This study examines the role of Institutional Household Manager and the certification of their qualification. It shows that there are two aspects of the role of Institutional Household Manager: the one is the suportive activity to satisfy the user’s need and desire; the other is the managerial activity of Institutional Household. And it also sggests who might be the subjects of the certification, how many credits and what kinds of curricula are required, and what is asked for the establishment of Institutional Household Manager system.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a curriculum for care manager based on the results of professional workshops and through the analysis of the roles and curriculums of care managers in other countries. Method: The process of this study included a review of literature, getting advice from various experts, a review of the present state of education programs at abroad. Result: This study revealed the basic content of care manager education which includes understanding health care and welfare delivery system. process of care manager, resource management, legal and ethical issues, management of health and a life style of elderly, communication, stress management. The major roles of care manager was revealed as the one who assess the needs of elders, making a care plan, evaluator, supporter, coordinator and a risk manager who coordinates, validates and reassesses various services needed by elderly. Conclusion: These results can be utilized in care manager educational program for raising the quality of care manager and care management services.

웹상에서 이질적 형태의 다양한 데이터를 개방, 공유하여 차세대 데이터웹을 실현하고자 하는 연구개발이 활발하게 수행되고 있다. 이를 위해 표준 데이터 모델로 온톨로지 기반의 LOD가 개발되었다. LOD기반 시스템을 효과적으로 개발하기 위해서는 전문화된 인스턴스 생성 시스템이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 LOD 시스템의 요구사항과 다양한 응용분야의 개발환경을 고려하여, LOD 인스턴스 개발에 적합한 i-Manager를 설계 구현하였다. i-Manager는 LOD 인터페이스 시트를 이용해서 온톨로지와 인스턴스 계층을 분리하고, 인스턴스 편집/저장, 시각화, LOD 질의 처리 등 LOD 인스턴스 개발에 전문화된 기능들을 제공한다. 본 논문은 LOD 인스턴스 개발의 새로운 방향을 제시하고 있으며, 구현된 i-Manager는 다양한 분야에서 LOD 개발 범용환경으로 활용할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 한국전자통신연구원에서 개발한 정보가전용 실시간 운영체제 Qplus-P에 기반을 둔 소형 정보가전 기기용 윈도우 매니저 개발에 대해 기술한다. 기존의 공개된 소형 정보가전 기기용 윈도우 매니저들은 데스크탑용으로 개발된 것을 임베디드 시스템에 맞도록 변경하여 소형 정보가전 기기에 부적합한 기능들도 포함하고 있고, 한글을 제대로 지원하지 않는 문제점이 있었다. QPlus-P 윈도우 매니저는 공개 소스로 개발되고 있는 소형 정보가전 기기용 윈도우 매니저 매치박스에 한글 처리 기능을 추가하고, 다중 윈도우 환경에서 자동적으로 한/영 모드를 전환해주는 새로운 한글 입력기 아미키를 제공한다. 그리고, 한글을 지원하는 웹 브라우저, 메일 클라이언트, MP3 재생기 등과 같은 기본응용 프로그램들을 제공한다. Qplus-P 윈도우 매니저는 공개소스에 한팔 지원 기능을 추가하고, 타겟 시스템에 이식함으로써 개발되었다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the effect of the performance of Workplace Health Manager at the workplace on presenteeism in the workers. Methods: Three months before this study, between June 2010 and September 2010, a self-reporting survey of 316 employees in 136 workplaces in each of each hired a Workplace Health Manager was performed at their workplace with explanations of the purpose and methods of this study after their consent was obtained. Results: The average performance score of the Workplace Health Manager as graded by the employees was 3.8 out of 5 points. The duties of the Workplace Health Manager which received higher grades were posting of the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), health education, and future management with respect to the results and procedure of health care-related work. According to the employees' survey, the score for presenteeism was evaluated as 14.3 out of 30 points. Based on the presenteeism analysis results, when (1) the employee was a male, (2) the workplace was established and managed by Industry Safety and Health Committee, (3) the employees were aware of the role of Workplace Health Managers, and (4) Workplace Health Manager fulfilled his/her role actively and successfully, presenteeism was observed to a lesser extent. Conclusion: According to the results of the study, presenteeism was observed to a lesser extent when the Workplace Health Manager actively performed his/her role.

Purpose: The Purpose of the study was to suggest how the health manager use to be easy return-to-work of injured workers. Method: The data were collected by the health managers working at the 103 companies over medium size in Incheon, Gyoung-gi and Seoul through interview and report by themselves and analyzed by SAS V8 through t-test. Result: 1. The health managers are consisted of 2 kinds, one is health manager such as physician(10%) or nurse(81%) and the other is safety manager. The former works at the manufacturing company(62.9%), the latter at the service one(42.4%). 2. Management and counseling of occupational and non-occupational diseases, and high risk workers, health education, emergency care, worksite rounding, guidance of personal protector use, and health promotion services were highly performed by health managers. Comparing to these, safety managers performed guidance of job safety, safety management. The difference of two kinds of manager was significant statistically not only the aspect of general job but also related job to the workers of return-to-work after accident. Conclusion: This result shows that health manager can function as a care manager to the workers after return-to-work for adaptation to their job and rehabilitation bio-psycho-socially. But health managers don't have any regulations of encouraging injured workers to get their job again officially.

연구는 경영자 능력이 보상정책(보상수준 및 성과-보상 민감도)에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2012년부터 2019년까지 금융업을 제외한 코스피 및 코스닥 상장기업을 대상으로 최종 14,150 기업-연도 자료를 활용하였다. 실증분석 결과, 경영자 능력이 높을수록 차기 보상수준은 증가하지만(경영자 능력가설), 성과-보상 민감도는 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 경영자 능력과 보상 사이 양(+)의 관계를 통해 경영자 능력가설을 재확인하면서, 경영자 능력에 대한 높은 보상이 성과에 기인하기 보다는 성과 이외 경영자 능력에 대한 추가적인 보상일 수 있다는 점을 의미한다. 본 연구는 경영자 능력과 보상체계의 보다 복합적인 효과를 살펴보았다는 점에서 기존 연구와의 차별성 및 기여점을 가진다.

The success and failure of any project depends upon many factors, the Project Manager is considered to be the key contributor to the success of any project, as well as a guide to the team members to achieve the client satisfaction (Cost, Time and Quality). Therefore the main aim of this paper is to provide a practical approach for understanding the importance of the Project Manager and his effectiveness to the success of the construction projects. In addition, the Project Manager's roles, responsibilities and duties have direct impact to the success of the construction projects. In order to identify the thoughts and opinion of the construction industry on this particular assertion, a quantitative study was carried out within the UK construction industry. The result of the study shows that there is an extremely strong correlation between the Project Manager and the success of the construction projects. In construction projects the Project Manager is considered to be one of the most important people who can lead and drive the projects in the right direction and conclude construction projects successfully. Moreover, these can play the most important role regarding the improvement of the organization's performance, the organization's profitability and the client's satisfaction. The research confirmed that the Project Manager is a very essential element to the success of the construction project and have an impact at every stage of the construction project. So it concluded that selection of a Project Manager should be carefully done with regard to experience, knowledge, power/authority and good understanding to the kind of the project.

본 논문에서는 현재 전 세계적으로 많은 관심이 집중되어있고, 많은 연구와 개발이 진행되고 있는 사물인터넷 시스템을 개발하였는데, 다양한 표준화 단체들 중에서 가장 많은 연구가 진행된 oneM2M 통신 프로토콜을 사용하였다. oneM2M 통신 프로토콜을 기반으로 하는 본 연구의 사물인터넷 시스템은 크게 ADN-AE 모듈과 CSE 모듈로 나눌 수 있다. AE 모듈은 다양한 서비스의 어플리케이션을 제공하거나 CSE를 관리할 수도 있다. CSE 모듈은 사물인터넷의 다양한 AE들에게 공통적으로 제공해야하는 서비스 기능들로 이루어진 플랫폼이다. CSE 모듈은 Network Manager, Message Handler, Resource Manager 모듈 등으로 구성된다. Network Manager 모듈은 oneM2M 기반 통신의 전반적인 관리와 시스템 전체의 흐름을 관장한다. Message Handler 모듈은 송수신한 모든 메시지들의 관리 및 분석을 담당하고, Resource Manager 모듈은 리소스 트리에 관한 모든 관리를 담당하도록 하였다. 리소스 트리는 관리되어야 할 오브젝트에 관한 정보를 저장한다. 각 모듈에서의 자료 흐름 및 프로토콜 매핑 등에 관해서도 설명하였다.

In construction, the outcome of work depends on the leadership of the project manager, and as a result this has been emerging as an important factor. The purpose of this study is to analyze the main elements of leadership that are essential for project managers, and to rank these elements in order of importance. In this study, leadership and its elements are reviewed through reviewing the literature, and the main elements and their relative importance for project managers were analyzed through questionnaire survey of project managers, contractor engineers, and subcontractor engineers. Through this survey, it was found that the project manager's leadership had a significant influence on the success of a construction project, and this study revealed that the key elements of leadership for project manager could be ranked in the order of resolution, responsibility, and reliance.
