteria for investment priority. We (1) propose a modelbase which uses the concepts of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Zero-Base Budgeting(ZBB), along with an appropriate scoring method, database and dialogue system to support the investment manager in evaluating investment proposals ; (2) implement the system using relational database management system ; and (3) discuss the results of implementing the investment DSS.

Despite their tilde application of some traditional project management techniques like the Program Evaluation and Review Technique, they lack of learning, one of important factors in many disciplines today due to a static view far prefect progression. This study proposes a framework for estimation by learning based on a Linear Bayesian approach. As a project progresses, we sequentially observe the durations of completed activities. By reflecting this newly available information to update the distribution of remaining activity durations and thus project duration, we can implement a decision support system that updates e.g. the expected project completion time as well as the probabilities of completing the project within talc due date and by a certain date. By Implementing such customized systems, project manager can be aware of changing project status more effectively and better revise resource allocation plans.

높은 가용성, 확장성, 시스템 성능의 요구를 만족시키기 위해 SAN(Storage Area Network)이 등장했다. 대부분의 SAM 운영 S/W들은 SAN을 보다 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서 SAN에 부착된 물리적 저장장치들을 가상적으로 하나의 커다란 볼륨으로 보이게 하는 저장장치 가상화 개념을 지원한다. 저장장치 가상화의 핵심적인 역할을 하는 것이 바로 논리볼륨 관리자이다. 논리볼륨 관리자는 논리주소를 물리 주소로 매핑 시킴으로서 저장장치 가상화를 실현한다. 더불어 논리볼륨 관리자는 특정 시점의 볼륨이미지를 유지할 수 있는 스냅샷과 시스템을 정지시키지 않고 SAN에 저장장치를 추가 또는 삭제할 수 있는 온라인 재구성 기능을 지원한다. 이러한 기능을 지원하기 위해 수식 기반의 매핑 방법보다 테이블 기반의 매핑 방법이 제안되고 있다. 그러나 이 방법은 관리해야 할 데이타 양이 저장장치 용량에 비례하여 증가하고 메인 메모리에서 모두 관리할 수 없어 성능 저하의 요인이 되었다. 이 논문에서는 기존의 수식 기반의 매핑 방법을 이용하면서 스냅샷과 온라인 재구성 기능과 같은 동적인 환경을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 혼합 매핑 방법을 설계하고 구현한다. 제안하는 방법의 스냅샷과 재구성은 되도록이면 정상 입출력 연산에 영향을 주지 않기 위해서 별도의 예약된 공간에서 수행된다. 마지막으로, 이 논문에서 제안한 기법에 대한 성능 평가를 수행하여 제안하는 기법이 우수함을 보인다.

Pilots and navigators have through history used everything available to support them in the execution of their task. From the simple sounding means (for instance a stick or a line with a heavy object tied to it) to the advanced electronic support systems that are available today. This means that apart from the more traditional side of his set of tasks the influence of modern technology is felt. In general it concerns such diverse and complex subjects that it requires the pilot to remain up to date with regard to the most modern techniques. In a sense this also concurs with the change form a provider of (local) knowledge to that of a manager of a high risk operation. More information flows can reach the pilot on the place where he executes his profession. With marginal scope the pilot has to translate such information to the situation in which he finds himself in order to give a balanced advice. Knowledge of the surroundings, variable circumstances in his specific area but also language and culture play a crucial role. This paper touches on the history of pilot support systems and examines the developments of pilot support systems in the present day operating environment and addresses the implications. These range from the historic basic needs for pilot information to the present and future possibilities, supporting the pilot to make the most precise assessment at each operational stage to continually execute a safe journey in and out of port.
