본 논문에서는 과학기술정보의 관리에 필요한 여러 기능을 포함하는 GUI 기반의 검색 데이터베이스 관리 도구(K-Manager)를 제안한다. 일반적으로, 웹 기반의 과학기술정보 서비스를 위해서는 검색 데이터베이스의 구성이 필수적이나, 검색 데이터베이스의 관리 기능이 관계형 데이터베이스와 같은 기능을 모두 지원하지 않을 뿐 만 아니라 TOAD나 GOLDEN과 같은 데이터베이스 관리 도구를 지원하지 않기 때문에, 콘텐츠 관리자나 시스템 관리자가 손쉽게 정보를 처리하기가 어려운 실정이다. 이 도구에는 과학기술정보를 관리하는 콘텐츠 관리자가 필요한 기능과 검색 데이터베이스를 관리하는 시스템 관리자가 필요한 기능이 GUI 기반으로 통합 구성되어 있어 콘텐츠 관리자가 원하는 데이터베이스에 접근하여 각종 데이터 작업을 수행할 수 있고, 데이터베이스 관리자가 데이터베이스의 관리도 수행할 수 있다. 특히 K-Manager는 대용량 과학기술정보의 빠르고 정확한 검색 서비스와 안정적인 관리를 위해 구성된, 분산 검색 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 처리하는데 효과적이다. 본 관리 도구는 크게 콘텐츠 관리기와 데이터베이스 관리기로 그 기능을 분류할 수 있으며, 국내 최대 과학기술 포털사이트인 Yeskisti의 콘텐츠 및 데이터베이스 관리를 그 기본 모델로 하였다.

창업보육센터의 효율적인 운영시스템을 도출하기 위해 창업보육센터 운영시스템에 따른 운영성과 및 보육매니저의 역할에 따른 운영성과에 대해서 고찰하였다. 설문 대상은 창업보육센터에 입주한 기업체로 하고, 분석은 SPSS 19 Ver 프로그램을 활용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석 및 매개변수에 의한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 창업보육센터 운영시스템은 창업보육센터 성과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임을 확인하였으며, 이 중 H/W시스템과 S/W시스템 모두가 유의적인 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인하였다. 그러나 매니저 특성이 창업보육센터 지원시스템과 성과와의 관계를 매개하는 변수인지에 대해서는 가설이 기각되어 반드시 매니저의 특성 요인이 상호간에 영향력을 미치지는 않는 것으로 보인다. 운영성과는 센터에 대한 성과와 입주기업에 대한 성과로 나누어 분석한 결과 매니저 특성은 입주기업 성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

치과의료기관의 경영성과를 달성하기 위해서는 치과 중간관리자의 직무역량은 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰, FGI, 델파이 조사를 통해 치과 중간관리자의 직무역량모델을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 먼저 문헌고찰과 FGI를 거쳐 치과 중간관리자 직무역량 모형은 6개의 역량군, 25개의 하위역량, 그 안에 125개 행동지표로 도출하였다. 도출된 치과 중간관리자 직무역량모델 초안은 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 치과경영관리, 진료지원, 인적자원관리, 의사소통과 고객관리, 리더십, 자기관리와 태도의 6개의 역량군으로 구성하였고 각 역량군에 따른 25개의 하위역량과 95개의 행동지표로 구성된 최종 치과 중간관리자의 직무역량모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 치과 중간관리자 직무역량모델은 치과 중간관리자의 교육프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 뿐만 아니라 치과 중간관리자의 선발, 평가 등 광범위하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

유비쿼터스 환경에서 발생하는 실시간 데이터스트림의 처리 및 관리에 대한 요구사항이 증가되고 있다. 특히 인터넷 보안, 공장 자동화 기기설비 관리 등에서 발생하는 데이터스트림은 대용량 데이터가 실시간으로 발생하는 특징을 가지고 있어 이를 처리하기 위한 특화된 DSMS의 저장관리자의 개발이 요구된다. Coral8과 같은 기존의 DSMS의 경우 일반적인 데이터스트림의 처리가 가능 하지만 초당 10만 건 이상의 대용량의 실시간 데이터스트림이 발생하는 특수한 상황의 경우 이에 대한 처리 성능이 부족하며, 이에 대한 저장이 불가능하다. 관련 분야에서 일반적으로 사용되는 오라클10g의 경우 저장, 관리 성능은 우수하지만 실시간 데이터스트림 처리에 대한 고려가 되어 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 삼성전자, 하이닉스, HP 등에 반도체, LCD 제조공장의 생산 기계에서 발생하는 대용량 데이터스트림을 실시간 압축 저장이 가능한 DSMS 저장관리자를 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 문에서는 시스템의 구조 및 주요 컴포넌트에 대해 설명하며, 관련시스템과 비교 평가를 통해 제안 시스템의 우수성을 보인다.

Recently, the number and scale of projects being carried out within the enterprise are increasing. Accordingly, many companies are competitively introducing a Project Management Office (PMO) to efficiently manage these projects, allocate resources, and effectively link the projects and corporate strategies. However, the project manager who directly manages the project wants to receive support from the PMO in many areas for successful project management, but the project manager does not like to be interfered with by the PMO. On the other hand, the PMO may not be able to satisfy all the requirements of each PM as PMO oversees the entire project with limited resources. In addition, since the PMO must monitor and control the project and support the project according to the priorities of each project, conflicts with each PM can be formed. Therefore, in this study, based on the case of a company, the difference between the perceptions of PMs and PMOs about the importance of the required roles of PMOs is to be examined. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the core functions and sub-functions of PMO, which PMO members and PMs consider important, are different. It was identified that the PMs valued the PMO function that would be helpful for their successful project execution. On the other hand, PMO members revealed that they had a relatively high priority for the roles to monitor and control project performance for which they were directly responsible.

본 연구는 기혼 여성 관리자의 가족친화제도 운영 인식이 후속출산계획에 미치는 영향과 가족친화적 상사지원인식과 일·가정 양립 갈등의 매개효과를 확인함에 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 여성관리자패널 데이터의 7차년도 자료를 활용하였으며, 최종적으로 1명 이상의 자녀를 두고 있는 여성 관리자 480명을 연구 대상자로 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 기혼 여성 관리자의 가족친화제도 운영 인식은 후속출산계획에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지는 않으나 가족친화적 상사지원인식과 일·가정 양립 갈등을 순차적으로 매개하여 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 조직이 가족친화제도를 운영하는 것에 더해 제도를 적극적으로 활용하고 지지하는 분위기를 조성하는 것이 중요함을 의미한다. 이에 연구결과를 바탕으로 저출산 현상을 극복할 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 개입을 제안하였다.

차세대 네트워크에서 이동성 지원을 위해 다양한 방식이 제시되고 있으나 이들의 성능이 상대적으로 비교된 바는 없다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 MIPv6, IP2, QMMF, IMS 방식의 위치 등록 과정과 핸드오버 절차를 분석하고, 성능 분석을 위한 파라미터 및 시뮬레이션 방법을 이용하여 각각의 절차에 대한 등록 및 핸드오버 지연 시간과 비용 측면에서 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 결과적으로 위치관리자(Location Manager)가 코어 네트워크 상의 중심에 위치한 IP2가 다른 메커니즘들에 비해 가장 좋은 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.

Purpose: This study was to identify the factors affecting utilization of clinical nurses' hospital information system. Method: Using a convenient sampling, 450 nurses from 9 secondary or tertiary university hospitals in B metropolitan city were selected. Results: The extent that nurses utilize the hospital information system was 3.22 point on average. The hospital information system utilization was positively correlated with personal information utilization skill, information-oriented education, attitude toward computer, and support of the chief manager, while as negatively correlated with the organizational atmosphere. The causal factors of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were personal information technology, education experience of the hospital information system, age, attitude toward computers, education level and support of the chief manager. The total eigenvalue of the variables was 38%. The major variables of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were the personal information technology and education experience of the hospital information system. Conclusions: Thus, nurse managers should provide training courses to improve personal information technology of nurses, and consistently promote them so that nurses can readily apply the hospital information system which have been recently introduced in various ways and thus improve the efficiency of nursing.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop the curriculum model for occupational health nurse specialist in Korea. Method: Internet searching was conducted to analyze the type of master program for occupational health nurses in the U. S. To identify the importance of occupational health nurse specialist (OHNS)'s role, self-administrative questionnaire survey was done to335 occupational health nurses through postal mail and continuing education in 2003. SPSSWIN 10.0 was used for data analysis. Results: In the U. S., two main types of nurse practitioner program and nurse manager program are separately operated for occupational health nurses as master level. Under the governmental support, geographical and financial barrier can be decreased through the distance learning and the appointment of regional ERC. Most occupational health nurses recognized importantly the role of OHNS as direct care provider, educator, consultant, and manager. Conclusion: It is recommended that the job standard for OHNS needs to be developed, and regulation has to be changed for the diverse curriculum based on the need of occupational health nurses, and governmental support must be strengthened for occupational health nurses to apply more easily to the program.

스마트 헬스케어 서비스(smart healthcare service)는 예방적 건강관리와 웰니스(wellness)를 위한 수요자 중심의 능동적 서비스 제공을 목표로 한다. 최근, 스마트 헬스케어는 스마트폰을 사용하여 기초체력 운동 지수, 섭취 칼로리, 심박 체크 등의 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 미비한 개인건강기기 표준화로 아직까지 상용 가능한 서비스 모델이 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 산소포화도 측정계를 사용하여 Bluetooth HDP를 기반으로 ISO/IEEE 11073 표준을 지원하는 안드로이드 스마트 헬스케어 Manager를 설계, 구현하였다.
