The conventional management which had economic requirement such as productivity, competition, customer satisfaction, and return needs the environmental management in order to meet a change of the external situation such as the environmental requirement (such as resources reduction, pollution prevention, and waste reduction). However, there have been a few studies which try to investigate internal factor and to regard external factors as negative ones. This paper proposes the external factors are significant to the performance. Several hypotheses were developed regarding the relationships. Based on the collected data from 126 firms, the hypotheses were analyed with SPSS.

In Korea, Green building certification system had been operated for more than 10 years and Expired certification buildings are ever-increasing. However, post management of building and qualification standard for re-certification(G-SEED) aren't exist, certificated green building don't have smoothly maintenance and management. Therefore, analysing the status and situation of similar system such as building maintenance and management, to suggest the direction of evaluation for green standard for energy and environmental design.

The management method of the irrigation facilities are different with management agency , type, user, purpose of use, and the accuracy of data applied for the grasp of present situation and maintenance is of a low grade. Therefore the information management system is needed to classify and systematize the data. The purpose of this study is to prepare the digital map of Chonbuk FLIA district, to construct the database of the irrigation facilities , to develop the information system for the management using World Wide Web, to supply and be able to use easily to whomever needs it.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) reduces airline passengers, which leads to a sharp decline in airline sales. They are concerned about the dismissal or unpaid leave of the flight pilot and crew, and the management of the passengers is also under great stress. Stress management methods for COVID-19 can be divided into general stress management such as 'Let's change me', 'Let's find the source of life', and 'Let's ask for help', and mental health management in a disaster situation.

119 긴급구조시스템은 화재, 구조, 구급 등 각종 사건사고로부터 인명과 재산을 보호하기 위하여 구축된 소방 신고접수시스템이다. 119 긴급구조시스템을 활용한 상황관제요원들의 사건사고신고 접수능력은 사건사고로부터 소중한 생명과 재산을 보호하고 대처할 수 있는 능력과 직결된다. 119 종합상황실에 투입되는 신규인력과 재배치되는 인력들에 대하여 상황실에서 운용되고 있는 시스템과 동일한 시스템을 이용한 교육훈련이 절실하게 요구되나, 긴급구조시스템은 고가이고 소방본부에서 상시 운용되고 있는 유일한 시스템으로 공동 활용이 불가능하다. 따라서 적은비용으로 다양한 종류의 재해/재난에 대한 사건접수/출동지령/상황관제 등의 훈련을 수행할 수 있는 119 종합상황실 교육훈련시뮬레이터 시스템을 개발하였다.

연구목적: 후쿠시마 원자력 발전소 폭발사고 발생 당시의 재난상황, 주민보호를 위한 비상발령 상황, 주민 피난 상황에 대한 조사와 더불어 당시 주민보호 시스템에 있어서 제기된 문제점 및 조치사항에 대한 조사를 수행함으로서, 국내 원자력 재해를 대비한 주민 피난 대책 수립 과정에서 검토해야만 하는 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 연구방법: 동일본 대지진 직후부터 현재까지 일본의 국가, 국회, 지자체 및 관련기관으로부터 발행된 보고서를 중심으로 문헌조사를 수행하였다. 연구결과: 후쿠시마 원자력발전소 폭발사고 발생 당시의 주민의 피난과정에서 도출된 문제점과 대응방안에 대한 조사 결과를 통하여 국내의 방사능 재해 대책 수립과정에 있어서 검토해야만 하는 사항을 도출하였다. 결론: 검토 사항을 크게 4가지로 분류하였으며 각 분류에 따른 상세 검토사항을 제시하였다.

With a rapid growth of domestic industry in korea, now about 25,000 kinds of chemicals are being distributed, and it has been known that just about 15% of them has toxic substances. Recently, South Koreans have an anxiety about the stability and accidents of chemicals because chemical accidents like Gumi hydrofluoric acid accident have occurred. The U.S. has adopted the systems like EPCRA (Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act), TRI (Toxic Release Inventory) and TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), and is also managing the hazardous chemicals by providing the information about them to its people and site workers. Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare also has adopted J-CHECK system and is implementing it to let Japanese people know the information of safety of chemicals about REACH. However, the Korean government has a difficult situation to mediate the different idea with the Korean industry to make lower statute of Pre-legislation registration & evaluation of chemicals that will be implemented and Chemical Material Control Association that is being implemented. Especially city and country areas located in the industrial areas need political improvement focusing on vulnerable area through the check about current situation of hazardous chemicals of jurisdiction and management method, but the information about the management situation of small scale work places is insufficient. Therefore this study set up the urgent management area in Ansan Smart Hub through NFPA code according to the types of accident and dander characteristics of each chemical being used in the companies that have less than 50 workers and deal with chemicals located in Ansan Smart Hub in Gyeonggi-do.

This paper studies a partial coordination situation where a set of countries coordinate their monetary policies among themselves;while the rest of the world choose their policies independently. Using a three-country orewlapping generations model, it is shown that nash partial-coordination equilibrium does not exist. This paper also studies the partial coordination under unanticipated productivity shocks.
