With the increase of visitors to rural tourism villages, the direct selling at sites is getting vitalized. Accordingly, their display stores is getting more important. Therefore, this study has selected 30 domestic rural tourism villages as study objects for the attitude survey of 200 farming suppliers and the site examination for the designs of those display stores in order to analyze their status and classify the types of necessity. Such operation status as sale item, sale method, method of supply and demand, major customer, sales scale, manager, opening hour, and operation cost were examined, to identity and for design factors the pattern, material quality and color were investigated. For the attitude of farming suppliers, the tactics of sales, the reason for being positive or negative, the functionality and the features of display stores were examined through brainstorming. IBM SPSS Statistics 20 Program was employed for Frequency, which indicated that village chiefs and store managers with the sales scale of 1 to 20 million won are dealing with female customers in their 40's and 50's and that those stores are open at the time of experience or year round without any operation expense. Permanent type and Fixed type were found to be the design factors of the display-case type with the material and the color of wood and orange respectively. The result of investigation analysis of farming suppliers' attitude showed the followings: the need of display stores is quite high, structure type and permanent type have high fitness and from the viewpoint of display-on-table type as a standard moving type was very convenient. The analysis of significant items at the characteristics of those display stores revealed that their locations, quality conservation, sanitation, users' convenience, designs and promotion are very important. The result of status analysis revealed that though there is a correlation among the types of display stores depending on the visiting season of tourists their installing is not desirable. Three types have been analyzed: Type 1 is a structure type only in the villages with continuous visitors, Type 2 a moving-table type only in the villages with temporary visitors and Type 3 is a fixed display-case type.

This paper was based on the answers of the BI(Business Incubating) managers who had been working in the business incubating field. The main purpose of this research was to figure out working conditions of those managers and to find out proper solutions. The result of the research was as follows. Overall economic rewards for those managers were relatively low level, job conditions for those managers were short-time contract-basis and those managers' ages were relatively young, 20s or 30s, and majority of the managers' working experience was usually less than 3years. Also some of the full-time managers were spending much of their working time in administration affairs rather than practical business incubating or business incubating consulting service. Therefore, the satisfaction level for their salary and working condition was quite unsatisfactory and they didn't have positive vision for their job and for their business consulting service. As a result to resolve those negative affects and to promote overall working for those BI managers, authorized certificates are necessary for those BI managers. Then they can specialize BI managing works and can improve their working conditions by blocking non -certified workers and can advance the quality of their consulting service.

This study intended to identify dental hygienists' knowledge and extent of awareness and performance of patient's personal information protection. In addition, this research was conducted to contribute to medical centers' preparation of measures to strengthen the personal information protection by identifying the factors affecting dental hygienists' extent of performance related to the patient's personal information protection. After explaining the purpose and meaning of the research to the survey participants and gaining their consent, a self-administered survey was conducted from November 7, 2014 to June 30, 2015. The data on 210 dental hygienists in Busan city and Gyeongsangnam-do province was used for analysis. As a result, in dental hygienists with more than 10 years experience, the extent of the performance was significantly high (p<.05). In positions higher than a senior manager, the extent of knowledge was high (p<.01) and the extent of performance was significantly high (p<.05). In hospitals with more than 10 to 20 workers, the extent of awareness was significantly high (p<.05). Regarding the correlation of knowledge and the extent of awareness and performance, a high level of knowledge showed a positive correlation of the extent of awareness and performance (p<.01). As a result of a survey regarding what effects dental hygienists' knowledge and extent of awareness of patient's personal information protection have on dental hygienists' extent of performance, it was found that knowledge (.231) and the extent of awareness (.212) are factors affecting the extent of performance. Therefore, to increase the extent of dental hygienists' performance of patient's personal information protection, there is a need to improve the knowledge of patient's personal information protection and change its awareness. To change the awareness of patient's personal information protection, there is a serious need to carry out education targeting dental hygienists.

We test the effect of corporate cash holdings on firm value by using the KOSPI listed firms over the period between 2002 and 2007 from the agency theories perspective, which has not been the central interest of prior studies. Unlike existing studies, using the manager's ownership ratio or foreign investor's shareholder ratio as a proxy variable for agency costs, we use the individual firm's corporate governance scores by the KCGS to test the effect of agency costs on the value of firm's cash holdings. We find that a firm value is positively related with its cash holdings. We also find that a firm with good corporate governance tends to experience a higher value of its cash holdings, compared with a firm with bad corporate governance. These results are consistent even after controlling for the endogeneity problems between corporate governance and firm value, strongly supporting the agency theory of cash holdings. Therefore, a firm's cash holdings, even from liquidity or precautionary motives, could increase the firm cash value, as long as its managers' interest is shareholders' wealth maximization rather than their private benefits.

Early conflict research in channel and organization area have focused on the definition of conflict construct, its cause, consequence and identified conflict resolution management. Recent studies about conflict, however, have explored new assumption of complexity, a multidimensional conflict construct, contextual conflict management strategies, positive and negative conflict/consequence, and the conflict resolution strategy. Although many literatures exists on channel conflict resolution, little research has been done about relationship learning and performance from conflict resolution perspective. This study explores how channel members can achieve a relationship learning, as a conflict resolution mechanism, which enhance co-created value in marketing channel relationship. Therefore we propose that conflict resolution strategies(collaborating behavior and avoiding behavior) influence channel performance(effectiveness and efficiency) through relationship learning processes(learning via information exchange, joint interpretation and coordination, relationship-specific knowledge memory), in view of buyer-seller relationship. 본 논문에서는 웹(World Wide Web)에서 사용자가 손쉽고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 멀티미디어 대중교통 안내시스템 개발 경험을 소개한다. 개발된 시스템은 클라이언트와 서버 시스템, 경로탐색 시스템, 교통정보 저장 시스템, 노선 및 정류장 관리 시스템으로 구성되어 있다. 클라이언트에서 작동되는 사용자 인터페이스는 직관적으로 이해가 쉽고, 사용이 편리하며 인터액티브한 멀티미디어 대중 교통안내 서비스를 제공한다. 서버 시스템은 교통정보 수집 시스템으로부터 입력되는 데이타와, 경로탐색 시스템, 교통정보 저장 시스템과 연동되어 클라이언트의 요구사항을 처리하고 그 결과를 사용자에게 돌려준다. 수정된 A* 알고리즘을 이용하는 경로탐색 시스템은 최적경로를 탐색하며, 교통정보 저장 시스템은 현재 교통상황, 정류장, 노선, 지도 등의 정보를 저장한다. 노선 및 정류장 관리시스템은 시스템 관리자가 노선 또는 정류장 관리를 서버 화면의 지도상에서 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 도구이다. 본 논문에서 다루는 대중교통 안내시스템은 Java로 구현하였기 때문에 확장과 이식이 용이하며, 시스템 유지보수 비용이 적게 드는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그리고, 웹 브라우저가 동작되는 환경에서는 어디서나 쉽게 접근이 가능하며 향후 구축될 Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS)의 한 모듈로써 바로 작동될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 현재 인터넷상에서 제공되는 다양한 서비스와도 연동이 가능하다.Abstract This paper introduces our experience for developing a public transportation guidance system, which facilitates the World-Wide Web(WWW) to provide users with easier access and use. The proposed system is composed of four subsystems: client/server system, path search system, traffic data storage system, and traffic raw-data management system. The user interface in clients utilizes Java to furnish users with multimedia data accessibility and interactivity. The server processes clients' requests based on the traffic data coming from remote sensing devices and interacts with the path search system and traffic data storage system to provide users with the results. The path search system, which uses a modified A* algorithm, produces optimal solutions based on dynamic traffic data. The traffic data storage system stores the current traffic information together with the geographical information about the b$us_way routes. The traffic raw-data management system is a graphical user interface which enables the system manager to handle the traffic information easily on the map in the terminal screen. The system has considerable benefits such as portability, scalability, and flexibility since it is implemented using Java. Also, it can be extended to an integrated Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS) which includes a variety of information on the Internet as well as traffic information.n.

This research is a descriptive investigation research in order to understand the influences on the perception of the patient safety culture and safey nursing activity with the clinical nurses of the university hospitals as the subjects. The data collected were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program. As a result, the perception of patient safety culture of the subjects was 3.30 of the full score of 5points, and safety nursing activity 3.89. It appeared that, also, in the safety nursing activity, the total career experience, the position, immediately superior/manager, the communication procedures, and the frequency of accident reports receive the influences. As a result, in order to enhance the safety nursing activity, the developments of the practice guidelines that can appropriately manage the experienced people, that can communicate smoothly between the organizations, and that can make the case reports and the developments of the educational programs are needed.

In modern society, which boomed it became easier to obtain the necessary information to the emergence of a variety of smart devices. Due to this, the frequency of using the content based on the Web is growing rapidly. In addition, companies are turning into a production and modify the content using the CMS under the web-based. It can be a very important part to provide users with the content. Currently web services are designing a UI to the device and provided. To improve the ease of use, they are enhancing services only by survey and analysis of the patterns of all users. Most are designed without considering the UX only in the technical aspects. In this paper, to break the limits that apply to all users of the Web service pattern analysis, we propose a visualization system via the animation based on the individual user's movement patterns and usage patterns. Through this convergence is expected to be able to transform the web from the central manager to the user UX and the planning aspects researchers.

Recently, to reflect the various needs of customers in the apartment field, the customized apartment has emerged. From the point of the customer, customized apartments have the definite advantage of being able to guarantee more customer options. On the other hand, from the point of the project manager, there are significant risk factors, with increase of management factors, construction delays, etc. The reasons for this are, to date, the insufficient systematic analysis of the project, and the lack of experience of similar projects. This study provides the waste factors of each phase in a customized apartment project. A survey and interview are conducted to achieve the waste factors using MUDA methodology; a process of the project was analyzed; and a factor of each process was identified. Also, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) are used, to evaluate the waste factors in project stages. The AHP results show that "Design change" and "Inappropriate intervention in construction process" ranked highly in the waste factors. The results of our research will provide a countermeasure that addresses waste factors in similar projects, and contributes to reducing the extra cost and time in new projects.

At the completion of the construction, various finishing processes are concentrated. This imposes a burden on the on-site manager and imposes on experience based quality control, thereby causing deviations in the quality of construction depending on supervisor or worker's individual competence. In addition, the information related to quality control is frequently scattered in various types of documents such as specifications and drawings, and checkpoints are frequently omitted. It is necessary to provide a tool that can effectively provide the practitioner before or during the inspection work by systematically storing the information related to the defect prevention and linking them in a mutually referential state. This paper proposes an quality inspection support model that can systematically store necessary information on activity or room basis for the quality check of the apartment house finishing work. Establish a defect prevention information base and a information nexus by linking specifications, design standards, checklists, regulations, defect cases, and drawings to the finishing process and the rooms. Based on this, information registration and search interface are presented. It can contribute to securing a certain level of construction quality or more by suggesting a frame that can be utilized by linking various defects prevention information with the focus on closing activity and room.
